Great hotel in Nha Trang

Nice and friendly staff. Efficient check in/check out process. Our room was spacious and clean.

What a lovely restaurant we have been to. The restaurant view is fresh and cool. The menu has many kinds of food. The food was really delicious, the juice is fresh, the sea view room so nice, all rooms have balconies, I did enjoy the time here. Will comeback.

L'hôtel avait d'excellentes installations. La chambre était fabuleuse et la vue était exceptionnelle. Nous avions un double balcon avec une baignoire, ce qui était tout simplement incroyable. C'était un peu en dehors de la ville, mais nous avons apprécié cela. Le personnel était exceptionnel et ne pouvait pas en faire assez pour nous. Ils étaient très sympathiques et serviables, pas seulement 1 ou 2 mais tous. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter.

Breakfast was varied and delicious, the staff was very enthusiastic when serving my husband and I in the room. The room had a wonderful sea view when welcoming the sunrise and watching the sea and the ships. The air conditioning was also very quiet and cool. The only downside was that I couldn't find an iron anywhere.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Very helpful and serviceminded staff. A special thanks to Sarah and Joey, but also to the girls at the spa. Definitely coming back👍

This is an excellent hotel. I stayed in room 2007. The Reception staff Sarah, Jessi and Bram gave me a very warm and friendly welcome and were all so very helpful. I had 2 massages during my stay. Spa is excellent with a sauna and steam room. Breakfast buffet was delicious with a very good amount to choose from. I highly rate this hotel and would recommend to stay there. I liked the hotel so much I have booked a room for my son.

Great facilities.The rooms were large and beautiful with stunning sea views. Huge beds with fab linen and pillows. Quiet location which we loved.

Je n'y ai passé qu'une nuit dans une chambre supérieure, mais ils m'ont surclassé dans une chambre Pacific Double, je ne sais pas si c'est à cause de la basse saison ou d'un anniversaire. Enregistrement rapide et le personnel était superbe. Les installations sont toutes bonnes, la piscine à débordement était super avec une belle vue.

The room is as big and clean. New, premium equipment. The staff is cheerful and willing about assisting guests. The hotel's sky bar on the 27th floor is especially interesting. The restaurant is on the fourth level, serves great dinners, and charges moderate prices.

Room was lovely, spacious, clean and bed was very comfy. Breakfast was excellent - the best we have had so far in Vietnam. The sky bar on the top floor was also stunning! The day we checked out we had a night train, and the hotel not only let us store our bags there but use the pool and gym after checking out, then provided us with a shower in a spare room too, which made a massive difference to our final day!

From the moment you enter the hotel, you feel an atmosphere of kindness from the staff. They smile at each guest and try to explain everything in depth. The hotel has a very beautiful and, in our opinion, one of the greatest infinity swimming pools here. If you are tired of the sun, you have access to the sauna or spa, which is very amazing! The pool bar includes a large selection of mocktails and cocktails. Spa provides highly qualified specialists and a variety of massages, which are also best for us.

This is an excellent hotel. I stayed in Room 2007 which has an amazing view of the beach and is extremely comfortable - especially the huge bed. The Reception staff Sarah, Jessi and Dram gave me a very warm welcome and were so very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is wonderful with so much choice and all staff are very friendly too! I had a massage at the spa which was excellent. I will definately stay at this hotel again and would highly recommend Bolton Blue to anyone who is visiting Nha Trang.

We enjoyed an excellent stay in Boton. From the moment we came in, we were greeted by nice staff who were really polite and helpful. The room exceeded our expectations, the infinity pool was breathtaking, and we truly enjoyed our massages at the spa. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and offered a range of alternatives that changed every day. Although there was no beach in front of the hotel owing to high tides in the morning, the shuttle service to a beach two minutes away was ideal. There were beach lounge chairs, towels, and umbrellas available at this beach.

