Probably the best in Murmansk

I was recommended to stay at the AZIMUT by a local friend and I was not disappointed. The room was very comfortable and I slept well every night. The room was very soundproofed and I never heard any noise from the corridor or neighbouring rooms. The breakfast options were extensive and very tasty and the coffee……. Wow!!! The staff were wonderful and accommodating and could not do enough to make my stay amazing. I will definitely be back again, thank you thank you thank you.

The hotel is vastly superior the others hotels in the city. View, location and renovations made the hotel the best for stay. You have a probability to see the Aurora from the hotel window

a good stay

It is a good hotel , the best one in Murmansk. It is also the tallest building in the polar region in the world and we were on the highest habitable floor - 16th floor. It was a good stay.

Aurora Hunting

3 day stay. Great central location. Used this as home base while we explored the area and watched the auroras.

In the city centre, it is convenience, but the facilities is not enough. By the way, the hotel lounge is good view for the city and the food quality is very good.

Need towels change.

Worth your money

The room is not spacious but enough for movement and big luggages. Everything is well organised and equipped. Breakfast is simple but they have all you need (egg, ham veggies, bread, fruits, juices)

Provided bottled water, English speaking staff, great location, food great on 17th floor restaurant, good buffet breakfast. Beautiful bathroom!

Reception staff is not polite. The bar at 17th floor produced noisy music at night, we could not sleep well, staff said the music would last till 4:00am and had no way to avoid. We will not choose AZIMUT anymore.

Almost the biggest hotel right at the city centre; the tallest - very recognisable. Staff could be unhelpful as they may be overworked with lots of tour booking. Lovely variety of breakfast. Clean and tidy room. Particurly love the view from the lobby of the floor!

Lacks of integrity and offers poor service

It was a pre-paid booking. Due to flight delay, I informed the hotel I would check-in the following day, but the hotel insisted to cancel my booking because I would be regarded as "no show" due to hotel rule. This is radicalous. I was even shocked to hear the hotel said NO room was available even I re-book the room at that time. I had a long discussion with the hotel (more than an hour phone conversation) and talked to at least 6 to 7 people, repeating the cases for almost 10 times and all staff involved gave the same answer. So this was not a mistake of one but a common practice of the hotel to cheat. The staff at the cafe was aslo awful. I felt down because the floor was wet. The staff 3-step next to me did not help me up nor clean up the wet floor. House-keeping was incomplete with room partly tidy-up (towels not replaced, gave two floor towels but just one body towel for two etc).

Worst experience ever. Due to airline changed, we realized that we could not check in on schedule. We already contact expedia and asked for confirmation that they promised to keep room for us. When we arrived, they said our booking was cancelled, they gave our rooms for someone else. Thier front desk insisted that it s our faults and did not help us with anything. They said we need to talked to expedia, not thier responsibility. We spent more than 3-4 hours to talked to hotel and expedia to get our refund. But the most important is we waste our time, efforts and effect to our plan!

The best hotel in Murmansk. Only bad experience came from staffs in bar located on 17 floor. They humilited guests.

Best location and stylish

Perfect location on the central square. Reception was helpful with booking taxis and storing luggage after checkout. The breakfast buffet was very nice with many options, including "American". Very stylish rooms and complimentary bottled water. However, there is a filtered water dispenser on each floor. Only drawback was the room did not have AC or ability to open window more than a little, so we felt too warm/stuffy without airflow in the room although it was winter and we had colds. Overall probably the best hotel in Murmansk as we really did not see any other hotel while walking around.

Beware !! Housekeeping staff stole $450 cash !

Please keep your bags locked in your rooms when you leave your hotel room. I stayed in Azimut Murmansk from Dec 14-17, 2018. I had kept US$ 750 cash in my bag because I had no use for dollars during my stay. I only checked my bag for dollars when I reached Moscow because I had no time to check on the last day in Murmansk. I found only $300 left in my bag. I'm so shocked and angry. I sent an email to the hotel but did not get any reply. Would never stay again in Azimut chain of hotels and would not recommend anyone else to stay here.

The best value hotel we have ever stayed in! Gorgeous 5-Star hotel, very modern, beautiful restaurants, dinner on the 17th floor is unmissable. Incredible for the price.

Just for location

Cleanning room must be improve! Many tourist and nosiy in the morning at lobby and breakfast restraunt. Nothing special for this hotel.

Great hotel. Helpful front desk, great breakfast, central location. Only slight negative is rooms are really hot, even after turning off radiator. Slept with window open at 0°F!

Best hotel in Murmansk!!

