Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! Rating: ★★★★★ We had an amazing holiday at this hotel. The place was beautiful, spotless, and located in a quiet, scenic area surrounded by mountains. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always greeted us with a smile. Their service was top-notch. The only downside was that our room’s hot tub was faulty. Maintenance kept coming in and out, which was disruptive. It would have been better if they’d moved us sooner. Eventually, we were given a new room with a working hot tub, which was lovely. One suggestion: add covered umbrellas over hot tubs for rainy days. We had to stay indoors for days because we couldn’t use it in the rain. Other than that, everything was perfect. Worth every penny!

The staffs were so nice and always helpful, always smiling this made us feel comfortable. The food omg was just amazing. The room service was fantastic. I can forget the concierge they were amazing and very helpful too, overall we loved our stay at Hyatt and will definitely be back soon.

The person who checked us in was fabulos. She made sure we were looked after. Each staff were hospitable and the property is lovely. Not a single moment we felt why we chose this as it is far from the town and the transportation is limited. But glad we chose this. It’s huge and we travel with a kid so we need space and comfort, it’s got all. A little shop nearby helped us for last minute grocery we need with our little one. All over an experience To remember.

This property was located in the heart of Kotor Bay with beautiful view. Staffs were very friendly and we enjoyed our stay only thing we experienced was it wasn’t easy to get Kotor old town the roads were very narrow and 30 minutes from old town.. otherwise we enjoyed our time:)

We loved the Hyatt and this was a fantastic location in Montenegro! Our favorite place to stay for sure it was great! Staff was great too

Stay was amazing - staff went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay and room was immaculately clean every day. There was a slight smell of sewage around the beach area and in the rooms though, so if this could be addressed then that would be great.

Superb stay

Superb stay! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality, staff are very professional and have a warm and friendly manner. Our room was extremely comfortable and super clean. We were on the ground floor and had a private outdoor area with great lounge furniture for relaxing. The pools were great, as were the private beach areas - for hotel guests only. An excellent selection of restaurants either by the waterfront or in the hotel building. Breakfast was yummy, a huge selection of hot and cold and including omelettes by individual order. Would love to come back! Oh, and thanks so much for the Prosecco at checkin and while waiting for a taxi - very generous.

Good but not great! Service at the hotel needs to improve drastically! I would say it’s a 4 star hotel not 5.

Beautiful location, friendly staff, great food

For 4 days, the room was cleaned only once. We had to ask for clean towels and take out the trash. Despite our complaints, they apologize and promise to improve, but nothing changes. Dirty sunbeds, no pool towels, the pool opens at 10:00 for some reason. We complained, they apologized, gave an €8 bottle of wine as an apology, but the next day everything is the same.We didn't take the wine because it was brought without a corkscrew. It's impossible to order a taxi from the hotel to Kotor; the taxi drivers refuse to deal with traffic. The 5-star hotel can't provide a shuttle to Kotor on schedule? it seems the staff prefer to profit from taxis. This conclusion is drawn because a taxi from the hotel costs €20, but from Kotor to the hotel by meter costs €7. There's nothing around the hotel to go to, and you can't leave for Kotor. After a long journey with a child, we express our fatigue, disinterest in welcome drinks, and request to check us in. The receptionist continues to push the loyalty program without listening to us, but then there's no water in the room. We want to book an airport transfer, and the receptionist interrogates us extensively about the flight time, car, transfer or taxi, our luggage, if the price is okay, timing, then says she can't book it; come back when another staff member is available. Why she couldn’t keep our request? Overall, the hotel management has hired many employees from India who seem to have a lag in understanding what's happening.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Staff that are willing to go the extra mile to make your stay as great as it can be. Lots of facilities —multiple restaurants on site, pools, and private beach access. A short walk from other restaurants, a public beach, kayak rental etc. We can’t wait to come back

Great Hotel and amenities very good location great staff.

The hotel was nice however the service wasn’t great. On multiple occasions, small requests were ignored and needed us to follow up in order for it to be done. We emailed multiple times about a transfer to the hotel but never got a proper response so had to sort out alternative travel, had issues with AC which took multiple calls before someone came to have a look and just overall not very responsive. However, they were all nice and friendly.

We stayed in this place for 10 nights and we had a great time. Starting with staff, it was great, service too and breakfast choices-excellent. Swimming pool, very clean Large and well taking care of. Highly recommend property.

