my stay

i face different problems with ny stay my booking downgraded without my request and i altrady paid for the full service. the marine on the sea not working so i can't swim on the see and i get different injuries because of that. the animation team was nice

Ho soggiornato una settimana in questo resort con mia figlia e il mio compagno. Ti senti subito in famiglia le persone che lavorano qui sono davvero meravigliose, dai camerieri soprattutto Abd El fattath Mohamed che ci ha intrattenuti con i suoi giochi, al bagnino sulla pedana dove potevi fare snorkeling e al animatore Tiger e in generale tutti sono stupendi. Il resort offre una cucina vasta hai l imbarazzo della scelta e le pietanze sono buonissime. Le stanze sono comode e confortevoli pulite e la posizione è perfetta ha un mare bellissimo trasparente. Buonissimi anche i frullati di frutta.

Cortesia, completa assistenza, animazione gradevole non insistente Cibo con rotazioni di menù dove trovare sempre qualcosa di mio gradimento. Nel complesso discretamente bene.

Scarsa pulizia in generale.Cibo reciclato in continuazione. Poca organizzazione per gli spostamenti. Personale però gentile e clinica medica nel resort valida ( ne ho avuto bisogno) zero manutenzione del resort e del mobilio . Manca un supervisore che controlla tutto.

Buon resort internazionale di livello medio-alto. Personale sempre disponibile e cortese. Camere confortevoli, pulite quotidianamente, seppur con arredi un po datati ma comunque funzionali. Ristorazione a buffet nella norma per il luogo con molte pietanze preparate al momento come grigliate, pasta, waffel, crepes, frittate e dolci locali. Spiaggia molto ampia e confortevole, balneazione resa difficile dalle correnti ma comunque praticabile, barriera corallina bella e ricca di pesci. Animazione internazionale per lo piu parlante inglese, presente, simpatica e non assillante, con attività organizzate durante la giornata e spettacolo serale all'interno dell'anfiteatro. Presenti vari negozi e una farmacia all'interno della struttura. Escursioni offerte in spiaggia a prezzi vantaggiosi, assolutamente affidabili e gestite da personale molto preparato e professionale; personalmente consiglio l'escursione a Sharm el Luli, la cammellata nel deserto al tramonto con sosta al villaggio beduino e il giro con i quad. Il taxi dall'aeroporto al resort per due persone costa circa 30€ contrattando.

Considerarlo più un tre stelle che un quattro. Wi-Fi solo a pagamento. Taxi senza possibilità di scelta al di fuori di quello in struttura che offre servizi con prezzi stratosferici. Cibo poco vario e di qualità bassa. Il resto è ok...personale gentile e disponibile, camere grandi e pulite ma soprattutto mare pazzesco...

Ancora una volta una splendida vacanza

E' stato il nostro decimo soggiorno in questo hotel da settembre 2015 e possiamo senz'altro confermare la nostra soddisfazione per il trattamento ricevuto.Siamo accolti calorosamente da tutto lo staff: reception, ristorante,camere e spiaggia. L'unico suggerimento è quello di curare sempre di più la manutenzione, in Egitto purtroppo scarsa, per mantenere uno standard adeguato ai clienti europei. In ogni caso da consigliare per l'ampia spiaggia, il pontile, ma soprattutto per il prezzo in relazione ai servizi offerti.

Tauchurlaub in Mars Alam

Ich und meine Partnerin buchten das Hotel für einen Tauchurlaub. Das Hotel hat eine schöne Grünanlage und einen schönen Pool inkl. Strandbereich. Die Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt...da kann man nicht meckern. Unser Zimmer war jedoch alles andere als gut...es war schmutzig (überall Haare), kaputtes Inventar...usw. Das Essen war nicht schlecht...halt Buffet welches sich wiederholte.

Tolles Hammer Hotel!

Das Hotel und auch ALLE Angestellten waren sehr lieb und freundlich! Die Hotelanlage war der Oberhammer! Sehr süss und lieblich gestaltet. Sehr nah am Strand und man konnte sehr viel von der Unterwasserwelt sehen beim Schnorcheln. Der Steg war ein High-light! Das Peis-Leistungs Verhältnis war überrragend!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wir werden ganz sicher in der Zukunft nochmals ins Elphistone Resort zurückkehren und tolle Ferien geniessn!!!!!!! Vielen Dank an das ganze Hotelteam!! Xenia und Dennis <3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3<3

Gute Küche und erstklassige Tauchbasis

Hotel ist nicht mehr gerade das jüngste aber in einem sauberen und tadellosen Zustand. Die Küche ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich, Service im Restaurant sehr zufriedenstellend. Und es gibt 2 verschiedene All inclusive Services, beim buchen ist darauf zu achten, Pauschalreisenden haben wohl ein höheres All Inklusive Angebot wie Individualreisende. WiFi ist im ganzen hotel nur gegen Gebühr verfügbar. Leider war das Sport-Program nicht wie angeboten verfügbar, wir hatten das Hotel wegen ihrem Yoga und Pilates Angebot gebucht, was jedoch nicht stattgefunden hatte. Dagegen ist die dem Hotel angeschlossene Tauchbasis- Sea Secret Divers nur zu empfehlen, mit einem erstklassigen Service und Tauchangebot, inklusive Hausriff.

Good snorkeling

I stayed there for two nights. The beach is nice but also there it's almost not possible to swim on the beach (even during high tide). Snorkeling is very good. There are sun beds at the end of the bridge to the reef which is a good spot to relax. Rooms are big. From my room I could watch a nice sunrise.

The staff is very welcoming, the hotel is relaxing, with beautiful views and with nice rooms. The bad thing is that you have to pay for wifi, and food could improve
