Enjoy the convenience for the price. My granddaughter loved the pool and entire stay. Thank you we will be back.

Room smelled like pets

Overall the room smelled really clean and the shower was comfortably big. But both times the main door was locjp

Room was very spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Only downside was not too much options on the breakfast, but it alright

Was charged a deposit fee, that was told would return back to my debit card in two weeks. Never heard of it taking that long to return.

It's a motel.

I didn't realize this was a Motel. It's been a very long time since I stated in a motel. Location is 5 stars, Close to utsa. I got the 2 bedroom suite, so it was spacious for my family of 6. But there was tobacco smell everywhere. Breakfast was not good, even coffee was watered down.

Average hotel. Did what it needed to.

Room was clean and looked professional. Strong water pressure. No allergens. Had fridge, hair dryer, shampoo & conditioner, alarm clock, TV (thought didn't turn on), ice machine nearby, free fresh continental breakfast 7am to 9am, no crackheads or thieves in or around; highways across the street; quiet; clean bedding; strong AC; felt safe. Great value! Would def stay here again!

Prompt service from staff, great hot breakfast. Older facility - shower pressure wasn't the greatest. and group of several guys hogged the hottub all night soaking their feet.

Room condition was great … breakfast was good compared to the hotel price … location good … only one issue we faced - the AC was not working properly .. it was very cold on december end and the heater was not working properly …

We spent a couple nights and was not a good experience. The hotel staff is not enough to attend the guest. Specifically for breakfast there was nothing. The same person attending the lobby is the one responsible for breakfast so there were not enough eggs, bread; coffee was just water. People had to wait to have some food availabe. I will not return to this hotel. PROs: Area around is nice

Good stay for the price

This is a comfort place you would not know your in a motel. I like that the room entryway is from the courtyard and not the parking lot which makes you feel safer. Rooms were clean and had a fridge and microwave that worked and also clean. The prices are reasonable and didn’t break the bank.

Everything is good except position for air conditioning on the ground which is not suitable for the baby

This property was advertised at a rate that was unworthy of the motel itself. The door on the room didnt lock. The ac/heat was broken. The lamp shade was broken. The room was old and outdated. The bath linens had hair on them and were stained. Exposed wiring on light fixture in the bathroom. I wish I could add pictures to show you. I feel I should have received a discount.

For what I paid for and the amount of amenities. This was a solid location for a stay. If you are just someone who wants somewhere cheap, easy, and a place for a quick rest. Highly recommend!

Room was not very clean. Asked twice for new bedding and never received it. Toilet was gross and shower didn’t drain.

The A/C and Heater unit did not supply us with any heat all night. We had it set on heat with a temperature of 80 degrees. The telephone also did not work (no dial tone!). I couldn't enter a wakeup call request.

For the price you cant beat it. Its a good motel.

The staff there were helpful, yet we had to move rooms due to our key cards not working. At first the staff refused to move us to a different room until I became very stern with my request. We were able to move rooms yet the room we were moved to was infested with roaches and so much mold in the toilet and bathroom. It was disturbing and a health issue. I had became very sick over with coughing and a hard time breathing during the days we were there and when I went to my doctors once we got home, he said that it was because of the mold. It was a very unpleasant family vacation experience for us sadly.

Beautiful facility. Very clean, rooms beautiful and very spacious. Great price. We were very surprised. Unfortunately too cool to swim in that great looking pool. This hotel is the best we have ever stayed at with such a great price.

It is fairly close to Fiesta Texas and and was surprisingly quiet for being next to a busy highway.

The staff was kind and attentive.

There was a smell in the room and we didn't even stay the night. We left the room and drove back. Also, there was loud banging noise from the couple of hours we stayed in the room. Also, we felt like Expedia misrepresented the property with the photos displayed).

Was a fast check in and room looked clean until we got settled in and then the roaches started to come out 😭

Great quiet place. Surely will stay here from now on.

The rooms were really dark and outdated. The carpet was stained. The beds were uncomfortable with very thin linen. The first room I had the key wouldn't work, the sink was broke and the shower had no hot water. They did switch me over to another room, but that room had light fixture that didn't function and the TV remote didn't work (the carpet was even more stained). This hotel is definitely in need of maintenance and remodel.

Loved everything about this property and will definitely be back again.

Bed bugs. Big ones. The employees all look mad at all times. Only the woman at the front desk smiled any. That is, until I told them about the bed bugs. They offer so much as an apology. Didn’t even say Thank you for staying even though I didn’t even make a fuss about the bed bugs. Won’t come back. I’ll try never to even pass by it again.

Nice place to stay

The stay was great. Nice room, clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast was fine and dining area was very well maintained. We enjoyed the large clean pool. Wish there was a hot tub though. Parking was adequate but there is a lot of traffic, and it can take time to get back out on the highway as it's a frontage road next to the freeway. That said if we travel to this area again, we would definitely stay here again. Lots of restaurants' close by too.

Not a bad place to stay. No complaints other than the toilet having some water stains. The pool looks pretty nice at night but don’t be fooled by the mini baby pool area that I thought was a hot tub. We stayed 4 days and I would surely stay again.

Family Six Flags Trip

We did not get to try out the swimming pool but it looked clean. The room were hot when we checked in around 9pm. The room did cool but not until a little after 2 am. The rooms had a microwave and it was clean overall.

The hotel staff was nice. The breakfast food was good, not many options to choose from, though. The toilet and the bathtub had a lot of stains, they need to be replaced, it made it look dirty but they were just old. Some towels also had stains.

The Good: comfortable beds; water that actually washes soap off of the skin; good breakfast selection; pretty good blackout curtains that blocked the street lamp outside. The Bad: toilet was growing mold (left a note for the maid to give it some attention, but was ignored); door handle leading to lobby from pool area was sticky all over, all 3 days (waffle syrup?); It made it hard to trust that any of the hotel was actually clean.

Clean, safe, and quiet! The pool area is beautiful at night! Staff was friendly.

I could not believe how dusty the night stand was nor the top of tv. If anything had wood on it it was dusty. A channel guide for the TV would have been nice since I had no clue what news channel were for SAT. Now let's go to the breakfast, the scrambled eggs were cold along with the sausage. The coffee machine wasn't working on all choices. I was hoping for a nice hot breakfast.

Met expectations

It met expectations for the most part. The toilet was a little gross when I got there, so it just seems like some extra care cleaning could go a long way. Overall it was solid.
