Convenient location
Perfect location for all of the tourist sites. Great rooms and friendly staff.
Great views
Great location, close to centre, buses and sightseer bus stopped outside hotel. Great view of the mountains from the room and breakfast was vast. Hotel was very clean. Staff were not as welcoming as other hotels i have stayed in, however, they were very professional and efficient at check in and check out, and were very helpful with any queries, which is what is important to us. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. All round a great stay with no complaints.
Very nice but we couldn’t turn off the heat in winter
Perfect location! I recommend to anyone staying in the Innsbruck area
Great place as a homebase in Innsbruck
Clean, quiet, comfortable, friendly staff Very accommodating
50/50
Good location, spacious rooms. About a 10 minute walk into town and right opposite the station. Quiet hotel, very quiet rooms. Didn’t love the interior upstairs much, felt very hospital like. Good view of the mountains. Big negative point was We stayed for 3 nights and there was no housekeeping to clean our room a single day besides on the 1st day when we asked a few times for someone to clear the bins. We mentioned the rest of the days before leaving for someone to clean but nothing was done on any of the days. The dust that gathered around the room was horrible - not good for my 2 year old who loves playing on the floor! This was a big negative point. The rooms should be cleaned frequently, especially when we ask for it! No houskeeping meant no tea/coffee refill, no bins emptied!
It's away from the town, quiet area. Service and staff are ok, very ordinary. Not very welcoming, no smiles. Room is spacious but lighting is not very bright.
Great property in a central location within walking distance to the old town and great location close to Alpenzoo and Top of Innsbruck. Parking at the property was very good too so if you’re driving I would definitely recommend the hotel.
A Christmas like No Other
An amazing hotel with a really good value for morning right next to the funicular station to go up the mountain Hungerburg. The breakfast, bar and room of this hotel is beyond compare. Such a fantastic experience, we spontaneously decided to stay an additional night for an Austrian Christmas. Bare in mind, during christmas its a 3 day shutdown of everything, save a few that is open for business. It was a wonderful magical christmas out to see the beauty of the snow capped mountains without needing to hike for miles. If you are lucky, you can get rooms facing the mountain itself.
Had a great stay!
I was disappointed that having asked for a room with two single beds for myself and my daughter we were put in a double room. When I asked to change we were moved to another room but this also turned out to have a double bed. This meant a third trip to reception before it was finally sorted. On top of this I cannot understand why hotels gave bathrooms and toilet both open to view through a glass door. First room was transparent and second room was clouded glass but door didn’t shut properly. Why anyone thinks there’s a need to have an open way to view anyone’s actions in the toilet is beyond me specially after you’ve let them know you’re with one of your children. Overall the hotel is on a great location. Is good value but the breakfast was massively over priced and so were the drinks. The other failings meant I didn’t rate the hotel that highly.
Clean and safe property— very nice and enjoyed my stay. The staff was welcoming and friendly
Had a hard time finding the place as the street lighting in the area is woefully inadequate. Got to the hotel around 6pm and only one outdoor light was on. If it wasn't for google maps I might still be looking for it. Hotel and room feel like an office building with no soft lighting or furnishings. Room was clean and a decent size however. Underground parking was convenient but again, hard to find. Hotel is a good 10-15 minute walk to anything and the area is near pitch black at night. The only good thing about the location is the tram stop across the street to take you up the mountain. Hotel was not overly expensive so I guess you get what you pay for. Would not recommend this hotel. Spend a bit more money and stay somewhere else.
This was our favourite hotel from our trip. It is about a 15 minute walk into the old town but it's through a lovely park along the river. The staff were really friendly and helpful and went above and beyond! Very cosy room especially in the winter!
Very nice place. Quiet with a beautiful view. Convenient if you are taking the cable car up the mountain. Unfortunately, it was closed for maintenance for about 3 weeks while we were there.
The hotel was very clean. I also loved that the chairs were located right by the window and we could sit and look out at the mountain. Loved the location.
Nice location and facilities
Excellent service and facilities.
Clean hotel in an upmarket area. Dining options near the hotel are few and the hotel restaurant has limited menu options.
