Obs Bed bugs!!

It needs an uppgrade, it’s not clean. It’s dirt under the bed and in the corners. They have bed bugs..! The straff was nice. The toilets was clean, but it smelled.

Got a rash after sitting on the filthy couch

This place is pretty run down and old. The kitchen and bathrooms are old, rundown and have lots of damage and mold. The couches in the lounge are filthy, and after having my skin touch one of them I had a rash from it. This is definitely not a place I would stay at again. Wifi was okay, a bit spotty at times and did not work in the room at all. Pay a little bit more and go elsewhere in town to stay.

Pros: central location cons: the photos are not an accurate representation of the hostel. The hostel is very old, the inside of it is creepy, the bunk beds are 3 beds rather than 2. The breakfast area offerings are questionable. Overall, I didn't feel comfortable being in this hostel. I would rather pay more elsewhere.

no van in summer it's hot indoor in day time. no credit card payment option. facilities are clean. Location is good near Jewish old square.

It was a very good hostel, front desk staff are very helpful and friendly, it is also in a very central location so easy to get around the city from here

Bit complicated relationship with the staff.

My experience started a bit complicated, the clerk who greeted us and checked us in, was very rude and without patience when we asked to pay the hostel on the credit card because we did not have the money in the local currency, she said no, no accepted payment on card, and on the site told me that I could pay by card. Not enough of that, we asked to pay in Euro, she said it could be, but if we had the exact amount, since she would not give change. All this in a very crude and ironic way. I've never been there, and I've been staying quite often in hotels and hostels, and this was certainly my worst customer service experience. My luck is that I knew how to communicate in English, because through these problems, I do not know if a person who does not speak the local language, or even English, how would it happen. Bad service, but I emphasize that only the attendant, the rest of the staff were friendly and polite, only this woman who, in my view, does not serve to work in relationship with people, especially in a place where people from all over the world go.

Cheap and good!

In a walking distance from the most important places in Krakow. Safe area, minimarkets close by, restaurants. The breakfast was good, very clean, nice kitchen. People at the reception wasn’t very friendly but perhaps just not in the mood.

The internet connect bothers me a lot. That was the only problem.

worse hostel ever

this was the worse hostel ever. the bathroom was disgusting. the room was dirty with really old beds AND BIG SPIDER WEBS in the celling. Also, the wifi did not work in the room. the hostel has no rules about silence or anything. it is really disorganized. I wouldn't recommend it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOSTEL. it's a piece of s.... place. the only good thing is the location.

horrible!!! worst hostel ever!

first of all, it was really hard to find this place. it was late at night, I looked it up on google but it was not marked correctly, so I had to walk around for more than half an hour. they dont have any signs so u have to look for it with an eagle's eye. when I finally got there, the staff was so rude. Seriously!!! worst hostel staff I have ever met in my 9 months of travelling!!(I have been to more than 50 hostels for sure). he was rude, not helping at all. Seriously!!!! Sooooooo fxxxxx rude. he just gave me a hard time with payment, gave me the change all in coins(he didnt even give me the right amount), talking to me without looking at me, and was just treating me like a sxxt. when I went in the room, it was humid, smelly and dirty. sheet was with holes and stain. it was soooooo loud, couldnt sleep at all. the next day!!! ha!! breakfast is a joke! just some cereals and stuff. I mean.. do u really think u wanna go to this place?? R u sure?? think again... still? no I would personally pay you money not to go this place. I mean.. I dont usually write reviews at all. I just felt I needed to.. for you. I really do think ppl who have rated good reviews on this hostel, must be either evil or just paid.

cozy hostel

Location was perfect. Breakfast included - nice bonus! The staff was very helpful and frindly!

My stay here is pleasant since the hostel is located right in the middle of all attractions. The neighbourhood though was quiet but you can access to the best part of the city within minutes. Each room there was named after a movie which gives the style, however the bed I slept might have some bed bugs which have bitten me a lot. But the room itself is comfortbale.

This hostel was great. Free breakfast every morning with coffe, tea, cereal, milk, toast, etc. The roos and bathrooms were kept clean. Excellent location. Wifi was free but sometimes very slowly. Overall it's super place.

Unfortunately i was in Cracow only for 2 nights, but this hostel was definitely the great! The staff were awesome. Bed in our dorm very comfortable. Hostel offered free breakfast and tea/coffe all time..

nice experience, it's my first time at hostel, but not last

I arrived not that late so I called the Hostel for a location nor a landmark. I even told the hostel staff at that night the place Im standing and it is just near the tram stop if he can give me the direction cause there is no street lights but his answer is so rude saying LADY MANAGE WITH YOU OWN I CAN GIVE YOU THE BUILDING NUMBER but i just told to my self if its day time i can manage but hello there is no street light in this city so how can i manage with my own... I just walked and walked in a cold night checking every number of the buildings but upon my returned to the place i stop take a look again in my map and looking around and i saw a lady and asked her where is the B Movie Hostel and she said this is the one but no name so hard to find she said. The building is so old...The staff at that night is so terrible he says all the rules but the rules is not followed cause my room mates are totally drunk and one of the rules is (drunk people are not allowed to enter).

Close to Main Market. Facilities were super clean and hostel was comfortable, people service, big rooms. Everything perfect

The hostel had a nice atmosphere

Location is good, It's a 10 minutes walk from the Old Town Square and king's castle and riwer Wisla. Right next to a tram stop. Close by to many pubs, bars and restaurants. The bathrooms and room were extremely clean and well looked after. Free breakfast was basic but good enough, Price was excellent, great value for money. Can only pay by cash :(
