Clean and quiet.

Grand hotel, not so Grand

Had cockroaches, micro didn't really work right, the main doors didn't work don't lock, you have to remember a 6 number code to get into the room, I asked for a key they said no so it took me about 6 tries to get into the room, then after paying you guys you guy's you have pay an extra $100.00 cash deposit at check-in

The person who checked me in at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The property itself is not the cleanest and smells of cigarettes almost everywhere, but I did not expect luxury for the price I paid. The area was fairly quiet.

This is actually two properties. For me it was very convenient. The room, while a bit out of date, was very clean with sufficient towels. I was there to sleep and for that it was great. I would recommend that the owners/managers update a few rooms and call them upgrades or what have you and thake any revenue from them to do a room at a time - paint and other updates.

Bottom line it was disgusting. We checked in (only after having to go around multiple groups of homeless people sitting in the parking lot) to a front desk where we were borderline yelling because the rec hall they rent out was playing music extremely loud. Came into our room to find so much damage. Holes in walls, ceiling, broken countertop. Not to mention the literal trash we had found on the floor, toilet that looked like it had been used and not cleaned, the pillow that looked moldy (we used shirts as pillowcases) and we can’t forget about the bugs. We were in town for a sold out concert and quickly learned that 1: the pictures DO NOT MATCH real life. And 2: we had no other choice but to stay here as we called other places and everything was already booked for the concert. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Disgusting place. Never recommend

Our first room, was dirty, mold all over the walls, hair in the shower, the sheets had stains and the pillow cases had black stains on them. Then our second room, shower ceilings were moldy, and top sheets were dirty. I really didn’t want to stay there but I had to stay due to no other rooms available near.. I will never be booking with them again. Also I believe that’s a spot where people actually live, at night it be noisy and cigarettes smells. When I first walk to my room the outside door to get in the build had a group full of people just smoking and starring at me n and my friends also the staircase smell like straight piss. Overall never again !

I like thay the staff was very nice and accommodating.

I really enjoyed my staying

I made reservations back in February and when I got in to town on Wednesday, May 18th, the front desk insisted that my reservations were canceled on Tuesday, May 17th. I didnt cancel my reservations, and according to expedia my reservations were still booked. I even showed the front desk my confirmation number and they still refused to honor my reservations. So i had to find another hotel at the last minute, to stay at.

Room 187 and possibly others nearby has had a bed bug infestation for years. despite hotel desk assurance that there were no longer bugs in the room, it had multiple of different species, Ants, roaches, spiders and bed bugs. Kids and teenagers living there hanging outside late into the early morning hours. And when they have a police officer on duty in the lobby, it must say something about the place.

Dirty undrained water in the tub on check-in. Just a dump all around.

DISGUSTING AND SCAMMERS

I booked a smoking room at this hotel at 8am on 4/27/2024. First off they didn’t have a smoking room available so they say “we can put you in an upgraded 2 bed room”. I get to the room (#167) and see something moving on the bed just to realize it’s a BEDBUG!!!!!! I take pics and show them just for them to move me to the smoking room I initially asked for with MORE BEDBUGS!!!! They had the nerve to charge me $100 for a security deposit, the hotel stinks and is full of illegal activity, you won’t feel safe at all and I’m learning any hotel on this app that’s run by anybody from India will be the most trifling inhumane place you can pay to stay at. Now my things might be infested with bedbugs and all hotels.com did was give me a $25 coupon lmao I can’t wait to talk to a lawyer and I’ve called the health department and I’m about to call DHS because I’m convinced they are human trafficking and some more stuff in there…I can’t believe that hotel is even allowed to be occupied. Hotels.com will allow you to be scammed and nobody will take accountability

Very unsafe, kids were playing around until midnight, I saw men were drinking alcohol and walking around the facility…..

Hallway lined with old toilets, stairway smelled of urine. Dirty room, carpet even had a couple of holes. Hotel is obviously being used for immigrants and possibly homeless which is fine but maybe they sound make paying customers aware so we can choose where to stay. Seems to be the case with many lower end Columbus hotels. They just take our money. Unsafe, unclean, just awful.

Very run down property. Sink clogged, exterior doors unsecure, mouse droppings in the room, marijuana smells in the non smoking area, lots of suspicious activity in the parking lot.

The sheets hadn’t been changed. Was a coke straw made up in the sheets. Filthy.

I didn’t even stay there! I checked in, realized it’s used as a homeless shelter, the entrance door was hanging off the hinge and the lock on my door was snapped off. My visit lasted 5 minutes and i left and never ever went back and won’t.

I was shocked when I arrived the hotel from the airport. There was not even a hot water and there was not even an acknowledgment from the admin.

Filthy Filthy Filthy The tub was absolutely disgusting. There were ants all over. I was told by the manager at the front desk if I don't leave a negative review that he will give me the best room available. Pure filth in the bathtub and bathroom. Look elsewhere.