Nice place with great location and very friendly and helpful staff
Nice modern hotel
We had a great time it is walkable to old town
Excellent hotel, recommend to all.
Incredible hotel, with incredible staff, from the front desk, to the bartender and the restaurant. We also enjoy a great meal in the restaurant. Thank you!
Modern, clean, and close to old tpwn.
Very nice hotel, with comfortable rooms, in a convenient location. Highly recommended!
The place was excellent! Very comfortable rooms.
All good
The location was nice and the orientation was overlooking a very quaint looking village. They handled a misassignment of our room by putting us in a better room. promptly. Or room was ready and were allowed to reach the room early which was nice. The property was very clean and the staff were charming., Breakfast was outstanding.
Fantastic place for the price. Under 10 minute scenic walk to old town. Funicular to mountain top right across the street. Big super market right next to the hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
Great base for business or sightseeing
Easy Check in Friendly staff Parking on site Comfortable Quiet
There is no air conditioning as advertised. Moved rooms 3 times and still did not get it right. Had 2 separate twin beds as opposed to a king bed as promised.
The location across from the river is lovely - mountain views from the rooms. Easy short walk to the historic center and even the railway station (less than a mile). Bikes available. We will come back to this hotel - we have stayed in others in Innsbruck and really like the Congress. Also a good full breakfast is included.
perfect area, you have a Billa near the hotel, also a lot of options for movility
Good location, easy walking distance to main attractions. Staffs are nice and friendly.
This was a great hotel. It was affordable, but really nice. The spa amenities are beautiful and the staff was so welcoming.
Comfortable
Our stay was good, comfortable.
Comfortable hotel in good location.
Clean rooms, walkable to restaurants, Innsbruck square and shopping
Right across from the Top of Innsbruck rail. The staff was extremely friendly.
Love the hotel and the service. However i think the business should place more than one person on the counter during high traffic check-in time so the guest do not overbearing the only person that's delivering the check-in service.
Great place and location

Road Trip
Lovely hotel in central Innsbruck, 10 mins to centre
I would give the hotel 5 stars if it had laundry onsite. It says on Expedia that the hotel has laundry but it does not.
The reception lady (with dark hair) and reception manager lady (without glasses) behaved with us with very unfriendly, Frowning, arrogant and unwelcome approach. Moreover, We were group of 12 person with 6 rooms and one room was the AC not working, light problems (room# 104) and the reception ladies didnt accept to change the room and said we have to stay till next day to change. We will not stay there again because of them and their behaviour. Was Very bad experience.
reception ladies were arrogant and unproffesional

Nice big modern hotel with good size rooms. Nice quiet location. Easy walk into old town. Very hard working receptionist. Very helpful and polite staff member at breakfast but outside tables not cleared. Nice bar. Good receptionists.
Efficient and friendly staff. Nice large modern room. Lovely breakfast including fresh pineapple. 20 min walk into old town by the beautiful river.
Perfect place to stay in Innsbruck. The hotel is light, modern & clean & the staff are very helpful. Breakfast not included in room rate as standard but that allows you to try different places so it’s fine. Also there’s a supermarket down the next side street so you can stock up cheaply. I had the hotel breakfast & it was good & well stocked - fresh fruit, cereals, pastries, bread, ham & cheese, bacon, eggs & sausages. The plates are small but you can go back for more & it allows you to have a varied breakfast. The coffee is excellent too. I was in room 105 & it was perfect for my needs - a good size, clean, plenty of towels, a double shower & nice smellies provided. Could see the mountains (& the supermarket!) from my room. The bed was large & comfy & the air con worked well. There’s also a very nice & spacious wellness area downstairs with a sauna, steam room, infra red room & showers. The gym is also there - very small but enough kit to do a basic routine. Best of all for me was the hotel location - less than 10 mins walk to the Congress centre & the old town & railway/cable cars to the top of Innsbruck mountain range. The latter is literally right opposite the hotel on the other side of the road & the bridge a little further down to the left (across to the brightly coloured houses on the other side of the river Inn) is the start of a trail up the fountain if you prefer to hike it. Overall a very nice hotel in a great location for business travellers or tourists.
