Best hot chocolate!
The bunk bed was very uncomfortable and not sturdy. It shook back and forth, and it was hard to sleep at all.
excellent
Great ski vacation.
This is a great place to stay for a ski vacation. It’s ski-in, ski-out and the shuttle bus to Whistler village stops right out front.
Bathroom cleanliness needs more work
This place was top notch at a great location
.
Great place to stay! Would stay again
Great location
Great propety, roomy accomodation, slope side access was fantastic. Staff was very helpful. Having a swim after a full day of skiing in the heated pool was very indulgent!
Very nice property with a ski in/out.. very good hot tab and a pool
Good choice of accommodations for a family. Walkable to Blackcomb and Whistler is you don’t mind a hike up on the way back. Kitchen was great to cook. No frills type of property. Staff can be friendly but it depends who is on shift. Not luxurious, not over the top staff service. No restaurant.
Paid more and booked for Mountain View room, and we could not see mountain view , only all the trees around the balcony. Looking for mountain views through the gaps between the trees, but still not seeing the mountain, the view is nothing matched the room I paid for which was shown on my booking information. I had asked the staff if they gave me the wrong room, they said mountain room view is like that, I could make a feedback if I am not happy about it. I am very disappointed pay more for the room view and got nothing.
True Ski-in, Ski-out property with very easy access to transportation to the village. This was my second time staying there, and I intend to be back.
Great property and very convenient. Loved the hot tub
Great location. Mattress in rm 433 need replacing
Come to Whistler 3 times per year and this is our new favorite hotel. Ski-in-ski-out was conveniently located just steps outside the hotel with complimentary valet for skis. Lots of nice amenities and touches like hot coco station at the edge of the slope leading into the hotel. Quiet, clean, and comfy room. Definitely recommend this Blackcomb Spring Suites, especially for families.
One of the best Hotel in Whistler. Ski valet is awesome and convenient. Rooms are well equipped and spacious. The kitchenette is a plus to do quick meals. Pool and hot tubs are amazing. Parking is pretty tight for larger vehicles.
Solid
Great
Blanket
Every things good but when i orderd two blanket. But Your employees left the blanket on the floor in front of the door and just left.
Excellent! It’s our destination of choice in Whistler.
This property never ceases to meet our needs! It’s perfect for our family! Thank you for the great service.
Enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful view from the mountain side room.
We were very happy with the facilities (apartment, pool, ski valet etc). It was an amazing experience for my family. In addition , the facility staff was very pleasant (always willing to help in any way). The only thing we would have liked was to washer/dryer in the apartment
Excellent!
We had an amazing time at this incredible ski in ski out resort. The room was comfortable, and we loved being able to cook our own meals. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
The bed was very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced
Great ski in and out location. Bus stopped right out front for easy access to the vilkage. Clean rooms. Great pool and hot tubs.
We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the ski out and the hot chocolate was a nice touch. The hot tub was also a hit after a day on the hills.
Good place
I would stay here again. It was a great place to stay. The only complaint was that my vehicle wasn’t able to fit in the parking garage with my Thule on but it didn’t matter either way because the parking was full.
Ski-in ski-out was great along with the ski valet. Would be even better if you could leave your boots and poles with the valet. The staff was very friendly throughout and the rooms seemed to be cleaned well. The rooms, however, are outdated and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. We even looked on Amazon to see if we could get a mattress topper delivered in a timely manner. We had mismatched lights in our room (daylight vs soft light), one was out and the dimmer did not work on the dated, overhead track lights. It was nice to have the fireplace, which we used daily along with the kitchen. The balcony/patio is almost useless since it’s very small and even more crowded with the split AC unit mounted on the balcony. The most frustrating part was that we booked a premium studio, which was supposed to include vaulted ceilings, a larger room or a better view. We had none of those, unless you think a tree and the driveway is an upgraded view. I would highly recommend not giving away your money for this “upgrade.” The ski-in ski-out would be the only thing that MAY bring me back to this place. Otherwise, I would look elsewhere. It’s quiet, but somewhat inconvenient to get to the main village and back.
Paid for a Mountain View room- no view from our room. Just trees & a trail. Otherwise friendly & helpful staff & clean room
Location is great! Ski in/ ski out with valet ski storage. The staff are polite and helpful. The village bus stop is right out the front door. The only negative was the sofa bed mattress was thin and the springs very worn. They squeaked with every turn.
Great ski in/out with valet ski service.
Ski in ski out, great gear check, they hand you your gear and your literally 10 paces away from the ski run. The room was warm and cozy. Beautiful view of the gondola from our deck, pet friendly.
Would come back again
The staff is very helpful and attentive. We arrived early and were checked in early since the room is ready.
Truly easy access to ski! Cool place!
Great location. Good rooms. Good service
The best option for skiers. The views from the place are incredible. Privileged location in the mountain.
Ski valet included
Wonderful stay. True ski-in Ski out with ski valet at no additional charge. Family and pet had a quiet and relaxing stay.
Staff were very helpful and super nice
Broken laundry and vending machines.
It was overall good! Host answered all my questions with quick responses! But it was so noisy, we couldn’t sleep properly!
Great check in. Friendly staff. Spacious room. Located on the ski hill, ride right into the hottub from the hill
The property is clean and quiet. I was just disappointed that breakfast is not included despite the $500 that i paid for a night.
