Séjour très agréable avec une chambre conforme à la réservation avec une très agréable vue sur le parc. Plateau de courtoise comme j'aime. Chambre sobre et quand-même accueillante. Le personnel est aux petits soins.

Le périt déjeuner pas top pour moi, mauvaise qualité des produits pour le prix demandé , ainsi que le café, pas top non plus.

Chambre petite au point que en s-dessous du bureau on ne peut pas mettre une chaise car tape contre le lit. La sale de bain avec le plafond avec l'enduit qui tombe. Aménagement année '70.

A good stay in the end!

A pleasant hotel which fit all of our needs. When we arrived, they informed us that our booking was incorrect and that we would have to pay a substantial fee to get a room for us. After some negotiation, we got the room which we had originally booked and suddenly the staff could not be more helpful. There seems to be a miscommunication between the hotel and yourselves regarding the requirements of a family room which is disappointing. The room was clean and functional and the pool is a real asset and was enjoyed by us all.

We only stayed for one night here and the main reception dining area and other public areas were lovely. A little tired but okay. We had to move rooms as we had booked for 2 adults and 1 child and only had one bed in our room. Thanks to Google translate we managed to resolve the issues. The rooms werent cleaned to a great standard as there was lots of dust stained and dirty carpets and broken switches. However, the beds and bathrooms including bedding and towels were cleaned to a good standard. The hotel itself seems very secure and the area seemed nice. A great pizza place just around the corner in the local village. Okay for a one night stop over.

All people working in this hotel makes me feel Like home. They respond to any requests or questions without hesitation. I was staying in this property for 2 weeks but after few days l was feeling like l am in the best place for visiting Provence . I will be back on my next trip to this hotel an explore more of this beautiful area

Choix de chambre non respectée

J avais réservé une chambre avec 2 lits un double et un autre lit simple . J ai payé plus cher cette chambre pour davantage de confort car je voyageais avec mon fils aîné Au final une chambre avec un seul lit . J ai du demandé un lit supplémentaire et j ai eu un lit de camp pas confortable du tout . Je suis déçue du prix payé pour le service offert . Dommage car le confort de la chambre était quand même là

Hôtel 3 étoiles qui a du vécu Et qui va être rénové pour passer en 4 étoiles C’est un endroit très correct J’ai eu un problème d’évacuation avec le lavabo de salle de bain pendant 3 jours Pb signalé et pas solutionné Je recommande le repas du soir, la nourriture est excellente merci au chef!

This place was awful. It was 25 minutes to Avignon and there is nothing in the area, not to see, not to eat, not to shop, It is run down. There were cigarette stains on the carpet. The socket cover was coming off the wall. The remote control needed batteries. The staff were not at all helpful. There was not one English tv channel.

One small bottle of water in 3 days, no fridge, paper cups, restaurant and bar not open on Wednesday, lied about wifi it’s non existent, mobile coverage intermittent the only good thing about this property is the bed. Tv guide in room states BBC, not existent

Déçus de la chambre, petite, La baignoire non pratique, pas d'emplacement pour deposer les affaires de toilette et il a fallut deplacer la table de chevet pour y poser la trousse de toilette... Une bouilloire sans prise à proximité pour la brancher. Celle ci une fois branchée fuite d 'eau... Pour un "Best Western" c'est décevant

Property is outdated, both from the outside and inside. Not at all what you would expect from a Best Western. The lock in my room was broken and I had to place the desk behind the door at night, as the door to the building was not locked either. Carpet was stained, night lamps were flaking,... I would NOT recommend this hotel. Staff was friendly and that was the only positive thing about this place.

L'hôtel est calme, la chambre deluxe est spacieuse et confortable. Le personnel est agréable. L' Hôtel est proche des arrêts de bus ( 3 mn en semaine, 15mn le week-end).

Bon hotel mais un peu vieillissant, les tapis des couloirs tout taché, la chambre un peu vetuste avec des meubles vieillissants et user. Sinon personnel agréable et hotel bien placé.