Room is excellent and with coffee maker and refrigerator in the room. Transport is across the hotel.
Innsbruck
Austria Trend Hotel Congress Innsbruck is a hotel that I have visited several times before. It is a nice and clean hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean and offered a sufficient amount of towels. The bed was comfortable with enough pillows. The parking is possible in a garage under the hotel with direct access to the hotel by elevator. There is Eurospar next to the hotel. The hotel is close to Hofburg and the cable car 🚠 Innsbrucker Nordkettenbahnen Betriebs GmbH (Nordkette). I will stay in the hotel again when I am in Innsbruck.
Location was amazing grocery store shares parking lot. Was access to needs. Across the street to top of Innsbruck tram stop able to buy ticket from front desk.
Great all around
Nice hotel , seemed dated but quite clean . Solid 4 star hotel
1 night stay
The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Very modern rooms and bathrooms. I wished we had longer than 1 night here. Location was great - about 15 minute walk from the old town and close to restaurants.
Very nice hotel. Very clean and has beautiful views of the mountains. Our room was very large and had everything we needed. Nice staff that made us feel at home. Convenient location very close to the train that goes to the top of Innsbruck.
Lovely breakfast, shame about the housekeeping
Excellent breakfast and staff all very friendly. Housekeeping was terrible. Our room didn't get cleaned at all one day, and only got cleaned in a very perfunctory way the others (bed not made, floor not cleaned, consumables not replaced). We had to ask for a bath mat, more toilet roll and tea bags. These things shouldn't happen!
Great views
Modernly and beautifully decorated spacious room. Great location close to town and mountains
Noisy at times but facility clean and staff pleasant
So close to old town easy walk, has nice gardens nearby no doubt comfortable area. Would Highly recommend this Hotel with a magnificent view of the mountains. This is my 3rd time in Innsbruck & such a beautiful City, so I suggest spend a little more money & enjoy!
Nice stay
Clean comfy room. Short walk to the old town and restaurants. Easy parking on site. Room had a fridge and a safe.
Clean, modern hotel in great location.
We booked the triple room which had a double/queen bed and a sofa bed. Both beds were very comfortable! The hotel was extremely clean and in a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Very good hotel. Excellent service. Great breakfast. Very clean and safe. Just excellent.
Although we are expedia gold members, not only have we not been upgraded, but instead of double bed we got a room with two single bed and they said the hotel is fully booked and they can't change it. Also, the dining room was dirty and the walls in the room were old with stains.
Good location, staff was very friendly. Walkable to town and train station. Breakfast very expensive when compared with option elsewhere.
Wonderful stay
Stayed here for a few nights, so I was able to get a couple of days skiing in with some friends. Staff were helpful, friendly and polite. Hotel was clean and we had a lovely view of the mountains. Just outside was a bus stop that took you straight to the glacier! That was really handy for some decent snow and getting that skiing fix! Great location, probably only a ten minute walk to get into town. Zoo really easy to access and the top of Nordkette.
Large room
Large room in a quiet area close to everything. Nice desk for qprking and plenty of available powerpoints. A short walk to the old town and innsbruck Messe station. I had a wonderful view from my room.
Nice hotel in Innsbruck.
Very nice and friendly hotel in Innsbruck.
Great location
A great hotel, opposite the funicular and 10 minutes walk to the Christmas market and old town. Great staff, very helpful
Innsbruck
Superb hotel in a beautiful location.
Our stay here was AMAZING! Walkable to the main Innsbruck area and we felt safe as two American girls wandering the streets :) There was a sauna at the hotel too which we made sure to use since we visited in cold January! Highly recommend
Mountain View.
Fabulous hotel with wonderful views and walkable to the old town. Bedrooms were slightly too warm for my liking but still 5 stars.
It is a good and high standard hotel with clean and quiet rooms. Overall we had a nice stay in the hotel. The only thing that I deem too expensive is the breakfast with EUR 24 per person.
