From the outside thee hotel looks scary because of how dirty the windows/glass is. I thought it’d be a chaos but once inside it’s supper clear and spacious. The breakfast buffet was amazing, everything tasted great. The food at the restaurant was okay, a little cold. The customer service at the pool is horrible and the pool very cold. Jacuzzi was broken and you have to reserve a time at the pool and the day we checked in there were no reservations left which was very bad as we only stayed one night, but we were able to get a 9am spot the next day. Massage at the spa was awesome, the receptionist in the spa was great and nice. After all we had a good experience and the hotel is nice inside. Definitely needs work outside.

Excellent clean hotel, close to Olympisky Stadium, about 15-20mins walk to the nearest metro station. The pool, sauna and the gym as extra bonus were great.

I had stayed with my family rooms 747, 767and 768, I have to say I have received very good costumer services, front of house team very professional. Breakfast very nice, room clean and big. Thanks I will return.

Due to the "pandemic" the spa does not work well, the VIP service on the 12th floor is terrible, there is nothing.

The hotel is right next to a beautiful park with lots of trees and a lake. Some of the staff were not very helpful when it came to resolving a problem that arose towards the end of our stay. There was nothing serious, they just wouldn’t help us out in any way referring to some nonexistent rules of the hotel.

Crowded with groups that are not distancing

The hotel was overrun by groups that were not observing social distancing and masking. This included music groups practicing songs in closed areas with ventilation. The noise in the hallways was constant and many unsupervised children. It was not nice to stay here. I basically avoided the public spaces and the gym. The rooms are also a bit run down and in need of remodelleding. People crammed into the elevators.

Good hotel with poor service

Stayed at this hotel for the third time. Non expensive, good location however there are few things to consider 1) service is got much worse then it was not long time ago . We ve asked to fix our fridge for 3 days in a row to store our medicine and it wasnt done. 2) staying on11 th floor is not recomended -hotel has some kind of bar/lounge / whatever on 12th and at 2 am low frequincies from music would shake your sleep 3).breakfast is good but avoid ordering food from room service - its ovwrpriced and very low quality. Had stomack problem every time when ordering. Besides that its good place to stay however im swithching to garden ring or golden ring next time

Overall hotel is good as it is in good location, they need to put more amenities

Really good value for money hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms, close to public transport. Facilities are good. Food is good quality.

Good location. Excellent gym. However, would be nice to have 1 elevator button for all elevators, so you would not have to run to all of them and press them separately. The carpet needs replacement. It looks dark and outdated. Fridge is not cold. Milk got spoiled overnight. Water and other necessities are not getting replaced daily. Sheets are not replaced daily. Garbage cans do not always have trash bags. Staff is not very smiling. Often, you have to wait for them - they are superbusy with their computers :) Overall - not bad at all, but for this price in Moscow I would expect a little more.

Nice building and sauna, swimming pool There is a gap between the bathtub and two adjacent walls. Is it for growing fungus? Strange, four star hotel and more.... The pillows are stuffed with some heavy material Very unusual

Nice hotel but beware of the pool's staff

The hotel is really great, cleanliness, facilities, accuracy, check-in we stayed in executive floor and really enjoyed there the staff in receptions and executive floor are great HOWEVER the staff in swimming pool are REALLY REALLY BAD especially the old lady, the younger woman also bad, but the guy is fine. They always checking out like we were not meant to be there, they even forced my friend who just sit not using the swimming pool to pay, I just feel super uncomfortable, though I've been staying in so many hotels I've never experienced this situation.

Good start at reception. They v efficiency dealt with every request. Clean, spacious room in 12th floor. Breakfast, dinner and wine was just lovely. Great facilities like atm machine, currency exchange and a few different restaurants. Gods location not far from metro. Public bus outside the door. No 38 gets you into centre. Free shuttle bus also.

Well worth staying

This us a very good hotel and very well priced. The facilities are great. The room was very spacious and clean. I don’t speak Russian and it caused a few problems.,

Like the amenities and facilities of the hotel, particularly the orchid floral arrangements really nice. A bit away from the center however taxi / uber readily available. Free coffee and tea with snacks was wonderful. Hotel Bath towel was a tad small and lacks quality of the hotel. Some of staff at the reception could do with more politeness and courtesy. Overall a good hotel and thoroughly recommend.

Staff needs to improve client service skills

In general, room conditions and cleanliness are fairly okay but the staff in the front desk was quite rude when I checked in.