Great except for narrow parking spots
Absolutely wonderful property; staff very friendly and accommodating. We had fur babies travelling with us and they were very much welcomed at the resort. Perfect stay for us!!
Love the trees
I had a wonderful stay.
Staff are not really helping so kind of reason over online booking room we booked is not same we got it We checked two queen bed but we got one and one sofa bed with very small room We called them to see best solution they said $230 extra for different room for one night we already paid around $200. But anyway they are not helpful
We had a great staycation! Love the ski in ski out :)
I’m 20 and booked this hotel for 9 days for my first ever vacation away from Ontario, me and my friends absolutely loved it here, staff was so sweet/helpful, super quiet place to stay (sorry we were not quiet) but super family friendly, walking distance from everything & overall great experience
Everything was perfect
We checked out early at Blackcomb. Not only was it noisy, dogs barking outside our room but it wasn’t close to any food. We were suppose to get complimentary wine with our Expedia membership but were told they were out. Then got to our room and there was wine there which we got charged for even though we didn’t open. When we asked for a refund on the 3 nights we had left on our trip and weren’t going to be staying there for they refused.
It was a great experience, they took care of the issue we had with the barking dog next door by upgrading us.
Everything ok
The hotel staff is very accommodating. The room was spacious and very clean. There is a free shuttle running from the village center to the hotel every 15 mins. The outdoor pool and hot tubs were very enjoyable as well.
Friendly stuff and clean
The hotel and staff itself are very good, but the parking is the worst on earth. Only motorbike is suitable for that parking. I've been driving for a long time and haven't seen such parking. This is the reason why I rated the facilities terrible. I hope the management is aware of it.
I like the location, it's very good for the price
Excellent stay would recommend
Great location if you’re skiing. Good value.
!
Excellent place to stay
Home away from home
Loved this place
Good hotel to stay at. Had fan in room too. Lots of space
Pool was cold qnd hot tub a little dirty but the staff were amazing and the property gorgeous and well cared for
Staff was excellent
Very clean, noisy guests, dirty pool, no wine but complimentary parking, old TVs, not smart.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Blackcomb Spring Suites during my trip to Whistler, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! Our suite was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The king-sized bed was incredibly cozy, and the full kitchen allowed us to prepare our own meals. The mountain views from the balcony were breathtaking, especially during sunrise.
beautiful and quiet
Bed is not confortable.
It’s cozy and nice but the fireplace in the room isn’t working? There’s a weird plastic bag full of sheets and a jar in the hallway for the whole day. Weird. But it’s clean and affordable and friendly.
I like it but parking here is really bad and tight.
Comfortable stay, should not charge extra for parking No control of guest with children - screening, unsupervised running around annoying other guest Earlier opening of the outdoor pool
Good stat
Its a very nice place to stay It was our second time to stay in this property and it was a great experience staying here everytime. Staff is very soft spoken and nice.
Everything was good. I wish the pool opened earlier in the morning to give people who are checking out to go in before they leave.
This is a perfect getaway for families. Nice suite, clean, complete of cooking stuff and great hot pool.
.
It was my third time at Blackcomb Spring Suites. The suites are very comfortable. I love the full kitchen and the pool and hot tub. Also I like the quite location and that they are pet friendly. Very kind staff too. I totally recommend them.
Nice place to spend the weekend
It was quiet and clean. Staff was friendly. Suite was nice
Excellent Place to Stay!
Our room was very neat and clean. All facilities were spotless and well looked after. The location is also awsome. A wounderful experience at affordable price!
Beautiful location….
Room we stayed at was good overall, but some renovation required.
This hotel had everything thing we needed in a beautiful setting.
Hotel is great. Easy walk to town down the ski hill. Would recommend. My only complaint was after paying for the hotel through Expedia, they hit me up for more money just to park my vehicle when I checked in.
Great hotel
Really great
Place clean staff not very helpful
Nice and clean
Great pool and hot tub, and the staff were quite friendly and helpful.
Overall Good but Guest Favoritism
The hotel itself is beautiful with a fantastic pool and hot tub area in a peaceful setting. The convenience of bringing a dog was great! However, if you have a large vehicle, you will have to park at the bottom of a large hill and either take the bus up or walk. For some reason, the hotel doesn’t monitor the parking spots in front of the hotel where there is drop off. So when you arrive or depart, all the spots are taken and you have to park further away in a no parking zone. This isn’t bad, unless it’s pouring rain, which is was for us. Also, they allowed certain guests to park full time in the 10-min loading area all day and night while others are told to walk up and down a large, long hillside, scrambling for the few parking spots on the hill, competing with other vehicles from other hotels. It was a bizarre and frustrating situation because our Tahoe didn’t fit in their parking from overhead. I spoke to management and front desk numerous times as I was traveling with a pet and 3 kids, walking up the hill in pouring rain and pitch black at night. They blamed the city, the city said it was the hotel’s responsibility. The same 3 vehicles from out of province sat in 10-minute loading zones for 2 full days. Poor customer service from the front desk &management on this issue.
Great location
I do wish that they had things ready for us such as two beds but they were so quick and kind it didn’t even mater. Super cute for wanting to hike or have quiet. We loved it!
Loved the pool
great amenities!
Everything was good..!
