To be honest not the best hotel stay. The girl at the front desk was great! I was locked in my original room so maintenance had to come remove the door to get me out and it was quick but the phone in the room was disgusting it had like jam or jelly on it. They were able to get me into a new room right away, but the whole property could use a deep cleaning. I also remind myself it was a cheap stay.

Personally I had no problem killing bugs but I know other guests would hate to deal with the problem I had. Multiple roaches and bugs in the room. There was 2 roaches I killed in the bathroom, A stink bug that was on my faucet, 3 roaches on the drawers where the TV stood. Then there was these little black bugs that came out from the mirror. There was one roach I killed that came from behind the mirror. There’s one roach inside the small DVD or mini monitor on the drawer. I was able to take his head off but he was still alive. Then checking out my girlfriend came to help me and i saw one roach one the door, and she found two in the mini drawers next to the bed. Again during my stay I would just kill these bugs and be fine with it. Which is why I just soldiered through. But I just hope this message gets to the next person who thinks about getting a hotel here. I was in room 114. Now the room was clean, there wasn’t anywhere that was dirty or Not well taken care of. Maybe it was the neighboring room, but again there were roaches and many bugs in my room I had to kill. Hotel is very cheap though.

Smoke detector had continuous chirping along with large dog barking next door. I was granted a room change, better condition however, bugs were present in the bathroom and walls. Pest control should be a minimum expectation from Wyndham Corp.

Unsafe Hotel, Kept Stealing my Money from Personal

Worst experience of my entire life. They stole my money since day one. They had me run two cards saying that my $50 wouldn’t go through but in reality they were charging me for the entire stay when the stay had already been paid by a third party. They provided me a room that a door didn’t lock. I brought it to their attention and they said they would get it fixed and never did. I had to sleep with the chair jammed under the handle. Didn’t get any sleep. At 3am I heard cries of a child in pain and was very concerned. In the morning around 7am went to front desk made the manager aware that my door wouldn’t lock and that I didn’t feel safe in the room I was placed in. I mentioned about the child crying and he told me it was probably a cat. The carpet was torn the bathrooms were stained and dirty, the furniture all had rips and dings. The bed was extremely comfortable but everything else was horrible. I was transferred to a room worse than the first but atleast the door locked. All night all I heard was commotion and people yelling. I couldn’t sleep felt very unsafe. Woke up an noticed that the money they stole upon my arrival was taken out again and submitted another complaint. Had major issues with them taking money from my personal bank account making me negative in my account and not only did they take money from one card they stole money from both my accounts. By the 2nd night of unable to sleep feeling so unsafe in the place I asked to be checked out Police were called

Tolerable

The first room, the cable didn't work. The young lady at the desk, very sweet and professional gave us another room. Cable worked, the room was just not inviting. Furniture, was old, torn, and the smell was awful. The air conditioner, barely did it's job. We had some plumbing issues at home. We needed a shower, amd a place to lay our head. It was tolerable. Honestly, my wife and i will probably never go back. Especially, for the price we paid.

There was bugs in the bed and cockroaches in the room

I had to kill two cockroaches in the bathroom. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. It does not look like the room has been deep cleaned since it was first made. Overall awful experience. Felt like there were things crawling around my family all night. There were also spider webs on all of the walls.

The location was great and very convenient. However, the property is old, in dire need of a remodel, and the condition of the hotel is in bad shape. I was there for two nights and I would not recommend unless you have no other choice.

The room was disgusting and there was a lot of mold on the wall. I cancelled my stay and they credited me, but now I check my bank and the credit is gone. I have receipts and will be work in to get my money back since I never stayed there

Got to the hotel, there was no clean rooms had to wait, and then they gave me the wrong room. I got to the room the walls was nasty light bulb didn’t work in the room. Just Awful never will book there again.

Staff fussing dropping materials to 1 floor asking guest to throw it back to them stained comforter asked for room change I was told no available room.

Shower had no water pressure and it had a constant drip after turning it off. Room was ok but the bed was horrible i felt like i was sinking in the middle. Ice machine all the way up front which was a hassle.

Only booked this property for the “free breakfast” which was a disgusting waste of time. Egg patties? Turkey sausage? Not even single serve milks. Just milk in one big disgusting container The only good thing was the morning desk clerk.

The bathroom has mold on the ceiling, bathroom had hair on the floor & the television didn’t work I called & reported it both nights that I was there & the telephone didn’t work.

This is my second stay in this property and this time was much different from the previous one. There were pest in the rooms!!! Totally unacceptable!! My friend’s room had black linen on the bed! WiFi was horrible as well.

The front desk person was on her personal phone the whole time, I was trying to tell her I needed an extra day but she was very unprofessional. I never asked for that extra night, went somewhere else. The air conditioner did not work in my room.

This property seemed promising based on previous reviews, however when I arrived my room smelled like mold, the floor was wet, the shower had rust deposits throughout the entire tub, and it was generally unclean. I did not feel comfortable taking my shoes off at any point in my stay aside for sleeping if that tells you anything. The room warranted a full bed bug check, and while I did not find bugs (thank goodness) I did find multiple cigarette burns in the mattress. I was supposed to stay for 3 nights, but ended my trip (and found a new hotel) after 1 due to the condition. One positive was the breakfast. Although fresh fruit was not served, it was a typical continental breakfast and I was satisfied.

This place looks nothing like the pictures posted by Expedia!! There was mold everywhere, it smelled like smoke, and the bathtub was not usable!!

I checked in late in the evening after a very long day so I crashed. To my surprise when I tried to shower the next morning it absolutely did not work. The young lady at the front desk was extremely rude and insensitive about the situation. I will say I appreciate the manager for rectifying the situation once I contact him.

