Superb property, staff, location and offering.
We had a wonderful stay at the Baglioni. The property is beautiful. The spa is relaxing. We loved the area, which is right across from the United States embassy, and we walked everywhere. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the Brunello bar and restaurant; the food was innovative and delicious. We appreciated the personal service! Can’t wait to come back!
Wonderful ambience - a beautiful building - wonderful room and facilities. Immaculately clean. Excellent staff and service.
Amazing luxury hotel.
I’ve stayed in countless hotels; this is one of the best. Excellent service, beautiful facility, great location.
Even though the room was “remodeled” it had obvious signs of unkept wear and tear. Broken lamps, hair in tub, stains on walls, chipped furniture.
World class hotel
Amazing hotel with amazing staff - very friendly and attentive - breakfast is world class and the dinning experience from ambiance to quality of food was top class. location close to almost all attraction in Rome central.
Excellent hotel. Walkable or short ride from most attractions but yet quiet. Great service and amazing breakfast. Great concierge help.
Great hotel, well located & friendly staff
Every single person working at the property couldn’t do enough! The concierge team made our trip to Rome more enjoyable through their knowledge and patience.
Very good
Perfect location, nice and spacious rooms, wonderful staff and delicious breakfast. Definitely recommend.
A great option for us.
Beautiful hotel. Friendly helpful staff, great breakfast. Comfortable bed and bedding. Would stay again.
Me and my wife loved staying here for our Rome vacation!!!
Excellent service by the hotel staff
The first room was with no ventilation in the bath , and the second room was with a dirty carpet on the floor and dirty sheets on the bed,the wardrobes with an unpleasant smell .I report to the reception about this and nobody help us .Finally there is no value for money .Soli and Ruth
Excellent property.
Rooms too small
Rooms are tired. Also they did not restock the body wash and lotion, they left the half used one from the guest before. The towels are stale and frayed.
Staff made all the difference!
Great location, AMAZING STAFF!!!!!!!!
High quality start for our adventure
When we arrived at 2:15pm our room was not ready. Reception asked us to wait a few minutes while housekeeping finishes up. When I checked in with reception at 2:30pm the room was not ready, 2:45pm nothing, 3pm I’m told another room (not as nice) is ready. Would I rather take that one? I’m exhausted after coming off a long flight but I gave it another 15 minutes before finally accepting the room with no view. The folks at registration were condescending and made sure to inform me it’s a 3pm check in even though it’s listed on the website as 2pm. To top it off, Non of the gold member benefits were honored. Upgrade? “not available”. Late check out? “Sorry we’re full”, bottle of sparkling as part of the benefits package? Never arrived. Sometime you check into a 4 star hotel where the staff is so great you feel like it’s a 5 star. And sometimes like in the case of Beglioni Hotel Regina you check into a five star hotel and the experience is that of a 2 star. The only bright spot was that the bell people are nice and helpful. So, if you are traveling to Rome, my suggestion, pick a different hotel.
Although we were supposed to have VIP access we had a poor room. The bathroom was very out of date and the furnishings and carpet were old and in poor condition. There were no USB connections and the regular outlets were hard to get to. We were on the 2nd floor that had an added stair case to climb from the elevator. The toilet was so low, it looked like it belonged tat an elementary school. The breakfast was below average based on other hotels we stayed in in Italy. The VIp bottle of sparking wine turned out to be a bottle of still Chianti that we left unopened. There are many hotels in the area that probably would have been much better like the nearby Westin were we had a drink in their outdoor patio.
A bit run downed hotel…they need to upgrade the rooms
Concierge, Francisco, was very helpful.
Prpx8mity was fantastic to shopping
Great property!
Over priced for quality of life property
Gorgeous property and great location
it getting a bit old fashioned now...needs a refurb to stay ahead of the competition, especially as they are pricing it as to tier
Great old hotel, maybe a little tired needs some refurbishment- shower-tub not great. Service top notch and location on Via Veneto can’t be beat.
Very nice hotel next to USA Embassy. Very nice breakfast included.
Staff is friendly and hospitable. Breakfast buffet was excellent and had dietary options. Rooms are spacious.
Room was good. Clean and bed was comfy pillows great
Average room for higher than average price
Great service and very friendly staff
It was in the best area!clean, great service, best breakfast!!
The hotel restaurant is excellent and serves standalone restaurant quality dishes.
Excellent stay once again.
