Close to everything to see.

Will stay here again

Clean & great location. Management was timely and accommodating when we contacted them with any questions. Very easy check-in/check-out. Perfect for trip with two young children.

This apartment was very clean, comfortable, and in a prime location. The hosts were communicative and check-in was easy. Two caveats for travelers: 1) There's a spiral staircase and no elevator (that we found). It's a large staircase so not hard to climb, but it was a little challenging to carry large luggage up. 2) The beds, bedding and furniture were very comfortable and there is lots of extra bedding, but the apartment is a sparsely appointed and kitchen gear is very limited. We found it comfortable for a couple nights but if we were staying longer and planning to cook, it would not have been ideal for us. Overall it was a great home base for exploring a fun city and I would stay there again!

Might be better to indicate that the property has no elevator, but with a spiral staircase!

One of the best property, for sure its a amazing place to be in the city with walkable transportation, city tour options, spacious and beautifully designed place. Loved it. Super efficient check in process. Communication was on top. Going to book again on my next visit without second thought.

Great communication. We got lost and owner was quick to respond. Place was so clean and roomy. We were only there for one night but it looked like a full kitchen. We ate at a restaurant around the corner walking distance. There was many choices.

Loved the property. Would stay again!

No elevator and parking

Every things was good except without elevator is really difficult to carry the luggage to the 4th floor and car park is a sorius problem

Good location.

Great apartment in perfect location. Only downside was people upstairs were so noisy! It was like a herd of elephants were upstairs. Coffee provided which was lovely but be great to also provide tea. Good communication and helpful suggestions such as left luggage places (which we used) and places to eat etc.

We had a great stay here as a family. It’s a perfect base for exploring the city. Apartment was clean, modern, well laid out and just as the pictures show. The best bit about it is the location. With a few minutes walk you can be at Nyhavn, the Stroget, castles and the Metro station on a main square which was only a direct 15 min journey from the airport. Buka bakery a few doors down is a great stop for breakfast. Local area wasn’t too busy for a city centre. Would stay here again.

Great place to enjoy the city

ZERO FLEXIBILITY WITH CUSTOMERS

The bad part is that limited service from this chain is expected, but ZERO flexibility shouldn't be the way to take care of customers. I requested check out extension, and they wanted to charge. They recommended a service from an app called luggage hero, I made the reservation with them and the place was closed at time to drop the luggage at 10:30, 30 minutes prior to check out time. I was sweetening, carrying three 23 kgs suitcases 4 stares down and in the streets, with a flight to catch at the end of the day, after 20 days traveling in Scandinavia. I called their emergency telephone number and the answer was: THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT IT. Therefore, customers should pray that everything ends up perfect with their stay because they are not helpful, having ZERO flexibility, even under this kind of circumstance. The apartment is well located and new, but has no view and ours was on the 4th floor with no elevator.

Convenient apartment when traveling with small kid

The apartment was great when travelling with small kids. It had a small kitchenette (no stove) to prepare quick and convenient breakfast and snacks. Location was amazing and central to all attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was excellent and the beds were very comfortable. We had some problems getting in. We initially received the wrong codes.

Don't book this under any circumstances

We arrived to no contact or access to the apartment, according to people in the same building its a very common occorunce. The telephone number provided and on the website is a fake number. Expedia also informed me they had a wrong number and couldn't contact them either. We were left in the street trying to sort alternative accomadation for 1 and 1/2 hours Book at your peril !!!!

Helt perfekt beliggenhed - kun få meter fra Kgs. Nytorv. Vi var 2 voksne og 2 teenagere og størrelsen var ideel til os.

Very comfortable stay in the center of Copenhagen. Very close to touristic places, good restaurants and cafes.

Zeer goede ligging, groot, ruim en netjes appartement. Behulpzaame receptie wanneer iets niet werkt. Aanrader we zouden hier zo weer heen gaan!
