Great location and very clean. The staff was excellent.

Friendly and helpful

Very clean and relaxed property. Very close to the beach and local shopping centres with a 15 min walk to the Yumbo. Not the easiest place to find your way back to after a night out but that's more about me than the accommodation. Light breakfast left at the door each day was excellent. Very nice.

Wonderful stay at Atlantic Sun Beach

I had a very nice stay at the Atlantic Sun Beach hotel. Very comfortable bed AC worked well Quiet neighborhood. Pool and jacuzzi were great 15 min walk to Yumbo Centrum Friendly staff and fellow guests

Spotlessly clean nice little extras like the breakfast bag, fizz, water and tea and coffee in your room plus a beach towel.

An Enjoyable Stay.

Another great stay at Atlantic Sun Beach. The apartments are of a high standard, fully equipped, with comfortable beds! Love the breakfast hung on the door each day. My only suggestion for improvement would be some shade for the balcony as it gets full sun all morning and more comfortable balcony chairs. The location is great as it's not too far to walk to the Yumbo and there's two other commercial centres a short walk away, as is the coastal path to the beach!

This was our first time staying here and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The apartments are exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, and picturesque. I usually have a big problem with noise when trying to sleep but I had zero problems here. The other guests were friendly and conscientious, the staff were amazing, and the location is perfect (5 min walk to the beach, 10 to Yumbo centre). We will be back ❤️

Love this hotel, was our second stay, small compared to other hotels so v quiet and relaxing, they allow free day visits to sister hotels if you want more activity, clean and tidy, staff friendly, nothing too much trouble

Pretty much perfect. Lovely, air-conditioned apartment. Complimentary bottle of wine. A "breakfast bag" of bits and pieces left hanging on the door every morning (I didn't use much of it, so I hope someone was able to use all the fruit I left behind!). Attentive staff from the moment I arrived. I had a small issue with a leaking sink, and it was dealt with quickly, without fuss. Highly recommended - I'll definitely be visiting agan.

Great stay

Excellent, relaxing stay at Atlantic Sun Beach. Transfers and late check in arranged efficiently. Standard of apartment great, large comfy bed which we looked forward to sleeping in, spotlessly clean and with the nice extra touches of a bottle of red wine and cava waiting for us upon arrival. As others have mentioned a breakfast bag is hung on the door every day which was also much appreciated. The staff were very friendly and helpful and a nice mix of nationalities of the other guests. First time staying here but won't be the last!

Relaxing

The room was always cleaned well and the resort was also kept well, with friendly staff.

We had a wonderful stay at the Atlantic Sun Beach. The apartment was very clean, the staff super-friendly and the location cannot be beat. It's only a short walk to the beachfront and to the nightlife found at Yumbo Center. While the property does not have a gym, as a guest, you are allowed to visit the other sister properties. So, I was able to use that gym and pool, too. Highly recommend!

I wonderfully, relaxing stay. This property is always clean and tidy. The rooms are well equipped and furnished well.

Perfect Place

Although we had miscommunication problem at the beginning of our (out of hours ) check in , we finally managed to get our keys and got into apartment. It was very clean, so much better than expected. It was very well located , close to beach and Yumbo Centre We stayed there one whole week and definitely going back again.

Winter sun

Lovely apartments very quiet area both outside and at the pool area. Apartments are spotless and well furnished. About 15min walk to yumbo but we got lost first night coming back😂. Nice bottle of wine and water on arrival. UK tv channels available. Very comfy beds. Housekeeper is a lovely wee chap.

It's nice when you have high hopes of a place and then it exceeds your expectations. Loved my four nights here. the rooms are more like little apartments and have a modern, fresh design and are very well-appointed. The pool was great of course, the staff very very nice and the location was perfect, not even a two-minute walk to the beach promenade (it's just under 15 minutes on foot to Yumbo). Very nice touch to give a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine. Hope I go back to the Canaries and will definitely be staying here again.

Short visit, but would stay again

Located one block from coastal path and beach. Close to all the nightlife but far enough away to relax.

Very comfortable super king bed nice sofa balcony very clean, the staff could be seen scrubbing sun beds. Nice to have a kettle fridge microwave and hob. Peaceful yet close enough to all the action.

Excellent rooms. Beds very comfortable and housekeeping every day. Apartments are in a very quiet area and only a ten minute walk to two commercial centres. Only a few minutes walk to the beach. Plenty of sun beds and a clean and tidy pool area. Booked a superior apartment and overall extremely happy.

This property is very well located near the beach and Yumbo. It is small enough to be friendly and has all the amenities you expect. There were a few difficulties with the hot water system when we were there, but these were resolved by the time we left. Jorge and the cleaning staff always helpful

This is our 2nd stay, and we love it. Very very quiet and tucked away in an area of low rise hotels and apartments. Close to everything really. Yumbo centre is about a 15 minute walk if you want shopping and wild nightlife. Lots of variety around and great ice-cream everywhere :)

A Little Gem.....

