Guests must transfer via airplane or boat to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. The front desk is open daily from 7 AM - 6 PM. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. This property is accessible via a 2-hour public ferry (surcharge) from Port Denarau Marina on Denarau Island, Fiji, or via a 30-minute seaplane transfer (surcharge) from Nadi International Airport (NAN) to the resort. Fees are paid directly to the ferry or seaplane operators; the property can assist with arranging transfers. Ferry schedule: Departs from Port Denarau Marina at 8:45 AM and arrives at the property at 10:45 AM; departs from the property at 4 PM and arrives at Port Denarau Marina at 6 PM. Schedule subject to change without notice.