The hotel has beautiful mountain and sea views. Room is spacious and clean. Friendly staff and prompt check-in assistance. I will definitely return to the hotel.

The hotel stands right on the beach, just ten minutes from the city center, and is quiet. We were upgraded to a premium ocean room, which has a lovely view of the ocean, especially when the sun rises.Worth the cost.

The spa is free with stay my VIP perks got sea bass dinner on the house! Wow! The room with the Mountain View are breathtaking 801!

The manager was so nice. Once she knew that I had VIP access, she upgraded my room so that I could have the best experience with the hotel. They also let me check out late since my drive came late. I definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit Nha Trang next time.

Could be good - but needs lots of work & new staff

The hotel itself is about 7kms away from the town, and the beach they have is about 2kms by shuttle. The hotel has some amazing facilities but it's starting to show its age. The rooms are clean, but quite dated now, with lots of dark wood. The views are amazing if you have an ocean view room. The reception staff are less than helpful. Especially considering that the hotel was not even half full. We had an issue with our room and the staff said they would move us. But moved us to a worse room, with less of a view as it was on a lower floor and looked out to another hotel. I am a gold hotels.com customer and one of the perks at this hotel was a free room upgrade, subject to availability. I explained this to the staff who said that there was no availability. When I showed them online that there was availability for EVERY type of room in the hotel, I was begrudgingly upgraded. Another perk that came with booking through expedia/hotels.com was the 1,000,000 VND towards drinks and food during our stay. Again the hotel refused to honour this, giving us a voucher to be used in a restaurant that they had closed (due to lack of hotel guests) then offered us another menu, which they had only around 20% of the dishes - with no meat options. The reception staff again were very unhelpful. I never did get the money towards food & drinks like I was promised. Breakfast had a wide selection of food, however everything was very bland with no real flavour. Stay elsewhere

The property is great, the staff not so much. We were not greeted with any enthusiasm or efficiency and this was generally the case throughout our stay. This would be a 5/5 if the staff were more pleasant. Otherwise the pool and skybar was really nice and sort of made up for the staff.

Stayed for 4 nights. Booked deluxe room, but they upgraded me to suite, not sure if it's cause of the non peak season or cause of the hubs bday and anniversary. Quick check in, and the staffs were superb. Facilities are all good, infinity pool was great with nice view.

hotel is nice, we had the suite, room was nice but service was terrible... and food in reataurants not good.... location is out of city and main beach isa 10-15 minute drive, in summary not good, pay the extra and go intercontinetal or sheraton

Very nice hotel far from thousands of Russians with great Chinese restaurant and cute little pool. Staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed two nights and enjoyed our room and food.

Service was excellent. Initially when we checked in, there was a few things that didn't explain to us well and we left a check in review on expedia. however a member of staff came in the morning explained and sort everything for us which we really appreciated it

We've enjoyed staying in the hotel Royal Beach Boton Blue Hotel and Spa: very polite and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, neat and cozy rooms, swimming pool with wonderful panoramic view. Thank you very much!

The Front of House team and the cleaning ladies were very nice. Good level of English and service. Location is a little far from town, but not too much of an issue. I just wish they remembered my birthday, considering they took my passport information! - that would have made it more memorable!

Redeemed a free night for this stay on my birthday. Amazing. Beautiful property with amazing staff that went over and above to make it extra special.

Mixed experience

- great breakfast - wonderful room (we upgraded to an oceanview, they wanted to make us pay much more than hotels.com though... but finally we could agree on a compromise) - great gym & coach Not so great: - nothing much around - one of the employees was quite unfriendly and then aggressive... that's not how you should treat customers - restaurant: food quite expensive and not amazing

The staff at The Royal Boton Blue Hotel go above and beyond, they ensure all your needs are met, are polite, respectful and kind. The facility at the hotel are amazing! The Spa is spectacular and if I had the time would have spent every day there getting a massage. They are so helpful, traveling with my elderly grandmother who isn’t 100% mobile they assisted her in so many ways and were very patient and kind towards her

The hotel was very different from what was promoted on Hotels.com. The beach where it is suitable for sun tanning and Swimming is some distance away. Very disappointed.

