Best value to your money!

One of the best place to stay in terms of price and value ratio. It has everything you need, except swimming pool, but who needs that. The cafe downstairs is terrific, it has all the essentials. I strongly recommend.

A great place to stay in beijing

What a lovely place, it’s so convenient, the downstairs cafe is the best, and the price is very reasonable. The hotel’s stuff is very helpful and kind.

Terrific place to stay in beijing

Definitely one of my favorite places to stay in Beijing, there are great deal of hotels in Beijing, but Artyzen has most of the things you need without stress much of your wallet. Of course, it doesn’t have a swimming pool for those who love the water sports. Conveniently located with friendly staff. The cafe downstairs is perfect for foreigners staying in Beijing for an extended period. I strongly recommend artyzen

The metro station is just 3 min walk to the hotel. So convenient to Sanlitun and anywhere city centre. Room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable bed

Hotel is amazing. It is conveniently located at the vicinity of everything. It’s a brand new facility, and the decoration is quite tasteful. For some sense of humor, the hotel comes with a robot who delivers room services to your door if you wish him to. Wish I could stay longer.

Room is very clean and staff are nice. The carpet in hallway needs some more cleaning.

Location was good, walking distance to food and transport. Room was large and clean. Front desk was exceptional friendly and helpful. Will come back again.

Love everything about this hotel but don't like that during winter time you can't adjust the heat... it tends to get hot in the room. Would suggest the management to set an upper limit of room temp but allow for cooler air if the guest likes it. thanks

Clean and good location

Layover before we fly back to US. Newly renovated hotel. Conveniently located walking distance (15min) to the airport express train.

Great value, poor reception

The hotel seems to be new or recently remodeled. It is very comfortable and clean, and the rooms are a great value for the price. The only hesitation I have is their disastrously poor check in procedure. You can assume it will take 10-15 minutes per person in line ahead of you. This happened multiple times to me and colleagues, speaking Chinese and not.

A hotel makes you feel like home in Beijing

Artyzrn is one of the top My favorite hotels in Beijing. The food there is getting more choices... everything is as good as I expected.

Registration System Breakdown

During check-in, hotel said no record for breakfast included even after I showed them the receipt. Finally they said OK. But in then morning, the cafe said no record for my breakfast. I had to go to the reception again. They seems had no record in their computer or manual notes recorded the error. Eventually I got my breakfast. I had chance to complain it to the hotel manager. You will not believe that the cafe still had no record for my breakfast in the second morning (after the first day complaint and complaint to the manager. Just considered it as system breakdown. No shops near the hotel. Subway station is very far.

Stay was comfortable. The reception staff were helpful. But hotel is a little away from everything else. Also taxi drivers not familiar with the hotel’s location.

Great facility and staff. About a 15 minute walk to public transportation, shops, restaurants though.

Amazing value for money

amazing place. Room was big and spacious. Staff was helpful and cheerful The only thing is that service at the restaurant is slow. Took 1 hr to get my pasta ready.

Fantastic Hotel but need more service options

Everything about this hotel is wonderful. The only issue I have is that there’s no room service. There’s a wonderful bar and restaurant downstairs but I feel extra amenities would be helpful ONLY because this is supposed to be a 4.5 Star hotel. That should include amenities like room service and other options. Other than that, the area is fantastic, the staff is wonderful and the rooms are great for long term stay.

Cozy and Comfortable. You need to stay here

The hote is top notch. The little details in the hotel make it special. The people at the front desk also make it special. The hotel is very clean, the lobby is very nice, and our room was also very big, clean, comfortable and accommodating. We will most definitely stay at the Artyzen Habitat again when we return to Beijing. It’s about a 30 min cab ride from the Airport ( terminal 2 ) and the front desk will call a cab for you. I highly recommend this hotel.

Terrific Beijing Hotel

The hotel is newer and very modern. The only problem I encountered was the air conditioning was too cold and would not adjust to the thermostat settings. The hotel moved me to another room, larger and on the same floor after attempting to correct the situation. The breakfast has 5 choices for dining but should offer an itemized menu for diners to select their own breakfast. Easy to get around 3rd and 2nd Ring in Beijing by taxi, Uber, subway. Also the free parking was very important to us during our stay. All in all, this was a terrific hotel that was well worth the money we spent.

Great Stay at the Artyzen Habitat

I truly enjoyed my 9 day stay at the Artyzen Habitat Hotel. The room size was large and spacious. The breakfast options were adequate and will full you for some time. The staff was also very accommodating. If you are looking for a modern, comfortable and neat hotel to book, this property is for you.