The room was in terrible condition, holes in the wall and tv stand. Mismatched sofa cushions, very low toilet, odor in the room. Sink drain didn’t work, drain in shower was slimy looking. Still waiting for my $50 refund for incidentals charge. Needs to be shut down and totally remodeled.

Room was a non smoking room and smelled like cigarettes had to purchase air freshner. There were dirty areas in the room specifically in the corners. Refrigerator rack was broken. A electric outlet by the desk didn't work. A lamp was missing a light bulb. Single chair was dirty. I requested a new towel and some coffee room, service said they would be back in 30 minutes, and never did. Pictures on website are deceiving.

Sketchy place,, they billed my card 4 times for the stay and it took 2 weeks and a few phone calls to get it reversed….not a safe hotel

Arrived at 10 pm waited until 10:20 pm before someone arrived to check me in. Waited another 20 min for someone to turn on the come turn on tv. No one came

Noticed hair on the bathroom floor that was neither of ours, the boyfriend killed two cockroaches during our one night there, was put into room 215 at first and there was a poo already in the toilet, flushed and it was clogged, moved rooms and thats when we saw the roaches.. don’t recommend this facility..

Fast Trip

The young lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful and friendly.The room needs updating and a deep cleaning.

I did not like the separate security deposit outside of the Expedia booking. The poor condition of the hotel overall does not warrant the online ratings received and the daily rate. Both were too high for the condition. There seemed to be a few shady characters hanging around the hotel at night. The room was clean, but in average condition. The breakfast was good - hot and substantial - for this type hotel.

Ive Stayed in a few hotels that were cheaper They had no leakages in the bathroom from above us, and the breakfast options were better. Both days we stayed the food wasnt the best. But it was nice and quite.

Big Mistake

Absolutely disgusting. The online photos were misleading. This establishment appears to be permanent housing for druggies. During our stay we were concerned about our safety and the security of our belongings / vehicle. The facility smelled terrible and was in bad shape. Strangely enough, we were charged a $50.00 "incidentals fee" - just in case the room was smoked in or pets were brought in... is this a joke? A week later, no reimbursed this "fee". Never again, in the future, we will do better homework and not be in such a hurry for a cheap place to stay!

Based off the reviews I decided to stay at this property. We arrived at 3am and unfortunately because we have been traveling for hours and was tired we was forced to stay. I paid for the room prior before arriving. Once I arrived my double room was unavailable but then she said found one available. Once we get into the room we realize we was given a dirty room. Roaches was roaming everywhere even in the beds. No towels. The breakfast attendant was cleaning the restrooms and refilling food with the same gloves. This was one nasty experience.

As soon as we walked into our room, they were roaches crawling by the bathroom door. Bathroom toilet was broken and shower completely dirty. Front desk did not call back once we called and as we tried to move to another hotel, they refused to refund us the deposit or the money for us to book something else.

Front desk at night is unprofessional the first room I went in looked like someone got hurt in there couch look like it was from 1965 with semen on it Fridge was black inside freezer And don’t get me started on bathroom Second room was lacking TLC

The room was spacious, but old. The pull out couch bed was gross and in poor shape. Overall the room was ok and the staff was good, but could have been better.

seemed to pay little attention to the outside area... there was trash around the area... breakfast food served it's purpose but was not very hot... in fact some sausages and eggs tasted like they were just right from the refrigerator... and definitely could use some more attention in the bathrooms, especially around the toilets... but, other than that, it served it's purpose and we slept pretty decent...

Beds to high

The beds were so high could not get in it. I’m 5’2” and could get in. I called the front desk she said all our beds are that high. She said use a chair I still couldn’t get up I asked for a foot stool. Didn’t have one so my husband and I had to go to Walmart to get a foot stool. Easy pessy. So I rate this hotel poorly.

Black mold on the ceiling, tub never shut off, door handle broke on outer door, bathroom walls bowing in. Staff at front desk very friendly, however house keeping staff very rude.

The place is somewhat outdated and smells musty which made it not worth the price. The clerk was on a personal phone call on their cellphone and continued it while checking us in. However, the bed was clean & comfortable.

Terrible Hotel

This Hotel had several problems. We encountered roaches, a tub that won’t drain, mildew in the bathroom, bathroom not cleaned, baseboards laying on the floors, broken TV remote and paint peeling from the doors. We checked out after one day.

The night front desk clerk was courteous, she was worried about not having enough rooms for other guest who hadn't checked in yet, but was still able to accomadate us. Once we got to the room, the bed was really high from my short elderly grandmother, so we made the decision to use the pull out sofa bed. Upon removing the cushion we encountered a baby diaper, food, and other debris. Upon checking the restroom, there was urine on and under the toilet seat along with dust. Also, the were stains and hair on the bedsheets. I attempted to call the front desk to submit a complaint but no one answered and I already knew that I wouldn't be able to change rooms because of the commentary from earlier. In the morning at check out, I told the front desk clerk about the issues, and she asked me did I leave the cushions off of the couch so that the housekeeper would know to clean it. The housekeeper should already be verifying for usage, it is not the guests' job. We were not able to use the sofa bed so my grandmother slept sitting up the whole night.

Water was cold In the bath. The toilet was dirty. The front desk people was really nice and sweet.

Mosquitoes in the bathroom and dirty facilities. Lighting outside was poor and questionable people were always lurking around outside; made you feel uncomfortable. Key card didn’t always unlock room.

Very nasty and when I asked the front desk to clean, the young lady asked me…the staff asked the guest to look for the cleaning crew to let them know. Appalled! That is not my job, at that point, I asked for a refund and check out. They came to clean the room and still left the nastiness, just left new towels and made no bed. Horrendous!
