I enjoyed my stay here. The property was clean except for the carpet in the hallways. The rooms were good. TV a little small. There was a slight issue with the staff trying to charge me an extra 600 euros upon check out that was never mentioned, but I assume it was a mistake or a new staff member. Over all it was a pleasant stay.

The staff was extremely helpful and always curteous!

The hotel is adjacent to the tram service and has a number of restaurants within easy walking distance. We were only there for one night as a stop on the journey home, but it could be a possible base from which to explore Paris.

Convenient location and friendly staff.

I will never put my foot there anymore. The room was so disgusting, I thought someone had die there . dirty carpet , dirty curtains, dirty sheets, they changed us of room but I was wonder why they give us this dirty room at the first place . Stay for 3 days because I already booked and payed and cannot be reimbursed. The front of the hotel isn’t secure for the traffic there isn't light at the front of the hotel and just two steps away is highway and the fast road . To finish, I’ve mentioned not to come in my room to clean with this cardboard, and someone came anyways and left something that wasn’t even for us , a men care products. I had to go to the front desk and complain 3 times. Supper start at 7 PM , didn’t eat there but I found out is late . Not recommended

Nice hotel, well positioned for my work. Only short overnight stay but staff friendly and helpful. Nice Affligem on draft at the bar and really pleased to see them promoting local craft beer as well.

The hottest hotel room, but not in a good way

I was not going to leave a review; I contacted the hotel directly. But as they have not replied to me...here goes. The hotel was mostly fine. We ate dinner there and the food was pretty good. Breakfast was also good. There was a pod coffee machine in the room. So far so good. But the room was unbearably hot. The hottest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The room opened onto the main road so I could not leave the window open all night. The a/c in the room did not work. At all. The bathroom heated towel rail was on full which I turned off. A colleague also had the same issue, so this was not an isolated room issue. It was such an uncomfortable night I cannot recommend this hotel. The staff were sympathetic, but I am sure by their reaction that this was not the first time that they had heard this complaint.

Great hotel for business

Very welcoming staff, basic but very clean and comfortable room. Nice reception and public area Decent quality and variety at breakfast.

Excellent breakfast buffet. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful in arranging taxi and other services. Would have been helpful to have currency exchange service.

I booked my room a month in advance, they did not have a room for me and had to "find" one. The air conditioning did not work, first person who came into the room said it was working. The second person who came in said the control box was broken and replaced it. The ac was not very good. They do not have fans. The day I was checking out, there was not hot water. When I addressed the front desk about my experience, he didn't seem to care. I asked for the last night to be reimbursed, did not happen.

Enjoy your worst hotel

Bad behavior from the team. Some say one service is available, the other one day the opposite. When you ask for information they don’t have they say they will call you back but they doesn’t. Worst hotel ever.

One of the hotels I have visited in Europe that is totally worth the value paid and more. Very spacious, extremely clean, excellent furniture, good lighting

Not the best for tourists

The hotel is fine with pleasant front desk staff and clean rooms. The location is good if you are doing business with one of the firms in the adjacent business park. Not recommended for tourists travelers as any cost savings by staying at this hotel quickly diminish as you pay for travel via Uber or taxi to the city.

Ok Hotel...

Stayed at the Best Western while on Business Trip. The rooms are in a reasonable size and equipped with cattle and fridge . The breakfast is very limited and so is the Menu. Location is only for business purposes.

A sleepless night!

Definitely not a 4 star hotel that it claims. Air conditioners not switched based on instruction by management. Rooms are small and bo ventilation unless windows are opened. But being just beside the motorway, the constant noise will ensure a sleepless night. Better to avoid as there are much better options in Velizy in much better locations. Btw, I have never seen a 4 star hotel without a restaurant!

Great room, friendly staff

Great room and very friendly staff. We stayed in the area while visiting Versailles and were very happy with our room. Not much going on in the area for tourists - the surrounding neighborhood is mostly office buildings - but the hotel is close to a tram stop which will get you to the metro. If you want to visit the tourist attractions downtown Paris you probably want to stay somewhere closer to the city.

This hotel is very nice and clean. Breakfast was included in room price and was delicious. Did not enjoy dinner at hotel as much although convenient. We were told to park on the street and had no difficulty. Was convenient to visit Versailles. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was in a great location to visit Versailles and Paris. It was clean and quiet.

Not the greatest location for exploring but if you want to avoid the traffic of Paris and just have a decent bed, it’s fine.

Comfortable hotel for a business trip

Hotel was comfortable and clean. Perfect for a business trip. Staff were pleasant. Food ok. Not far from an amazing huge shopping centre, but it is quite a way outside of Paris

I always stay here - Its a lovely place to say. The food is really nice and I dont bother going out to eat, because the has great choice.

