The place was so nasty, where do I start…the drain was clogged in the shower. When we opened the bed sheets it had a pubic hair, the place needs a good cleaning.

I have traveled around the world for more than 20 years and I have never been treated so rude by a hotel staff. When I paid Expedia it showed that the city Tax was included but the staff said "no". I told him (a young man) that it sometimes happens, and I was going to pay this tax (I showed the invoice of Expedia). Even though I showed the invoice, he reacted in a very aggressive was saying "this is not true" and called me LIAR. I told him that to call a liar is a complete lack of respect and I asked for an apology, he stand up and approach to me showing that he was going to hit me, he said “I will never apologize” and said that he had a Master degree. If a person with Master degree treat his customer, with no reason, he must have some problem. I am so confused of his reaction because I gave him the 20 Euros, to pay the tax, in his hands then, there was no way of a misunderstanding. He said that he had no balance (the tax was 3 Euros) and aggressively asked me exactly the 3 Euros.

Eles não deixaram usar o estacionamento e não tinha nenhum carro estacionado na garagem. Foram super grossos no atendimento, coisa normal na Itália, mais o atendente era indiano... Me ofereceram café só no dia seguinte quando o atendente resolveu ser cortes.

Only for sleeping

Its good for one or two nights amd for only sleeping not to enjoy the stay , as no AC in the rooms and 5hr fan is too week , but its ok for sleeping

Horrible Hot Rooms

The pictures posted on the site and the ones you get are completely different. There is nothing but a broken pedestal fan and the room was really hot. The staff are also not very polite. no restaurant either!

Music B&B

Music B&B has friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are named after musicians and not numbered which was interesting. The breakfast was good. I truly appreciated the unlimited latte macchiato’s. The area has a couple of good restaurants around and the metro is about 3 minutes walking distance.

HORRIBLE & UNSANITARY

This hotel was ridiculous for the price! The room had a weird smell to it and I got flee bites! One bathroom per a floor that is shared among 3 other rooms. Breakfast includes chocolate cake or chocolate croissant... i wouldn't recommend to anyone and staff members weren't friendly nor helpful.

HORRIBLE. UNSANITARY

Completely disappointed not worth the price of $145.00. I was expecting a clean room not one with a weird stench and I also got flee bites, many of them, totally unacceptable!!! One bathroom per a floor that you must share with 3 other rooms (guests). The breakfast that is included consisted of 2 things; chocolate crossaint or chocolate cake. Do not stay here!! Bad location as well!

Fun and convenient place to stay

The staff member in reception was very helpful and offered all of the advice we needed for our stay, especially helping us to get to the airport in time when we almost missed our plane!

Hostel- not a hotel or bed and breakfast.

Pros: spacious room, short walk to metro. Cons: ambivalent receptionists, no blankets, no heating, breakfast not good, charge of 2 Euro per day per person for the use of towels and bed linen. This is really a low quality hostel and not a hotel or a bed and breakfast. It's late fall and they refused to turn on the heater after multiple requests. They keep telling me the heater is on automatic setting. They didn't have any blankets so they gave me a bed sheet to use as a blanket. On top of this, upon check in they charge me and my partner each two Euro per night. So a two night stay costs 8 Euro for two small towels! I was so shocked that I didn't think of just refusing to pay for towels for the second night - we didn't want to leave our keys with the reception so they can change the towels and make the bed. I have never been to a hotel that had such poor service and set up.

Hostal barato alejado del centro en una zona un poco insegura por las noches. La habitación cómoda aunque el baño un horror, el agua de la ducha salía hasta la habitación y teníamos que secarla todo el rato.

Pior estadia da minha vida

Foi o pior lugar que eu ja fiquei na minha vida. As fotos mostravam um banheiro com banheira, quando cheguei nao tinha nem banheiro no quarto, era compartilhado e sem banheira, sendo que eu so reservei por conta da banheira. Ok, ate estava escrito na minha reserva que era compartilhado, mas pq mostrar nas fotos que tem um banheiro com banheira se nao tem? O hotel fica escondido, por traz de uma casa, demoramos 40 minutos para encontrar a porta e quando chegamos la fomos super mal atendidos pelo recepcionista. Para nossa surpresa o hotel nao tinha elevador e tinhamos que subir 3 andares carregando nossas malas sem ajuda de ninguem. Isso se quer estava descrito no anuncio. O quarto entao, nao sei nem o que falar, parece um chiqueiro de sujo, fedendo a mofo e lencois sujos. Para finalizar com chave de ouro, contratamos uma estadia com cafe da manha, eis que o cafe da manha nao existiu, em anexa vai a foto do que havia. Estamos extremamente decepcionados com a hoteils.com pela péssima descrição do hotel e da estadia, e o hotel obviamente nao recomendamos a ninguem.