Great location. Bus 106 from airport to front of hotel. Bank and McDonald’s just across the street. Convenient cafe and ATM on first floor. Nice and very helpful English speaking staffs+ extra care to their guests. Lifts to room, modern, comfortable, cloud bed, and always clean room. Completed toiletries, complimentary water bottles in room and good breakfast. Variety of travel services are available and convenient for picking up. 10 stars !!

Northern lights

Excellent location and a very good breakfast. Just be careful if you request as airport transfer, they just call a taxi and the driver won't have a sign with your name. How am I suppose to know who my driver is? I still don't know.

Excellent hotel centrally located in Murmansk

Stayed 2 nights in this hotel. The rooms were excellent, comfortable beds, beautifully appointed bathroom. Everything was clean. staff spoke excellent English. Restaurant food was very well presented, very tasty with lots of choices.

The staff are extremely helpful in finding your way around Murmansk and the area and can organise excursions and suggest correct buses to take. The breakfast buffet is extensive with range of delicious foods and a beautiful view over the park. The Panorama Bar on the top floor has a fantastic view at night and the food and service are high quality and provide an opportunity to taste local gourmet products. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms, although compact are clean and functional. The lobby area is a great place to relax after a busy day sightseeing and there is a great range of coffee table books in English to browse while you have a drink. High tea is served at 5pm and is very reasonably priced. The coffee shop downstairs has really great coffee and a good range of teas and delicious cakes and pastries. The souvenir shop downstairs has a really nice range of souvenirs, some different from the usual things on offer including Sami handicrafts. The area is very centrally located on Five Corners Square and is just a short walk from ice breaker Lenin, the Fine Arts Museum and the Regional Studies Museum. Matrushka 51 which connects to 106 to and from the aiport and also to Museum of the Northern Fleet, Aloysha, Memorials to those lost at sea and the Ocenarium stops at the square.

Great hotel in a difficult environment especially in winter, it was great to have the restaurants, bars, coffee shops inside the hotel to avoid walking outside in minus 36 degrees

central hotel, good breakfast

the hotel is in the center of the city. breakfast was nice and wifi worked well. the view was also breathtaking. the only suggestions I have is to have tea maker in the room (even cheaper hotels often have them). overall I am satisfied

I don't think you will find a better hotel locally

ice hotel in a good location. Apparently the highest building in the Arctic Circle the rooms were well decorated and comfortable but quite basic. The room rate was reasonable and the Staff were friendly, there was not much happening in the bar and restaurant during my midweek stay and there are few other International restaurants in Murmansk so there was not an alternative. Breakfast in the restaurant was a buffet and self service.

Очень уютный комфортный отель. Номер очень теплый, что для Мурманска очень важно. Сантехника новая, хорошо работает. Убирают номер каждый день и очень хорошо. И как бонус - каждый день ставят бутылочки с питьевой водой. Завтраки замечательный. В принципе, отельный ресторан очень "вкусный". На ужины меню не сильно разнообразное, но мы за 5 дней попробовали не все..... Рекомендую.

IMO, best Hotel in Murmansk. + Clean, safe and also friendly staff. + At the reception, they spoke English as also German. - The room cleaning could have been improved. + Breakfast was quite good. Will book again here.

В марте проживали в отеле в Азимуте. Номер был на 12м этаже. Хороший, чистый, не большой. Хороший бизнес отель. Для посиделок с друзьями номера маловаты. Для двоих - просто отлично. Хочу отметить великолепный завтрак со свежим вкусным хлебом. Также в 2х шагах находится ресторан Терраса, рекомендую. Очень вкусно. В Азимуте были в ресторане 7е небо - вид шикарный, коктейли тоже. Еда невкусная.

Лучший вариант в Мурманске

Самый центр Мурманска, красивейшие виды с высоты его этажей. Обслуживание соответствует уровню обслуживания сети Азимут, в целом хорошее с некоторыми провалами иногда. Номера чистые, комфортные, очень радуют всегда завтраки, очень достойные. Вывод: на сегодня это лучший отель Мурманска, хотя и жаль, что бывшую еще советскую гостиницу Арктика получила себе сеть Азимут, а не что-нибудь поприличнее.

Отличный отель в самом центре Мурманска. Качественный сетевой отель, тут всё как и ожидаешь от хорошего бизнес-отеля - идеальная чистота и комфорт, отличный ресторан, множество услуг, солидная цена :) Жаль что из-за эпидемии был закрыт панорамный бар.

No room service, no early breakfast offer. No tip for other restaurants. One pillow and duvet short. When we asked for it we received them without linen and pillowcase. Nice clean room.

地點方便，酒店傍邊有超級市場。走路到麥當勞幾分鐘路程。洗手間抽風設備不足，水壓有點不足。

Oppholde var greit, det var en varm helg 24-30 grader. Det er ingen ventilasjon på rommet. Vi fikk låne en vifte som hjalp til med sirkulasjon av luft. Ellers var hotellet rent og pent. Frokosten var ikke helt bra, maten i kafeen i 1 etasje var dårlig. God mat i resturangen i 17 etasje kan anbefales.