Ideally situated 5 minute walk to the old town. Staff friendly and helpful. Beds comfortable. Best night sleep in years. Views of mountains stunning. Shop next door. felt exceptionally safe. Did not want to come home\1
Good location and value for money
The hotel is quite comfortable with reasonable size and clean. The location is good as it takes only 10mins walk to the Old Town City
Great location, friendly staff, super recommended
Excellent stay just near the city centre
The stay was excellent with all the amenities. Highly recommended if you don't want to stay in the heart of city centre but not too far from the city centre (10-15 min walking time).
Standard business hotel, don't expect anything fancy but was satisfied with my stay.
Good location to Nordkette
If you plan to go to Nordkette, the location of the hotel is perfect. You just need to cross the road to go to the funicular station to Alpine Zoo and Nordkette. But, it’s not very close to the city center. You have to take bus there or walk 10-15 minutes. There’s also a supermarket next to it. It’s decent for its price.
Good service although it was very busy and a few staff and long waits. All amenities well provided, convenient location
Great breakfast!
Clean rooms and decent breakfast.
Andy was wonderful and all staff as well.
Good facilities horrible humiliating checkout
Good location not too far out of town, nice facilities. The bathroom is a glass box in the room but luckily they have tiled it so you don't see in. The light does shine in the room as the top is glass. The shower is open so water goes all over the floor.Do not drink the small water in the fridge it costs 2.8€. I paid for my stay through hotels.com several weeks prior to coming. At check out after 3 nights they claimed my card was no good that I needed to pay? I had not provided a card. They would not accept my receipt as proof of payment. I guess they thought i was lying? That I was a thief? Was I forging receipts? Evidently there was an issue charging Expedia's virtual card which they provide the hotel after receiving my payment. They tried to get me to pay for a second time with another card, my own personal card! Finally they reran the Mastercard card Expedia gave them (not connected to me) which looks like a regular card in the system. By this time I had missed my bus. It was pouring down rain and I had to run over 1 to catch my train with my luggage. They could not have cared less about this horrible inconvience. They still seemed convinced I was wrong and was trying to avoid payment!!!! Awful feeling and experience to be treated like a criminal because your system ran a major corporations card wrong? I am "platinum" but could not get abyone on the phone at Hotels.com to help me.
Smelly sink
Love the size of the room and view of the mountain from there. There’s a smell from the sink everytime I turn on the tap that stinks . Goes away after while but returns thereafter. Bathtub water takes a long time to drain . Breakfast was good and short walk from the old town with a supermarket next door
All good
Great area away from downtown but close enough to visit.
Nice place, great location, good value, excellwnt staff
Kind staff. Great bed… slept well.
Very good breakfast, lots of options, fresh and tasty fruit. Very good and quick service, drinks bar open quite late.
We always stay here when we visit Innsbruck. It's close walking distsnce to Altstadt, clean, modern, staff is very friendly and helpful. Recommend to all my friends in the States!
Like convenient location. Don’t like room service for not provide new towels on the second day.
Nice modern hotel
Very good maintained hotel. Breakfast was wonderful.
Hotel was really nice, staff was friendly and efficient. Great spacious room, clean and comfortable beds. Enjoyed some refreshments in the lobby! Within walking distance to groceries, restaurants and shops. Underground parking was great despite the construction around the building.
Excellent stay
We came into Innsbruck by train and got a taxi to hotel. There is a bus that stops at front of hotel. Hotel was lovely inside. We had a big room and even bigger bathroom than normal. Everythinhg was perfect except for thin bath towels. Room was cleaned daily and was spotless. We had a safe, tea & coffee and a mini fridge. When you walk out of hotel and turn right there is a supermarket! When you turn left it is a short walk past the gardens into the old town. Great location and staff at reception and at the bar very friendly and helpful.
We really liked this place. The bed was very comfortable and appreciated the extra pillows. Breakfast included lots of options. Location was great for walking to the major attractions.
It was very clean and check in and check out were super quick and easy.
Overall a great hotel and location. The air conditioning was under powered.
