Absolutely stunning property and cliff front villas, with the Bali hospitality you come to expect but more so. One of if not the most beautifully appointed 5 star resorts I have stayed at.

Incredible Views and Private Beach

The Bulgari is an amazing property. The views of the Indian Ocean are unmatched and the decent down to the private beach club is worth the price of admission to experience. While we were disappointed that the pool bar was under renovation construction during our stay with the disruptive noise occurring in the heart of the property amenity area, we did appreciate the complimentary room upgrade and very late checkout. We recommend calling the hotel to make sure no construction is scheduled to occur during a stay. The hotel is totally overpriced for Bali, but we had to see and experience it at least once!

Our stay at Bulgari Bali was amazing. Their service is impeccable. Staff are very attentive and helpful. The location and views are breathtaking. The beach is a little long journey down around 100 stairs in addition to an elevator however it’s worth it

Splurge for the Ocean Cliff Villas, they have the most incredible view you will ever see.

The best hotel in Bali

THis is truly the best hotel in Bali, the design, the service, the food, it just couldn't be any better. I can't wait to come back.

Nice quiet villas on the cliff top, cool and breezy (for bali) nice villas, and private pool. Room service really slow (30 to 45min) Dinning options limited, main pool area is effected by the septic smell from the poolside toilets (depending on wind direction)

This was one of the most luxurious properties I have ever stayed in. All the staff from our butler Rose to Nico who worked in the restaurant to Dana who drove us on the ride to the villa, Alex in the bar area and last but not the least Nyoman who managed the pools and beach area did a fantastic job. The people and service makes the place nice. This property is fabulous and the people that work here are happy. That’s what I like to see. Would highly recommend you try and stay here at least one night.

Beautiful property with a great staff. The drinks and food were beyond expectation.

The resort is well kept, the moment you arrive, you’re greeted and welcomed with a drink. The staff are amazing from the receptionists, to the butlers to the restaurant workers to the bar to the pool crew; every single person made sure you were well served on your stay there. They went all out to give us an amazing experience worth the price. My wife and I are definitely coming back and staying longer. Couldn’t think of a single improvement as everything we experienced was thoughtful and tailored to make us comfortable during our stay there. 10/10 would recommend! Go spoil yourself there.

We really enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak,Kuta and even Ubud is so busy. There’s nothing to do but relax. The staff are amazing- so helpful, always smiling and happy and nothing is too much trouble. The food was fantastic. Loved the little snacks they bring around the pool and when you order a drink in the bar. The little biscuits and sweets left in your room at night. But most of all the view is just incredible. Would recommend to treat yourself for a few days here before you leave. Came home totally relaxed.

Gorgeous property; perfect stay!

The property is gorgeous nestled by the cliff. It would definitely be a perfect getaway for a honeymooner and couple. We were there for a family trip and it was still a perfect destination for us to enjoy the serene and peaceful from the resort. Open your eye when you get up from the bed with the magnificent view of the Indian Ocean! The butler which available for 24 hours never failed us. Though they could get very busy and delay in picking you up with the buggy service. The villa is well maintained thought it was obvious that the furnishing seems a little wear off. The entire resort team is Super friendly and hospitable. They greeted us whenever we go and always engaged us with a conversation. We felt that they are sincere in caring the guests and to know them. We would definitely come back again!

This is an exceptional hotel. We were greeted by Antonio, the F&B director who spent 20 minutes with us and was kind enough to show us around the property. The service is absolutely top class. Someone is always around to help without the service ever feeling overbearing or too much. Ada our butler and everyone else went out of their way to make the stay comfortable. The bar has a magnificent view and the aperitivo hour is timed to perfection - cocktails at sunset make for an excellent combination. We had dinner at the multicuisine restaurant and it was fabulous. The service and knowledge of the staff was commendable. If there is a downside it is that all rooms aren’t equal. The view from our room was no doubt very good but it wasn’t truly an unobstructed view of the ocean. Overall we had a wonderful stay and are looking forward to a repeat visit sometime in the future.

This resort is one of a kind. Too good to be true honestly.

When we make a call to confirm and arrange a pick up from from the airport, there was no one picking up from the resort, we have at least make more than 15 times calling until finally someone is speaking to us from the resort. Then the person told us that we don't have a booking with the resort even thou we gave them the confirmation number from Expedia. We call our bank to check if the transaction went thru and whether the resort have make claims to the booking and our bank told us that the billing was transacted and the resort have make the claims. So we call Expedia team to check the problem,Expedia's team try again to contact the resort but NO ONE picking up the phone after numerous call in. only at later evening we call in again & finally someone pick up the phone and speak to us and we ask them why no one picking up the phone call? they just told us that its an IT problem. This is totally unacceptable. This is suppose to be a five stars fashion resort, the customer service support cannot afford to have this kind of breakdown. As for the resort, we have very high expectation toward Bulgari resort however, after checking in we feel that the resort is bit old " Tired" in the industry term. On the other note, inside the room there is a card display method of bluetooth connection to Bang Olufsen sound sys, to my surprise there wasn't a B&O system in the room instead the IT Engineer told us its a SAMSUNG. this is misleading to your customer's expectation.

We spend a wonderful week at Bulgari Resort and it was beyond all expectations. Location, service and and the facilities are just outstaning!

Fantastic experience at the Bulgari resort Bali. A true jewel where anyone can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing retreat. Only one point of improvement, but which do not alter the experience, the F&B part that could be way more elevated.

Fantastic stay. Not only are we given the best simply because we are staying in a premium resort, the service staff were excellent as well. This makes the stay extremely enjoyable and differentiates from other resorts. Excellent staff like Chandra, Felina and Eric should be mentioned so that Bvlgari resort continues to keep the highest standard through role models and we look forward to coming back in one year's time!

ultimate resort

We stayed 4 nights at the resort and only have good things to say. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. rooms and facilities were all first class including a private beach and infinity pool. We ate at all food locations at the resort and everything was fantastic.