I like the property unit spot of their one and only Chinese Cuisine restaurant and the infinity pool which is facing the sea. What i don't like is the location of the venue is kind of far away from the popular spot and transportation is kind of shortage in terms of the number of trips provided daily.

the staff were professional and very helpful. however, there are one thing is needed to be improved this is the WORST pickup service in my experience by the hotel.. ...i would prefer to using taxi/ grab to the hotel. the hotel told me the service including wifi, good amenities, bottles of water...but actually nothing provided...... in addition, the estimated the of my flight arrival at 4:10pm and i need time to process visa, exchange money,and buy sim card. so i did make an apportionment at 5PM. however, we leaved the airport at 5:15pm the driver didn't smile and showing unfriendly attitude and said only allowed me to have 5mins to exchange money and buy sim card. the worst thing is that he was nonstop using phone during the driving... (totally more the 10 calls......) he is also nonstop reading and sending text message. .........it made we feel it is very unsafe....... over all, without that experience, i would rank 9/10 for the hotel.

the staff were professional and very helpful. the view of bar and swimming pool is good. however, there are two thing is needed to be improved the bar and pick up service. the bar made too long time for food... at 11PM, the bar didn't have any customer, we ordered 2 drinks( long island, cola and France fried). we waited for near an hour for the fried... Awesome staff that are very helpful . Great breakfast with all breakfast needs met the usual omelette fresh eggs station pho and various western bacon and egg sorta breakfast etc service is helpful and willing too. Pool and spa and sauna are great with the Bar a handy addition . Restaurant was great too with the duck dinner is amazing

Our stay was a bit challenging for the staff. We got sick eating out at a local food stall, and we needed late check out. The staff were able to accommodate us on both occasions so I was very happy with their service. It's a great hotel, 10-15 minutes away from downtown. It has beautiful views and wonderful amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff not the nicest or most professional but does the job. Breakfast was lacking, "included spa treatment" was a joke- 15 min head or foot "massage" (more like rub), and they end before 15 min is complete. High rates for a new hotel that isn't very well cleaned, and not many places within walking distance

Good breakfast. Good view from hotel room. Nice swimming pool. Free message. My fd asks for a surprise and hotel provide a free birthday cake although they check with me directly.

For the price it's a good hotel, but it's not a 5* hotel. I would put some things as a 3 star and some as a 4 star. Breakfast was plentiful, with an assortment of food. However the quality was average. If you compare the English style breakfast to an actual English breakfast it doesn't compare. Same as comparing the croissants and baguettes to an actual french boulangerie, it also doesn't compare. The spa, including the steam room, sauna, hot tub, Cold pool was excellent. The view from the pool was excellent. Cocktails were average and they played annoying pop music all through the day at the pool. Rooms were nice for the price. Rooms in a 5* hotel would have better quality furnishings. Same as the soaps, razors, shampoo, tea, coffee etc... All in all for the price was great, but not a 5* hotel.

Beautiful Room

Pool was too cold to enjoy and hotel is quite always from the action. Sky bar drink prices are ridiculously expensive. Laundry service is pricy too. Room is amazing tho. Service at front desk was better on our second night.

Was far away from the main town and also not identified on Grab so I got dropped at the wrong place (in the rain) initially. Hotel food is limited and prices are exclusive of admin and extra taxes. I had money taken from my room when it was cleaned (not much money, but was still taken). Otherwise a good experience - bed was good and view was nice. Probably relatively good value for money.

The pool and sauna facilities are great! I enjoyed the view of the beach from my hotel room.