I would not recommend this property if you are in Avignon as it is not near any sightseeing. There is NO public transportation to the sites so you must have a car. The service was horrible besides the reception desk not being able to speak a lick of english. The room was old and cold with old red tiles. Curtains was falling apart, the tub had mold and was rusty and disgusting. I could not wait to get out of there!

Stayed here three times. Very functional hotel. Dining area could be more comfortable and welcoming. But cold and sparse with hard tiled floors but it is good enough next to the airport or passing through or visiting Avignon and the surroundings

Dès votre arrivée, vous êtes accueillis avec le sourire et durant tout votre séjour vous pourrez apprécier le personnel sympathique. J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel lors d’une halte dans mon trajet et je recommande vivement cet hôtel qui a un très bon rapport qualité prix. Le repas du soir était bon avec là encore des serveurs toujours serviables. Il serait judicieux, si toutefois vous en avez le droit, de mettre une signalisation au deuxième rond-point (près du restaurant Courtepaille) afin d’éviter à vos clients de chercher l’entrée de votre hôtel.

Séjour agréable, surclassement par l'établissement. Juste un bémol, l'eau des mitigeurs n'est pas chaude, juste tiède et les joints de la paroi douche laissent un peu à désirer. Sinon literie très confortable, chambre spacieuse et accès terrasse privative bien agréable.

chambre confortable et propre, manque de prise accessible facilement. serveurs restaurant très accueillants mais ce n'est pas de la grande cuisine, en tout cas froide ou mal préparée, l'intitulé d'un plat ne fait pas tout, exemple la crème flambée caramel, une vulgaire cremeébrulée sortie à peine caramélisée au chalumeau, elle était gelée....

Avignon

The hotel was good. Checking in was easy. Room was nice and clean. I know the COVID thing is hard and they are doing a very good job. Went for a few beers in the bar and had to sit outside which was fine but it took ages to get my first beer and then at least another half hour for the second. Gave up and went to bed.

Conveniently situated hotel

The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Rooms were clean with comfortable bed and shower and bath were good. This is an older style hotel but still comfortable. Best thing was that breakfast and supper was taking only a short walk away from our rooms. This was fantastic as when you’ve been standing all day at convention at conveniently positioned Parc des Expo it was nice to be so close to our room. Both Parc des expo and Avignon airport are just a few minutes walk away. Also, plenty of parking even for large vehicles.

Good for overnight stopover, very spacious

Great place to stay for overnight stopover just minutes off motorway. Room was very spacious and clean. Great grounds for dog to have a run but felt the grounds could be kept tidier and cut nicer. Staff were ok but not very welcoming especially at breakfast.

Clean, spacious hotel next to the airport. Really enjoyed the bath tub. Bed was big and lots of room to move about.

Great place to stay

Nothing negative to say at all about this hotel. Friendly staff, nice surroundings and a spacious and super clean room. Pretty much faultless and a great price too. I’d stay here again in a heart beat.

We booked a standard room that turned out to be dated and smelled of damp. On speaking to reception they immediately upgraded us to a newer room in another block. I would not recommend staying here if going for a standard room based on the one we saw but the upgraded room was excellent and more in line with the rest of the hotel facilities and staff.

Although convenient for airport the hotel accommodation blocks were not well finished out side. Rough heavy rubble outside patio. One table outside and one chair for a room with a double bed

Not up to the Best Western image

The hotel is miles away from Avignon. The balcony as well as the swimming pool were far from clean. The staff at the counter had no idea of what was worth seeing in Avignon. There was no lift and we had to haul our baggage through the stairs to the first floor.

Stayed in the part that is in need of serious renovation. The room described and images showed superb room with queen bed. The bathroom was disgusting with a badly fitted and dysfunctional shower. My husband couldn't even stand under it since it was too low! Cobwebs above our heads and musty smell in room. All round the bath was badly sealed and rotten. I travel a great deal and when not traveling for business I usually use Best Western since up until now the quality has always been good. This one is definitely not up to scratch.

