Bristol hotel is a great hotel with very nice staff. Everything was clean and relatively quiet even when it is in the middle of the action.

15 min drive to the old city. But Uber is very cheap here. You are in the financial district but this hotel great food and the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. We ate at la compania and it was ok for being a luxury hotel and the staff at the luxury hotel very rude. Where we stayed all the staff from the door man Gabriel, Micheal Angelo to check in Juan, selene and the little bar.. the ladies are amazing!! Then you go to the dining the staff- Juan, Simon, Carlos, William, all the ladies and the chef.. they all deserve a raise. The meals are fantastic!! Stay here the feel of the boutique hotel. Thanks for a great vacation!!!

This is a lovely hotel with a caring, attentive staff. The room was large and well appointed. There was both a bathtub and a large enclosed shower in the bathroom. Breakfast featured a nice variety of offerings and stayed open until 10:30. All in all a very satisfactory stay.

I love this hotel. Staff at reception and at the front door were really helpful and efficient. The room was very comfortable and at a high standard of cleanliness. Quite close to some decent restaurants and near a metro station if needed. I will definitely be back next time I visit Panama.

Attention is superb

Really enjoyed my stay during New Year's at this location. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, I enjoyed the breakfast options available and room service. Absolutely loved the tub and being able to relax. Also, the spa service was great! One of the best massages I ever had. Only suggestion would be updating the pool area and maybe cleaning it more frequently. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay.

My wife and stayed for five days and we were very pleased with everything. Modern amenities, cleanliness, very professional front desk greetings and extremely polite and helpful safe. Everyone was very accommodating, we already intend to stay here on our next visit.

I loved everything about the place, the only thing was the way some staff treated us since me and my wife don’t look like the kind of people who the usually serve and we honestly don’t blame them. It is an experience we have had several times before but it doesn’t affect our experience at the place. Will definitely come back.

The property was nice and staff was good. I really wish they made more effort to provide vegan protein at breakfast. We stayed 3 days and the only options were bread and fruit for vegans. They could simply add tofu to the buffet. I requested avocados which they had 2 of the days.

Fair hotel. Good food,especially breakfast. Slow service in general. Wait time for dinner at least an hour.

This stay was everything I could ask for and more as a wind down stay after a multi-city trip. The hotel is clean and well maintained, the service is 10/10 and the food is great. This is the go to hotel for any Panama stay!

Beautiful Bristol

The Bristol Hotel is an excellent space to retreat while in Panama City, Panama. The staff is kind, efficient, and attentive to the needs of their guests. I had an executive room in the Tower section of the Bristol. The staff, workout space, room service, and location make the Bristol Hotel an excellent choice from which to navigate Panama Ciry, Panama. Well done Bristol Hotel. Thank you.

Outstanding facility and fabulous breakfast!

The property is great as we had no problems. For me I like being able to have a balcony with lots of sunlight. The building has no balconies and with the nearby towering buildings it can be difficult. I do plan to stay there again as the friendly staff and amenities make up for the balcony issue.

Second time staying at the Bristol. Great service from all staff.

Toilet wasn’t working in first room, second room air condition was not working. Very loud staff across the corridors could not rest or work.

My time at Bristol was spent relaxing and enjoying the area. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend the Bristol.

We had a suite with a kitchen. It was a good size and well-equipped. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast was good with a variety of warm (not hot) and cold options. Unfortunately, the eggs were never hot - they were on a hot-plate that didn't seem to function. Pro tip: order an omelet. Overall, our stay was excellent and I would not hesitate to return to this hotel.

This hotel is a family friendly hotel I never missed home when staying at this hotel. This hotel is my favorite hotel in Panama for years I would come back again and again.

My wife and I travel a lot and this was easily the cleanest, nicest hotel we've ever stayed at. We stayedd for a week and I can't say enough good things about both the hotel and the wonderful staff. The daily breakfast buffet is fantastic as is dinner in the restaurant, and there is also a terrific little bar with a cozy outdoor patio to relax and have a drink. Every member of the staff goes out of their way to make you feel special. If you're considering a stay here, don't hesitate. You won't regret it.

This is the place to come if you are looking for a comfortable, quiet, relaxing and high end stay. The service of this property was top notch. It is a refined hotel with a laid-back yet luxurious environment. The staff is very attentive and very nice and they made me feel like I was at home. I appreciated the fact that they remembered me and greeted me by name whenever I walked through the lobby. They have the best curated music selection too! I can't say enough about the wonderful restaurant and bar on the property. Every meal I had was delicious and the bartender, Axel, was exceptional as was all of the staff I encountered during my visit. Everyone was so nice and extremely professional. The guest ambassadors at the front desk were amazing and they made sure my needs were taken care of. The Spa is beautiful and smells heavenly. Although I didn't get a spa service or treatment during my short stay, I did go up to the area just to check it out and I was greeted very warmly and the services were explained to me. The next time I come I'll definitely take more time to indulge. This visit was my first trip to Panama and Staying at the Bristol made me feel so fancy, LOL. I absolutely loved my stay and I will definitely be returning again soon. It's truly a very special place!