Nice hotel with quiet surrounding

Nice hotel with quiet surrounding (as compared to if you stay in the city center). You’ll need to take a taxi to get to the city center. The hotel is not directly beach front, as is normal for hotels in Nha Trang. But they have a designated area on the beach, with shuttle to and fro. Breakfast spread was good and they change it everyday. Hotel is clean, though a bit humid, outside the room. Amazing view at the breakfast place!

Great service with a view

The staff at Boton hotel were amazing! My wife had a cut on her foot that got infected before we got there. They organised a doc to see her 3 days in a row went above and beyond as well as room and view outstanding and pool bar good value

What a nice hotel! We would definately return if we go back to Nha Trang. Pool was perfect, breakfast was exellent, service was good from every single person. We had a room with PERFECT view to the ocean/mountains. You should take the room with bathtub in the balcony!

여긴 왜 5성급호텔인지 모르겠네요.. 후기보고 4박했는데.. 조식 3성급, 룸 컨디션 3성급 정도 네요.. 그나마 괜찮은건 수영장 뷰 밖에 없습니다. 시내도 멀고.. 다시오고 싶지 않네요.. 이가격에...

가격대비 괜찮습니다. 오션뷰가 좋았고, 중심가에서 조금 벗어나있어서 비교적 조용합니다. 조식은 무난했지만 쥬스가 너무 밋밋했습니다. 개선이 필요할것같은 정도로 맛이 없어요.. 서비스도 나쁘지 않은편입니다. 체크인할 때 여직원이 조금 불친절했지만 나머지 직원분들은 친절한 편이었습니다. 가격대비 시설이나 위치가 좋다는 것 빼고는 특별한 장점은 없는것 같습니다. 딱히 큰 단점도 없기 때문에 큰 기대 안하면 만족스러울 호텔입니다.

보증금 얘기에 기분이 나빴습니다.

체크인 할 때 보증금 있습니다. 150만동입니다. 영어로 뭐라뭐라 말하는데 잘 알아듣지 못하니까 직원이 짜증을 냈습니다. 번역기 사용하면 될텐데 짜증을 냈습니다. 그래서 기분이 나빴습니다.

날씨 빼고 완벽. 고층에서 지낼수록 루프탑에서 오는 소음에 괴로울지도 .. 그치만 발코니 다 열었을때 들리는 바닷소리가 모든 불편을 상쇄시킵니다! 강추 개추!!

전반적 긍정평가

직원 친절하고 영어 능숙하고 객실만족... 전반적으로 긍정평가하면서 조식메뉴의 다양성이 좀 부족하고 셔틀이 운행되지만 시내에서 거리가 있다는 점은 아쉬움.

Not something expected from 5-star hotel

Maybe I was unlucky this time, but some of them are way out of my expectation to 5-star hotel. Here's my experience during the stay in Vietnamese Tet (Lunar new year) holiday. 이번에는 제가 별로 운이 좋지 못했을 수도 있지만 일부는 제가 5성급 호텔에 기대했던 바와 너무도 달랐네요. 베트남의 명절인 구정, Tet 기간에 방문하고 경험한 내용을 적어봅니다. Tal vez no tenia mucho suerte, pero algos son nada que me esperaria a hotel de 5 estrellas. Aquí está mi experiencia durante la estancia en vacaciones vietnamitas Tet (año nuevo lunar). Good-side 좋은점 Buenos - Friendly doorman and reception, Chief Manager was a good listner - 도어맨, 리셉션이 친절했고, 총매니저가 이야기를 잘 들어주었습니다. - El portero, la recepción fue amable, el gerente general fue un buen oyente y el gerente general escuchó la historia. - Air conditioning was good in everyplace. - 전반적으로 에어컨이 잘 되어있어 쾌적했습니다. - El aire acondicionado era bueno en todos lados. - Bright and very nice view of ocean and coasts in every service floors. - luminosa y muy bonita vistas del océano y las costas en todos los pisos de servicios. - 밝고 좋은 오션뷰, 해안뷰가 모든 서비스층에 있습니다. - Nice perfume in Lobby. - 로비 방문시에 좋은 향기가 납니다. - Buen perfume en el lobby. - Food was still tasty in GuangDong Restaurant even following things happened. - 광동레스토랑은 아래와 같은 문제가 있었어도 맛은 꽤 괜찮았습니다. - La comida todavía era sabrosa en el restaurante GuangDong, incluso después de que sucedieron cosas. - Beach provides towels and sunbeds for free. - 해변에 가면 타올을 인원수대로 무료로 제공합니다. - Playa proporciona toallas y tumbonas a gratis - Many good restaurants near by, about 5-10 min

