Key West Area super chill

We had a small window where kids were not at college so we grabbed it. 3 nights at beaches key West 2 bedroom two level suite. Place was amazing. Food terrific. Pools were nice. Ocean a bit rough first day. Kids loved roaming and eating. Our area super quiet. The concierge service that came with room. I would not do again. Not worth it. The Italian area was crazy. Loud and crowded. So we stuck to our pool and the ocean. My daughter broke her toe at water park on last day. Beaches staff had a plan in place and got her patched up for flight back with local clinic. Those who helped us amazing, and still would not accept tip. The food at Mario's and the Bayview was terrific. Probably will do as a couple down the road. Airport is typical island and was a little packed coming in. Lost a few hours day one there. But not beaches fault. I wouldn't travel to their on a Saturday or Sunday. Overall a great weekend trip.

The overall experience was okay but some things in the room could not function properly. Glogged sink, the safe couldn’t work, kitchen cabinet couldn’t closed properly. Chipped paint everywhere, balcony floor was coming up ( dated) etc…

Beaches Turks and Caicos is wonderful! Loved not having to organize airport transportation, can book excursions on site, and tons of entertainment on the resort. Great food and booze!

The room provided was dirty, the blinds were broken, a quarter of the tv screen was blacked out and the handle in the bathroom door was broken and would not shut.

We had a lovely time at the resort! However, I had booked an ocean view room in the Italian Village and paid extra for it. We were excited to use the swimming pool, but unfortunately, we couldn't because someone had an accident in it. Overall, it was a nice stay, just the pool was pretty dirty. We couldn’t swim!

Property needs updating. Rooms were dirty and falling apart. Was under staffed and dining service was very slow.

Beautiful beach. Comfortable room and bed. Lots of dining options. The Jerk Truck was very popular. However, the food served did not always match the description in the menu and they ran out of items quite frequently.

Love the beach and the pools. Staff needs to be more friendly. Food was good but it definitely could improve. This resort it’s very good for family. There is very little entertainment for the adults. I would rate the whole experience a 3.5 out 5

Rooms were so so , staff was incredibly rude ( mainly the bartenders ) Housekeeping was great and friendly and concierge as well . Property was nice and very very large resort. Which is nice . But have had better stays at RIU’s in our opinion. Food was very plain and same thing everyday. More options would be nice.

Ocean and sand

My partner and I visited Beaches Resort in Turks and Caicos to celebrate our August and September birthdays. It was our first trip together to the island, and while we were excited, things did not start off well. Upon arrival, instead of being greeted with cocktails, we were greeted with roaches. Our Key West Village 1-Bedroom Suite was lovely, with a full kitchen and washer/dryer, but the front desk staff admitted she wouldn’t stay in the first room either seeing visible roaches crawling in the room. She accommodated us with a room switch to the top floor, which we appreciated after a long trip. We enjoyed trying different restaurants, but our reservation at Kimono’s was ruined when a roach crawled into our friend’s food. The chef, Cookie, said he “killed it with his hands.” On our last day, we ran the dishwasher in our suite and found more roaches inside. While the resort has great amenities, the repeated roach encounters made our stay uncomfortable. Given the disruption, a refund for at least two nights would be fair. Unfortunately, what could have been a special trip was overshadowed by these issues. Be prepared for roaches throughout the resort if you decide to visit.

The property itself was great but our experience with our room was not. We were never told where we would be staying when made the reservation they put us in the French Villa after complaining about the smell and small ants in the room they never moved us. Had two small children with us the service and amenities were nice but that was a real turn off.

Great customer service

Some of the staff, mostly the women seemed very annoyed and unfriendly when being asked a question. The property was pretty outdated and although there are several restaurants they all had the same food and there was not much variety at all. I did not come on vacation in Turks to be served hamburgers, hotdogs, pizza, spaghetti etc. The hibachi restaurant was the best food I had eaten the entire stay. When traveling out of the country my expectation was to be served authentic Caribbean dishes, I was very disappointed with the food selection in comparison to other islands I’ve visited. Even the buffet was very limited which was surprising to me especially for the money spent to stay at this resort. Doubt if we will visit this location again

For the cost, the food was awful. I have been to many all inclusive resorts. This was the most expensive by far. I lived on salad for the week. Very disappointing.

The beach is beautiful, the areas around the Villages is well maintained. Customer service and personal around food service are not well trained. The food is good but not a good variety. Overall we had a good experience

Overall great trip. The property was well kept, clean, gorgeous. The beach perfect expect people leaving their garbage behind. Pool area clean, bar a little slow but never had a problem getting a drink. Food was ok…wedding food status. I have an allergy and I had a hard time contacting the property. I emailed a lot, I called and they said my allergy was on file. When I got there I had to submit papers daily with my food orders. I wish I had these papers before my trip. I read on the fb group they can send them to you but I was unable to get anyone to help me on the customer service end. It wasn’t a problem just annoying. Kids had a blast at the water park. I can’t wait to return next year.

We liked our stay very much

This was our first all inclusive, and we enjoyed the many options for food and activities and not having to think about what to do next. Some of the staff were friendly and kind, but a majority seemed annoyed and disgruntled.

Positives : Amazing beach, not crowded, beautifully kept grounds, nice room, we were in the Caribbean resort. I appreciated that we didn’t need dinner reservations. Negatives: would have liked a few more a la cart dining options. Also it was very obvious that a few of the servers were noticeably unhappy, a couple at the reflections buffet were actually rude.