A wonderful place to relax and unwind. We arrived after 4pm and the reception was closed, we had been sent a detailed email as to how to enter the complex, inside the mail box was an envelope containing a welcome letter etc and the clever wristbands, instead of keys. The superior room was well laid out, quite modern in comparison to some Spanish apartments. The king size bed was very comfortable with a selection of pillows. The kitchen area was basic but contained all the essentials, including coffee maker, toaster, microwave and a decent sized fridge with freezer section. The patio doors led to the pool and garden area, both well maintained, the pool depth ranging from 0.06m to 1.6m with a comfortable temperature. Plenty of sun loungers and beach towels provided. The gardens were laid out with artificial grass and the pool surrounded by deck boards, both got very hot in the July sun, so don't forget your flip flops. The rooms were cleaned daily, towels changed every 3 days and bed linen every 4th, although I'm sure housekeeping would change sooner if asked. There was a mixture of ages and body shapes during our stay, not surrounded by body beautiful as some of the gay only complexes normally attract, everyone seemed at ease. No music was allowed and no one making much noise, a very relaxing break. The main man, Jorge was very welcoming, always smiling, always found the time to have a chat with you, and always enquired if everything was ok. We will certainly be returning.

Nice apartment and very clean.

It was a very relaxing holiday. The apartment itself was very clean and quiet. The bed is very comfortable too,but pillows were bit old and flat. The TV has good choice and WiFi works very well and so as the A/C. Only one thing is that pool was bit small and overlooked by next block of apartments, so naked is not really for me. Staff were good. I had a 6 pm late checkout for only 20 Euro which is well worth it,otherwise I would not know what to do,because once have you checked out ,even if you can leave your suitcase in the office,but only up to 4 pm, as there is no-one on duty afterwards.

Staff (Jorge) was extremely friendly and my room was gorgeous. Very close to Jumbo and the beach. I would definitely come back to this location and highly recommend it

Helpful staff - clean - well kept

This is a small, pleasingly quite, apartment block just 15 rooms - it is clean and well kept and Jorge and his colleagues really put themselves out to be helpful and obliging. Negative: it is odd that the rooms do not have air con or heating – the nights are chilly 12-14c – and this time round I really felt the cold. The pool is oddly shallow. And what’s with the Televis service? How can it be acceptable to have Bloomberg as the only TV channel in English! Come on guys many of your customers are British get some stations!!!!

Great gay men’s apartments in quiet area of Playa del Ingles. Nice pool and grounds for sunbathing, clothing optional. Very clean and kitchenette was useful and saved money on eating out. Fridge, microwave, job toaster and kettle all very useful. Good value for money.

Peaceful Gay Tranquility

Just back from a glorious week in the January sunshine. The apartment had everything we needed. It was a peaceful location, although just a 12 min walk from Yumbo (Google map the first time), plus close to the dunes. The staff are all friendly and we met some lovely guys by the pool too. Clean, quiet, convenient, friendly

This was my first time at this property; in fact, it was my first time on Gran Canaria. I arranged for airport transportation through the hotel (both ways), and the courteous, safe driver was there as promised. Upon arrival I found a clean apartment, exactly as described. I appreciated the kitchen amenities (coffee, tea bags, sugar, creamer...those things that kept me from having to run out to the grocery store immediately). "Santa" even brought a box of chocolates and a bottle of cava! The pool and surrounding area were cleaned each morning. The location of the property was excellent, within walking distance of beach and shopping. The hotel employees obviously took pride in the property, and were extremely friendly and helpful. The WiFi was good.

Missed the mark - great potential.

If you wanted a quiet comfortable, well appointed and good location apartment, this place is ideal. It is clean and well maintained. We would have liked if there was were things in place to encourage more social interaction with other guests, for example, meet and greet, activities, board with first names and country of residence for each room. Other places have a spa/jacuzzi, bar, communal breakfast location which help people to get to know each other. The staff were polite but did not make the effort to interact or a simple hello. The breakfast package was off site at another hotel. The internet was atrocious with constant drop outs, difficulty to log in, and poor conncection in your room. There were at least fifty drop outs a day. The pool water was very cool, although could be improved with solar heating. Also over priced for the facilities provided.

Clean hotel in central location

It's in a great location but disappointed rooms not with air conditioning as advertised.Also it's best to check in between 9 and 5 pm.Some nice people but smoking on site shouldn't be allowed.

Quiet and a chance to rejuvenate.