We found the hotel room to be quite small and compact. Water from the shower leaked onto the floor, and had to be soaked up with towels. No UK sockets available. Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean.

Good and affordable hotel let down by poor heating

The room was very cold with heater not really working properly. There was only 1 towel in the room and we had to wait forever for the towel. Otherwise hotel has large room, good price and convenient car park close to the highway.

Went hungry

Arrived at 23:00 to find no food available, not even room service. There were also no pizza deliveries etc available after 23:00 so no food until breakfast. Otherwise, nice hotel.

Lovely staff but don't bother with room service

I have given this hotel a 5 because it really was lovely. The staff were very nice and the place itself was spotless. The room was very comfortable. The only downside was when I ordered room service. I ordered a chicken risotto, and whilst I am aware the main ingredients are chicken and rice, that's basically all it was - a bowl of white rice with a few bits of chicken. It had no taste whatsoever and I did not eat it. I mentioned it upon check out and showed a photo of it to the receptionist, who still charged it to my bill. I received an e-mail with an apology and an offer of a free room service next time I stay.

comfortable for americans

Very similar to best westerns back in the usa (the nicer locations anyway). Very friendly multilingual staff. In the middle of a business park, which is fine if that is where you need to be. Would stay here again.

Great Location

Good new hotel - restaurant was OK - quality was OK - on the expensive side.

Friendly and helpful staff

I arrived at 3 PM local time after a 10 hour flight. Even though the restaurant was closed they made me a great breakfast in the middle of the afternoon -- unheard of in France! The hotel is modern and clean, but it's in the middle of an office area and a 20 minute walk to any restaurant except McDonald's. I'll stay there again when I have business in the area. And by the way I had a room on the south side, and it was very quiet with the window closed. There's a nice park nearby for runners (Foret de Meudon).

Comfortable place to stay

I have stayed here a couple of times on business and have always felt the staff to be pleasant and helpful. Room is comfortable and clean. Bar area is a little open and sparse but a good selection of snacks and drinks. Restaurant choices can be a bit limiting if you are there for some time. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

I thought parking at 12 EUR/night to be a negative surprise. Location and closeness to restaurants and shopping was good.

Hotel is new but far from sights.

Hotel was great, newly built, rooms are soundproof and we had free Wifi. The only issue is that it is far from downtown Paris but a short bus ride (20 mins) from Versailles which has many restaurants adn sights to see. The hotel is non-smoking but our room smelled of stale smoke unfortunately.

New Hotel Bad Location

Too far from Versailles and Paris. Parisians are cold as ice and not American friendly, either was the staff of this hotel. Need I say more.

Olk for buiness but vey little in the vicinity

Very poor breakfast choice no brown bread. Milk is not fresh and teas coffees are all from vending machine. No fried poached eggs just scrabled slop half the tome. Forget about reception staff very little experiance sun terrace in shade all day and horel rather a cold feeling It is rated 4 star however more like 2 star i am sorry to say. France is supposed to be a food capital of the world very basic food choice is to be had at this hotel. Check the bill on check out as i was charged 75 euros for breakfast when in fact i was staying bed and breakfast included. Just summed it up for me little experiance in the staff in general apart from the bar staff who were helpful.

Brand new but nothing else

New hotels are good in that you see what the owners first envisaged and how they have delivered the product. Rooms are well furnished, comfortable and have the essentials of a great shower, comfy bed, excellent TV picture quality and enough space to manage. The bar and restaurant however are without any atmosphere. It's as if they designed them such to make sure you would not wish to spend time there. And y need a taxi to get anywhere because there really is nothing else in walking distance.

Accueil et équipement impeccable

Bon emplacement pas loin du centre commercial Vélizy 2. Bon prix. Par contre le service laisse à désirer. Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre. On a réclamé 3 fois sans résultat. Dans la chambre, un jour les verres n'ont pas été lavés. Le savon liquide n'a pas été rempli. Pas de rouleau de papier toilettes en extra, etc...

Les chambres sont faites régulièrement apres 17h30 . Le petit dej est un peu cher Cote autoroute un peu de bruit Le personnel est sympathique et professionnel

Séjours réussi

La chambre d’hôtel et le service qui va avec était très bien. Quelques bémols, le coffre fort était hors d’usage, le savon liquide était vide à partir de la seconde nuit et l’eau ne coulait pas vraiment du pommeau de douche. Sinon le confort de la chambre est excellent.

