The property was on a Main Street. Excellent security and the room was cleaned daily. Fresh towels and bedding after 3 days and you could request additional items eg more towels, toilet rolls, tea bags, etc. From our initial booking Paco the owner/ manager was in touch via wats app to request flight times, etc. when our taxi dropped us off at the raring address he remained at the property till just before 10pm to ensure he welcomed us - we really appreciated that. Our cleaner was superb and extremely polite when we saw him daily. We would use the property again should we re visit Barcelona as it was central for all of the areas and attractions we wanted to visit.

Not impressed

This isn't a typical hotel. Appeared to be a mix of hostel and residential guests. Very basic room, choice of snacks for 1 euro each, just drop in in the can on the desk. Check in weird, video conference with the clerk, never met in person. Had to drop 18 euros in a box on the counter for the city tax. Overall, I was not impressed with this place, and would not recommend. Only plus, was a 5 or so block walk to Sagra Familia.

Excellent location. Many destinations and restaurants in a walking distance. I expected balcony in our room, but there was not. Shower was derty. Service was good. Downstairs was restaurant with a great food.

Great area , clean beddings but rooms is not cleaned during stay . 4 nights = 0 housekeeping , only bed arranged . Towels not changed even if they say will change every 3 nights. Horrible sound of other rooms and most horrible you can hear everything from road ( motorcycles , cars , pub from ground floor and all people from street ) . Heater working extremely slow and AC only on cold temperature . We had nights with about 10 degrees and wanted to heat .

Clean, airy, excellent and modern shower, comfortable queen size bed, cute balcony overlooking the street, easy access to the building. Unusual that there is a virtual check in and check out via skype, centrally located, good value, nice that you can store your luggage past check out time

Ok stay

Only OK... we came into stained sheets, and some stains on the walls, which was not a great experience, but were changed once we called the office. Check in was done via skype which was odd. Pension is in an apt building undergoing some external construction, so expect noise in the mornings. Otherwise, location is on a relatively busy street near sagrada familia and verdaguer subway, so easily accessible

Great location, close to Verdaguer metro, minutes walking to sagrada familia. Lots of tapas around. Clean room, big enough for two adults. Downside lots of traffic noise.

The staff was very friendly but except for the daily room cleaning staff I never met anyone else . Communication was via Whats app and a few phone at a sort of check in on the 1th floor. The room was for two people but I was alone and found it very small especially the bathroom/toilet. There was a water heater and tea but no coffee in the room. There was some problem with the wiring which made for the water heater to stop working as well as the ceiling light above the bed. I asked and received another water heater, but when plugging it in at 4 am before heading to the airport the other light stopped working.. so no coffee and no light. Be aware that this location is not easy to reach with the airport bus so when arriving late in the evening expect a long walk or arrange for a taxi.

The staff were very fine people. Any kind of restaurant close by. More luxury yout demand for that price

Dubbelrum med en stor säng, tv och dusch samt liten balkong. Nära till restauranger och fik. Bra kommunikation med buss och tåg (1h från flygplatsen). Med buss tar det cirka 10 minuter till gamla staden / la rambla / vattnet. Samma sträcka tar cirka 35-40 minuter att gå.

War alles super check in und auch Schlüssel abgabe alles super gelaufen. Sehr zentral alles zu fuss erreichbar.

De beste locatie om van Barcelona te genieten

De plaats van het hotel is uitstekend! Dichtbij alle bezienswaardigheden. Wij houden van lopen en hebben veel lopend kunnen bereiken. Maar er zijn rondom het hotel ook genoeg bussen om naar het strand te gaan of de Font Màgica etc. Het hotel zelf is goed beveiligd en ziet er prima genoeg uit voor een 2 sterren verblijf. De schoonmaak zou wel wat kunnen verbeteren door vlekjes op de deuren, schakelaars en dood gemepte insect vlekjes weg te halen. Ook zou het fijn zijn om in de kamer twee stoelen te plaatsen voor koppels, daar was genoeg ruimte voor! En biedt de gelegenheid om in de ochtend samen zittend te kunnen ontbijten. De receptie is altijd bereikbaar via whatsapp en behulpzaam, dus vraag gewoon wat je nodig hebt! Meneer Paco is niet altijd bij de receptie op de 1e verdieping, maar beantwoord altijd via whatsapp.

Situation de l'hôtel tres bonne. Literie bien Salle de bain, même si c'est 2 étoiles, la cabine de douche était vraiment dégueulasse. Et puis on ne sait pas pourquoi, mais sans ouvrir la fenêtre, nous etions envahie de moustique, via la clim, via les évacuations..mystère

O prédio é antigo mas o hotel fica em uma área aparentemente reformada. O check in foi ótimo e fomos muito bem atendidos. O lugar é super perto da sagrada família e da o transporte público próximo facilita muito a locomoção

Hôtel parfaitement situé dans le quartier de la Sagrada Familia. Chambre climatisée avec le strict confort, mais au vue du prix, nous n'allons pas être exigeant. Nous recommandons et l'accueil est chaleureux.

The Room was ok. The WLAN connection is really poor so I had to use my mobile data to work which was not nice. The room is only cleaned per request and you only receive one key, which is not so practical when you are two persons. Also it is a quite loud area outside. But for the price it’s ok

Check-in per Skype, aber einfach, ich spreche kaum Englisch, trotzdem gut geklappt. Mit Cod kommt man rein ins Gebäude, Treppe hoch, an ,,Rezeption" muss man anrufen (Nummer aufgeschrieben) und dann wird man per Skype angerufen. Alles geht schnell. Zimmer ist modern, gibt er Rolladen und Heizung. Nachbarn und Straße hörte ich nicht ( mit Ohrstöpsel geschlafen). 5 Nächte war ich dort, Boden war niemals geputzt.Aber es ist nicht wichtig. Hotel ist in Zentrum, unten ist gute Imbis, Lidl gibt es auch im Umgebung. Wenn ich noch mal nach Barcelona komme, dann nur in ,,Brustar S.F."übernachte.

Все очень понравилось. Отличное расположение. В номере есть все необходимое. Рядом метро, кафе и магазины. Приехали раньше, позвонили по телефону на ресепшен. Ответили, что заселение в 15. Оставили чемодан в ящике с ключом и пошли гулять. В 15 ч замечательная русскоговорящая девушка все показала и объяснила. Убирали каждый день. Огромное спасибо за гостеприимство.