The property, amenties, restaurants and service are exceptional

I usually don’t write comments. But the breakfast experience is exceptional. The food was very delicate and the stuff was amazing. They have a room for children where they can look after your children when you enjoy your breakfast. If you have children, highly recommend the breakfast. The hotel room I would say it is ok, after all the hotel is relatively old. But they didn’t have toothbrushes so be prepared.

very pleasant stay

Gorgeous hotel in the heart of the city. Staff went above and beyond to cater to our every need. The pool is a great way to unwind. The area seems safe and there are restaurants and pattiseries within walking distance. Dinner at the hotel was a culinary experience. Be sure to purchase breakfast the next morning. It was delightful and so many options!! All around we felt very relaxed and comfortable!!

Super friendly staff. Amazing hotel. Rooms can use an update, probablemente just carpet and little more. Great size room. Great bathroom. Really nice and comfortable stay. Best of all is the staff. The breakfast buffet is amazing too!

Bristol is a great elegant hotel, with nice staff and good rooms. However the last day, they did not make the room, even though we told a manager, also got a small room and did not get room upgrade or any perk.

Amazing stay. Stayed and had a last minute event and I have to say they surpassed every expectation I had. Clean, super friendly staff, worried that you have an excellent experience. I never write reviews but they absolutely deserve it. I would definitely stay again. The only area of opportunity was the room service. I asked for a hamburger and even though was not bad, it was ok.. Congrats to the staff!!

I always return to this gem of a hotel. Traffic gets a bit complicated around it, but the property, staff, quality of the stay and generally the upscale and high quality experience makes it worthwhile and in my opinion, the best business hotel in Panama.

This is the best hotel property in Panama City. Easily accesible in the banking sector, with great staff and always impeccable. Only downside is the traffic around it gets a bit difficult - but it still beats being elsewhere. Nice, high end hotel.

The room was very nice and spacious. View of next building not so great. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was fantastic. Gym was pretty big and had nice equipment. Location felt safe and it was pretty easy to get a taxi anywhere. Would definitely stay here again.

An ideal location with superb offerings at our hotel

This is a beautiful hotel with beautiful, spacious room (a large 3 drawer dresser!), large shower with great water pressure. The tapas bar is lovely. The front desk went above & beyond moving rooms around to put us and our friends in adjacent. Workout facility is nice and we had spa access to a quiet space with an impressive view. I highly recommend!

The Bristol is a very nice hotel in downtown Panamá City. Our room was lovely. The only minor thing was that the pillows were all feather pillows which are too soft for me. I told that to the front desk and firmer pillows were brought to my room. The area around the hotel could be nicer also. There seems to be a lot of construction and sidewalks aren’t repaired. The staff was very attentive to us.

The restaurant was amazing. Room was good and service phenomenal. Little disappointed in pool. which could do with a reno to make more inviting ( quite sterile- more greenery and clean glass). Definitely would recommend hotel.

They have great apartments available with kitchen, etc. Two TVs for restless sleepers and an excellent breakfast in their restaurant which you can include in your room price. This is a very elegant hotel in the financial district, so not a really (walking) tourist friendly location, but very safe and attractive. Private guides and car available at reasonable prices through this concierge.

This place is legend!

Ours was a rest stop between flight legs, a chance to catch our breath, get a good sleep, an excellent massage, some good meals and reset our circadian clocks before pushing on. We had planned to roam the Old Town a bit but were so entangled in the comforts on offer at the Bristol that we never left for the two days we were there. This place is amazing in every way. The top floor spa is nothing short of excellent as is the restaurant on the 5th floor. The buffet breakfast is the stuff of legend and our dinner was 5 star in every way. The staff is friendly and helpful. We will never stay anywhere else though Panama City has a lot to offeror lodging.

Regilio works as concierge, front desk, and bellman. He is everywhere and so efficient and professional. His support was the highlight of my experience at the Hilton. He should be the front end manager! Customer service is his priority and it shows.

Just WOW!!

There are so many amazing things I want to share about this hotel. From the moment my husband and I walked into the hotel we were immediately greeted by Carlos who retrieved our luggage and then provided us with cool towels to freshen our hands. He then provided us with a glass of fresh juice that was absolutely delicious. We were then greeted by the receptionist Carmen who was a gem! She was very pleasant and friendly and she asked us about our visit to Panama and we told her it was our Anniversary and she upgraded our room for an enhanced experience in this hotel. The check in process was superb! We ordered room service a couple times and everything was wonderful. We had cocktails at the bar and that was great as well. This hotel superseded my expectations and I HIGHLY recommend anyone coming to Panama MUST stay here you will not be disappointed!

Luxurious stay at the Bristol after a red eye from San Francisco, on our way to Bocas del Toro. It could not have been any more comfortable. Our dinner at Salispuedes was amazing. The staff - from the time we arrived to our departure - were accommodating and gracious. I would highly recommend a stay at the Bristol.
