Amazing friendly staff, great views, delicious drinks, wonderful friendly bar staff, a sushi restaurant, super clean, paradise beach, a great room cleaner called Alice who was incredible and always smiling! I’d definitely return!

Maybe nice but check what you want

The hotels looks good, staff if welcoming BUT in all inclusive package are presented things that are in fact paid eg. kite surfing - included only 15 minutes theory, but real 4000 RS per 30 minutes in the water. If you want to take kayak/paddle than is a problem with water level in spite of in the next hotel people use this equipment. Not clear communication of Christmass activities. The same situation with SPA. Only sale for AI package. Anyway the massage costs more than in Europe. It would be great to present it clearly. In the restaurant/to the pool are comming in stray dogs. Birds eats from your plate while you leave for a minute. Every drink you take from the bar you sign the "bill like an idiot" many times a day...simply our expectation for 4 or 5 star as it is presented it doesn't fullfill the standard.

Amazing

All staff were friendly and did everything possible to accommodate any requests, and the restaurant staff were very attentive to any dietary requests. A beautiful room and a beautiful property. Plenty of space along the beach and around the pools. The food was varied and delicious. Would definitely recommend!

Nice and cozy hotel on the beach. Good and pleasant bars and restaurants. Service lacking a bit during peak hours in the main restaurant. Great view from the room but some service might be needed in the near future. All in all a great stay.

This was a holiday of a lifetime - staff always there to assist you and did everything to make our stay wonderful. The facilities were excellent, would recommend it over and over.

We had a wonderful stay at C Mauritius for our honeymoon. The staff were all lovely and very attentive, with special mention to Nitesh and Andiket who always went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming.

Beautiful resort for a relaxing holiday

Will be back for sure ! The staff at C Mauritius is excellent. Hotel is clean and amazing overall. But I won't be booking with Expedia because they didn't give a good service.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the C Mauritius hotel and can say that overall, it was an excellent experience. The hotel's all-inclusive concept was extremely convenient, allowing me to fully relax and enjoy my stay without having to worry about additional costs. One of the highlights was the modern, young vibe that the hotel exudes. The facilities and common areas had a stylish, contemporary feel that I found very appealing. The concierge staff were also excellent, helping to arrange tours and activities at prices that were cheaper than what is typically available on the market. The service throughout my stay was truly impeccable, with standout performances from staff members like Ms. Anastasia and Mr. Olivier. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great time. A few areas that could use some improvement are the pool and spa facilities. At least one of the pools should be heated, as the cool temperature made it less inviting. The lack of a jacuzzi, and the unheated spa jacuzzi, was also a bit disappointing. Additionally, the atmosphere in the main restaurant could use some livening up in the evenings. More activities, food options, and themed nights would help create a more engaging, vibrant ambiance after dark. We had great time at C Maritius. It was a beautiful property right on the beach. The staff was so friendly and the food was amazing. We happened to be there during the kite festival and we enjoyed all the activities around the event. The only thing I would suggest is maybe not playing the same club music at 10am as was playing at 10pm. It was too loud and the beat was annoying first thing in the morning.

This resort is situated in a lovely beach and has 3 pools as well. It has more staff than I have ever seen at a resort and they were all extremely pleasant and helpful. My room was of a good size with a little porch with pool and sea views. The quality of the food was better than I’ve experienced before at an all-inclusive resort.

Beautiful resort! Amazing food, the all inclusive offer is fantastic, with cocktails, wines and spirits on offer, including wines from the wine cellar! Food was outstanding, everyday something different! The staff are magnificent! They couldn’t do enough for us! Really pleased with this resort!

Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this hotel. The food and service were amazing. The bar does a great job as well. The beach and water were perfect as well.

Second time back and didn’t disappoint. Only issues was one of the restaurant was closed for lunch. The staff there are the best and so hospitality. Anything you need they will try their best to accommodate. The hotel was full booked but you never feel that is it due to the space. Great food and atmosphere.

Absolutely loved staying here for our honeymoon. Got in super early in the morning and fortunately, they had a suite available for us. Pheobe helped check us in and was really accommodating and wonderful to work with. Every member of the staff was responsive and welcoming. The resort's excursions made planning super easy and straightforward. Food was good, definitely eat at Wok n' Roll! One of the days there they had a lunch sponsored by a liquor brand, can't remember, but the grilled steak on the beach was amazing. Went back for thirds and fourths. Wish we had grilled steak for lunch and dinner every day after that. Loved our archery session too! Wish they had it more days per week instead of just once a week but they have plenty of options for activities. Overall would definitely come back and stay here again. PS: the sand on the beach here is soooooooo much better than the sand in Le Morne - the south part of the island (if anyone's wondering). Imagine soft, fluffy, flour-like sand - this side of the island is where it's at.