깨끗하고 위치도 그정도면 양호함. 조식도 괜찮음.

숙소가 깨끗하고 수영장 시설도 멋있습니다. 특히 조식이 매우 훌륭하였습니다. 조식 레스토랑의 경치도 너무 멋졌구요. 하지만 스위트룸에 3인 예약을 하고 추가인원 비용까지 지불했는데, 호텔측에서 제공한 간이침대가 흔들리고 중간부분이 휘청거려 사용할 수가 없었습니다. 호텔에 요청해 다른 간이침대로 바꾸었으나 상태는 마찬가지였습니다. 어쩔 수 없이 한 명은 소파에서 잠을 잘수밖에 없었습니다ㅠㅠ 스위트룸을 예약해놓고도 말이죠. 하지만 호텔측에서는 이 문제에 대해 어떤 책임도 지지 않았습니다.

Lots of room for improvement

We stayed at the Batong Blue for three nights. The hotel's location was all things considered very poor. There was a beach, but it was not near the hotel, which based on the pictures we assumed. The distance to the beach was 0.7 km, and the hotel was also remote from the city (5 km). This meant using a taxi almost every time for transport to the city. We tried the free transports twice. One time, the beach transport was full and we had to walk the 700m. No biggie. Beach only had 15 sun lounges, which were always full. Bad service there. The other time, we tried to take the free bus to city center. The poorly organized process took a long time, and we had to fit into small taxis, that after the trip with incredibly challenging communication dropped us in the wrong place and tried to scam us into paying. Oh well. The hotel advertised as being a spa, so we tried to go. Not free for guests, cost about 20€ per person for the sauna. The pool was free but closed at 8 pm, which was odd, and way earlier than any of our other hotels. The staff, excluding the reception staff, had incredibly bad English skills, e.g. when they tried to tell me the pool was closed at 9 pm they did not manage to communicate anything beyond "pool is finished". Later I read it closed at 8. Rooms and facilities were clean. The breakfast was good, the views from the room and the breakfast, amazing, as expected from a 5-star. All in all, way overpriced and did not compare to many 4-star places we stayed at.

가족여행로 왔는데 전체적으로 깨끗하구요 수영장뷰는 아주좋아요 수영장이 작은것만빼면 조식은 나쁘진않아요 저녁 스카이라운지에서 맥주한잔 좋아요 전체적으로는 좋아요

해변이용 추천

1.조식- 무난. 적당하게 다 있어요 특별하게 맛있지는 않아요. 2. 수영장-엣지풀이 장점인데 물이 깊어서인지 1월에는 한 낮에도 추워요 3. 프라이빗비치-셔틀 시간에 얘기하면 버기로 데려다 주시는데 그냥 걸어가기도 했어요. 15분 정도 거리라 해변길 산책하면서요. 자리잡고 자기도 하고 1월이지만 한 낮의 바다는 해수욕 가능하고 좋았어요 파도 소리 힐링 3일동안 매일 갔어요 4. 방-약간 올드한 느낌의 적당적당 ^^ 5. 시내까지는 셔틀이 있어서 저는 한 번씩 정도 잘 다녔어요 셔틀 자리 없으면 택시 태워줘서 불편함은 없었어요 가격대 적당하니 담에도 묵을 듯해요.