Great resort for families with young children. Super clean, friendly staff, great restaurants and gorgeous beach.

I did like the wonderful attractions, dining options, safety and size of the resort. There was lots to do and our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One thing however was that they turned on the sprinklers at night rather early (around 10:30pm) and it appeared to spray recycled water that smelled rather putrid. It was like an obstacle course trying to avoid the spray and make it back to our room. But all in all a truly wonderful stay!!

Beautiful grounds, clean room, great staff and many food and beverage options. One of the nicest beaches on earth. Walk the beach miles in either direction. We’re going back!

Lots to do and a great property

Great property, location, and amenities. Everything was great. My only suggestion for improvement was that the restaurant and bar service was terribly slow and that was a put off. There was no sense of urgency when the crowds got big. I know it's island time but there was no incentive for them to work harder or quicker to serve the waiting guests.

Omg. Where do I start? From the airport, to the room, to the restaurants, entertainment, and variety of activities 10 out of 10 I do recommend. Transportation on and off resort was awesome. I was there for 6 days and 5 nights and I had a wonderful time no complaints at all. Cleveland at the swimup bar, Kevin at (Sopadillas), and Benjamin in transportation were all exceptional. They all went above and beyond to make sure we got and had everything we wanted and needed! Will definitely be back with my children soon. Brianna and Horianna at Key West were also superb!

Having been a fan of Sandals properties, this was my first Beaches experience. The resort and grounds were beautiful and the ocean was beautiful. There were plenty of dining options for every type of discerning appetite. This was perfect for families, couples, and getaway with friends.

The room was very dirty and staff is not very professional. I was asked to wait several times. The staff spends time talking amongst each other. The liquor is very watered down.

The experience was one of my best experiences on vacation. The staff was so friendly and helpful except for this 1 young lady who had a bit of a nasty attitude. There are 21 restaurants and i tried going to each one but was unsuccessful becsuse i was there for 3nights 4 days. But kimonos was a great dining experience also tex mex. I love guiseppes for breakfast. I could go on and on because really had a great experience. There was this one girl at epix photos she was so helpful and kind don't get me wrong they all were but this one stood out. The rooms were cleaned daily. And someone also passed in the evening to make sure we had cleans towels n everything or just in case we needed something. The refrigerator was restocked daily. All in all a great time was had. Book beaches there the best. Oh and we stayed at the Caribbean village but had access to all villages.

They should improve the food and have more variety. The service at the buffet was terrible, we never had any attention, you had to order your drinks because it was as if they ignored you, the service and customer service were very bad.

This hotel has some of the rudest and laziest staff I’ve ever encountered. When I pay for all inclusive, I want good service. With the exception of a few, the entire staff had a horrible attitude and clearly hate their job. I won’t waste my money going back. Such a shame they are so expensive.

I am not sure why during the checking process it asks if I was celebrating an event in this case a 50th Birthday and who's birthday it was, giving me the impression the resort was going to do something special for her on that day. Nothing occurred. I booked the Dinner for two on the beach and stated they would pick us up but did not expect it to be on foot, and walking across 3 villages in dress attire was not very comfortable. A golf cart would have been expected. Staff in the French Village Pool Bar had a look on their face like they dreaded being at work. Had much better reception from staff in the Italian village. Had a great time overall but the service levels were not what I expected from a luxury resort. Thank you, William

This was our first to Turks and Caicos! It was so beautiful! The staff, and the property was awesome! We had no complaints about our stay at Beaches Resort! I can’t wait to go back!

Location: The property is located on a nice beach. Clear water, doesn’t get deep quick-people with kids, keep that in mind. Can’t really walk to markets, shopping centers. Front desk can arrange a cab for you though Airport shuttle: yes. Comes with the price you paid for. They were already there on arrival. Didn’t wait too long. It was right at the airport exit. It makes it convenient. They also coordinate your airport drop of schedule by airline. Amenities: nightly shows and activities for kids, adults and teens. Waterpark. Teen area. Free babysitting. Adult area (restaurants, pool, adult night) free photoshoot (must do!). Inclusive water activities. There’s always something to do. The entertainers were great! They put on a great variety of shows every night. They also have kids shows every day at 6:30pm. Food: Wish there were more places open for food, they close around the same times- so in the in-betweens you are left hungry. So if you wake up late, restaurants open back up at 1230 for lunch. Food was subpar considering they are a five star resort. Customer service: this was disappointing. Not five star customer service. I’ve had better, more pleasant experiences in low star rating hotels. Most of the staff weren’t pleasant. I felt i was inconveniencing them by asking questions or ordering anything, especially at Bobby Dee’s, i got an eye roll for ordering wings. Service was slow as well. Overall: customer service and food subpar.

loved it. booked into sandals barbados. adults only this time. my kids are grown but dont want to listen to loud children on vacation? this is not the place for you. otherwise a pefect vacation.

Beautiful property. Although some staff were amazing the overall experience with the Service employees was very poor. You would order and they staff would just look at you and walk away. Your order would come later and be dropped off without any acknowledgment. Noticed numerous employees sucking their teeth or rolling their eyes at guests. At the photo area where you purchase pictures of your trip the staff were rude and impatient. For the price we paid there are much better options. They need to come a long way if they wish to be the go to resort in the future. All the fanfare and hype I heard prior must have been from a better time.