Moscow sightseeing

Great hotel, friendly staff. Good location just outside city centre. Free shuttle bus to centre or 12-15 minute walk to metro. Would defiantly stay again and recommend.

From check in to check out I was extremely pleased. The staff is just terrific. The room is a European style room but was in exemplary condition. Shower was terrific. Air conditioning worked great. Elevators were fast and reliable. Food was good. Bar service was great. Bring a recessed power adaptor. I cannot find any complaint at all. A great experience and you felt safe, secure and well taken care of.

It was a comfortable hotel with many amenities within

If it would not be for one guy who was not so pleasant in the time of checking in, I would give the highest score!!!

In general, the room is clean but only in the toilet can it be cleaner. Great service. Hotel staff responds instantly. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel is wonderful. I was with children, they really liked it, especially the spa complex.

Perfect spot when visiting Moscow

Booked this hotel based on the reviews and I was not disappointed. The staff is very helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. The one drawback is that it was very hot and we would have to open our window to get the cold air in. Other than that I have no complaints. The room service was great, good food, reasonably priced. The hotel amenities such as the lobby bar and The Bakery were very good as well. The staff encountered at each location were very nice and eager to help; they all spoke enough English to communicate without issues. The Indian restaurant was also really nice and the service great. The Paulaner Brewhouse located in the property is a very convenient option in case you don't want to leave the hotel at night and can have a high quality meal at a very reasonable price. Also, there is a supermarket across the street which is a great choice to have in case you want fruit, wine etc. Hotel is also within walking distance to McDonalds, BKing and two Metro locations. In short, this hotel has great location and I'd highly recommend it if you are visiting from the United States.

Everything you need is present at the hotel. Parking is supervised and not too expensive. Wi fi, grocery store, coffee shop... everything is here

Wonderful Experience

Great hotel choice! We had a great overall experience. The hotel is large and modern. We did have to open the window because it was actually too warm. The shower was great. Coffee service in room great. Honestly no complaints.

I am staying on the 12th floor (club) every year and would like to send a message to the management that the staff working there is amazing. They go above and beyond their regular responsibilities, always attentive and friendly. I wish the AC in the room and hallway work more intensive.. It was a quite hot in Moscow this summer. It was a good stay as always and I recommend this hotel

An amazing 3-nights stay which made our trip to Moscow, wonderful. Acceptable price with excellent facilities.

Amazing staff, very fluent in english and very helpful. They made my trip a breeze. 100% recommend and will stay again if in Moscow.

Value for money

The hotel price is reasonable. Has value for money. Front desk officers are very helpful. Bottled water is provided per room per day. Clean, comfy, good service and big rooms. There is a grocery across the hotel.The location is 20 minutes away from city center by taxi. although, shuttle service is provided to city center as scheduled.

Absolutely worth money spent

Nice and clean hotel, welcoming staff, room service meal could be better quality (pizza and breakfast I ordered was so-so). However everything else was really up to standard. Very comfortable bed, very quite room, nice location, absolutely great value for the rate I paid.

After More than 25 Years, still staying here!

Been coming to Moscow since 1993 and have oftentimes stayed here. Always a good place. Restaurants, staff, rooms, etc., are all more than adequate, especially as given the very reasonable pricing. Walking distance to Central Moscow.

Very bad loyalty program but for the rest very nic

Everything is good, however their marketing team is terrible. They have a loyalty program for which you cant collect points from the first visit. For me it was outrageous!!! Very bad! Other hotels let you collect point from the first visit, I spent a lot of money and 0 points!!! They told on the next visit..PLOP!!!!

bad management

we had 7 rooms booked 2 months before and requested double beds and on same floor. the hotel is huge and had they oaid attention to requests they would have managed prior, but they didnt...

First time to Moscow

There is a beerhouse right in front of the hotel, and a supermarket (in basement) across the street. In my books, a perfect spot! The hotel staff was kind and the room was extremely comfortable.

Nice hotel, very clean, reasonable walking distance to Red Square and the Metro Prospekt Mira is around 10 mins walk beside the Olympic Stadium. Will certainly stay here again!