Non non, il n'était meme pas convenable. Inadmissible pour un 4 étoiles. L'entrée de l'hotel n'est pas indiquée donc on passe devant sans s'en rendre compte : on perd 10 minutes pour refaire le tour du quartier. Quand on veut rentrer en voiture dans l'hotel on prend peur car il y a un haut plot blanc qui te laisse penser que c'est pas là : donc on s'est finalement garé ailleurs dans le quartier mais pas dans le parking de l'hotel (qui est payant). La réceptionniste n'avait AUCUNE réponse aux questions qu'on lui a posé : comment se fait l'accès au parking ? comment mettre la clim dans la chanmbre ? comment arrêter le chauffage dans la chambre ? Où acheter des fleurs dans le coin ? Elle n'était pas du tout à la hauteur. Comme on crevait de chaud dans la chambre, le seul conseil qu'elle nous a donné était d'ouvrir la fenêtre ! Sauf qu'on est tombé la nuit de la tempête Aurore et que de toute façon la chambre donnait direct sur le périphérique. On a super mal dormi car il devait faire 23 dans la chambre, même en coupant le chauffage. Sinon la literie était super, la salle de bain aussi et le petit déj.

Un bon rapport qualité prix !

Hôtel classique. Petit déjeuner minimaliste. Très bon accueil des hôtesses. Bon service le diner. Dommage que seul l'eau du minibar soit offerte et pas le reste (4€ une canette ou une barre chocolatée est vraiment trop cher). Chambre confortable. Bonne literie. Salle de sport très sobre mais suffisant. Prix de la chambre légèrement supérieur que celui pratiqué dans des hôtels équivalents à proximité.

Très bon séjour

Accueil très agréable, personnel efficace et sympathique. Le restaurant se veut très classe mais la carte reste abordable et les plats savoureux. Arrivé dans ma chambre j'ai remarqué que le ménage n'avais pas été fait complètement, tout de suite le personnel à trouvé une solution et mon séjour fût des plus agréable. Petit bémol sur les rideaux qui ne cache pas totalement de la lumière, nous sommes réveillé très tôt par les rayons du soleil.

Great business hotel If you work in the area. Early start of breakfast buffet which is good. Easy to get to public transportation. Located just by the highway and the major road to the city center, don’t expect a cozy environment.

Empfang in der Bar ist gewoehnungsbeduerftig. Hotel allgemein ziemlich heruntergekommen. Grosse Flecken auf dem Teppichboden. Zu wenig Parkplaetze. Fuer ein 4 Sterne Hotel kaum Extras, nur das Noetigste: 1 Teebeutel, 1 Zucker.... keine Kaffemaschine,sondern ein alter Wasserkocher;ebenso im Bad nur Seifenspender sonst Nichts. Positiv: freundliches Personal, guter Preis. Ich werde dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Me cobraram pelo aplicativo e na acomodação. No aplicativo foi utilizada minha Reserva gratuita e pago uma parte em dinheiro pelo aplicativo. Ao chegar no estabelecimento foi me passado que não constava pelo aplicativo e me cobraram uma diária inteira presencialmente, solicito reembolso.

Buena experiencia.

Bastante bien, es un hotel en buenas condiciones con cuartos grandes, alejado del centro de París pero con tranvía justo afuera. Cerca de oficinas y restaurantes.

L'état en termes d'équipement et d'accueil était très bien. Le seul petit bémol rencontré était le fait que l'un des draps de lits était sale à un certain endroit ce qui est dommage car tout le reste était bien.

Très bel hôtel, bon accueil mais informations erronées données à la réception la veille petit déjeuner buffet servi jusqu'à 10h30, je descend à 10h10 on m annonce que c est trop tard c était jusqu'à 10h et on me propose un petit dej express avec pas grand chose alors que j avais payé pour une chambre avec un VRAI petit déjeuner

Déçue de la prestation

30 minutes pour être enregistrés lors de mon arrivée. Un petit déjeuner à 16euros qui ne les vaut absolument pas: très peu de choix, p’us De pain, les crêpes étaient complètement sèches et dures sur les bords

Hôtel calme, propre et silencieux. Les chambres sont fonctionnelles, spacieuses et bien équipées (nombre de prises suffisantes, sèche-cheveux, bouilloire et petit plateau d'accueil)

Entretien d’urgence

Une arrivée tardive avec un changement de chambre effectué rapidement et sans difficulté suite à de mauvaises odeurs et à de nombreuses trace de brûlures sur la moquette de la chambre initialement allouée. Seconde chambre : odeurs de cigarette encore présentes et nombreux pb d’entretien et de propreté . Moquette présentant de nombreuses tâches, interrupteurs très sales, prise sdb du chauffe serviette dénudée, chauffe serviette hs, ... Le couloir du 4ème étage présente un sol dégradé et taché. Pour un 4 étoiles dans une zone d’affaires cest décevant . Service d’accueil réactif et très aimable , room service correct.
