A perfect stay

Marcello was very friemdly and professional. The room was clean as was the bathroom. Nothing was overly worn or in poor repair. The bed is comfortable and the room offers good space. The shower is clean, with ample hot water. The street is close to many sights and restaurants. There is a little traffic noise but nothing that will interfere with sleep!

Clean and friendly. Mr Marcello is very nice and helpful, the properly is next to the theater suite and a famous church.

The B&B was great and the location was close to alot of the transactions. We did need to use our car for the two days we were theresince things were eithin walking distance. There was a european contintal breakfast with coffee, rolls, etc.

The host was excellent

It was unpleasant and expensive stay! In this room there weren’t any table or any chair, there was no tea kettle or coffeemaker and we were not welcome to use any of these items (teakettle, coffeemaker, chair, table, cups, napkins, anything) in the common area. We felt like staying in the sell. The breakfast consists of yogurt, croissant and coffee. There is no ON SITE parking (as saying on the descriptions)! After all, for some reason, we’ve been charged €10 instead of €6 for some tax or fee.

3 bedded typical private B&B. Host comms were great. Arrived late so Marcello collected us from Bus terminus for a small fee. Lovely room with balcony. Double glazed and shuttered french doors so very quiet from street noise. Very comfy bed - huge tempur mattress and pillows. Spotlessly clean. Good sized room for 2. Large shower with ample towels and good water pressure. The location is FABULOUS. Turn right out of hotel door and you stroll to the lanes off the main street lined with bars, restaurants, shops and all the atmosphere of Palermo Old town. Umbrellas on loan were a nice touch and the vouchers for breakfast just around the corner at a popular cafe were brill. Highly recommend if you want to experience this beautiful city as a traveller Not a tourist. We two 60+ sisters felt safe and had the most lovely 3 nights in mid May. We didn't need the A/C but bet it’s handy in the summer months.

Great location. Room basic (bed, TV, bathroom) but clean and reflecting price. Shared kitchen area but only allowed to use fridge. Nice staff who visit daily. Own key to access property 24hrs.

Rather not

The B&B is placed in a very busy street. There was noise from the restaurants downstairs up till 3 am, which kept me awake. The breakfast was in a bar around 300 meters away. I ordered juice, coffee and a panini. I gave them the card I got from the B&B over and left. No one mentioned anything about the panini. A few hours later I got the message from the B&B owner that the panini was not on the breakfast menu and I should go and pay 5 euros. Which I did not. Overall, rather unpleasant experience. But, I have to say, the location is good and If you planning to stay out till the morning and you find this place relatively cheap, then maybe it is OK.

A wonderful choice!

This B&B is a pure delight. Beautifully designed and restored, the accommodation is a delightful retreat. Our room was a good size, with a charming bathroom - plenty of hot water! We were served a very nice continental breakfast in the common area. Our host was very detail oriented and made our stay quite pleasant. He even had a supply of umbrellas for us to use when the weather turned rainy. I recommend this spot, which is conveniently located in the heart of the historic district.

Tolle Lage, in der Nähe viele Bars und Restaurants sowie Shopping Meile. Saubere, zentrale Unterkunft. Bequeme Betten, einziger Kritikpunkt: sehr enge Duschkabine.

Du må avtale ankomst, det fikk vi ikke beskjed om. De kan ikke engelsk. Rengjør og bytter hånklær kun om du forlater rommet før kl 10.15. Regnet feil på citytax. God lokasjon for sightseeing. Dårlig frokost.

B&B Teatro is located in a very good place. It’s a smaller street next to the big street Via Roma. It’s walking distance from the main attractions and plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. I travelled solo as a female and I felt save in the area.