Nice hotel nearby airport

The hotel needs to be complety renovated. It's conveniently located next to the airport. Staff is great.

I stay here often. The people are very nice. The service is good. The hotel has not been updated in years! I have stayed here for years! The grounds are sad. There are few amenities. Food in the restaurant is pretty good. When there is a fair nearby, lots of people come and the breakfast is a bit disorganized. They do not seem to prepare properly with staff when the place is full. I will continue to stay here off season because it is very convenient to my work.

Not sure how this hotel was highly rated. We have traveled around Europe for three months, East and West. It was the worse hotel so far. I am usually pretty lax when it comes to the fine details in the room being spotless. This room was bad. It had black mold around the top and sides of sliding glass door. My wife wiped all surfaces down with wipes and everything was very dirty. The shower leaked out the door making the bathroom wet. The hot water kettle leaked so could not use. Limited electrical outlets for charging cell phones, had to unplug TV over on other side of room. It is a one floor hotel open to grassy area, so did not feel comfortable leaving door open for ventilation. Room was warm because A.C did not function. To be fair it was November, but we like it a little cooler than most people. Breakfast was mediocre at best. The meat and cheese slices were old. Fruit bowl had brown old fruit, everyday. One positive, they did have raw eggs we boiled ourselves. Would not stay again. We are not picky, we usually let a few things slide. But to many bad points on this hotel. We were fooled by the good reviews, which we rely on. So make your own judgement.

It was adequate for one overnight stay

Perfect hotel for anyone attending events at the Parc de Exposition and/or flying into or out of Avignon. It's economical, located in a quiet setting, the rooms are particularly spacious and clean, the staff was very courteous, adequate and free parking space, secured/gated grounds, good food in the restaurant, and good WiFi service.

It's a very conveniently located hotel when departing from Avignon airport. The rooms are comfortable and I enjoyed my stay here.

The hotel was sooooo old, room floor was very dirty, no carpet, only tile... pillow was terrible, location was far from city Centre for sure, otherwise the price can not be like this. Will never live in this hotel in the future.

Friendly and helpful host.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The meals were great too. Only downside was that we didn't get our room cleaned, thought we had daily housekeeping. Both drain plugs in the bathroom didn't work. But overall the room was nice and bed was comfortable. If you are flying out of the airport it's very convenient, otherwise it's a bit of a drive to anywhere.

Stylish convivial and clean

This hotel is quiet and peaceful it has all amenities that make your stay confortable. Would only recommend if you have access to a car as there is not much to do around. The closest shops is a mall about a couple miles away

The hotel has good value, not far from Avignon by car. It met our need. However I forgot my USB charger in the room. I tried to contact the hotel by email, but never get any response. Not so good customer service to me.

Motel not a hotel

This was a motel like accommodation advertised as hotel. Old and smelly rooms in several one story buildings. We were traveling with our two teenagers and the first 2 rooms we got were smelling like cigarettes. I talked to the reception and the girl reluctantly gave us two new rooms which were not much better. We were told one of the rooms has bathtub and the other only shower. When we got there, the shower was next to the toilet with no enclosure, absolutely awful. There were not so many choices with Buffett breakfast. Best Western name was definitely tarnished in my eyes. I would not book any other Best Western in Europe.

Avignon

Can I ask the Hotel provide photocopies of maps showing where the bus stops near the hotel are in to Avignon. Can Hotel staff please notify guests of the Festival weekend: (not known to us) and offer options for public transport into the city and advise not to take the car. Can the hotel provide Egg timers - A simple egg timer means guests can take this to their table and when the 3 or 4 mins is up, they can go and get their perfectly cooked eggs. Can staff please check that the egg boiler is working properly.

A comfortable few days

We use Avignon for a few days stay before a 2 week holiday in a villa in Flayosc.