The hotel is beautiful - very new and clean. The pools are very nice and the views of Kotor Bay are spectacular. The beach area is nice though a bit rocky with pebbles. The main downside of this hotel is the road leading to Kotor’s old town - It’s so narrow with no shoulder or curb on the water side and no place for pedestrians. We sometimes had to back up to let another car go by. Until this road is fixed and made safer and more drivable, I suggest the hotel offer a regular ferry service from the hotel to the old town area for guests.

Amazing staff, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Great facilities. Beautiful spot in the bay that can’t be beaten for a swim. Would recommend to anyone.

Relaxing stay. The cats were a great bonus. Breakfast included different traditional Montenegro food every morning. Staff was warm and made us feel welcome. The hot tub was clean and worked great. We spent 5 nights taking day excursions to Bosnia and Kotor old-town or just enjoying the room and hot tub. On the last two days I felt more relaxed than I've felt in the last 20 years. I would recommend this hotel for decompressing and being close to beautiful sites.

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well kept resort. Would have loved to spend a few more days. Only difficulty was its location. Driving from Kotor bay felt a little stressful due to the road which runs along the bay with little side barricades….

The hotel was lovely, unfortunately what let's it down is they have gone into Winter mode meaning outdoor pools, bar are closed, and even though it's the end of October and still warm the bedrooms are far to muggy and hot that meant I had rubbish night sleeps :-( because they are in winter mode you can not put air con on they do offer a fan , If you leave the doors open you get alsorts of bugs visiting, another room had a cat visit them lol.

The service and scenery was excellent but the hotel itself is not a shining example of Montenegro’s craftsmanship. Even in the highest end suite the quality of the finishing was poor with the tiles uneven and the jacuzzi leaking. First world problems for sure but if this was your house most of you would have the tradesmen comeback to sort it out. The hotel is covered in little imperfections that it’s annoying as a guest. The pool areas are designed to be as slippery as possible…I don’t understand who signed off on any of this work to be honest.

The rooms were excellent, brand new and clean. The views of Kotor Bay are excellent and the dining options were good if a bit too expensive. The pools are very nice and even have a swim-up bar. I would stay here again.

Truly luxurious and easy stay. We loved the access to fabulous restaurants and pool/beach.

The property is beautiful. The beds very comfortable. The breakfast and lighthouse restaurants are excellent- any small issues were reacted to quickly. Spa and medical centre on site is great. I’ve had a lovely stay. Thank you.

Beautiful hotel

Beautiful location, clean property overall. Service is terrible, staff needs major training, although management tries to fix the issues and ultimately they did for us. However, a lot of our precious vacation time was spent on trying to figure things out and fix the issues. We booked The Panoramic Sea View Room with Jacuzzi and had barely any view, let alone "panoramic" view. We had a perfect view of the parking lot, buildings and tall overgrown trees. We stayed in room 220, avoid it at all costs if you would like a beautiful view and are specifically staying at this hotel for the views. They would not change the room because "there were no other rooms available" but miraculously had better rooms for our friends who arrived later that night and booked the same category room as us at the same rate. Do yourself a favor and stay at the swim up pool/sea view rooms.

Excellent hotel

We had a Panasonic suite overlooking the bay. The room was gorgeous, clean and very spacious. Unfortunately our room had some construction being undertaken next door which for us invaded our privacy and had construction noise during the day. We however bought this to the attention of hotel management and they quickly took action to try and resolve our issue. We were offered another room however this was going to be much smaller and we didn’t want the hassle of packing and moving for the sake of 1 extra night. We were therefore compensated with a 5 course dinner which we thoroughly enjoyed. Received excellent service from all staff and we would highly recommend this hotel. Location was good for us as we had a hire car so we could easily drive to Kotor Bay and Tivat. Public transport is otherwise available.

Liked the hotel but very unimpressed by the reception staff. Quite rude and wouldn’t even allow 15 minute leeway for checking out, quite unfriendly so unfortunately as much as I loved Montenegro will probably choose to stay at the Regent or Chedi next time! Overall besides the reception the staff everywhere were friendly.

Everything from check in to check out was perfect. There was not one hiccup through out my stay. The staff were excellent, very informative, extremely friendly, very hospitable. Very few places in the world with this kind of bay. A sight to behold.