Ottimo soggiorno

Location ottima, B&B ristrutturato, bello e pulito. il signor Marcello molto cortese e disponibile. Per quanto riguarda la colazione viene dato un ticket da utilizzare, per una colazione all'italiana, in un bar convenzionato vicino al teatro Massimo (anche loro molto gentili e disponibili). Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli presso la struttura anche dopo aver riconsegnato la stanza. Consigliato

Alles was man braucht. Unter der Unterkunft ist eine Bar. Natürlich ist es etwas lauter als in der Pampa. Aber von dort ist man in wenigen Geh Minuten im Zentrum. Viel tolle Restaurants im Umkreis. Frühstück in einem süßen Café ganz in der Nähe (italienisches Frühstück). Gastgeber sehr nett. Tolles Erlebnis 👌

tres central et donc bien situe pour les touristes voulant visiter a pied .Des contraintes qu il faut connaitre une ruelle pietons tres bruyante le soir et a 2 h du matin Il n y a pas d accueil (B and B) sinon bilan favorable ne peut etre compare a un hotel

B&B au top !

Le quartier où se situe B&B Teatro est vraiment bien placé ! De plus Marcello (qui parle un peu français) nous a très bien accueilli et était disponible. La chambre est très propre, spacieuse, climatisée et offre un accès sur un balcon. La douche est un peu petite mais très bien. Ayant des bars / restaurants au pied de l'immeuble où donne le balcon pour les oreilles sensible cela peut être génant (ce qui n'a pas été notre cas :) ) Quand au petit déjeuner, rien à dire, la propriétaire préparait des gâteaux maison excellent, le café digne d'un café italien. merci à B&B Teatro pour ce super séjour !

Séjour en couple 5 jours

Nous avons passé 5 nuits merveilleuses. Tout est neuf et propre. Un très bon petit déjeuner. Luigi et Irène sont très attentionnés, ils nous ont conseillé des restaurants et d’autres sorties au-delà de guides de voyages. Merci pour l’accueil et pour le bon séjour. Paula et Émile

Hyggelig mottagelse når vi kom. Rommet var rent og pent med alt det vi trengte. Rommet ble rengjort vær dag og hånkler ble skiftet. God frokost med smilende vært. Beliggenheten kunne ikke vært bedre. Mitt i sentrum av Palermo. Små koselige utesteder rett utenfor døren. Dette stedet kan varmt anbefales.

Nous avons très bien été reçu. Chambre impeccable et petit déj au top. De cette chambre vous pouvez visiter le Palerme historique à pied sans problème. Nous avons pu garer notre voiture juste à coté du B&B.

Credo che per il mio viaggio di lavoro a Palermo non andarmi meglio di così. Oltre alla comodità della posizione questo B&B è moderno, pulito e dotato di tutti i confort. Luigi e sua moglie poi sono persone fantastiche. Lo consiglio vivamente e spero di avere modo di tornare presto.

Hotell är väldigt välskött, rent och fint. Och säkert. Ägarparet var vänligt bemötande och berättade gärna om sedvärdheter. Ligger mitt i gamla centrum..nära till allt.Bor gärna där igen. På helger kan höras musik och liv från gatan.

Ont a passer une super semaine a a Palerme rien a dire sur l' hôtel on a adorer, très bonne accueille, l'hôtel et bien située on peut tout faire a pieds les restaurant son juste en bas de l'hôtel.

Ottima posizione per visitare la città..Pulito con proprietari molto gentili..unica pecca sotto stradra un pub di giovani festaioli.

Consigliatissimo

Io e mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato per tre giorni in questo ottimo b&b, posizionato nel cuore di Palermo. La stanza, pulitissima ed accogliente, ci ha permesso di sentirci come a casa. Colazioni abbondanti e deliziose. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Consigliatissimo!

BELLISSIMO SOGGIORNO A DUE PASSI DAL CENTRO

Ottima posizione centrale, comodo per spostarsi a piedi in città senza prendere mezzi pubblici. Accoglienza ottima, il proprietario e sua moglie sono di una gentilezza e una disponibilità uniche. La struttura è molto molto carina, ben tenuta e soprattutto confortevole e pulitissima,forse bisognerebbe migliorare la climatizzazione del bagno. Consigliatissimo!

Palermo bella ma c'è tanto lavoro da fare.

Le mie scelte sono sempre mirate nella ricerca di strutture nei centri storici. Un' ottima posizione permette di godersi la città girando a piedi e utilizzando i mezzi pubblici. Il B&B Teatro ha soddisfatto le mie esigenze. La semplice colazione veniva accompagnata, ogni mattina, dai preziosi consigli dei proprietari del B&B persone molto gentili.