Ok place

I had a one night stay here as I was working in the area. The hotel is looking slightly dated in some aspects but not totally worn out. The air conditioning system was very noisy and I was thankful that I could get the room temperature down before going to sleep so I could switch it off overnight. I do find it slightly odd to be left just one tea bag and one coffee sachet, clearly there wasn't much thought that more than on drink might be wanted during the stay. The breakfast selection was very good and thre is ample parking on site. The hotel is right beside the airport, however this wasn't an issue as it seems that there are very few planes (though this may change during the summer months). Staff were friendly and helpful

Second attempt to review: airport hotel purchased by Maranatha investment group. Facilities and fixtures updated; paint/furnishings could use a boost. Beds comfortable, staff responsive. Would not dine here: breakfast not good, we'd planned dinner but left after being seated in a cold meeting room due to dining area booking by some organization.

Great 1 night stop.

An en route stop which was initially a problem was turned around by the management not only putting the problem right - but upgrading us to a better room which was extremely comfortable. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Business Stay

1) Phone not working, shower hose leaking. (2) Reception did not do anything when informed. (3) Different reception staff member in the morning responded promptly and changed the room. (4) At breakfast food was stale and fruit had fungus on it!

Hotel was fine except for the bathtub bottom flat for only a few inches with curved sides which made it difficult to stand and take a shower.

Really nice stay

The best was really the service. The hotel staff has a real sense of customer service and that regardless the time. I checkin really late for I have been welcome in a really nice way. The staff was trying to make me checkin as fast as possible. Location is not really convenient, you need to have a car. The room was a bit cold and i would have not mind a carpet on the floor because it was pretty cold. But overall everything was good. I would recommend to have a tartare at their restaurant.

Quiet and peaceful

We were in Avignon for a party so finding such a quiet and peaceful bolt hole was brilliant. The staff were great, the location ideal. The room was ideal. Although next to the airport there are hardly any planes so don't let that put you off! Breakfast was perfect, but we didn't eat there in the evenings.

Handy to the Avignon airport.

We found the service at this hotel to be excellent. The desk clerks were very helpful and the room was clean and the bed reasonably comfortable. They had a restaurant in the hotel...very handy.

Nice restaurant

The best thing about this stay was the restaurant at the hotel. The food and wine was very good. Also the breakfast buffet was nice and had a big selection. The room was ok. The pool was small, but ok.

Bags were stolen at hotel lobby!

The rooms are fine. Close to the airport but far away from train station. The only way to get there from train station is via taxi which usually cost around 20-30 euros. No security staff. Bags were stolen at the lobby.

A bargain in historic and beautiful area

We stayed for two evenings and we had an excellent stay. The area is near the airport and so easy to find - we never heard a plane take off and so it is not used much at all. It also has a decent restaurant so it is possible to eat on site. The waiters were very honest since I had left my handbag in the restaurant and they brought it to our room almost immediately. Our room was big and had a nice patio open to a well kept lawn.

Great stay

Brief stay but hotel was comfortable. Staff very friendly & helpful with sightseeing. Chose this hotel because of it's access to the freeway, easy to navigate our journey from here.

Not what we expected, very disappointing

This is a very old hotel, and though the reception and public areas are well maintained, our room reflected its age. The bed sagged, the linens were probably clean but were yellowed, the bathroom had dirty stains all over and a peeling door, and the safe didn't work. Certainly not what we expected from the reviews and ratings. However, the reception and dining staff were amazing and so friendly and accommodating. Almost made up for the disappointing room.

Nice hotel

Stayed at the hotel for 1 night. Considering the price both hotel and meal was an ok deal. It is quite out of town but I would expect most bring a car anyway. We had no problem finding the hotel. The hotel is next to the airport but the noise was surprisingly low and didn't bother at all, it must be a slow airport.

It is an older hotel, but in reasonable shape. Wifi reception in room was pretty bad, but wifi is fast in the lobby.
