Beautiful Hotel

The hotel’s architecture is stunning and adds so much character to the experience. The location is unbeatable—close to everything yet peaceful enough to unwind. The highlight, however, was the fabulous spa facilities available to all guests. Relaxing, luxurious, and immaculately maintained—it was a true retreat. I definitely recommend for anyone looking for a mix of style & relaxation. The staff were great, especially the young lady that checked us in & tried to find packing tape for me!!!

The property is fantastic. It is rich in history, it is really beautiful, and well maintained. The staff is great. There are so many options for food and bar, and although several were closed during the winter holiday, it was still great with what they had. The location is very central and convenient to walk to old town, and new areas as well. Honestly, I would come back anytime.

It was great stay I loved the hotel although they didn’t give me an upgrade. The staff were nice and friendly.

Had an amazing stay here!! And the restaurant located there is also fantastic! The staff were so welcoming from the moment I arrived!! And the hotel is super clean and very comfy! Definitely would recommend to others!

Most luxurious hotel in Antwerp, ideally located.

After a late check-in into a small room meant for a single traveler, my husband and I were upgraded to a magnificent suite without extra charge the next day. The staff is very professional and does anything within their means to make your stay comfortable. Overall a wonderful experience.

Beautiful property. Centrally situated. Room very zen and dimly lit in monastery. Food variety frustrating. Nice staff.

Lovely place but there was no hot water unfortunately so cold shower in the morning.

I love this hotel so much. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The interior of the hotel is stunning. Especially the swimming pool, surprisingly beautiful. Will definitely go back and stay there regularly.

Absolutely wonderful

Such a wonderful property, beautifully decorated and laced with history. The staff were incredible and couldn’t do enough. Would’ve happily moved into our suite and never left!

Super lage

Top hotel op een top lokatie met uitstekende faciliteiten.

Botanic levert altijd een mooie ervaring. Het was druk (kerstmis) dus het ontbijt was een beetje gehaast voor het personeel. De persoonlijke aandacht was minder dan op voorgaande bezoeken. Maar van de grote kamer, valet parkeren en service algemeen erg genoten.

Obviously they did not have enough people at the hotel. No one pick up the phone and we had to wait more than one hour to receive our luggage. Restaurants and the bar was fully occupied . The location was good and comfortable.

Top!

Dit hotel is prachtig verbouwd. De combinatie tussen oud en nieuw is erg mooi geworden. We hebben genoten van de prachtige kamer, heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt en de faciliteiten van de Spa. Helemaal ontspannen!

Mooi hotel. Goeie service. 1 puntje van aandacht is dat voor het ontbijt het volledige tarief van €60 terwijl ik alleen een toastje met avocado/ei van de kaart had besteld. Prijzig toastje…

Dissapointing, unhelpful staff and not clean

Me and my fiancé where staying at Botanic Sanctuary for three nights for our mini honeymoon during mid February. Upon our arrival to the hotel room I got an overall feeling that it wasn’t really cleaned thoroughly. A couple of minutes later I wanted to grab a cold drink from the mini bar, where I found a opened jar of baby food in it. I immediately called the reception, the receptionist said they where very sorry and would send staff to remove it as soon as possible. The day after I saw that the baby food was still in the mini bar. I called once again to the reception and reminded them kindly to please throw away the baby food. The same night when I was fast asleep I was woke up by the reception, which called our room at 00.45 in the middle of the night, and when I picked up the phone, no one answered and hung up. The morning after I asked the staff about the phone call, but they did not know anything about it and said it must be a mistake. Really strange. Last but not least, on our very last night when I thought things can’t get worse…. The fire alarm went off in our room at 4AM. I called the reception to ask about the fire alarm, and got the answer that there has been some mistake and that we shouldn’t worry about it. The morning after on our check-out I was sure they would compensate us in any way. We had a bill of around 900€ (mini bar, spa etc) but did not say sorry or compensate us in any way at all. Such a disappointment and will never return

Super verblijf! Enige minpunt was de ‘wekdienst’. We werden wakker door het luide gekwebbel van de poetsdames in de gang en de kamer tegenover de onze.

een super hotel met valet parking super ontbijt goede ligging vlakbij de beter winkels en op wandelafstand van het oude stadsgedeelte

Nog beter dan ik had verwacht. Super schoon, super mooie faciliteiten en geweldig personeel Wij hebben de tijd van ons leven gehad. Ontbijt is ook geweldig. Als ik 1 aandachtspuntje mag geven is het meer toezicht bij het zwembad: de mensen die vrijwel naakt het zwembad ingaan. Dat vind ik erg ongepast

Amazing personal service, hotel breakfast, room and spa all very good. Attention to detail, valet parking. We felt very welcomed and definitely book again.

En smuk helhedsoplevelse

Fantastisk helhedsoplevelse i de smukkeste omgivelser. Service, morgenmad, bar og restauranter var bare top klasse. Det eneste vi savnede var et koldt krops bad ifm. den finske sauna.

Erg mooi hotel, maar met kinderziektes

Wij waren er vlak na de opening, waardoor heel wat zaken nog niet op orde stonden. De wellness en fitness waren nog niet af waardoor ons een korting op het verblijf werd aangeboden (wat we sterk op prijs hebben gesteld). De valetparking en het onthaal was tiptop, de kamer oogde ook erg strak en was nagelnieuw. Alleen werkte kon de ventilatie en de airco nog niet bediend worden en moesten we hiervoor de receptie bellen, wat uiteraard vervelend is zowel voor de gast als voor de medewerker. Het ontbijt was verbluffend uitgebreid, van erg hoge kwaliteit... alleen al voor het ontbijt zouden we terugkeren.

hotel was fantastic, only minus was that the fitness was not open yet and the park in front of the hotel was closed, next to that lovely really luxury hotel (a little too luxurious even for me) but this comes with a 5* hotel, so that it is. nice room, lots of personal touches and staff will do anything to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. walking distance to the Meir for great shopping and just around the corner of Louis Vuitton, probably nice for the people who regularly stay at these 5* hotels :) would recommand!
