Bed was extremely hard. So hard that I tried booking accommodation at other hotels but none available during our stay. Room and especially the bathroom are in need of an update. Would not stay here again. Very expensive for a basic room.

Clean and comfortable stay

We were on our way from Melbourne to Sydney and wanted to have a sleepover at Wagga Wagga. The hotel was very good value for money. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. We look forward to staying there again.

Quick overnight stay in Wagga. Location is really great, the heater was on for our arrival which was certainly appreciated. The room we had was large and comfortable and very clean. There is a great little cafe within walking distance called the Pot n Kettle for breakfast which we got recommended by the manager which was excellent.

Very clean, modern & super spacious. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Assisted with luggage up the stairs to our room & putting it in the car upon checkout. I found the bed a little firm, & upon request without hesitation the housekeeping put a mattress topper on it which made a difference. Will definitely stay there next time visiting the city.

Very nice, quiet, clean, good service, bed a bit firm, bit of a walk to town, no problems though.

Convenient location across from the park, but rooms need proper sound deafening. Over a three night stay woken up 5 times due to poor design and rooms backing the car-park - I will especially remember the 2am ‘have-a-chat’ neighbour!

Stop over in Wagga Wagga

We stayed at Wagga Wagga on our way home from Adelaide. The Best Western Plus Bolton on the Park was conveniently located to restaurants and the town centre. The room was large, clean and modern also very quiet. Our room was upstairs, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Checking in and out were a breeze. Would highly recommend this facility.

Easy to access, very large room with space to stretch out, sit down on sofa & have a coffee, large storage area and very clean. in todays age could do with a couple of power points to be updated to have USB charging ports - most power points had something plugged in.

Room condition was excellent. Sofa bed wasn't comfortable though.

Almost perfect …

We booked a king-bed room with park view. The staff was friendly & hotel was within walking distance to town centre. The room was clean & quite spacious. However, the advertised park was actually more of a large sport field with a quite busy road between the hotel & “park”. Fortunately, the windows appeared double-glazed & cut off most of the traffic noise. The aircon unit, whilst new-looking & effective, made a constant clicking noise.

We got the park view room for a bit of extra room - there was plenty. Room was big, clean, comfortable, and the price was good. Coffee in the morning from their restaurant was excellent. They gave great recommendations for food nearby.

Short trip to Wagga Wagga

Great location and very friendly, obliging staff. Margaret (housekeeping) was a standout! Very friendly and helpful. The rooms were fresh and clean, extra blankets and pillows, lots of tea and coffee and also a toaster in the room. The mattress on the bed was a bit 'worn/low',on one side and needs replacing or turning. Also the Foxtel was not working during my stay and I only found this out by asking at reception when I could not get it operating! Overall, a comfortable motel that is well located to the main shopping area, parks and galleries. I would stay there again.

Had a late arrival at 10pm had some issues getting into our initial room but the after hours manager came to help us and redirected us to a new room. he helped us get comfortable and set up a crib for our newborn. safe enviroment for a family and very profesional. 10/10 would stay here again. cant recommend this enough!!!
