Great airport hotel

Overall was good

Stayed here twice and have one more night planned. Hotel is in great location related to the airport. Restaurant in the hotel is top notch. Staff is great. Dont let the neighborhood that this hotel is in sway you in your decision to stay here. The area is highly industrial, lots of trucking companies.

great for airport proximity

The room was ok, but the airport shuttle service was unreliable, didn’t run on schedule. The driver cancelled the ride without even confirming with me, after a long wait I called again for the arrival time, the driver made up something I didn’t say as an excuse for missing the schedule. I really regretted booking with BW, probably will never do it again.

The only thing I would like to see better fast food in the area

This was definitely one of the better properties we stayed at on our trip. Coincidentally, we stayed at the Best Western -Calgary Freeport before our trip to Toronto & Ontario. We will definitely seek out Best Western Plus properties again for our travels. The property in Toronto was very professional, kind and welcoming. The on site restaurant, Postcard was equally professional, kind and welcoming. A great experience overall. We weren't able to take advantage of the breakfast service, but would definitely do so on another stay.

Great place to stay on route to the airport!

Only stayed one night before travel but was satisfied with this spot and the price was good. Had a free shuttle to the airport at 4:30 AM too.

Comfortable night stay

Room was comfortable and just what we needed for a one night stay. My kids enjoyed being able to watch planes approach for landing right from the window in our room. On site parking around the building was convenient. Would stay again.

Super convenient for me to have a Subway sandwich right next to the hotel.

It was very clean, great staff and the airport shuttle gets you to the airport in 15 mins.

The washroom was not very clean in places

Complimentary coffee machine in the lobby was really useful. Clean room, stayed only one night.

The all-round experience was good. Check in was easy and the front desk staff were excellent. The only issue was with respect to the mattresses in the room which were soft with a curvature in the middle. A secondary issue which is challenging for the property to control was noisy guests and doors slamming after midnight.

Our room was dusty and they had to get us into another room which had the same issue. They had to deep cleaning which help a bit. But my wife still wiped down most areas in our room after. Most of the staff were pleasant otherwise. I don’t think we will be back there again.

Manager was so rude

I was there for maybe 6 1/2 hours. I came in on a late flight and needed a hotel close to the airport before my early morning flight. It was close clean everyone at the front desk was nice especially since I had a very late check-in and then the shuttle to the airport was perfect the next morning.

Always clean safe and nice rooms

I first stayed there on March 2, 2025. That stay was very nice. Room was clean and perfect. However my stay on March 12, was a three. The room didn't look like it was vacuumed, the red foot rest was visible soiled with dirt and chair had some kind of oily stain on it. I got there around 21h30 from Punta Cana.The heater wasn't working so they sent someone at that time to fix and clean it. It was pretty dirty. Me and my children had to eat our food on the bed and me on the bench. The telephone plug was broken. The bathroom was probably not swept because there was a piece of brown paper in the corner on the floor. I had to check the bed to make sure that was at least clean, thank God it was. The staff was friendly, got complimentary toothbrush and the shuttle is on time,

In the room there were four coffee bags and only 2 tea bags for 2 people . We do not drink coffe and 2 tea bags for 24 hours are insufficient.

I booked at 1am after a long flight and they wanted to charge me a second time for a room

There was an issue with noise at 10 pm , the above room was bouncing a ball after a brief conversation with front desk, thankfully resolved immediately. Thank you At check out , the front desk had questioned me about a dog in my room, not sure how this came about, clearly a misunderstanding, I was travelling with my grand children.

Hotel was great; front desk staff were courteous and efficient. However we had to wait from 10:15 to 11:30 PM for our shuttle! Initially we were told it would be there at 10:45. When we called again at 11, we were told we missed the shuttle. There were10 of us waiting from 10:15! There is no way we could have all missed it.

I forgot my suitcase sitting in the entrance way when we went to the airport. I was able to call the hotel and they sent it with the next transfer to the airport. I was very pleased with my service.

Property and room was not too bad, staff was not that welcoming and found quite rude and not much help when asking questions regarding the shuttle that they offer to and from the airport. Restaurant in hotel we waited over an hour for a standard breakfast so would most definitely not recommend eating there unless you have lots of time, but also not many other options within walking distance. Prior to this trip I had already booked this hotel for another stay in the coming month based off the price point and usually love best western plus locations but may pay the extra for another hotel and cancel the upcoming reservation.

Didn’t like at all

All the employees wede vsry hopeful. The room was comfortable and had in it everything i needed.

The lobby is beautiful but the shower in the room had quite a bit of mold. A bit gross.

Hey dont tey the restaurant the breakfast was terrible , it cost almost 50$ for 2 ppl breakfast, if the food was good i had no problem, ordered over easy egg, it was hard , otjer than hotel was good clean, pretty stgandard

Receptionist was very impolite and unprofessional. It was a huge hassle to pay $150 deposit by tapping a credit card (chip reader was not working). No kettle in rooms, need to warm water with a coffee machine to drink tea. There was a loose plug wiring just next to the bed, which is a fire hazard. Location proximity to airport is good. Lot of parking space.

Great stay

This hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was a super convenient location to hop on the freeway into downtown Toronto, without paying the downtown prices. There is a restaurant in the hotel and a Subway pretty much right outside the front entrance. I definitely recommend.

Room was ok. Clean but dated. The chair was very stained. The bed was lumpy. I was in a room at the end of the hall by an exit door and people for whatever reason were going in and out of it every 5 mins and it slammed every time they did. This went on for hours. Shuttle was on time and driver was friendly.

Great hotel near airport.

Great hotel and price was very reasonable for this hotel. Had to wait a while for shuttle but it was worth it. We will book again next time we’re in Toronto.

All good, check in was efficient and staff member was friendly and professional. Beds are comfortable, room very clean. Very quiet overnight.

Staff was polite and checking in. When we were at the pool we called for towels as there was none there and we didn’t take any. The gentleman that brought was nice and then took water samples as I asked why he was very kind and explain they check the water every two hours. That’s assurance feeling of well maintained water

I like that this property offers 24 hour shuttle service from Pearson and has the amenities that i can enjoy.

Was good and friendly

I have stayed here once before, and was happy to return. The hotel is clean, comfortable and has a good restaurant. There is a 24-hour shuttle to the airport and you can book a guaranteed ride with a ticket system so you're sure to get on the van. Staff are friendly and helpful, the beds are comfy and shower is nice and hot. The only problem was the coffee maker wouldn't work in the morning. There's a coffee machine with excellent coffee in the lobby

Enjoyed our stay. Very convenient for a night’s stay before flying out to the airport. Hot tub was decent but the swimming pool was FREEZING. We were not able to enjoy the pool at all.

The snow removal could have been much better.

The staff at the front desk were helpful and the bus drivers of the shuttle were very friendly and courteous. I found the beds lumpy and I could hear the person in the next room talk for most of the nite.

Roomy rooms, clean and modern

The rooms were nice. They were clean, beds were comfortable. Could have used some better quality body wash and shampoo. The main reason i booked this hotel was so my son could use the pool, and i the hot tub. Well the pool was FREEZING cold and the jets on the hot tub were not working. So couldnt use either of those. The staff at the front desk werent very cordual or polite.