We stayed for 12 nights. The hotel is small (only 15 rooms) and is conveniently located for the beach, the dunes, the market and pretty much everything else. The pool is clean and modernised and the fauna and flora around the inside hotel area made it very easy to relax. There was no loud music (no music at all actually), there was no bar or restaurant on site (but all of that was close by), and a very small office, so it was, for us at least, a very welcome break from the hustle and the bustle and that was what we needed. Other guests were friendly and we had a great experience with the hotel staff - George and Victor who did everything in their power to make sure we had the holiday we wanted.

Clean, nice and great staff.

Really nice apartments. There are just few rooms so it is nice and quiet. The whole apartment looks like new and it's very clean and the kitchen is well equiped. (i've been in a few apartments in the area and this stands out) Depending on the time of the year you are you going, I'd advise to get premium rooms as are the only ones with air conditioning. And during summer it really worth the extra money. The staff is really attentive and keen to help or give you advice should you need to. I'm definitely going back.

Well appointed

Would definately recommend to anyone. Well appointed rooms, grounds immaculate . The staff were warm and couldn't be more obliging. Only negative was noise from others coming in at night/early morning even so would go back.

Sehr schöne Clothing-Optional-Gay-Only-Anlage. Überschaubare Größe (15 Zimmer): man kommt schnell mit den anderen Gästen ins Gespräch. Sehr sauber und sehr gut zum Yumbo-Center und zum Gay-Strand gelegen.

We have been there before and also this time we were talking that it needs renovation. There were some cockroaches but thats normal plus a micr like the last time we were there. Staff is helpful but i dont speak that well spanish and they dont speak that well english but ok.

Cozy,friendly amazing staff.

Beautiful and cozy place, great location and amazing staff that had such a fun and nice attitude. Room was large however the AC could be a bit stronger as it was still very warm in the room. Still an amazing experience and definitely a place I will visit very soon again! (The small breakfast bag hanging on the door every morning was such a cute little surprise and just so perfect!)

The staff members are more than welcoming and make you feel very welcome from the first moment.

Heerlijk rustige locatie, maar op loopafstand van winkels, bars en restaurants, en het strand. Fijne beschutte tuin met zwembad. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We werden ingecheckt door Hayro, en hij heeft alles duidelijk uitgelegd. Alles bijelkaar een zeer prettig verblijf.

Bien situé, un petit déjeuner offert chaque jour. Transats en suffisance pour tout le monde, propre et surtout au calme mais pas trop loin du Yumbo. Personnel très accueillant et aimable. Petit point à améliorer : la piscine n’était pas chauffée tous les jours. J’y retournerai avec plaisir.

Tranquilidad Total en maspalomas

Un oasis en Maspalomas... muy tranquilo y acogedor, los apartamentos son muy comodos y limpios con todo lo necesario para una estancia placentera. La zona piscina cuenta con hamacas y es MUY tranquila, perfecta para descansar. Nudismo permitido.

Familiärer Betrieb mit äusserst hilfsbereitem Personal. Keine Bar am Pool, aber man braucht das ja auch nicht unbedingt. Gehdistanz zum Yumbo noch völlig ok und knapp 15 Minuten. Für mich war das alles genau richtig!

Gay men only, apartments in quiet residential area

Det var svårt att reglera vattentemperaturen överlag i lägenheten. Ibland kunde man bara få skållhett varmvatten och inget kallvatten. Deras varmvattensystem var mycket märkligt, speciellt om man bor högst upp i huset. De enda TV-kanaler vi kunde få in var två tyska kanaler. Vi påpekade detta, men inget gjordes åt saken. För övrigt var personalen mycket vänlig och tillmötesgående.

Lite stille hotell med en veldig hyggelig betjening. Hyggelige rom. Kan sterkt anbefalte dette hotellet.

Me gusto el lugar , céntrico Y conveniente tanto para la playa como para el shopping.. las instalaciones fantasticas y modernas .. es una pena que hubiese obra cerca y causara ruidos .. pero el dia que no trabajaron haciendo reformas , el complejo era remanso de paz y tranquilidad absoluta... y esto era lo que buscaba en este viaje !! La hospitalidad de Jorge fue extrema y en todos los momentos supo estar .. Fantàstico anfitrion, y persona... En fin, mii estancia fue corta pero altamente satisfactoria!

Increible, Muy recomendable

El servicio excelente, estoy muy agradecido por el trato, la amabilidad y el servicio tan increíble que he recibido, sin duda, volveré a repetir porque gracias a mi estancia he podido descansar, sentirme cómodo y recargar fuerzas. Está ubicado en una zona inmejorable entre el CC Cita y CC Yumbo, con la gran ventaja de estar en zona tranquila dónde se pude descansar y tener cerca todas las tiendas, playa y zonas comerciales. Tanto Jorge, como Christian son amables y atentos y hacen que te sientas mejor que en casa
