Nice location

The location is perfect for me. Little bit noisy.

The staff are all awesome. The hotel is in a good position for getting around and there are a number of local supermarkets amenities.

Lovely clean and friendly hotel near the Corniche but located in a noisy side street. Needs double glazing

The rooms are good, the staff is friendly, but the internet connection is terrible.

The location is good, few minutes walk to Zaitunay Bay and few more minutes to Beirut Souk. Also, There is a supermarket next to the hotel. The room is clean with a balcony. More importantly, it was one of the cheapest in the district. I enjoyed staying there for 7 nights.

Don't stay on first floor room, too noisy.

I was staying on first floor room, very noisy, you can hear everything from reception or outside. Also was surprised no kettle and glass. A/c was working excellent, bed and duvet with pillow very confortable. Area close to Corniche.

The property is lovely, and the staff are amazing. Their review says that parking is a prime difficulty with the property, but we found the staff absolutely amazing at taking our car keys and moving the car as necessary so we found no actual problem with parking whatsoever. The only two things that I found a little bit tiresome is that they had no loo brush and also there was nowhere to hang up wet towels which when you’ve showering couple of times a day is a bit of a problem but people seem to manage quite well with hanging things over the shower curtain. But overall the hotel was fantastic and as I say the staff were absolutely incredible.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The hotel was ideally situated near the sea front and also very close to the city centre. I would have liked the hotel to have had information on local sites / maps; however this could have been attributed to the fact that tourism is only slightly developed in Lebanon and these things have not yet been considered. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers; it was also great value for money.

It was very good the stuff was excellent and the room is very good but their is a problem in the doors andtheir is no soundproof which made us some problems with the other clients and the bathroom is too narrow but overall i love the place soo much and pleasant with my choice

Pesima experiencia! Lo unico malo de Libano!

No es nada de lo que veras en las fotos!! La habitacion estaba sucia, una pared llena de hongos, en el baño habia mosquitas en las esquinas, la apariencia es muy mala. Esta en un lugar centrico y bien ubicado y podrian tenerlo en mucho mejor estado. Ademas no te hacen el cuerto como en un hotel y no lo mencionan en ningun lado, llegabamos en la noche y no habian limpiado nada. Una lastima.

Located at a quiet street but within easy walking distance you will get to Corniche. Supermarket right opposite. Local bakery within 2 mins walk. Prefer to stay here than Hamra. Staff were friendly and helpful. Down side: no supply of drinking water/ kettle/ cups. No charging socket next to the bed. However, i had a Great stay and would come back.

Bed was extremely comfortable, the location however was in a somewhat loud street. The people across the street were shouting throughout most of the day

for solo travelers it's great , it's nearby most locations downtown, however don't expect any view from your room and no breakfast or food services , you have to buy your stuff and do the work in your room.

I liked the quiet and spacious bedroom and the comfortable bed and also having a fridge. It was nice to have a balcony to sit on and watch the streetlife. The bathroom was simple and spotlessly clean with an excellent shower. The hotel foyer was furnished with comfortable seating and the decor pleasant and WiFi access. It’s location, near AUB and the corniche was excellent.

Location is excellent and in a quiet area. It looks renovation was just completed recently. As such there were few minor things remaining to be completed. Wifi didn't work on the floor I was on, there was a tolerable smell of sewage due to plumbing being new. you need to flush toilet several times during the day to keep the smell tolerant.

Everything was perfect in our staying Just no enough tools for the kitcken

The staff is very professional, welcoming, friendly and helpful. The property is very clean with new modern furniture. Housekeeping is excellent and the room is being cleaned everyday.

I like to have breakfast available but there said it’s because of renovation

Perfectly located at the downtown of Beirut. Convenient shop directly in fron of the property with good price. 1 min walk to corniche. Big and spacious rooms. My bed and pillows are so comfortable like 4 to 5 stars hotel of European standard. Good price for value especially in city like Beirut. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, they can speak a very good English!

Good - In residential side street area so quieter than normal for Beirut. Modern suite, very IKEA-ish/stylish very clean, comfy bed, excellent air con/heating, helpful staff,modern bathroom, great shower. Near to bay for restaurants, supermarket opposite, MacDonalds etc round the corner, big balcony. Soundproofed windows stopped most exterior noise which can be loud.. Not so good. Had a kitchen - sink, fridge, breakfast bar and stools, microwave but no crockery, cutlery or even a cup/glass at all or kettle. Microwave used to heat water for coffee but nothing to eat microwaved food off. No clothes hangers in wardrobe, no hooks in bathroom for towels. Had to request a cup and hangers which apparently they do not supply but they found some for me. Had to hang towels over door to dry. Room cleaned/bath gel etc upon request only not daily. Two English news channels but all other 50 channels in Arabic, TV reception bad, fuzzy picture. Tiled stairwell so any noise is amplified badly. Tiled floor in apt so every chair scrape and heeled footfall from apt above heard badly. They gave wrong time to pickup car so I had to call hotel and wait an hour at airport while they re-arranged pick up. With my minor issues resolved, for future this would be a great place.

Great choice for Beirut

Check in was fast and the front desk lady was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and the bed confortable. The only issue was the noise in the lobby during the evening/night. I recommand to stay at this hotel.

Bardzo sympatyczny hotelik. Jak będzie restauracja ze śniadaniem, to będzie całkiem fajnie. Wyposażenie bardzo podstawowe, ale ok. Ja jestem zadowolony.

La localizzazione dell hotel è fantastica. Vicino a maggiori punti di interesse. Il personale è gentile e simpatico. Una particolare menzione positiva è per Miriana, molto gentile

Really loved staying here. Clean room & bathroom, good quality towels, working wifi & air conditioning. And most of all very helpful staff. Will definitely recommend others to stay here.

Séjour B Residence sympa

Le personnel est toujours là pour vous aider. Mais j'me n 'ai pas aimé qu'il n offrait pas beaucoup de services manger sur place ou bar comme dans d'autres hôtels. Séjour sympa même si la conversation en anglais était assez limitér.

Bon acceuil et bon hotel

Mon séjour s'est très bien passé .en effet , la propreté dans cet hotel se vois clairement et l'appartement est bien équipé . résultat : on s'est bien reposé comme il faut et j'aimerais dire que le personnel de l'équipe de cet hotel est très réactifs au cas d'une demande ou d'une commentaire comme par exemple j'avais juste un petit soucis au débit avec le lit supplémentaire mais à l'accueil ils m'ont facilement réglé le problème . Je vais vraiment conseiller mes potes à y séjourner lorsque d'une visite à Beyrouth.

The location is superb and the hotel is new. The room has everything we need and it was super clean! The bed is comfy. Staff and the owner were really friendly. Nice place to stay in Beirut!

Personal Freundlich und sehr good hilfsbereit. Neu renuviert. Auch good möbliert. fehlen hier und kleinigkeiten . zb. Hänge platz für Handtücher.. oder am Bett seite eine leselampe oder samrtladung steckdose die direkt sehbar ist .... Kleider Schrank Bügel.. die speilen keine rolle... Hotel ist neu aber empfehlenswert. und nah an meer und Alhamra... usw. ich würde es wiederholen..

Personnels sympathiques et professionnels toujours à l'écoute. Hôtel en cours de rénovation rapport qualité prix excellent