My wife & I booked a 3D2N stay at this resort. Everything was absolutely perfect. Staff remember your name. Service was prompt. You will feel like a treasured guest. The moment you set foot at the reception area you will be blown away by the breathtaking view of the Indian ocean. Dinner during sunset at Sangkar was an unforgettable experience for me. The resort have a private beach which you can just lie down, relax and listen to the sound of ocean waves all day long. Lunch at La Spiaggia satisfied our craving for seafood. The BBQ seafood platter is a must-try! Being so close to the ocean while dining is yet another wonderful experience. Can’t wait to return to this resort again! Luxury Family Resort- Truly 5 stars

We previously visited the Bulgari Resort for a special occasion dinner and decided that for our spring break we would splurge on one night at this glorious resort to celebrate our eldest's birthday. It might be the most beautiful resort I've ever had the priviledge of seeing firsthand. The villa was simply stunning-the views were perfection. Sadly, the main pool was under construction (we had seen it previously because it is next to the restaurant)-and so we felt like we missed out on a part of the resort. The management went a long way to make it up to the guests-opening the Bulgari Presidential Suite to all guests for use of the pool and the bar...but that made it feel overly intimate with the strangers that were sharing the space. All in all-an absolute 5 star experience. Just a bummera about the timing! The private beach is spectacular!!!

Know your resort, vertical resort, not good

This is a vertical resort, built into the side of a cliff. It is not a walking resort, it's not for the elderly, its not for families. You are a,slave to the buggy to be driven at all times. THE POOL IS CLOSED FOR 2 MORE MONTHS. Definitely skip this resort until the pool is completed. Breakfast is not of a 5 star hotel. The staff is one of the best I've experienced in Asia. The villas are superb. Perfection. If you are the type who never wants to leave your villa this resort is for you. If you want a,social atmosphere this resort is not for you. The cobblestone buggy road is really absurd. I couldn't wait to stop the bone shaking rides after 3 days. It is the most unpleasant aspect of the of the resort. Don't eat at "Il Ristorante". It is grossly overpriced with average Italian food.

Our 15th wedding anniversary

Amazing resort which have breakfast with amazing view, infinity pool with amazing view, bar with good spot for sunset view. All staff was very nice. Breakfast just need to have more choices of foods. Also bicycle should be put in the resort activity. Overall, we love the resort.

Wonderful

Wonderfully quiet and very lovely villa with gentle breeze as high up on cliff. Everyone greeted us by names and couldn't do enough for us. Thanks to ode and everyone else who made us welcome. Only negative is bland flavour of food at cafe. For the price, we expected more

Outstanding location, amenities and services

This hotel is locating at a stunning cliff and the view from the hotel is outstanding. Uluwatu is an area with so many things to offer -- the spetacular ocean view with kites flying on the sky and paint the sky with stars at night. The service was also great from check in to check out. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Stunning views but rooms tired and in need of major upgrade. For what you pay, it needs to be over the top. We had just come from the Ritz Carlton "Mandapa" in Ubud and the change was disappointing.

Excellent honeymoon getaway!

Me and my wife went to Bali Indonesia for our honeymoon. It was our first time in Indonesia and we definitely were looking for a resort that has the comfort of home but also brings us a fantasy of living on our little island. The Bulgari resort provided both those desires in its entirety! Our premier ocean villa was breathtaking, and it was one of the largest resort rooms we stayed in for a couple size. The resort itself has all of the amenities you could think of for a 5 star hotel... Infinity pools right in front of the Indian ocean, luxury spas, and fantastic restaurants. But the villa itself was so beautiful that we seldom wanted to leave it! Our own in villa infinity pool and in villa dining was definitely top notch. The breakfast included package where you could go to the buffet or in villa dining will leave you full for dinner! They also provided tours all around Bali which we thought was more than adequate for our honeymoon trip. Lastly, the service is on another level. I'll say this, I have never been pampered, looked after, serviced as well as I did on Bulgari resort than any other trip I ever had! You really can't go wrong with this resort. Just go and they'll take care of the rest.

Overrated

Below expectation... Room given was not ocean view , only able see roofs and bushes, took them two hours later to confirmed will changed to new villa next day...but the trip already went sour, Spa was under maintamce and done in a shallow corner house while fire alarm went off, bathtub faucet was leaking so you can't soak in. Beach closed so we had to arrange to Hyatt beach though concierge for a lunch , they couldn't find our reservation ... After we order room service ... They called us saying they were waiting to take us to Hyatt.. Yes friendly staff but poorly coordinated, food choices are limited, service need mayor improvement. You think you pay over 1500 night would at least get you a repellent lamp or any request in time.. Don't expect much exept for the view.... There is other better choices in the area...

Ein unglaublich schönes gepflegtes Resort. Die Villa war ein Traum so das ich die meiste Zeit in der Villa verbracht habe. Das Personal war so freundlich hilfsbereit die Wünsche wurden von den Augen abgelesen. Ein besonderer Lob an mein Butler Dewa. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. Ich komme sicherlich wieder.

オーシャンフロントに泊まりました。 フォーシーズンズジンバランも泊まりましたが、ブルガリの方がよかったです、 悪い点はほとんどないですが、強いて言えば朝食はまあまあな感じです。セットメニューを選んで簡単なブュッフェですが、もう少しブュッフェを充実させて欲しかったです。 夕食はホテルのイルリソトランテのコースを頼みましたが期待してたほどではなかったです。アルコール抜きで1人3万円ほどでしたがその価値は無い様な気がします。
