Amazing place to stay and the service is the absolute best!

The renovated room are beautiful with more than adequate lighting. Bathrooms are spacious. Water pressure in main shower head left something to be desired annd valet parking was unavailable after 10pm despite an exorbitant resort fee—otherwise a genuine 4-star experience.

We've stayed at Atlantis many times over the years. This stay was in one of their updated rooms. Housekeeping came in each day, actually cleaned, and the entire hotel floor was clean. The last time we stayed it wasn't as well kept, so there was definitely a change for the better. Many hotels have gone downhill since covid shutdowns and it was great to see one making a come back and an effort in taking care of their facilities.

We stayed in one of the new renovated rooms. It was very nice but the walls are very thin. We could hear the person next to us yawning at 4:30am. The steak house restaurant was amazing

I was disappointed that they didn’t offer the dining credit just because I booked through Expedia. There was ads upon ads on their social media about all the benifits but when I went to the concierge I was denied and all because I didn’t book directly through them. I understand that they have to make their money but after spending 700.00 on my room and another 600.00 between food and a little bit of gambling I felt like I was taken advantage of. I wish this was a place I could recommend. The place is beautiful, the front desk woman who checked me in was amazing but due to the fact it felt like a cash grab in the slow season I was sad to say my money felt ill spent.

Late night check in done quickly. Desk attendant was friendly and helpful. Calkedfrom tge airport at midnight for shuttle and staff made sure we made it to the hotel safely.

Staff and service is always great, they clean the room everyday which we appreciate! The water pressure could be stronger, otherwise it was great!

We love the indoor atrium pool, the buffet, and the Purple Parrot restaurant! My kids love the kid games and my parents have fun at the slots. Atlantis always offers a peaceful and relaxing getaway for my family.

So let me be clear this place was pretty awesome but after our issues the first night with our neighbors be loud and disruptive to which the front desk did nothing to help after the price we paid was one of the reasons I had to drop the rating! Room was nice minus the bed was one of the worst beds I’ve ever tried to sleep on it was awful! The room its self was very nice though! Then our last night we ate a toucan Charlie’s this was our worst decision of our entire trip! The service we received was like I was at an over night dennys the most unprofessional team from the waiters who lie and the manager who is a know it all could care less about you type of person! Food awful no drink refills because your waiter is too busy talking with a couple tables in his section and ignoring the rest. Asked for a refund after not eating more than 3 bites on my First plate and getting one soda and no refills mind you for 60 bucks and I was told no refunds because the waiter who payed absolutely no attention to me or my wife told the manager a complete lie and said he saw me eat multiple plates and he brought me multiple drinks. I truly would tell you go to the grand. Buffet if you wanted treated and served better! We won’t ever stay there again we will go to The pepper mill or somewhere else!

The room is large, clean, and modern. The view is nice. Easy access to freeway and restaurant. Lots of parking spaces in front of the hotel.

Nice hotel sit alone all by itself near Walmart and many stores. Indoor pool good for little kids to kill time. Buffet over weekend has very long line, easily 1 hour wait. Make reservations online from the website will help a lot. Room is nice but shower room needs to have shower head replaced, one of the worst set up and bad water pressure. Some better pillows will be great too.

Property,was nice ,but I didn't get a king size room as I had reserved with expedia At check in they told they didn't have king size rooms,soI accepted two queen beds .and in the room there was baby pacifier on the carpet by one of the beds,and also the toilet paper that was stocked in the bathroom was more than half used!??

Needs deep cleaning Rm 746

As first time family trip stay in Atlantis room is not the greatest. Our room needs deep cleaning, dusty all over, walls has stained, dirty carpet, our bathroom ventilation not working, shower head are so strong ( no adjustments pressure) that my little girl will not shower instead she did bath. Phones are also dirty . Needs deep cleaning and you have to pass the casino to get to the parking lot, restaurants and smell cigarettes all over which are very bad for the family who don’t smoke at all. Will not stay here again.

Booked a King Deluxe room expecting a standard king bed, but we received a California King instead. It would have been helpful if this detail had been clarified in advance. Other than that, the stay was as expected and pretty standard.

Nice but not great!

Room and amenities were updated and great. Hotel does not supply shampoo or small necessities. Cigarette smoke is still strong in the non smoking newly remodeled rooms.

Purple restaurant was a good choice for dinner. We enjoyed the indoor pool and the concierge lounge (extra charge but worth it) We had a great room renew with shower (not bathtub) and stunning view on the mountains. Staff where friendly and helpful.

We have been a week with the worst wifi ever, not been even able to download a simple video, not to mention streaming was not possible at all. The. wait time at the dinner buffet on New Year's Eve was nearly 2 hours. There is a simple and effective solution to avoid this pain to customers, and it's called RESERVATIONS

Loved the Sky Terrace and the sushi bar!!! Chefs were fabulous!!! Very clean casino, but a fan of the cigarette smoke.

Our 2nd or 3rd stay at Atlantis. Still a decent place though a few items could use improvement. For ex., the usb chargers outlet next to the TV were not working so I'll have to charge via laptop and leave it on. The switch for the lamp by the beds is semi-broken. We didn't call in to get have it replaced since we're out most days skiing and if you keep turning it, it'll get back the clicks. Beds and pillows are good since I'm particular on pillows to be able to sleep. Wifi is horrendously slow for the price you pay with the resort fee. It is still the same as it was on the past. Don't call it high speed wifi when it's actually molasses-speed. It's like the olden internet days waiting for an image to load and you can notice the image slowly loading.

