Very clean and comfortable and in a quiet location. It's my "go to" place when I visit Auckland.

Very clean and quiet. Great location. Comfortable bed. Would definitely stay there again.

I've stayed here before hence why I stayed a second time. Seems to me like the owner has changed and standard down a tad on previous stay. Like outside door lock was loose, just needed a screwdriver but not addressed during my stay.

Easy to find. Just off the motorway. Quiet, clean and kitchen was excellent for to cook our meals. Reception staff were very helpful . Thank you

Convenient location

Good convenient location, value for money

Clean and convenient motel. In lovely residential area. Short walk to supermarket. Would have appreciated a place to sit outside.

Great base near Ascot hospital

Stayed here for 5 nights. Clean and tidy unit with cooking facilities and easy parking right outside your door. It’s on a side street off Greenlane which was very quiet but with easy access to Remuera and the motorway. 5 minute walk to Ascot hospital - perfect base if you’re needing to be close to loved ones in hospital. Price was also very reasonable

Bedspreads were disgustingly filthy and stained. Microwave door smeared with food. Corners of floor in bathroom dusty. Bed wasn’t great.

Clean and cook top available even. Everything you need. Close to Ascot private hospital. Perfect.

Ideal location for the purpose of our visit to Auckland Great kitchen facilities and and sleeping layout. Will certainly stay again.

Unexpected stay

My stay was day of unexpected hospital recuperation. Although it wasn't planned, I was well looked after. The management offered help in any way I needed. They were truly a blessing.

Convenient to Ascot Hospital

I needed a place to stay before & after an overnight stay in the Ascot hospital. This motel was perfect walking distance and close to restaraunts before my check-in (the next day) and also the following day (after the overnight surgery day)

There was no milk in the fridge for coffee.

For the price it’s what I’d expect some areas not cleaned as well as they could’ve been, bed was pretty hard but over all good value for money

Great position close to the motorway - but still very quiet. Easy walk to Remuera shops. Motel unit pretty standard but could not fault cleanliness and general comfort. Definitely recommend.

Decent place and room but had multiple roaches the moment I waked in the door. I bagged one in a clear garbage bag to show the manager. There were two others in the room as well. Manager refused to move me rooms and could not refund me. Instead showed up with a can of raid and sprayed the room. The room then smelled of the spray all night and I had to keep my stuff isolated and some things in the car to prevent infestation. Would not return. If the property didn’t have a bug problem everything else would have been fine.

Great location. On a quiet street and only a 2-3min safe walk to Ascot Hospital. I missed having a clock radio, bedside lamp, wine glass etc. Pretty basic but value for money. Lovely lady in the office.

Nice and clean, good position for our visit to Auckland Food Show at ASB show ground. Had just about everything we wanted (no oven), nice big fridge/freezer.

Location was excellent, very close to the train station. The room was good, warm, quiet, it all worked well. We parked in front of our room. I would certainly return and recommend.

9 out of 10 for the accommodation. Comfortable, clean, the service, everything was fine but for one VERY small issue. The lock on the door needs attention, when leaving the room for any reason unattended the lock on the front door is quite difficult to engage when in a hurry. If not for that, 10 out of 10.

Perfect location to Ascot hospital, easy 3min walk. Supermarket and petrol close by. Clean and comfortable.

We only stayed one night but the room was scruffy, the bedspread appeared to have never been washed. There was an overwhelming perfume smell which permeated all our luggage and clothing. TV was small and only had free to air channels. The entrance way was very slippery when wet, and given we were unloading in the rain I slipped twice. Compared to other motels in the area this one was overrated, smelt, was filthy and over priced.

Easy to find, good parking and modern room

Very convenient for Greenlane Medical Buildings without the high hotel prices. Room was very clean and warm. No hesitation to stay there again, should the need arise.

Great location, unit had everything we needed. Was clean and comfortable.

The apartment was spacious and spotless. Kitchen was well equiped & with a supermarket a 2 minute drive away meant we could cook for ourselves rather than eat out. A big saving when travelling. Bed was comfortable - not too soft. Bathroom was large, clean & modern. Single ply toilet paper & loose toilet seat the only downers. There was no traffic noise even tho we were only 200-300 metres from the motorway. Phoenix Palm motel is a big plus for us.

Very very quiet, shower pressure very low, lots of ants on bench, couldnt get front door to lock, hook that holds up curtain up was broken, sky is great, room can be serviced on request towels etc are left in room for all of your stay

Considering the location, we found it very quite and peaceful. Nice management, has all that we needed. Good price. Shower ran hot and cold a bit and the mattress protectors and white hand towel needed a deep clean as they were stained. Minor issues, overall a good place to stay.

Surprised we didn't get a shampoo or conditioner - as we counted on that for our short stay. But did like the complementary hand soap and wash. It was warm and quiet - perfect for what we wanted.

Arrived early, but they were happy for us to come in, spashious room, great high pressure shower, nice and warm and cozy, walking distance to the hospital will definitely be wanting to book again when we come back in August.

Proximity to the Mercy Hospital was key for us and this fitted well.

The bed was stained on the side and very uncomfortable. The shower head was broken, blind was also broken. No milk provided in fridge for coffee or tea. Room not serviced or bed made during the stay.

Very clean, comfortable, convenient and well-equipped. Great value for money and highly recommend!

Very quiet. Great location. Big sized rooms with basic kitchen supplies. Our real issue was the air con needs servicing. It made a huge gurgling type sound periodically and even a long time after turning it off. So loud you could not sleep with it on. Have let the property know and I am sure they will rectify the issue. I have been to this property a number of times and will return thou. Good value for money…. Thou not this time with the AC sadly.

The overall feel of the room was pleasant, could have done with an extra clean. The shower had remnants of black mold around the bottom seals. Bed cover was stained but I took that off. Scuff marks on the wall and door could have easily been wiped off. No instruction has to where to leave the key, but these things, apart from the bed cover (yuck) are all cosmetic. Could do with more comfortable beds though. Nice and close to the venue that I was attending and a 10 minute walk to Greenlane shops.

Good clean motel with a nice kitchen and all kitchenware was good quality, but the bathroom towels was not good it’s very old shouldn’t be given to the guests

Handy location, helpful staff, comfy beds, well equipped, quiet, sapacious. Bed spreads a bit tired and walls need a wipe and room could do with a good dust. Otherwise fine for our stop over in Auckland. Good value for money.

Very good value for money. Walking distance to the Remuera shops and supermarket. Had everything we needed. The owners were accommodating and allowed us to pay a bit extra for a 3pm checkout.

We had a late check in which was no issue. Clean and quiet with a yard area at the back of the unit's which was nice. The only negative was the beds werent overly comfortable.

Close to were I was going to, and easy to find. There was no road noise, and the bed was comfortable.

Nice place to stay

Sky TV channels were limited. Knowledge of the surrounding area was poor. When asked if there were restaurants they could recommend close by they suggested google?? Otherwise it was comfortable, clean and tidy.

every thing was good ,other than the bed cover they looked oldand discolored and one had a dirty mark on it ,ohter than that they were good ,units were very clean ,

The Family room was very nice and the kitchenette is well equiped too . The parking is easy inside the motel with number allowed for each room .

great stay withing walking distance of Ellerslie racecourse. Quiet at night which was great after a long trip from Taranaki. Have booked another 2 nights & will probably stay again

Beautiful, very clean property. Take Uber to go around the Auckland. It take $15-$25 NZ money for 1way n depends on the day n time of travel
