This was our 4th time in Aya and for sure not our last time!

Lovely beachfront property. Great staff with really good service

Clean, beautiful property right on the waterfront. We had a sea view with balcony and it was absolutely stunning to see the sunset. Property had beach towels for us to use and the beach was right out front. It was quiet at night, we stayed in late september. There were lots of german people and german restaurants in this area and I could see how this area could be noisy at night during peak season.

We enjoyed the awesome room with an ocean front 5th story view of the beautiful beach. It was wonderful to hear the waves and watch the setting sun. The staff were friendly and very informative. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Excellent location right on the beach, close to the buses which run every 10 minutes. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was very welcoming. The receptionist, Aitor, was kind, helpful and friendly. Any enquiries were quickly solved and answered by him. He also provided us with personal recommendations for places to eat (outside of the hotel). The pool is a bit small but most of the time it was enough to fit everyone that wanted to swim. The beach is literally just outside the hotel, and the sunsets by the sand were gorgeous. Lots of restaurants and fast food chains at walking distance from the hotel, so meals throughout the day were never an issue. I will say, we made the mistake of not getting the all inclusive deal, as the hotel’s restaurant/bar made amazing food and the drinks were lovely too, so we ended up having to pay each time we ordered. Definitely do get an all inclusive deal if you can.

I totally enjoyed AYA Seaport Hotel. The staff was friendly. The restaurant and food were wonderful. Location is PARAMOUNT! My only issue is this is not a great place to stay for a period of time greater than a long weekend. The rooms are on the smaller side with EXTREMELY limited "closet space" or places to store clothing. I stayed on the pool view side. These rooms have a Full/Queen bed, ocean side rooms were larger but has 2 twin beds. Two people in the pool view room would be challenging. Overall, an excellent place to stay, if my issues are of little concern to you.

Well kept property

The hotel was great, however I wouldn’t have said it was a 4*. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. I stayed half board, breakfast was a standard continental and had a variety which was great. But the evening meals I found were quite bland, although it was presented well the evening dinners were of a small selection, it could have been a lot better. The area itself is heavily German influenced, this is from the various of bars to restaurants and masses of groups of them dominating the area in general which I did not expect as much as it was. Overall I did enjoy my stay and couldn’t fault the staff and it being relatively safe. However, I won’t be returning to this area of Mallorca.

I stayed in a single room at this property. The room was just the right size for one person. The staff are all multilingual and very helpful. I was able to leave my bags before I went to the airport in a safe room. The pool and outdoor facilities are gorgeous. There is free yoga and pilates. I went to the pilates class and it was great. The bus to the old town of Palma is right in front and is an easy commute. This is a big German party area, so it recommend this area for young people looking to party.

Lovely hotel and staff. Outside very noisy until the very early hours. Lots of young drunk german football fans shouting right up to 6am in the morning. Very expensive food and drink

Beautiful location right on the beach. But because of the location, hotel was noisy at times. Pool area was nice but small. Filled up quickly

There is one concern, if you have a room with a seaview, it will be noisy because the German tourists party until 5 in the morning, yelling and singing on the street in the middle of the night.

A superb hotel. First class service and excellent staff including the brilliant Aitor who was charm and humour personified. Modern shore facilities, seafront balcony, free drink on arrival, gym, jacuzzi, wet and dry saunas. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay

We had an excellent stay at AYA hotel. Its right on the beach with good connections to Palma city centre. The breakfast is nice, offering wide variety of food options. The rooms are nice clean and spacious. Staff is also very friendly and welcoming.

My stay was excellent in every way. Nothing too difficult for staff and a proactive approach to queries and requests. Excellent communicative skills between staff and clients also. Thanks to everyone at Hotel Aya.

The room was so comfortable and the view amazing. Staff were so pleasant and helpful especially assisting with a late late checkout- will definitely refer to friends and return again.

Wonderful place to stay - the staff were so welcoming and so helpful. Exceptionally clean and felt really new. Was great to split my time between the beach out front and the lovely garden/pool area out back. Fully recommend grabbing a cocktail in the bar too! Only slight downside would be that the dinner was alright as opposed to amazing (I had the half-board meal plan) but it was incredibly convenient and had a lovely view of the sunset from the restaurant.