Love the atmosphere and design. Kids love the indoor pool.

Convenient airport shuttle option. Room was nice, but it was challenging to get the water hot in the shower without a lot of manipulation and adjustments. Did manage to find one spot (2nd floor) to sit that wasn't smoky which was nice. "Smoke free" casino areas were not very smoke free.

I stay at about 30/40 hotels a year from budget hotels to nice resorts, most are fine, but occasionally I have a really good experience and this was one of them. I travel a lot for work and since I don't have much of a home life, and stuck away for Christmas eve and Christmas day I splurged for the room with the bar in it and access to the club bar on the upper floor. The room was spacious, well decorated, well appointed, decent sound deadening quality, (and the hotel was crowded that night so the sound deadening was well tested) and the room HVAC system had easy to adjust temperature settings, maintained consistent temperatures and quite operations. The bathroom was also was perfectly designed with good room to move around, toilet at the right height, (I'm 5'9 so inbetween most female and male height) decent shower pressure and quick temperature adjustment. Bench in shower makes it easier for people to shave legs and to properly wash their feet, if so desired. I ordered room service both nights and the food was quick and delicious, and moderately priced. The upper floor bar had tasty hors d'oeuvres, good wine, and beautiful views of the city. The gym was also well appointed with a good array of cardio and muscle training machines to get a full body work out. No free weight bench but two good quality benches with dumbells up to 50lbs. All the machines were both good quality and in good working order. Finally, parking was easy and Casino was fun.

The Atlantis is always been our favorite place to stay when we go to Reno. This one day trip was great overall however our room was all wet from the ground because the upstairs bathroom or tub not sure was leaking and soaking in through the roof. We called the front desk told them the situation and right away they gave us a different room. Which was great how fast they took control of the situation! Thank you Atlantis!

I was there around 2:45 PM she’s checked me in but told to wait for the rooms became available, and it’s not even that busy, we sat there wait until 4:00 PM we was tired, than I went up told the girl we’re going to a different casino then she gave me the rooms…. I wil never go to this casino again.

This hotel is a good stay compared to your options in downtown Reno. The hotel is clean, there are enough food options and overall it was a comfortable stay. Parking is free. While Reno is overall disappointing the quality from this hotel approaches the quality of hotels in South Lake Tahoe or Las Vegas.

This is our go-to in Reno when visiting family. Great spa, great restaurants, and much less smoking than other casinos. My East coast husband loves the Manhattan deli and the 24 hour purple parrot. We had a delicious Xmas eve dinner at the Red Blossom. Great location in SW Reno, good price to value.

lost a Bose QC35 headphone during the stay. Called back and no one found it. other than that, everything is good.

Monday buffet was a little disappointed with very little choice of seafood, varieties of different cusine were okay. We did not honor us with senior discount but was forced to join the casino club compare to other hotel’s buffet we used to stay. Price of the room and resort fee was unfair for our stay during hotel renovation.

NOISY! Both inside and outside (sirens, etc) Wind noises all night. Refrigerator didn’t cool properly. Had to call maintenance service. They just took it out of the cabinet and put it on the floor. Never got cooler than 43 degrees. Used ice in bucket to cool cold cuts and salad. Not thrilled with lack of cleanliness around pool. Seems like quality has gone down since my last stay.

I left my wallet in the safe by mistake. When i called i kept getting transferred to lost and found who wouldn't return my call. When they finally did i was told that they disposed of my wallet contents. They made no effort to call me back, call me to begin with or send me back my wallet. The staff was extremely rude. They said it was just procedure to get rid of my wallet and the girl i spoke to was extremely rude and sarcastic.

The hotel was very clean and has very good customer service but there were no perks for hotel guests. For example, their very plain Christmas buffet dinner was very expensive @$65 per adult and the same price for children over 10 years old. The line for the buffet was 1 1/2 hours wait average. As a hotel guest, I didn’t expect a discount but I think there should be an express line for hotel guests like Las Vegas hotels.

Concierge Stay

We enjoy staying in the Conciege rooms and having access to the Concierge lounge. The staff in the lounge is very friendly and accommodating. The food served in the lounge is very good and plentiful. There could be a little more staff available to clean the tables, especially at breakfast time. They often run out of places for people to sit because the tables are full of dirty dishes. Perhaps there could be a station where guests could put their dirty dishes to help out the staff. I took mine up to the bar area and turned them in. The staff was very grateful. My issue with the Atlantis as a whole was getting someone to wait on me to order a drink. I went to numerous bar areas and for 90 minutes no one would acknowledge me to take a drink order. I sat at a table, I sat at a bar, a stood at a bar - nothing!! I don’t gamble but they still lost money since I didn’t get to have a couple of drinks and pay their drink prices. I finally just went to the Concierge lounge in the evening and ordered my drink. I sure would have like a couple of drinks earlier in the day too! Bad service!!

The hotel is great by almost all measures - clean, friendly service, great gym and pool, parking - but the smoke is overwhelming- the ventilation system doesn’t keep the smoke from leaving the casino and the lobby, elevators, and halls were too Smokey for me.