The last 'reasonable' rate and option in Milan

Fully booked Milan - the only option. I read that the service was bad, but they were even worse. The hotel has potential with new energy and smiles, but they have no emphathy. Sad for them. Come on guys. Put up some friendly signs, buy some flowers and put on your Italian smile. For one night it was adecuate but the rate is greeady. The can do it because of the hot Milan hotel market...

Me robaron dentro del b&b music, el mismo recepcionista , he comunicado y denunciado a la policía italiana y tomaran acción. Como sucedió el mismo dia de entrada , lógicamente no pernocté en ese lugar, me fuí y tuve que dormir en el coche de alquiler la primera noche, en una estación de servicio por la hora , y el dia siguiente pagué otro hotel

Arrivée alentours 21h30 bien accueillie seulement j'ai du payer pour abriter min véhicule 10€ en supplément et 4,50€ de taxe total 14 ,50€ en plus qui n'était pas précisé. Soirée Pas d'eau chaude pour la douche idem le matin. Douche sanitaire en extérieur de la chambre. Excessivement chaud dans la chambre pas de clim . Bruit jusqu'à 2 h du mat . Vraiment déçue je reviendrai pas

La verdad la habitación que nos tocó olía mucho a humedad y no había ni ventanas, tampoco aire acondicionado, había una cama extra súper hundida, y tuve comezón toda la noche :( como ácaros. En la mañana que fuimos a desayunar no había nada. En la recepción había buen servicio, te dan café gratis o té y hay una máquina de expendio fuera de la recepción.

Colazione scadente

La colazione era molto scadente. Se la struttura e' considerata un B&B (Bed & breakfast) per lo meno le due cose devono essere eccellenti.

Personeel overdag was erg humeurig, b&b 24 uur geopend dat is super. Alleen wanneer je weg ging moest je de sleutel achterlaten en wanneer je binnenkwam weer ophalen. Douche was netjes maar je kon zien dat het oud was zoals rode kalkuitslag op de muur bij de douchekop, zwarte rubberen randen van de schimmel en een merkwaardige geur in de badkamer (beetje rioollucht) bed was verder netjes opgemaakt

Horrible. Nous avions réservé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel (pour notre arrivé et notre départ de Milan). La première nuit était horrible, pas de serviette, pas de porte à la cabine de douche.. donc on s’est dit peut être que la deuxième nuit sera différente.. C’était pire ! Une odeur nauséabonde dans la chambre, pas de fenêtre, ça sentait le moisie, toujours pas de serviettes, pas de porte à la cabine de douche… À fuir !!

Horrible. Déjà lors de notre arrivé, nous n’avions qu’une serviette pour 2. Je demande au réceptionniste une serviette, il me dit qu’il en a pas… Surprise aussi lors de la douche, la porte de la cabine ne se ferme pas.. donc y a plein d’eau dans la salle de bain.. super ! Rien ne correspondais aux photos et description ! Vraiment déçu par cet hôtel !

Non c’era la vasca idromassaggio promessa, personale che non parla la lingua ma almeno ci prova, camera più o meno pulita, nel complesso okay, abbastanza buono il rapporto qualità-prezzo

Nous avons trouvé ici une nuit avec un bon rapport qualité prix lors de notre transit en Italie.

Rooms are very stuffy and hot, there’s no air conditioning. Toilet didn’t have tissue paper and floor was always wet. It’s an okay hotel for just one night and not more!

Não tinham toalhas de banho. Tivemos de usar toalhas de cara para tomar banho. Só um membro do staff falava inglês mas foram todos simpáticos e prestáveis.

Not recomendable at all

It was the worst hotel I have ever been in my life!! It was horrible experience! The service qas so bad! The heating wasn’t working at all and we were claiming about that and they told it will be working according to a schedule they have which is at 00:00, and we are already freezing! And at 00:00 the heating wasn’t working! So they gave us a lot of blankets till they fix it in the next day and they never did!! The toilet was so disgusting and I saw insects!

Se trata de un hotel que .as bien es hostal. El servicio muy malo, fui con una compañera a la que le anularon la reserva a pesar de que estaba confirmada, como la otra reserva no estaba cancelada y se habia realizado para dos personas, para darle solucion para esa noche, quisimos hacer uso de esa reserva al completo, como nos dijeron que no, tuvimos que llamar a la policia, y fue entonces cuando accedieron, pero como nos sentimos muy incomodos, cogimos otro hotel esa misma noche. La experiencia un poco siniestra

Molto bella, la camera aveva anche un bel balconcino che affacciava sulla strada, personale molto gentile. Ciò che non mi è piaciuto della camera che purtroppo si moriva dal caldo e non c'era area climatizzata che consiglio di mettere, c'era solo un ventilatore ma purtroppo non serviva ad un granché. E il letto della camera ha le doghe rotte.

Un petit hôtel sympa...

Hôtel simple mais très bien situé proche de la gare et d'une station de métro. Personnel très sympa... très accommodant. Petit déjeuner un peu simple et sans fantaisie. Hôtel pour petit budget que je recommande.
