It is clean, and it is located in a good area.

Staff was unhelpful, room was not sound proof, I could hear noise and conversations from room next door. Charged me in USD when it should be CAD. No credit issued.

I asked for someone to look at the air conditioner because it was not blowing cold air and the TV would not connect to any channels. I asked for somebody to take a look and neither was resolved.

Great location, walkable to major parks like Parque Kennedy and shopping mall like the Larcomar. Lots of dining available within a short walk. Taxis/Ubers able to pick up right outside if needed. Breakfast buffet with some hot order options like eggs and bacon. Good variety of items like breads, fruits, and some Peruvian specialties certain days like chicharron.

Quiet clean room with above average breakfast. Breakfast was available from early morning to late morning. Location is next to Larcomar.

We stayed in Lima for our first and last night in Peru. This hotel is conveniently located. The AirPort Express bus stops near it. The area is safe and within walking distance of lots to see in Miraflores.

It was perfect, convenient, and the staff were amazing. This would be my next choice for sure! Thanks for everything!

The hotel is conveniently located just a few blocks from LarcoMar shopping mall. The neighborhood is cute and safe. Hotel rooms are clean and modern. I appreciate hotel staff packing breakfast for early departure.

Check in was average. Gave us a poor room which we changed. Very dirty exterior windows! Doorman was the best! No ability to open a window.

For a low-budget hotel, the property fully met my needs. The comp breakfast was lovely. Great coffee! I would suggest they put a card in the rooms with some of the places so near! The "underground" mall is a must see! Lots of restaurants within walking distance. I wish I had more time there.

Not worth it / extra charges and bad service

This hotel seemed slightly less than others in this area in Miraflores but after 44$ in extra charges on departure, no carpet and little furniture plus street noise and odor, it wasnt worth it. We arrived after midnight and left before 7 am and paid two nights but still they charged us for extra breakfast on day 2 we could not possibly eat and didnt want. Avoid Jorge at the desk too but Roger was nice.

Good hotel, very close to Larcomar, very clean and with friendly staff. I recommend it especially for corporate or short visits, since the facilities are basic, do not have many spaces to store clothes, the hairdryer in the room is underpowered, and the breakfast is good but does not have a variety of products, almost every day the offer is the same. Small restaurant in general.

Bathroom was very nice with a big walk-in shower. The room was clean and modern. Breakfast was fine (omelettes, eggs, pastries). Location was good (safe, near ocean). Room had a desk and comfy chair. The TV remote was some special device that kept turning the TV off instead of changing channels. The view out the window was concrete walls.

I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. So incredibly helpful! Service is amazing! After an overnight flight, our trip was upended when our morning flight to Cusco was cancelled. We came in at 10 am and even though no rooms were available they made every accommodation possible to help us (including getting us checked in as soon as a room was available). Shirley at reception was very helpful as we had to repurchase tickets into Machu Picchu. The location is wonderful - close to shopping and great food options. Love! Love! Love!

This hotel is in a great location. It’s located exactly where you want to be. Close to the outdoor mall, beach, surfing, and other tourist attractions. For the price, it’s a great option.

Verry well situated, near all the amenities that the area can offer. Nice staff and confortable rooms. The only one thing that didn`t like were the pillows. (Too hard). Something easy to fix.

A no-fuss hotel that is very well-located. If your intention is to visit the city, not the hotel, this one's for you!

The only thing missing in the room were drawers. Lots of shelves but no drawers. The bed was very comfortable.

Amazing hotel is the best location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped arrange airport transfers with great drivers at good price. The room was spotless very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Best towels I’ve ever used and I’ve been to some of the highest luxury resorts. It also included free parking, breakfast and WiFi. Safe neighborhood and walkable to beach. The best was having romantic dinner over the ocean at mangos which was a 3 minute walk. Food and drinks were delicious. Also a great full day tour to Huacachina &paracas through get my guide by IZI Peru that shuttle bus picks up at corner of Jw Marriott which is a 1 minute walk. Would highly recommend!!

El hotel es bueno si vas a estar todo el día afuera en actividades. Un hotel básico con camada y baño cómodo para pasar la noche. El desayuno normal. Mi única sugerencia es cambiar el jabón del baño, es extremadamente seco y malo.

Very clean and beautiful. Bredfast is a plus.

The the bed are too small. The room is big and clean. The staff are friendly. The breakfast offer hot items upon request. The breakfast server lady named Andrea is attentive and provide good service.

Did not like the bed is small using single size bed. The breakfast is decent with hot item to order.

I liked that the property's decor was chic. The amenities were simple, but not lacking in any way. I liked the soap. And, breakfast was delicious.

The staff there is very great and wonderful and helpful couldn't meet a nicer bunch of people, you seem to be having some kind of problem with the air conditioning system at night

the room was nice the staff excellent , free breakfast was good the only reason I didn't give it a 5 star we didn't get an upgrade and the view we had out the window was a bunch of air conditioners, we were on the 5th floor