Nice accommodations

I have been booking the lounge floor of this hotel for a while. Great service and very friendly staff. Year after year the choice of food on breakfasts and dinners is getting deteriorated... less choices, small plates, makes the guest uncomfortable to take 2-3 portions of the same food to get a descent volume. I guess they save on it, some... The staff accommodate any request you may have. Rooms are of the standard size, clean, beds are huge and comfortable. I really liked I could open windows. Certainly recommend

Great hotel loved the breakfast wide variety. Great fitness facility and spa close by to a nice park for jogging. Perhaps not the most central location but ten min walk from subway to get anywhere. Overall very much recommended

Not my first stay here and the overall impression is still good. A note to hotel's management: when personnel brings anything to the room per request, they shouldn't just enter the room, they must ask the permission to enter.

Nice hotel not far from the center of Moscow

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service at this hotel, as well as by the room comfort. From bedding and room decor to TV programs in major world languages (including Arabic), this hotel meets high western standards.

Not worth it. Disappointed

Very average soviet era hotel. Solid 3 star not even close to 4 star hotel. Neighborhood is not convenient unless you have a car. Won't stay there again. There are better hotels in Moscow at the same price range

Not bad, Not that good neither

It was not bad but the hotel looked like it is a 3 star hotel. Breakfast, not bad also, it was too crowded and I felt like I were at a market full of noisy people. Nearby there were a little mall where I could buy water and snacks, and I usually took taxi to get to the central area of Moscow. I think this hotel is rather suitable for the people who are traveling in a packaged tour(and there were actually a lot of people gathering together in the lobby every morning to wait for their tour bus with a guide.

First Time in Russia

I arrived as scheduled. The hotel was very clean, was nice to see security at the door. The people at the front desk were helpful when they could be. I had friends join me at the last minute so needed to rent another room, at a higher rate than I paid for my original room, which is understandable. I was a little disappointed that free breakfast was not included with the second room considering what we needed to pay for the room per night and that we were staying 8 days. Maybe we could have been a bit more assistent about this. Overall my stay there was great. I did not have much time to enjoy the amenities, such as pool and sauna. It was in nice area not too long a walk from the Metro, but they do offer shuttles there and to Red Square. The food served in the dining room was good. I would recommend you stay here, can see no negatives about the hotel

Wonderful Hotel!

Just outstanding! Really recommend the "AZIMUT Moscow Olympic Hotel". The room, location, staff and food were wonderful. Please try the Spa! It is 1st class.

Convenient and good value.

Convenient for Moscow exploring. Near to Metro and also a feee bus service. Local cafes and restaurants if you want to explore nearby. Only downside was the very crowded breakfast area and the slow clearing of tables. Food was good though.

Will Return

I enjoyed my stay very much, could not ask for a more friendly staff. I gave 4 stars on room comfort only because the bed was quite firm for my taste, the hot water was plentiful and nearly instant. I had dinner several nights at the hotel 495 restaurant and each time was pleasantly surprised. The area was very safe with restaurants, shops and a small mall at the base of the stadium.

Easy check-in / check-out Breakfast staff mainly cheerful - very busy but they coped well. Food was O.K., not top quality, but nothing really to complain about. All edible though, but from cheaper supermarket, if you understand what I am saying . . . Coffee shop / Bar staff - need to be reminded that SERVICE COUNTS - had to go hunting to get served and again to pay.

One of the best experiences I had with hotels

This is the second time I am staying here, and have to admit, will return over and over again – in this hotel you do not feel or notice the service, everything is well thought and managed, so that one can enjoy his/her stay. Internet is excellent, so you do not need to wary about changing places to get coverage, excellent facilities - all carefully selected and brought to you in a nice and elegant way, design, lighting, bedding, spa and all other facilities - are just great. It is very close to the center and takes you max 30 minutes to get where you want in a busy moscow. Metro is bit far, but perhaps one can choose to use the shuttle service (I have not so far, but will). Just want to thank the staff for being kind and forward looking. Highly recommend (despite the fact that the prices go high as more people start booking:)

Luxury, yet a home from home

Despite the luxurious environment, polish and gleam of a wonderfully equipped hotel, with high quality restaurants and a health and fitness centre, we found that, at the end of a day exploring Moscow, we always looked forward to "getting home" to our lovely room. The only down side was that we couldn't open a window (we both love fresh air, even during a Russian Autumn) and found ourselves turning off the radiator and turning on the air-conditioning to it's lowest temperature and highest power. But we felt we had all we needed, and everything worked well, so that it was a truly restful place after the noise and buzz of Moscow. Staff were kind and quietly attentive. We never made it to the health and fitness centre sadly, but enjoyed the restaurant on the second floor a couple of times and the incredible breakfasts in the Vienna Café incorporating every kind of taste.