This is a beautiful place to stay, the people and staff are very friendly and welcoming, the hotel is clean and the rooms are clean too, the food is outstanding, so many options, and the service is excellent!! All round 10/10!!

Best hotel of our stay

Absolutely fabulous hotel 🏨 we stayed all over the island during our trip and this was our favourite place. Fantastic service and beautiful beach and glorious food . You won’t be disappointed

We loved the whole resort. Staffs are very friendly and accomodating! Esp sir Jess from the restaurant, Ms Emelie from reception, and sir Bradley .They given us a free upgrade of room because we're celebrating our honeymoon and the view from our balcony is amazing! The only thing is that the toilet has no bidet and the shower where you put shower gel and shampoo were so loose that everytime we use it the bottles drop on the floor so we put them on the floor instead. And also the utensils in the buffet area/restaurant are not that clean. Spoons has stains and glasses for drinking water got stains of lipstick ! Hope they improve on that cleanliness part! But overall we really enjoyed our stay! Thank you C Mauritius!

Great Experience

We have travelled to so many countries and experienced hospitality worldwide but nothing can beat the service at C Mauritius. From the warm and welcoming receptionists Anasthasia and Emilie, to the in room dining help Deepak and Michael and to sum up the fun crazy service at the bars with Yanish and Lovenish. This place was beyond just a vacation spot, it felt like we came to visit friends/ family. The food spread is amazing with premium alcohol choices. From games to watersport to live entertainment every night, we literally had tears while leaving the place after a 4 night stay. Hats off to the Constance Group of hotels for such amazing service. We try to explore new countries and never repeat them, but C Mauritius has given us all the reasons to return back to Mauritius. Great team, great property and we made some unforgettable memories :)

March holiday 2023

We really enjoyed C Mauritius for our 4 night stay in March after choosing it due to the good reviews. The food and drinks were excellent with top brands and great service, the sand and beach were lovely and because it is a small hotel the place never seemed busy would highly recommend it. The reception staff and bar staff in particular were excellent. Very friendly people who remembered faces and drinks extremely well. The cleaner was very nice and never rushed us out so she could clean the rooms. Overall an excellent experience

Amazing property. One big problem, no service in the swimming pool or in the beach, be ready to go to the bar for everything and clean after yourself in these areas

Everything was perfect!! The food was delicious, plenty of activities to keep you busy during your stay. The room was gorgeous and comfortable and had an amazing view of the ocean. Pascal took me on a snorkeling trip and made it one of the most memorable afternoons of the trip! I will definitely be returning!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. As a lone female staying a couple of nights they made me feel welcomed and checked on my well-being. The spa area was amazing and the massage was heaven. I would recommend this hotel.

Friendly and caring staff

Pros: We loved the staff's friendliness, beach cleanliness, and ocean view. All staff members treated us kindly and were very inviting and welcoming at all times, especially Gesh who was always ensuring that we were satisfied at all levels and willing to take the extra mile to accommodate whatever needs we had. Not to forget Geraldine, Evan, Sanjay, Dimitri, and the list goes on. Everyone was doing all that it needed to make our trip as memorable as can be. Cons: Slippers and toothpaste are not provided. The mini bar inside the room can be better improved. Since it is All-inclusive, there should be a place to grab snacks 24 hours instead of closing around 6 PM.

An amazing stay!

An absolutely amazing hotel! Pros: Amazing service through and through. The waiters/waitresses were excellent. Delicious food. Clean and modern room/bathroom. Great beach. Great organisation of trips. Cons: Limited choice at the beach bar. A limited entertainment program.

The resort has a wide range of areas to relax. There are 2 pools and many areas near the beach to relax. The satff are so kind, they quickly remember your name and what you like. I would recommend the hotel.

A great choice for a honeymoon

Pros Excellent assortment of meals for both lunch and dinner. Excellent breakfast with all sorts of local and tropical fruits, yogurts, cereals, cheese, and bacon. Good coffee. Delicious free snacks - sweets, and ice cream in the late afternoon. Nice staff - polite and welcoming. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Good gym. Cons Hotel taxi is too expensive. They are ripping the customers off.

Best all-inclusive deal!

The hotel was amazing. The amenities are great, staff is very friendly and the service is of top quality (they even organize plenty of activities) and above all the all-inclusive food and beverages offered is the best we have had yet. The food is of very good quality and there is a long list of wines that are included in the package deal, which can be ordered by the bottle (for the wine lovers, they have a big wine cellar to optimize the wine storage in the tropical temperatures). Moreover, we were there for our honey moon and they offered us an amazing lobster dinner on the house, which was very thoughtful of the hotel staff. Overall is was a great experience and we would definitely go back.