Superlative staff, service, food and experience. Baglioni Hotel Regina puts the “A” in RomA!
Fantastic property. Wonderful breakfast in gorgeous room with harp musician. Amazing way to start a day.
The hotel is not what you see in the pictures . Very uncomfortable and to hold
The room and bathroom were beautiful! Bed very comfortable. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel’s restaurant Brunello was excellent for dinner. It gets a 4 instead of 5 because housekeeping knocked on our door at 10:50 pm to do turn down service! We were already in bed as we had to get up early for a flight the next day. And, we ran out of toilet paper - we only stayed one night, and there was not a full roll there. Unfortunate shortcoming from housekeeping.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nicely appointed. The breakfast was excellent.
Great location, walking distance to everything. The room decor is amazing as well
A great hotel will stay there again
Beautiful hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast in the morning.
Nice area.
Amazing stay
Short family trip to Rome
Wonderful hotel, great location, beautiful decor, great ambiance. Concierge was excellent, tours, transfers, dinner reservations, all arranged prior to our arrival. The BEST! A huge thank you from our family of six.
The hotel exudes timeless elegance with its classic Italian style and modern comforts. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, and impeccably clean. The staff were professional, warm, and attentive, making sure every need was met with a smile. The location is perfect, situated perfectly near a number of tourist spots. A short walk from the Spanish Steps, Capuchin crypt and Trevi Fountain, just to name a few.
Beautiful older stately hotel
Very friendly and beautiful The rooms are large and comfortable. Ours was a Jr Suite with oversized room and large bathroom. Plenty of hot water, desk area, small balconies. Located a bit far from some of the sights (Spanish steps about 25 min walk, Colosseum about 35 min walk.
I didn’t like the view from my bedroom
Well located, easy walk to Villa Borghese and Spanish Steps, Via Condotti and Via Del Corso. Great service, spacious rooms and good restaurant.
Concierge was very helpful. Room was comfortable. All staff were helpful, respectful and polite. Very convenient location. Excellent vodka martinis in the bar too.
Missing key items for a good stay
Stayed for couple weekend away, wanted to stay in one of best hotels in Rome - breakfast was excellent and the staff were superb, doorman was lovely too - apart from that it was pretty mediocre, travelling 50% of the year for work I see the full range of hotels and you are entirely paying for staying in Rome not for this hotel service or amenities - a 5 star hotel that doesn’t have tea/coffee facilities, clothes iron or a TV with working channels is very poor. Additionally bathroom maintenance standards were poor which is not what is expected.
Wonderful
Great
The staff at Baglioni Regina was excellent! It was my bf’s birthday and they upgraded our room and even brought us champagne and cookies. We landed at 7am in Italy and even got to check in before noon. The hotel itself is very clean and next to a lot of restaurants!
We have been staying here before being very happy, so we chose it again due to this fact! At this time we were really disappointed with the room, first of all which was dirty and not ready to accommodate! We booked a suite and my husband asked for an upgrade, and we chose Dolce Vita suite with a difference of 800€ / night, we stayed 3 nights! Very disappointing, as I mentioned before, room was dirty, not ready to accommodate, we had to ask for extra towels, sleepers and robe for our son! We had to ask for water in the room, we has only 2 glasses and 2 cups for water and coffee, they even take the sugar for the room! The area is very beautiful and we were close to everything! But the accommodation is no more for 5 stars! I m very sorry about that!
Our room was superior deluxe at it was beautifully decorated in Art Nouveau style. Very elegant. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Ticks every box
Great location, Great Staff, Great Service. See you again soon.
Professional staff, excellent clean rooms. Superb breakfast. A nice retreat from the chaos of Roma. The location is an easy walk down to the Spanish steps.
A few issues, first No ac in the rooms this time of year at this hotel. Second, the claim 15 minutes for valet but on average 40-45 minutes. First night the lost out car and had to wait an hour. Third, the TV isn’t smart so we had only one channel in English movies. We couldn’t cast or purchase anything. So that sucked. Forth, one of the two bathrooms in our room had wires coming out of the wall and nothing worked. Few other small things but for the price I would never visit again.
True 5 star property….everything was just as advertised.
Excellent hospitality and great services.
Very old terrible rooms
high level of service, breakfast, beauty of hotel
We really enjoyed this property and location. The staff was so helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent. There is a great pizza place walking distance called the San Marco, you might want to check it out.
