Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is very convenient!

Its conveniently located close to the train station making it really easy to use the trains and subway station. Shops and restaurants are all around so you're always 5 minutes away from where you want to be.

It is not worth 450+ euros per night stay. I don’t know what the premier means. There is very limited selection for breakfast.

Nice hotel!

We loved the location and the wonderful hospitality from the hotel staff. Everyone was very attentive and made our first trip to Rome less stressful. I would highly recipe d this hotel and if we return to Rome this would be a go to hotel

Bacon at breakfast was awful. Only criticism

This hotel is a great one-night option, especially when arriving in Rome by train and departing the following day from the airport. (Or vice versa.) The hotel is located only steps from Rome Termini. The rooms are small but well-appointed and clean. The bar/restaurant is convenient, and while the food is just so-so, it is a good option for tired travelers. It is reasonably priced, safe, and convenient!

This hotel is good. It’s easy to go to the bus and train station. The staff is good and the morning buffet is good. However the fridge isn’t cold and the staff forgot to refill the soap, shower cap and the facial tissue. Will come back again.

This is a great property and very convenient for American travelers. The breakfast is solid for a chain hotel, and a big bonus—it has air conditioning! The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. While it’s not located in the heart of historic Rome, it’s just a short taxi ride away and directly across the street from Termini Station and the metro, making it easy to get around. The staff were fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and always helpful.

Great hotel next to Termini

Hotel was great, the staff was extremely helpful and nice. They were always attentive. Right next to Termini a 25 min walk to Patheon 20 min walk to Trevi fountain. Subway is a 7 minute walk.

Didn’t care for hotel personally. Overrated for what they offer. I could have stayed down the street for cheaper and better accommodations. Our room was literally 90 degrees and opening the window with full sun doesn’t help. I was told the air conditioning wasn’t available, because technically it was their winter. Maybe recirculating the air in the room may have helped a little, but they didn’t accommodate our request.

Great start for our trip to Rome. Comfortably slept off jet lag, had a great breakfast, then explored!

Second stay here. Perfect location near Roma Termini rail station. Very easy to get buses to the rest of the city, also easy to get taxis at the station. Good room layout and amenities. I will return!

Clean, Great Location but better use less plastic

Adam L is fantastic. The hotel gave us one day free breakfast. Room is spacious and clean. Great location, too. Suggest the hotel using less plastic, it looks unnecessary to use plastic bags to wrap each plastic cup and glass, as well as sleeping gowns etc. This is not environmental friendly. Also, not sure why the housekeeper used strong scent around the area of the bed and wardrobe (need to cover something?), I felt I wanted to votmit everytime I was close there. Luckily the room window could be open wide for circulation.

Good option close to Termini

Overall good facilities, but interestingly enough there was no AC in early March. The room was hot and when we asked for help turning on AC we were told to open the windows… unacceptable in central Rome!

Good price and clean room

Room so hot and “Recommended tip” on initial bill.

Room is so hot. Set point of 19C but had realtime temp of 78F. Fan was not blowing at that point. Called helpdesk since my wife started having asthma, but no one was able to do anything. Also, “tip” of 20 Euros was “recommended” on the bill upon check-in, and need to be cancelled or reduced upon check out per customer. If you’re in a hurry and not paying attention, you would be charged more on top of your other charges. I think recommended tipping Amt should not be included at all on the initial bill

Very close from the station and airport shuttle bus. So convenient

You could not get a better location. Less than 100 meters from Termini (the main train station and access to Metro A & B and the train to the airport) so you can get to any where in the city quickly and cheaply. The staff were great and the room and hotel overall were very clean. I would definetly stay here next time.

Close to the train station

Excellent location from Rome Termini. Travelled as a couple, stayed 4 nights in the Deluxe room. Great experience overall, would choose this hotel if we ever visit Rome again.

Great price, location and amenities

Upon check in, we were greated by Alan. He was very accomodating and informative. Nadia from the restaurant was absolutly the best ever. Her hospitality really made a mark on our stay. She went the extra mile to take care of us on Christmas Day. Hotel itself its percectly located near the train station. Most attractions are walking distance but they can call you a taxi should you prefer not to walk. Our room was a double bed (more like two twin beds) and an additional twin sofa bed. Clean and comfortable for those who only need a hotel to sleep on. This property is also pet friendly and offers a huge selection of continental breakfast.

Close to train station

The staff were very friendly and approachable and the service was excellent. The hotel is a 2-3 minute walk away from the Roma Termini station so you have easy access to the regional trains, buses and metro. Also, the SIT airport transfer service stops just opposite the hotel so it is very convenient.

