The service offered was superb and members of staff went out their way to make guests feel special. A truly great hotel.
The property and staff were amazing, from the time we landed at Male to our departure, they ensured that we were not left wanting for anything during our time there. Will definitely return in the future.

Wow wow wow
I do not normally go out of my way to leave a review. But I can not say enough good about Baglioni resort and its incredible staff. From the transport in and out to the overall stay it was seamless. We stayed in a private beach pool villa and wow!

Beautiful place with an amazing house reef
The Baglioni is a beautiful resort of the highest standard, classy and elegant, truly 5 star. Maldivian paradise meets Italian Chic! We were very well looked after the minute we arrived at Male airport. Baglioni's private car came to collect us and took us to their own private lounge to wait for the sea plane. Sea plane to the island took around 45 minutes. Upon arrival we had a warm welcome by the team. Beautiful island. Great wifi coverage across the whole island (even on the beach). Child friendly resort with childrens club. The pool bar had a discreetly positioned table tennis and table football for adults and children to use. All 3 restaurants are amazing and of the highest standard. Our beach villa was very spacious and the interior decor was chic. swimming pool was often used by our children, as was the sea. Special thanks to Ambe for being an amazing ambassador for the resort. Nothing was too much trouble for him regarding customer care, and provided a true VIP guest experience - THANK YOU Ambe. Ali who looked after us daily for breakfast and most evening meals, again is an asset to the Baglioni brand. Maadh our room assistant who worked super hard to make sure our room and overall stay was as good as it could possibly be also for amusing our boys with his amazing towel creations (swan, crocodile, monkey...). Also thanks to Suhail who insured we were checked in safely at the airport for our departure. See you soon :)
Nothing special , if you are not first time at Maldives . Very medium kitchen… Tennis is good .
Il gruppo Baglioni è passato dalla famiglia Polito ad una proprietà messicana. Lo standard dei servizi e delle camere sembra però immutato rispetto allo standard italiano. In particolare, la pulizia della villa risponde ai migliori requisiti di eccellenza degli alberghi a cinque stelle; il livello dei ristoranti e della varietà di cucina proposta (considerando anche la formula all inclusive, che farebbe pensare ad una proposta e a un servizio più “di massa”) si pongono anch’essi al top della gamma; la gentilezza e la cortesia del personale, pure. Si potrebbe migliorare il servizio offerto dal “dive center” col proporre mete più affascinanti e senza dubbio, come pur accaduto, non all’ ingresso del piccolo porticciolo ubicato nell’isola di fronte a quello della struttura. Insomma, nove giorni piacevolissimi, seppure caratterizzati da un tempo non proprio ideale

Disappointing Value
I recently stayed at Baglioni Resort Maldives, but unfortunately, it did not meet the expectations set by its “luxury all-inclusive” label. For $8,500 over six nights, I expected a much higher standard, particularly in terms of dining and service. The dining experience was far from luxury, with several items on restaurant menus not included in the all-inclusive package. There was also a shortage of basic items like sugar-free soda, unavailable for half our stay. Despite daily reassurances it would arrive within “2-3 hours,” it never did, which was more frustrating due to the false promises. Service overall didn’t match the price. The minibar, advertised as complimentary and replenished daily, was refilled only three times during our six-day stay, each after we contacted our assigned host. The restaurant waitstaff were inattentive, and something as simple as getting coffee at breakfast could take over 10 minutes. It seemed like either low service standards or under-staffing, despite being told it was low season with only 60% occupancy. This was my third visit to the Maldives, and the least valuable of them. There are far better options available. The only consistently positive aspects were the housekeeping staff and Nadeem, who met us at the airport during both arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth experience. For those seeking true luxury, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

il resort è bello forse avrebbe bisogno di maggiore cura all'interno e ad alcune parti delle strutture , ma tutto compensato da una accoglienza favolosa ottimi ristoranti a cui do 5 stelle, per il resort 4 stelle sono piu che sufficienti . Barriera corallina molto bella e ricca.
Waren sehr schöne Flitterwochen die wir verbringen durften! Die Villa war top! Aya unsere Person die zuständig war für uns war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Zimmerservice 2 mal am Tag von Alika super Mitarbeiter lustig fröhlich und Top sauber gemacht! Allgemein das essen war sehr gut und alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich! Wir werden wieder kommen!

The property and facilities were well-maintained, and cleaning was good, though unpredictable and not aligned with agreed times. Food and beverage selection was good, but breakfast variety could be improved. Some policies were inconvenient—our group of four could only get one drink per person, making it difficult when taking turns at the bar. Service fell short of 5-star expectations. We waited over an hour for drinks and food, though after raising concerns with the restaurant manager, our orders were expedited—yet other guests continued to experience delays. The resort’s host concept for planning dinners and activities had potential but lacked efficiency. We often received our schedules late in the afternoon, limiting our ability to plan our own vacation. Despite requesting a meeting with the general manager multiple times, he did not meet us, making guests feel unimportant. However, the food and beverage manager did address our concerns. Still, we observed other guests facing similar issues. Most bar staff were excellent, especially Ananya and a bar supervisor.