This property is beautiful, as are the rooms, but if you have special accessibility requests, don't expect them to be honored. I informed them way in advance that I have claustrophobia so must face the street (not a courtyard) on a high-ish floor to see at least some distance. I arrived to a room had one tiny window facing a courtyard on the 1st floor (US=2nd floor)! I complained that this was the opposite of my request and was able to change rooms, but only to one with 2 windows facing a small street that was was on the ground floor (!) and the bathroom smelled of sewer. UGH. I was also told that the room service menu was on the television, but I found nothing to click on to find it, and the remote control was so weird and difficult to use that I could barely click on any channel. A very frustrating experience.
Atmosphere was very cold…..nice room but nothing spectacular for the price….would not go back or suggest that hotel! We were leaving early and had a hard time to get a coffee! No coffee machine in the room…..very disappointed!
Wonderful
Only overnight trip, but the service and accommodations are wonderful. Will definitely be back for a longer stay!!!!
AC did not work on first room. Hotel its not opt to par with its price. Its old, room floor hallway dirty as well as room carpets.
This hotel has NO business being part of The Leading Hotels of the World. It’s old, outdated, stains all over the wall paneling, tears at certain areas of the wall paneling. The A/C could barely keep up. The bathroom fixtures were rusty and chipped. I can truly stay, after a beautiful trip around Italy, staying at this hotel at the end of our trip kind of ruined it for us. We stayed at 5 different hotels throughout this trip. We booked on Expedia, the room we got was not at all what was pictured. Do yourself a favor and stay at the new hotel edition. It was gorgeous and cheaper then I’d rust bucket.
I love the feeling of this hotel - it's sumptuous and refined, but not stuffy. There is an exceptional restaurant attached to the hotel, and the staff were so helpful in every way. One of the hard things to get right in a hotel is for management to care about the staff in such a way that their level of care filters through to the guests. I really noticed in small and large ways that the staff here were happy and that meant that all the interactions I had with them as a guest were infused with that same feeling of generosity and warmth. I also enjoyed the location as it is not too hectic but feels a little removed from the chaos of some of the other areas of Rome, but still with easy access to everything. I travel often and am fairly fussy, but I would highly recommend this hotel. Robyn
Location was wonderful, staff very attentive could not do enough for you, rooms were beautiful, spacious, nice bathrooms, we enjoyed the breakfast, dinner in the bar area and room service, each very good, we enjoyed the walkability, the easy access to metro and taxi service. Highly recommend using and taking advantage of this hotel’s amenities
Location is great taxis buses metro all there restaurants walk to Borghese gardens trevi fountain Spanish steps hotel is beautiful inside and out, breakfast was great, restaurant and bar were excellent the staff could not do enough for you and always with a smile Thank you for a wonderful stay
Hotel is nice but a bit dated
Very special hotel & wonderfully friendly staff
Perfect
Lovely hotel. Very friendly and room was fantastic.
Very helpful staff
The breakfast was okay. The room was hot and i had to remind them about the free bottle of wine
The hotel is very kept very beautiful and clean. The entire staff is really friendly and helpful. Everyone made us feel welcome
This place is clean but really really old and about 2 star buy American standards. I think they have much better rooms but I’ve noticed that when you use Expedia you get the spare rooms.
Wonderful place to stay and staff very friendly and accommodating. Within walking to most of the favorite attractions.
great bellman/concierge service!
Great experience, very proffesial.
Classic decor. Great location. Very friendly and accommodating staff.
Excellent location, within walking distance to Spanish steps and Via del Corso. Excellent service, breakfast and accommodations.
Wonderful hotel clean friendly and very nice location
It was a wonderful stay, and we enjoyed it immensely. Except for a random occurrence of an employee trying to enter our room at 8pm (which they believe was a misunderstanding) and they took off some charges because of it and would look more into it. Everything else was amazing and not going to penalize the hotel for a possible miscommunication.
I had stayed in the hotel 10 years ago with my family and so I had high expectations. Fortunately they were met. The hotel continue to be luxurious, impeccable and overall 5 STAR experience.
Very good location but the hotel is dated. Staff is very loud during breakfast.
Very friendly staff and informative, very clean and classy hotel
Value for money.
Very central location, good service on all levels, very good breakfast tce. The Restaurant in the hotel is also very good - and food for room service top.
Amazing stay
Amazing. Staff was incredibly professional and helpful. My room was always cleaned to perfection every day, early in morning.
Great experience my first choice when I’m Rome