ビーチが見える部屋で、スパやサウナも楽しめて とてもいいホテルでした。 すぐ近くにマッサージ店もあり、ローカルの飲食店等も楽しむ事が出来ました。

해변view 가 멋진 호텔입니다. 우리가 묵은 방에는 테라스에 욕조가 있어 멋진 해변뷰와 함께 반신욕은 환상이었습니다. 호텔위치가 나트랑 북쪽해변에 위치해 있어 수영할수 있는 해변과는 조금 거리가 있고 시내 중심과도 거리가 있어 약간 애매하고 수영장이 고층에 있어 바람이 심해 추워서 겨울에는 사용하기 어려울것 같습니다. 내부에 사우나가 있으나 별도 사용해야해서 향후 조그마한 온천욕 장소가 마련해야 할듯 합니다. 조식은 정갈하고 맛있었습니다.

団体客が少なく快適でサービスの良いホテル

予約後すぐに空港への出迎えが必要かどうかなど丁寧なメールが届きました。タクシーの方が安いのかもと思いましたが、初めての土地で事情がわからないので有料のハイヤーを頼みました。実際は、空港から1時間ぐらいと思ったより遠く、迎えに来てもらえて安心でした。 ホテルの外観やロビーは普通でしたが、チェックインからウェルカムドリンク、部屋への案内まですべてスムーズで、スタッフの笑顔が好印象でした。 ホテル内のレストランやスパを利用したところ、クオリティが高く、サービスもGOOD。朝食ビュッフェも本格的で、毎日食べても飽きませんでした。 家族やカップル、友人との小グループのお客さんが多く、団体客がほとんどいないので静かで快適。長く滞在してものんびりできそうな総じて満足度の高いホテルです。

룸 청소할때 가운을 안주고 갔는데 퇴실할때 가운없어졌다고해서 너무 황당했습니다 직원분들이 영어도 잘 못하셔서 대화도 안되서 너무 답답햇어요 결국 가운값 지불 안하고 오긴했지만 시간을 엄청 소비했었고 퇴실할때 기분이 좋지않았어요 시내중심지랑도 꽤 멀어서 택시비로 5만원넘게 쓴것같아요ㅠ

Great view with poor service

Hotel is way behind the 5 star standard. Slow check-in & check-out and poor service. But Hotel has the great view & swimming pool.

깨끗하고 가성비 좋은 호텔이있어요.

직원들 친절하고 너무 깨끗했어요. 조식도 맛있고 어매너트도 잘 갖춰져있고 남동향이라 일출보기 좋고 젖은 수영복도 금방 마름. 시내서에서 접근성이 떨어지는 것과 수영장 물이 좀 차가운게 단점. (대신 사우나&자쿠지 같이 이용해서 몸을 녹임)

잘쳐줘야 4성급

잘 쳐줘야 4성급임 5성급이라고 보기에는 부족함 스위트룸을 예약 했었는데 구조가 굉장히 별로임 조식도 별로고 가장 장점이라고 하면 가격일 듯 다녀와서 느낀거지만 나트랑은 그냥 도심이랑 멀리 떨어진 풀빌라가 최고 라고 생각 됩니다.

수영장 너무 좋았어요

디파짓을 돌려주지않네요

여권을 맡기라해서 찝찝해서 결제를 한것인데 디파짓을 25만원정도를 카드결제후 두달이 지난 지금도 카드취소가 안되었네요. 분명 카드승인은 나지않은것이고 1주일안에 취소가 될것이다 라고 했는데 베트남은 이런식으로 사기치나봐요 여권을 맡곁어도 팔아먹었겠죠. 다른식으로 이용하거나 5성급호텔이 근처 모텔만도 못하네요

호텔스 닷컴에서 예약후 나짱 여행을 갔다 보턴블루호텔 숙박은 매우만족이였다

房間很大，景色很美，就是才剛開的新酒店，裝修就有點舊了，裝修一般。不過桑拿很好很乾淨，泳池好看