City centre convenience

Location is central to city. Team link just outside, parking easy underground. Apartment was excellent. Enjoyed the view of Lions ahead, though the view of Table mountain now obscured with other buildings. Reception was fair, helpful if you weren’t in a hurry. No real downside to this place, it was as it says on the label.

Very nice hotel: understated elegance, spacious rooms, excellent beach and garden views and sitting, food mostly good with some excellent dishes, but sometimes also bland, good wine and service at the bar. Staff very friendly, but management a bit too chatty with guests, there are only so many times we can say all is good...

Bath room not convenient.No place for soaps and drains not working. Near sink no good lighting for shaving. Need more hangers. Reception need uplift. No needed items in shop. Dining room containers are not convenient and hot covers. Menu to change daily. Cover dishes from flies. Ice cream is like rock. Bar is far from dining room Staffs excellent from reception, dining, bar and all over are friendly and excellent.Entrance to hotel road need repaired. More flowers and decoration all over including rooms. We enjoyed very much friendliness of staff without exception. Beach needs to have staff to get chairs moved, towels, drinks to order. Mangers are excellent and fixed anything we wanted and thanks to all staff.

friendly staff

Das Resort ist - wie auf dem Preislevel nicht anders zu erwarten - excellent gelegen und Top ausgestattet. Durch das vorgelagerte Riff erreichen kaum Wellen den Strand, so dass dieser auch für kleinere Kinder gut geeignet ist. Essen, Getränke, wie auch das Freizeitangebot sind auf sehr ansprechenden Niveau. Auf der knapp 1stündigen Fahrt vom Flughafen (Achtung: Linksverkehr) bekommt man bereits einen ersten schönen Eindruck der wundervollen Insel. Leider entsprach das bei Expedia beworbene 'schnelle' Internet nicht den versprochenen Erwartungen. Rund um die 'Weihnachts'Feiertage' wird von den Gästen überproportional 'Russisch' gesprochen. Das 'C Mauritius' - ist daher vor allem in der Vor- und Nebensaison - eine absolute Empfehlung wert!

Wunderschönes Hotel in Mauritius, würden sofort wiederkommen. Essen war super, leider die Auswahl nicht ganz so groß - dafür top Qualität. Der Chefkoch kommt auch direkt auf die Gäste zu und fragt nach, ob das Essen schmeckt bzw. ob es Wünsche gibt. Diese werden auch schnell umgesetzt! Die Cocktails schmecken auch sehr gut und sind schön angerichtet. Die Zimmer sind sauber, groß und sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Strand ist auch sehr schön, es gab auch genügend Liegen am Strand sowie an den Pools. Am Strand lag leider immer wieder viel Seegras, wäre schön wenn dieser noch besser/öfter gereinigt werden würde. Es werden viele kostenlose Aktivitäten im Hotel angeboten. Super Parkplatz, es gibt viele Stellplätze und ist durchgehend überwacht. Alles in allem war es ein wundervoller Aufenthalt den wir jederzeit wiederholen würden. Hotel absolut empfehlenswert!

Great all-inclusive concept

We had a lovely stay at C Mauritius. The all-inclusive concept is great: there's a nice buffee at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and a place you can get drinks and snacks in between. We also got to experience an excellent menu at the Asian restaurant because of our honeymoon. The couples massage was great and the whole spa & gym area really nice (AC could work a bit better at the gym though). I can see this hotel working for families with kids and friend groups. It also worked for our honeymoon, but the overall vibe is more young and playful vs. romantic and calm. Overall, a great option if you are visiting east coast!

Esperienza stupenda, resort curato in ogni dettaglio, buona cucina e ottima cantina, perfetta la gestione dei pasti e dei bar che offrono qualsiasi cosa si vuole quando si vuole. Ampia la camera e con bella vista, perfette le piscine per un tuffo di ritorno o in alternativa alla spiaggia, stupenda e ben gestita. Ultimo plauso alle escursionj prposte che permettono di scoprire le bellezze dell'isola.

Séjour exceptionnel

Notre séjour à l’hôtel C mauritus a été tout simplement parfait . Du début à la fin le personnel a été aux petits soins pour nous . Nous avons séjourner la bas pour notre lune de miel et l’hôtel a multiplié les attentions pour nous faire plaisir . Tout est inclus , le buffet est très varié et les cooktails sont simplement excellents . Vacance inoubliable sur une île paradisiaque

Das Hotel war super schön angelegt. Der Strand ist sehr schön und es ist überall sauber. Die Auswahl beim Essen ist phantastisch und auch für Vegetarier geeignet. Es war sehr lecker.