The hardware of the place is quite good and very modern. However, it appears that there is something serously lacking as i found small and large pieces of glass in my breakfast food there. This is ofcourse very dangerous, and what is worse is that when i notified the staff about this, they did not seem to really care at all about it. Therefore until this is rectified i cannot really reccomend this hotel.

Первый каменный отель Заполярья

Приехали в отель в 11 утра, заселение традиционно в 14 часов. Мы пришли с обычной просьбой оставить вещи в камере хранения, чтобы спокойно отправиться на прогулку по городу. Ответ сотрудницы очень удивил. Она предложила вступить в бонусную систему отеля и заселить нас раньше на три часа БЕСПЛАТНО. К тому же, учла все наши предпочтения: этаж повыше, да вид получше. В итоге, 16 этаж и вид на залив и "Алёшу". В номере всё стандартно: туалетные принадлежности, халаты по запросу (принесут бесплатно), швейный набор, щётка для одежды, лопатка для обуви, холодильник, телевизор, фен, чайная станция с пакетиками чая и кофе, бутылочки воды, удобный шкаф и множество полочек.

Мы остались довольны

Хороший отель. Чистый и уютный. Редко когда бывает что вообще ни к каким моментам нет претензий.

새로 지은 호텔같이 내부도 깔끔했습니다 프런트에서 기념품도 판매하고 오로라가 나오는 컵 샀어요~~ 방은 일반 호텔보다 넓구요 창밖에 보이는 풍경도 좋았어요 화장실도 깔끔하고 심플한 스타일 입니다 조식은 너무 단촐한 편이라 조식은 별로였네요 호텔 앞에 맥도날드와 쇼핑몰도 있어요

위치 룸 크리닝 서비스는 최고입니다. 단 리렙션의 직원은 통화중에 손님이 말을 못알아 듣는다고 전화를 던져서 끊어버리고(제가 직접 봤어요.), 룸의 전화가 사용되지 않는다고 하면 오늘 그런방이 있다라고만 하질않나, 함께간 친구가 부탁한 여행패키지에 대한 연락이 오지않아 리셉션에 확인하니 저에게 야기했다는 거짓말에, 더 화가나는건 호텔사용이 동양인이 많아 러시아 어를 모른다고 생각하는지 손님에게 욕하는 여직원도 발견했어요. 저희는 모두 러시아어가 가능해서 똑똑히 듣고 주의를 줬을 정도니깐요. 룸 크리닝 서비스와 친절도는 최고입니다. 각 층의 담당자는 아지무트호텔에 화가 난 마음을 녹여주셨으니깐요. 아무튼 조식중 동양이에 대한 직원서비스는 최하위입니다. 아무리 손님이 못알아듣는 러시아어라도 손님앞에서 욕, 불평불만은 조심해주면좋겠어요. 그런직원이면 호텔에서 일할 필요 없겠죠. 아지무트 호텔에 대해 실망이 커서 두번다신 않가고싶어요.

Все очень понравилось. Расположение отличное, вид из окна прекрасный. Завтраки не брали, так как не нравятся, в кафе на первом этаже -дешевле и вкуснее. Как обычно, немного все подпортил персонал. Одна из девушек на ресепшн все делает быстро и профессионально, а у другойне могли получить белье на доп место. Просила ещё раз оплатить и несли очень долго. В остальном, рекомендую

フロントの対応は人によってまちまち。古いソ連体質の人もいれば、親身に対応してくれた人もいた。全体的には充分なレベルだが、予約時間の表記と違い、エアコンが設置されておらず、暑くて眠れなかった。

El hotel está muy bien situado, en pleno centro de la ciudad. Es moderno y tiene una decoración muy contemporánea. Lo más destacable es aparte de la ubicación es la amabilidad de personal. Dispuesto a ayudarte y asesorarte en lo que le pidas. Quiero destacar especialmente el interés, amabilidad y profesionalidad de un empleado de recepción que se llamaba Constantin. Su ayuda, entrega y su interés por ayudarnos nos fue muy útil. Hemos quedado plenamente satisfechas y agradecidas.

Et flott hotell med bra standard og god service. Hvis jeg skal utsette noe på hotellet, er det at det var litt varm og tung luft på hotellrommet, og ikke så lett å lufte ut.

充実したホテル

街の中心部にあって建物も高いので見つけやすいです。近くにはマクドナルドなどの飲食店も多数あり、ホテルにもレストランがついています。朝食もよかったです。部屋の向きのよっては強烈な西日を浴びるかもしれません。
