Parking is a fee

I was prepared to experience some noise due to the construction taking place across the street. However, during my stay, there was no construction site activity, but the noise level from the adjoining rooms was unbearable. Constant foot traffic or so it seemed along with very loud voices. The rooms are definitely not buffered for sound. The front desk staff offered the bare minimum of customer service and were not very welcoming or knowledgeable about venues and restaurants in the area. Even the housekeeping staff were reluctant to offer a friendly “ Good morning”. I do not recommend staying here.

Great place to stay

Beautiful suite, very clean and quiet. Breakfast was as good as any fancy restaurant, and the staff was absolutely friendly, and professional.

Rooms are good, breakfast standard. We have stayed here before. We can rely on clean and convenient.

Night in Anaheim

It was a very nice stay. the room was large and I really liked how clean and organized it was. We had a wonderful time and it is centrally located so I liked that too.

Parking does cost $10 and we only stayed 1 night but it was clean and the beds were very comfortable with a good breakfast.

Everyone was helpful, polite and made us feel welcome!

Amazing hotel!

This is our first time staying here and will definitely return. Nothing can’t beat freshly cooked hot breakfast right in front of your eyes; absolutely love the classic vibe of the property; staff were all very courteous and helpful all around. We were allowed to stay until noon without extra charge. Again, we will return without any doubt.

Best money I spent

There was construction across the facility and there was like a drilling noise from 12:00 am to 4:00 am. I did not have a good rest.

I stayed for one day after going to Disney. It’s close to Disney and easy to get there. The hotel is outdated and the room lights were on the more yellow side/dim, but the room was clean. The sheets were clean and the bed was super comfortable. I slept the whole night and usually when I stay in hotels, I can’t really sleep. They do have security around the hotel, which made me feel safe. The room was near an area where they were doing construction , so it was pretty loud around 12-2am. But if it weren’t for that, it would’ve been quiet. Would stay again.

Prime location. Walking distance to Honda Center and Angels Stadium.

Easy access to hotel. Was quiet and well appointed. Very good breakfast included with room.

The staff were very accommodating. They held our luggage while we went for a late lunch and directed us toward the lunch options.

Everything about this Hotel was excellent! The staff were unbelievably accommodating as there was night construction on the streets below so we were moved to a room with no noise. Jose and the kitchen breakfast staff were absolutely a joy to be around and the breakfast was made in front of you each day so you knew it was fresh and hot. The best experience at a hotel we've had in the U.S.A., second to none. Happy customers from Canada!

Amazing stay! Staff was welcoming and accommodating. I felt safe and well taken care of.

Breakfast was complimentary. Fresh made pan cakes, scrambled eggs, sausages and potatoes. Fresh fruit too. Definitely a plus. Was a bit noisy being near the fwy. Love the convenience near enough Disneyland. Right by the Arctic transportation center.

This hotel is one of our favorites when in Anaheim/Buena Park. From the service, to cleanliness, to the breakfast, everything is well done!

The service of the front desk staff was warm and accommodating. They were very helpful and answered all my questions without hesitation. The hotel was conveniently across from the Honda Center and they allowed me to park at the hotel even after checking out.

Rooms were super clean. Free breakfast was great that included homemade pancakes. Staff was super friendly!! Will stay here again!

I was very impressed with the breakfast. I pay attention to details, and they thought of everything. I loved that they had a lot of options. For general breakfast they had scrambled eggs/ bacon / potatoes / and some very very DELICIOUS pancakes! They also had bagels/bread/fruit/jello/cereal. A toaster/ pastries/ multiple jellys to choose from. For drinks they also had coffee/juice and tea/ milk. The lady serving the food was also a very kind person that greeted me and others with genuine smile. It was also really clean and organized. I have zero complaints. The room was also really nice and clean! I know this hotel is management by good people because there was a bible in one of the drawers. Thank you ❤️

Ok…but…

Sheets were dirty. When I tried to get Fox News on the TV, it kept taking me to CNN!

We had a great stay overall - located near where we needed to be - Chapman University.

Transit friendly location

The place was fine, actually pretty transit friendly with access to the Santa Ana Bikeway trail. the rooms were clean and spacious. There was an odd smell coming from the drain and the shower didn’t get warm in the mid morning of my first day. The breakfast was okay.

Terrible stay

It was awful. Super noisy. Bedding of first bed closest to the door was soiled. Makeup found - face make up on 1/2 of the pillow, lipstick on the comforter, hair found on comforter (dark long. I have light short and my mom has white short), and inside sheet were itchy. Later found brown stains on flat and fitted sheets. Second bed was itchy. Both my mom and I had insect bites in patches.

Stayed here to attend an Anaheim Ducks game. 5 min easy walk to the Hinda Center. Nice staff, comfy beds and linens. The early morning construction was a bit off putting. Breakfast offerings are a bit sparse. Overall a good property. I would stay her again.

I stayed here for one night to attend a concert at the Honda Center across the street & I will never stay anywhere else for a concert! It was so close to the venue and extremely convenient. Room was nice & clean, staff was friendly. I love that they have a (small) self-checkout market- came in handy when I needed water and a snack at 1 AM after the show! Will absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful if you are attending event at the Honda Centre. Included breakfast was great, especially the cook. Pool and parking lot could have been cleaner. Isolated in terms of convenience store, drinks on property very expensive. Accommodated early check in with no issue.

My husband and I stayed for one night before our Disney trip. The room was very spacious and the hot tub was great. I do wish that we didn’t have to exit the hotel to enter the pool area, but it’s not a deal breaker. Breakfast was hot and yummy. Wish there were a few more options, but it served its purpose!

The staff was accommodating to us during our LA fire evacuation, however the beds were not comfortable and there was construction outside of our room ALL NIGHT LONG. Thank goodness the evacuation order was lifted the next morning so we could leave and get away from the constant noise. We did not get any sleep and wish that we would have been informed of the construction so that we could have chosen a different property. Was just disappointing because we were stressed about the fires and tried to escape to finally get some rest and ended up being more stressed due to a lack of sleep.

Perfect location for our trip to the hockey game and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating!

Friendly staff, clean and nice breakfast.

I liked this hotel mostly. It was comfy and convenient to the honda center which is where we watched the Ducks play. My biggest complaint was the weird system where you had to leave a hotel key inserted in a master lock on the wall of some sort to have use of lights, AC, tv, etc. i have never seen anything like this before and not a fan.

Excellent Customer Service, rooms are spacious and clean; shuttle service to parks in front of hotel, breakfast is hot and the chef is great!

It is conveniently located across Honda Center, the venue of a concert we watched. Also near Anaheim Packing District where we had dinner before the show and went back for lunch the next day. Will definitely stay here again.

This property is directly across from the Honda centre and walking distance to angels stadium. We can early before check in and they lets us park our car before the afternoon hockey game which was nice. Clean room and quiet considering how close the freeway is.

First time staying here for a Disney trip. Love the low price for parking, free breakfast which was really good for hotel breakfast. Already booked another stay for a future trip.

Nice comfortable room. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the free breakfast, although that room gets packed during busy times of the year. Overall, very happy with our stay.

This is a nice clean hotel. There is very limited dining within walking distance, but if you have a car there is plenty of dining. We stayed there to walk to the Honda Center for a Hockey game. It is a GREAT location for that. THE best location for the Honda Center. $10 parking and walk to the event.

AC was broken, room was dirty and smelly probably because of allowing pets.

It was clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was awesome. Hot and fresh bacon, sausage, potato...only problem was it is very close to Honda Center. You can hear pregame noise. Very close to bus teeminal. When you are back to hotel, bus stop is front of the hotel.
