I liked everything about this, especially free parking

Overall, it was a good stay. When I got to my hotel, I did find the bathroom to be dirty.

Over all it was ok but not what expected, the pipes seem to be rusted as the water was just rust color. The bed sheets are so tin and dingy, didn’t even look clean the same with the towels, old drywall not and very rough on the skin. I wouldn’t recommend and not planing to come back to this hotel. The stuff is great, too bad they have too little to work with.

Its a small property but its very clean, great food options, and friendly staff. Its walking distance to several shopping and sport facilities. Im a frequent customer here.

The property was fine. The staff was ok but they tried to charge me additional money when using the laundry service. More than what they originally informed me. Other than that, the hotel is ok.

Very nice hotel. We stayed for one night. No complaints. Restaurant’s prices were very reasonable.

Very clean and comfortable. I stayed there 3 seperate times on my trip to Mexico and every single time the room was clean. Was nice to have a soft bed and hot water for those nights. Staff was also very nice and and professional.

I was pleasantly surprised at what a nice hotel this is, considering that Pachuca is not as big of an attraction as Mexico City or other coastal places. The hotel was new and comfortable and spotless. The service was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now and it is always very well maintained. My only issue is that I had do not disturb but I was still disturbed via a knock and phone call about cleaning my room. It was only a problem because I was working from the room and taking meetings. Otherwise it was a very good stay!

The place was nice, very friendly staff, very modern rooms, I would definitely come back.

This was a very nice hotel in the middle of Pachuca that didn’t feel like it was in the middle of the city. Great staff and service, the restaurant in the lobby was wonderful! I would absolutely stay again.

Property is clean and staff is nice and close to a park for exercising in the morning and a small restaurant for breakfast.

The front desk staff are wonderful, pleasant people who are eager to help with whatever need you have. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I've spent four weeks in this hotel and always felt like the space was exactly what I needed.

The rooms were super clean. Didn't like that the pool/jacuzzi was not heated as mentioned.

Not good for people booking online.

The hotel is one of the nicest in Pachuca. I have stayed several times and rooms are nice and clean. However, they do not give a good service to people that book online through sites such as Hotels.com. The hotel was almost empty because of the pandemic crisis and they still sent me to the last room in the first floor, which for some reason is smaller than all other rooms with limited space between the king size bed and the TV Console in front. I have seen other rooms when I have arrived without booking and they are certainly spacious, I am a Gold member of hotels.com and I receive privileges in other hotels. In this place, I complained about the situation and the answer was: Next time just book directly.

We ordered room service twice and the food was fabulous! So rare for a hotel!

Map navigation didn’t work!

Nice one night stay. Spacious rooms and hallways (widest I’ve ever seen). Accommodating staff. Underground parking. Only negative was inability to navigate to hotel via Apple Maps or Google maps from hotels.com link. It kept taking me to a location several blocks away... I had to call hotel for directions!

Very good place to stay.

Best Western was an excellent hotel. The beds were VERY comfortable. The room was clean and modern. It was very quiet and we slept well. The restaurant was also excellent for breakfast. The only negative was the temperature of the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was about as warm as a swimming pool normally is, maybe 85F. The swimming pool was extremely cold, Im not sure if it was heated at all, but it didn't feel like it. Overall the hotel is excellent, but if you are planning on swimming, like we were, you may need a wetsuit.

The restaurant was very good and fair priced. The pool was freezing cold and the hot tub was only turned on after you entered and the staff saw you in there.

The staff was ok but when I request extra towel and sheets change I have to ask 2 times to be done.

New Hotel

This hotel is fairly new and super clean. It is easy walking distance to many fast food restaurants. There is a restaurant conveniently located in the hotel also. However, I did not eat at it. There is a good walking/biking trail across the street for jogging and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable, quality bedding, clean rooms equipment with bottled water, coffee machine and a mini fridge at no extra charge!!

Good value for money and great location

The best western plus hotel is an excellent option to stay in Pachuca, It has a very convenient location to the city centre. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms are big enough for 2 guests, really well equipped, modern and with comfortable beds, however, the walls are very thin so on one of the nights we stayed there we could hear other guests talking/mumbling so we had difficulty getting off to sleep (this was the only downside). It has a basic gym (cross trainer, bikes, treadmill and machines with tension weights) but it was more than enough to have a morning workout, I didn't use the pool but it looed lovely and clean. The independent restaurant in the lobby area is great, the service, quality and choice of food/ drinks was excellent. The prices were reasonable as well although not included in the room price but average 'cake house' set breakfast (Juice, coffee, Choice of eggs, fruit and bread) cost around 120 pesos (£5) I would recommend this hotel as its the best in Pachuca

pleasant experience for non-planned stay

This stay was not planned ... almost an emergency. The easy booking and the experience at the hotel were very pleasant...

New hotel, pet friendly, my room was just OK

I stayed in this hotel due the convenience of staying with my pet, the hotel I think is like 1 year old, the staff was really helpful and they were always smiling. There is a park across the street to walk your dog which is really convenient, there are a lot of restaurants across the street as well, however, my room felt old, the carpet was worn and with stains and also the wall had some black stains, perhaps luggage stains. For the price and the convenience to have my dog with me is great, but I dont want to imagine how the hotel condition will be in 5 years with all that tear and wear on the room. The manager should pay more attention to those details and dont let the hotel cleanliness demerit guests stay.

Son muy hamables en el hotel y las habitaciones son amplias y estan limpias sin embargo no me gusto nada por que se escucha mucho el ruido de los cuartos contiguos, bo pude dormir por que los vecinos tenian fiesta con globito y fue muy desagradable que se escuchara todo, y mas tu quieres descansar y traes niños.

Falto limpieza del cuarto, estaban los envases ya usados de las personas anteriores, no se atendio por parte de la plataforma la solicitud de 1 habitación con una cama king size

El servicio del personal del hotel es excelente. Todos muy amables. La comida del restaurante es buena. Solo que no servía el jacuzzi y la alberca tenía agua fría. Es una muy buena ubicación.

Bien en general, el no tener elevador desde el estacionamiento es una pequeña desventaja y genera incomodidad.

Una ubicación centrica para moverse , siempre y cuando puedas tener auto propio o rentado .

Fue un viaje breve pero gozamos un ratito del jacussi que sería el unico punto a corregir pues el agua se veía algo turbia a diferencia de la de la alberca. El restaurante excelente! Y la habitación genial.

Un poco dificil para salir caminando hacia otras areas por que no hay paso peatonal

No servia la secadora y no servia bien el volumen. Tuvimos que llamar a mantenimiento para que ajustaran el volumen de la television.

Esta todo bien, solo que al salir a caminar desde el hotel hacia los alrededores, esta un poco peligroso el trafico ya que no tiene pase ni semaforo peatonal.