The front desk guy was kind, the hotel was dirty though and the TVs were old, the kids and people sleeping in the hallway was not cool.. but you get what you pay for the rooms were very cheap and the highway being right there made it convenient

They had bed bugs and people was very loud next door to us and knocking on are bedroom window at 2am I’m very upset I want my money back

Dirty. Very dirty. Sheets looked slightly wrinkly and had some dirt on them, plus cigarette burns. There was a bandaid stuck on the coat rack, hair and rubber bands in the shower, no tissues, a plastic bag covering the smoke detector, the remote was missing batteries, and the doors to the hotel don’t lock so anyone can walk in. I would have complained but I doubt they would have been able to give me a better place. It seemed like the kind of hotel that specializes in not caring about making an especially good impression, or caring that they have made a bad one. It was a roof over your head, running water, and a bed. But that’s about it. Stay here if your only other option is sleeping on the streets. Otherwise, I would recommend against.

Avoid, not worth even the low cost

Don’t stay. Black mold in shower, very uncomfortable mattress, creepy, run down, heard other guests complaining about dirty room upon check in, smelled like smoke, staff didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing.

I woke Saturday morning to watch mice run in the room. I immediately left.

It was not good. Too much traffic in the halls. Arguing and there is a program for homeless people and the hotel staff cursing loud and going back and forth to get them out. This happened more than once in my 2 day stay and I only slept there. Internet service is not good. I had to turn the TV in order to watch it because of it freezing. There was no iron in my room.

Hotel NIGHTMARE from H*ll

This was the worst hotel Ive ever been to. It stinks real bad in the stairwell, we booked a room that said was available but it wasn’t. Why would you allow people to book unavailable rooms? We had to wait 30 mins to an hour for a new room, Then our new rooms heat didnt work, stains on the bed, dirty bedding. Then we had a terrible interaction with other guest, recording us and following us in the hallway. I felt UNSAFE! By the morning, Got woken up by RUDE STAFF banging on the door because they mistaken our room for someone else! I hated it, I want a refund! Never again!

So the rooms shown on the photos are not what they actually look like, also they have ROACHES and men that try to proposition you not a safe clean stay

It was awfull the first room we were given the beds had been slept in the trash was a mess and the towles and wash clothes had been used then we see roachs climbing the walls and my wife woke up to roaches crawling on her the tv wouldnt work the hair dryer wouldnt work when i approached the front desk abiht the issues i was told thsy since i booked through hotels.com there was nothing they could do and to have a good day.

My stay was quiet, comfortable and clean, even during football games. I am a repeating customer and highly recommend this place. The staff is polite and friendly..

I was sure my vehicle would not make it through the night without being broken into. The person who checked me in was very nice and accommodating, That is about the only truly positive thing I could say about this property. Apparently, there are full fledged families living there as regular guests, because I saw no less than 6 unrelated kids playing and running around the halls on my way to my room. The hallways reeked of bad weed and stale stink. The room was decent for what I paid, just a few small things not really worth mentioning. But the big thing worth mentioning was my bathroom had lots of mold on the ceiling. As I was leaving the next day, I saw a roach crawling down the hallway wall AND got propositioned by a drug addict form a date, all within 2 minutes of each other. If you just need a place to lay your head for a few hours without spending a lot of money, then this place might be okay for you. Otherwise, spend a little extra money for some place better.

Upon pulling up to the hotel my Uber driver commented how much of a ghost town it was red flag number one. Property has a $150 deposit but at check in they waved it red flag number two. The vanity was damaged and the bed made a loud bang getting on and off it. Property had a weird odor to it.

I didn’t stay at the hotel it was crazy smoking I get sick I’m alargy to smelling smoke and i tel them the gentleman at the desk and he told me I will get refund back I didn’t get my refund it was soo bad day

There were lots of people hanging out in the parking lot late at night, which was a bit unsettling.

Front desk guy was very welcoming and made sure I was comfortable. He checked me in early with no issues and showed me to my room. Great service. This is not a luxury hotel but for the price I would definitely stay here.

It was OLD and would not recommend this place. The room was clean but run down. Flip latch security lock was broke off. You had to yank the door open as the key lock was broken.

Worst place ever

Nasty, dirty, hole in theceiling water leaking, bedsheets had holes, after finding my room and going in contacted hotels.com and they helped my get my deposit money back, refused to stay , but haven't received a refund for the room, said they had to fill out paperwork for a refund

The room was spacious, housekeeping was done everyday. It was quiet enough for a professional and getaway stay. The sink was clogged and before maintenance could address the issue, the front desk offered to relocate me into a more convenient room. Maintenance and management came to make sure that the issue was taken care of. Though the issue was more deeper, both management and the maintenance personnel demonstrated good customer service. I also liked that the wifi works very well. I will recommend this property to anyone looking for an affordable place for a stay.

This place is horrible. I tried many times to call and cancel and was told to keep calling back. Keep calling back so I wasn’t able to cancel so they took money out of my account anyway even though it was their fault, I was not able to cancel.