The property is right next to the Roma Termini (train) which was very convenient. Hotel staff were pleasant and very helpful. We appreciated the tips on transportation and where to go. The breakfast buffet was good and reasonably priced. We also had dinner the first night in the restaurant and it was excellent! Rooms and property were clean and safe - the surrounding area (and all of Rome) had a lot of construction in preparation for the 2025 Jubilee, which did make for some inconvenience. That said, this hotel made a great base for exploring Rome!

nice hotel that's a short walk from Roma Termini

Location is very convenient to Roma Termini station and is perfect for those that plan to travel around Rome or Italy. Food around the hotel is pretty good with many options. Here are some things about the hotel itself. Hotel was clean and staff was helpful. I was only here for 1 night, but saw they have an exercise room. The breakfast buffet was included for my stay and it had a nice assortment of food that is very normal in Rome.

It was very close to alot of attractions especially the station and bus stops.

Centrally located near Roma Termini Station.

Location is good. Cleanness is good. No air condition. The room is very very warm due to the sun shining to the room. It is too noisy street so open window is not an option. Staff not willing to resolve this problem. This is supposed to be 4 or 5 start hotel. It is very bad!

Perfect Location

The perfect location for a walking visit to Rome. Right next to Termini. Cruise port and airport transportation stop is right across the street from hotel. 25 min walk to Colosseum. 25 min walk to Trevi Fountain 1 hour walk to Vatican.

All night construction noise across the street was very challenging! No notice was given to us prior to arrival that this was the case.

Best Western Premier Hotel Royal Santina had a perfect location for the end of our trip. Close to the train station, even closer to the SIT Bus to terminal shuttle. Check in was a breeze, we had the pleasure of dealing with Adam F. He was extremely polite and cordial during the duration of our stay. Property had all the amenities one could ask for. Nice clean room, restaurant/bar in the lobby, and outdoor sitting area. If ever returning to Rome, would definitely stay at the Best Western Premier Hotel Royal Santina again!

Very good value and close to the train station. Somewhat noisy street at night. Typical Rome noise at night.

Lovely hotel with nice clean room and comfy beds. Very welcoming, helpful and friendly staff. Good selection to choose from at breakfast time. Ideal location for exploring Rome and a stones throw away from the main train station with easy access to the airport.

Perfect location. Easy travel to train stations, souvenir shops, foods. Room is spacious, very fancy, amenities good. The guy with a tattoo on the neck and arm in the reception is a bit snobbish. Not smiling, not accomodating, seems angry, not an attitude of a good customer service

A comfortable hotel in a great location next to Roma Termini, the Metro and opposite the buses for airport shuttle & Hop On Off bus. Easy walk to the main bus terminus. Rooms were spotless, restaurant and bar well priced, good food and generous snacks served with drinks at the bar. Staff were friendly and helpful. our compliments to the restaurant & bar manager, she was an absolute delight. Other options for breakfast outside the hotel with cafes and the rail station available. We spent 4 nights there and definitely recommend to others visiting Rome.

Great location - within walking distance to many major attractions. Room is nice and eco-friendly. The shower door design is slightly odd but no problem with the showers. Service is good. Would stay again.

Modern, clean and spacious room. Friendly staff. Location is close to the Termini station and convenient for transportation especially to the airport via SIT bus where the pickup station is just right across the street.

The hotel was conveniently located. The room was smaller than I expected, but it was okay. The room was clean. I wish the restaurant had more options on the menu.

Close to station and restaurants. Can walk to most major attractions if you're energetic. Room was large and comfortable and breakfast very good but it is the station right across the road that is the big winner.

Great location. Our rooms and the hotel - very clean and quiet. Staff made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Went straight from the airport to touring the Vatican all day, all we wanted was a meal and bed. Our first meal in Italy was Santina’s lasagna and it was delicious. Our waitress made a special salad for us that wasn’t on the menu and the strawberry cheesecake was the best I have ever had. We all left the table wishing we could spend more time. So good. I don’t hesitate to highly recommend the hotel, their dining room and staff to any family visiting Rome. You will not be disappointed.

Great location close to Termini. I was a little worried about being so close to the station but it felt safe even at night. Hotel room was spacious, modern and clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff was outstanding! Very helpful. Front desk helped arrange a late check out (child had a rough night, so the extra time allowed time to recouperate); the breakfast staff were warm, welcoming and always smiling; housekeeping delivered extra towels right away...everyone was just wonderful! The room was spacious for a room in Rome and was a 3 minute walk to the main train terminal. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will stay there again.