Staff were all lovely, clean basic room, great location with beach just across the road. My only issue with this hotel is the dining area, no atmosphere for evening dining and it feels cold and clinical. Food was nice though. Would stay again but only on breakfast basis.

I enjoyed my stay in AYA sea hotel, I wish to stay longer. I was happy with my room, spacious, clean, and breakfast area had variety of food, non dairy milk which I drink, veggies & fruits for non meat choices. Staff are courteous, friendly, helpful and welcoming. I definitely will return and recommend it.

Beautiful, breezy hotel with incredible staff. I loved having a private pool to use out back, or being able to walk approximately 20 steps directly out the front door and onto the beach. Only disappointed that we didn’t end up trying the on-site restaurant. Gorgeous property; I would stay here again.

It's a lovely hotel, bright and clean. All of the staff are really helpful and the breakfast was fantastic - great choice. The area is quite noisy with lots of german tourists on stag/hen dos. It's easy to get to Palma 2E on the bus and it takes about half an hour

This was a great hotel for our stay. They have great features and were very helpful in all languages. They had a pool and a very nice quiet back yard pool bar. They were right on the beach. It was a great place to be.

Views are stunning as it’s sea side. Dinner is delicious however breakfast needs more choices.

Very easy check in, friendly staff. Breakfast was great, lots of options. The rooms were nice and clean, although curtains had some stains. The balcony with partial sea view was amazing. The bathrooms and toilets were clean however be aware, they are a bit transparent so not too ideal if you are with friends.

Wonderful, clean well provisioned Hotel excellent customer care and service , gym facility could be enlarged and an overhaul of plunge pool , but overall a delightful stay , highly recommended

The room is renovated but not well designed. They only renovated parts of the hotel so it feels quite weird with a lot of blank spaces in the common area and the back of the hotel and pool look dated. There is quite a lot mold in the shower area from under the shower glass door to the ceiling. You can’t open the door fully as the smoke detector is in the way! There are ants in the room too. Staffs are nice and helpful. Location is right across to the beach in a busy party area and convenient, but restaurants aren’t particularly great nearby though plenty of options.

The beach is right in front of the hotel and the bus stop into town is only about a block away. The hotel itself was nice enough. Comfortable bed, slightly cramped space but the balcony was enjoyable. Dining hours in the hotel are somewhat limited.

Really good hotel - not too big, high quality, quiet, nice rooms although rather odd shower in the middle of 1 room - but all worked fine. The other rooms had better layout. Lovely views from beach and side beach rooms. Would definitely return

It was a good stay.

The overall aesthetics of the hotel was good. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. My room was very tiny even for a single room, but being on the top floor/corner room compensated for it. Breakfast bar has extensive items and the service was good.

Nice clean hotel right on the beach front, lots of bars and restaurants along the promenade which stretches a good mile or so. Bike rentals nearby and we biked all the way in to Palma which took about 50mins along a dedicated cycle path which is great to do. This area appears to be enjoyed mainly by German holidaymakers or was so when we stayed in early Sept and seems to be a bit like Magaluf but we really enjoyed it and would return again.

Not impressed

The housekeeping was less than satisfactory. First the rooms are dated. But the worst part is when the housekeeping decided to just hang the old dirty towels we left on the floor for her as if they were changed. Then the room was completely avoided the following day . Not good service. The front desk was helpful and tried to accommodate so that was nice.

Nice hotel on the beach with relatively good prices. Staff was nice and pleasant to deal with. The only downside is the the shower is actually in the room (with tinted glass.) So weird - never seen that before.

The hotel is in a good location, right across the street you have access to the beach. The property is old, amenities limited, really needs to be updated. The fridge was leaking and did lot function at all. No coffee machine or iron in the room. The first time we asked our room to be cleaned, no shampoo, shower gel or soap was replaced and our room was hardly touched. We complained and the next time our room was cleaned properly. No parking on site. In order to get a towel, you have to leave a 10 euro deposit and you aren’t guaranteed a towel, we left a deposit but they ran out of towels for the day and we weren’t able to get a towel until the next day. When we asked about the reason why there are no towels, we were told that the hotel was going to purchase more next month, which did not help us. One employee did not want to give us a mask because he said, “masks are only for employees.” Beds are uncomfortable.