That’s the worse place I ever booked. I booked for 4 nights and I couldn’t sleep there even 1 night. And they refused to refund me. Room was dirty and full of insects and there is a mouse there. At my check in they were a big fight there and the police has to come. Front desk were rude and not polite. He was literally chasing me away and told me to go and claim my refund with expedia

The room isn’t the same as advertised. There’s no coffee maker, hot water for tea, …. Ice machine doesn’t work properly. Front desk staff is ok. But the condition of the place just scares us off from ever staying there again.

The listing shows a hot tub in king bed room in multiple pics, for $55, which is why I chose. Called front desk after arrival and told for room in pics, it would be $130. False advertising!

Housekeeping did not visit every day, but that was fine by us. It was a great deal and had everything we wanted for a good price. Since we were there for 5 nights and on a budget, we loved having the microwave and mini fridge.

For the most part all was ok. But the wedding reception in the party room with music blasting into the wee hours of the morning. Was easily 5:00 am before it ended.

Needs updated and cleaned properly

Old and outdated, black mold found in the bathroom shower area (visible without searching for it). Nothing appeared to have been cleaned, carpets were noticeably dirty, food debris on various surfaces in the room.

It is a super low budget hotel and is just as expected. Staff was friendly though and that is saying a lot considering some of the issues they have to deal with.

The hotel was NOTHING like the pictures. A lot of illegal things (no smoke detector; no peep hole; etc.) and the room was dirty. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. A mouse trap by the vent. The ceiling was peeling and you could see mold. The staff did not speak hardly any English. I will NEVER stay here again. Took a lot of pictures to turn into the state.

Rooms looked and smelled absolutely disgusting. Burn marks on the curtains, air conditioner held together by masking tape. Water coming through the cracks in the walls. The bathroom sink was literally falling off the wall. Stains EVERYWHERE. absolutely gross. After asking for my money back they told me they couldn't provide a return receipt and that it could take up to 14 days to return my money.

Most disgusting place I've ever stayed. Active leak in the ceiling..clearly did not vacuum before my arrival, stucco falling from ceiling, ashes dumped out on dresser in my "nonsmoking" room, halls and room smelled of heavy cigarettes and weed.

First thing I thought that we was going to be able to be comfortable since I have been here a year ago but it wasn’t the case we went to a room that looked like someone broke in , we then went to check the beds and the beds had bedbugs. So we went to the front desk and told the person he said that we could try another room mind you we had a long day and was tired so we agreed !when we got to the 2nd room we checked the beds again and that room not only that it had bedbugs but also blood on the sheets !!! We decided to go back to the front desk and ask for a refund which the guy said he canceled our stay and that we will be refunded our money in full. Thought that was the end of it since we had to sleep a night in the car and book a different hotel. But no not only that we had to call to get our refund to be taken back because the place lied to our card company but we now have a negative on our card !!

I was not able to stay. After driving 9 hours I arrived at the hotel only to find that their system had been down all day and they were unable to accommodate my request.

I have been put in a room that has mice and I'm stuck here cause I can't afford to go anywhere else. Worst experience of my life.

It's a okay place

Check in-smooth. Hallways (past doors with non-smoking room signs)-smelled of smoke, and showed much wear and tear. Our NON-SMOKING room—OVERPOWERING SMOKE SMELL, sheets and towels looked clean and were odor-free, bathroom fixtures appeared clean, cleanliness of chairs, flat surfaces, mini fridge, heating/cooling unit looked iffy. We purchased several types of air fresheners and used them abundantly-room was habitable then. Wished I’d bought sanitizing spray, but didn’t—left all clothing in suitcase and suitcase on desk top. We sat only on the bed with the covers drawn back. Never walked barefoot on carpet. Room was quiet-no outside noise, no loud mechanical or plumbing noises inside. Tub was slooooooow draining-showered standing ankle deep in water. Ceiling heater in bathroom worked well (I was impressed). Had hairdryer, but it was barely hanging on to the wall. All lights worked. Walls showed water damage and patched holes. Heater quit during the night, but my husband got it going again. At one time this was VERY nice place. Directly along highway-not a sketchy neighborhood at all, bit of a maneuver to get back to it, though. Kept wondering how they could continue to keep open. We DID NOT see or hear anything sketchy. Husband and I not afraid to stay there again, but would pack plenty cleaning/sanitation supplies, but we wouldn’t take children there.

Amenities were not what was pictured on the Expedia website (no spa tub in room). Facilities were okay, but seemed in disrepair or undermaintained. Sink drain leaked. Bed mattress was uneven. TV wasn't properly set-up with channels when we first arrived. I had to program it myself.

Lobby looked nice and clean. Room was horrible. Buhs bugs bugs. Roaches were crawling in plain view. There dead bugs smashed on the wall of the shower. I literally checked in and out in 5 minutes.

It was the most disgusting motel I ever stayed in. Roaches , a bathtub that didn’t drain . Roaches that crawled out of the drain. Towels that weren’t cleaned . Absolutely foul.
