Staff needs to be trained in hotel environment

I called expedia with a complaint for booking 72971329837247, I extended my stay another night and I was told that i have to change room again, that at noon I have bring my lugage down to recepcion And wait until 3 oclock the check in time.

Very friendly people.

I really like the location, it is more low key than other parts of Medellin with a small plaza right in front and lots of local dining and shopping options nearby. The balcony rooms are spacious but the toilet could use an upgrade. The staff were very friendly and they store luggage even for extended periods of time.

el lugar no tiene ascensor, ni espejos ni aire acondicionado. Aun asi, esta en un lugar muy bueno y son esta todo limpio.

The staff was great treated us like family. Next time I travel to Medellin I will stay in this place again and recomend to other travelers. The hotel is in the nice area for dining and shopping and near the metro station.

Great location surrounded with restaurants coffee shops.Clean rooms with friendly stuff

Walking distance to metro stations and store. Staff don't speak English and communicate by Google translate. Staff helped me to book taxi.

Home sweet Home

Its Home sweet Home when in Medellin 20 plus days stay , my third stay and looking forward to the next .

property was in back conditions, our room was with no window in the bathroom, wall next to the bathroom sink with a big hole, spiders coming from open wall, the portable fan was noisy no AC, ceiling with patches, floor was dirty, bed covers all dirty, we had to go a different hotel.

Bargain hotel , noisy street , hard beds , no safe for valuables , no furniture except for 3 beds and 1 night table , bathroom is tiny , had to ask for fresh towels and linen , staff was helpful and friendly , but you get what you pay for .

My place in Medellin 😉

It was so good i cancled my reservation at a name brand hotel and stayed five nights insted of three, at half the cost of Balcones was a steal. Location close to two huge supermarket a subway stop and tons of places to eat , quiet feels safe and next to a park . Clean the entire place is been renovated room where the perfect size a small wall closet to hang one clothes and more shelves for storage than anyone could use , a large window that opens on to a internal atrium.

Lugar limpio y centrico, pero no es cómodo dormir ya que tanto el colchón como las almohadas no son confortables

Excelente servicio, personal muy amable y servicial, asusten con trasporte y todo lo que necesites. Cuartos limpios, lugar seguro

Súper tranquilo como lo esperaba, tiene lugares donde comer cerca y estación del autobús está cerca también. El personal fue muy amable y nos facilitaron mucha información oportuna sobre el lugar.