resido en Colombia y viajaba hacia españa hice una reserva en el hotel y por orden gubernamental, a partir del 27 de julio fueron cerradas las fronteras de españa para los colombianos y por ende no pude viajar. Es increíble de parte de ustedes que no sean capaces de hacernos al menos un crédito con el hotel para utilizar en otra ocasión cuando la razon por la que no estamos viajando es de fuerza mayor independientemente de si reservamos con o sin cancelación. No estamos pidiendo que nos hagan un reembolso, estamos pidiendo que sean humanos… Hablanos con varias oerdonsd que trabajan en el hotel y a nunguni le importó no fueron capaced de ayudarnos y perdimos la plata del hotel. Pesimo servicio, pesimo atencion al cliente, lo que les importa es hacer plata y mas nada no les importa que el cliente quede contento y quiera volver

Very nice location. Also the hotel is neat and people are welcoming. Public bus are like 1-2 mins walk from hotel to go to port de soller and valldemosa. Also breakfast is fresh and tastes good! Will stay again.

Great property Great staff

From the moment we arrived we were impressed with the condition of the property and helpfulness of the staff. They accommodated our party nicely - check in was quick and our rooms were clean and in good repair. They even gracefully opened the breakfast early for us as we had a flight to catch.The views from our rooms were spectacular.

The hotel staff was very accommodating and the location was exactly what we were looking for! Also had an amazing massage! Didn't think the breakfast was a good value, but it was nice to have it available.

We had an issue with our room one night which was beyond the hotels control. They made an outstanding effort to ensure that we were looked after and solved the issue. Cannot praise the management and staff highly enough. Thank you for a great holiday.

The room is sparkling clean. The panoramic is amazing. The male staff in this hotel are very nice and helpful.

This place was immaculate.r Friendly staff at as soon as I walked in. The room was spacious nice air con. Shower:bathroom was good. The location is central. Little noise from the street below but it’s expected as it’s a popular night life area. Breakfast spread was fantastic. I would stay again.

Loved it!

What started as a rough start became a great stay. When we checked in, we found there was no Wi-fi and some other problems with our room. Thankfully, the following day, we were given a new room, with a better view and everything in working order. The staff was friendly. They even helped me celebrate my birthday. Everything we wanted was in walking distance and having the beach right across the street is always a plus.

If you like to party, this hotel is for you

Location right on the beach is convenient if you're looking to party, but in general the area is overrun with drunk teenagers. When we booked we were not familiar with the area. If you're looking for a quiet, family friendly environment, try Port de Soller. Check-in was simple, the hotel itself was clean, the staff relatively helpful. The breakfast was good, but prepare to see the exact same foods every single day. Make sure to leave the beach strip if you want delicious local foods. Walking just 5 minutes outside of the touristy area yielded far better food options.

Schönes Hotel, nette Mitarbeiter/innen in allen Bereichen. Frühstück ausreichend, Abendessen ala carte. Wer das hotel bucht muss wissen, dass es abends/nachts etwas lauter werden kann wenn die Feierwütigen nach Hause kommen. Wellnessbereich ok aber müsste mal erneuert werden, vor allem der Wirlpool. Alles in allem sehr gut und die Lage perfekt.

Perfekte Lage, direkt am Strand

Sehr schönes Hotel, super und tolles Frühstücksbuffet, hat von allem etwas. Zimmer sehr schön, hatten Zimmer mit Aussicht aufs Meer. Alles rundum gut bis auf die Toilette im zimmer, diese lässt von "Geräuschen" her sehr wenig Privatsphäre zu.

The Location was very helpful and the room was very modern. On the other Hand the beds we're not fixed and rolled away. This was the only anoying thing.

Tolles und gastfreundliches Hotel. Die Mitarbeitenden waren immer freundlich und hilfreich. Besonders überrascht war ich von dem Frühstück und Abendessen. Ganz anders als erwartet war das Abendessen kein Buffet sondern ein Restaurant mit Karte, welches eine tolle Terrasse mit direktem Blick auf das Meer hatte.

Die Einteilung des Zimmers bzw. das WC ist nicht optimal.

Alles perfekt! Nur die Tür zur Toilette in den Zimmern ist ein Witz. Etwas mehr Privatsphäre in der Toilette wäre schon angebracht.