Wonderful hotel, near to airport train

Really nice hotel. We stayed here to be close to Dongzhimen airport train. Its a long walk to Donzhiment (20 min one way). When we went back with our luggage, we took a taxi for 13 RMB. Dont let taxi driver talk you into driving all the way to the airport. The airport train is wonderful and reduces Beijing traffic!

Nice staff and rooms

Very nice and helpful staff. They speak english. I was upgraded. The room is big and was clean. Very good for the price. The only problem is you have to walk 15 minutes to go to the subway.

Beautiful Hotel with clean and spacious rooms

We had a pleasant stay at the Artyzen Hotel. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is modern and spacious. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. I slept very well and with ease in my room, which is rare. Complimentary self service laundry is a plus. The only thing which can be a negative is the location. Quite far from the train station if you decide to use the subway as your mode of transportation.

Amazing Hotel just found it hard to get to tourist attractions without a taxi and then trying to get back to the hotel with our being ripped off. The hotel itself was one of the best anywhere in the world. Good friendly service and restaurant catered for western style menus

Good location with good amenities

Enjoyed our stay at Artyzen. Nice stay with good amenities. The double twin room was spacious, comfortable and spacious. Close to the subway which made it comfortable to get pretty much anywhere in Beijing and beyond. Might suggest adding a small market since the closest market is a good distance away.

Slow check-out due to error in bill

Exellent room condition. Nice gym. The breakfast is just so so. Only an automated machine answers phone call to the published hotel number. Seems there is no easy way to reach the frontdesk from the choices offered by the machine. Overall a nice stay though I am not sure if this hotel is a 5 star compared with other hotels I stayed in Beijing.

Nice place, just don't do breakfast there

Great location, right off the airport express. Comfy bed, and nice amenities. Don't do the breakfast. I paid for the upgrade to include breakfast, totally not worth it. Not much food choice, and the coffee taste real bad. Overall nice stay.

Great Home Away From Home Option

New hotel, with great amenities--large gym and free washers and dryer on the first basement level. We were upgraded to a suite upon check in--very large floor plan and nicely appointed. It is a little bit of a walk from the Beijing subway, but totally doable if you're not towing luggage. A taxi from the hotel to Dongzhimen station only cost 13 CNY, which is cheap by US standards. I highly recommend the hotel, especially for business travel.

Wonderful Value Beautiful Hotel

It was beautiful. Very clean, very trendy hotel. And the for the price, the service was amazing. The area is a very good area to be in. Close to great restaurant (variety - cheap, medium, expensive), public trap sport and shopping. Great for business travel. This place is an absolute find!

To far away from the metro and lack of shops and facilities near hotel

An oasis in Beijing

We arrived in Dongzhimen in the pouring rain via the airport express so we had to take a cab to the hotel which is in fact within walking distance of the subway station in a quiet residential area. Hannah welcomed us, a vivacious, warm, young woman who was absolutely helpful throughout our stay and went beyond the call of duty to ensure that we were easily checked in. Her English speaking skills are nearly impeccable and we relied on her for advice and assistance during our stay. The hotel is very well appointed, with a modern design and artistic flourishes in the public spaces and in the rooms. It has a modern laundromat and gym space (tokens and detergent are available to guests compliments of the hotel ). The food and service at the San( the on-premises restaurant and bar were absolutely mind-blowingly fantastic, that my husband and I ate there every night of our stay...and sampled the professionally mixed cocktails (their bartender sure knows how to mix a great drink...I am usually a whiskey on the rocks kind of person but I would go back to the San just for the cocktails which were next to perfection and get an A grade for presentation. A huge thank you to Hannah, Carson, the cleaning staff, the bartender, chefs,& wait staff of San, who all made us feel like they were welcoming their own family. The Artyzen was a magical experience.

A nice and pleasant surprise

This was a very pleasant surprise. Rooms are spacious, well-appointed and of a high standard (plus nice bathroom). Staff very helpful. Good gym in the basement. Location works well if you're around Sanlitun and Embassy area. Its also just off the 2nd ring road so easy access to the airport and downtown. Not too much right by but a 10min walk and you have lots of options. A nice stay !

Beautiful Hotel in great location!

We stayed here for one night, the check in was easy, especially with Liam helping us, he is very professional, knowledgeable and caring, he also speaks very good English which made it easy. He ordered our taxi for the morning ride to the airport. Thank you Liam!

The hotel is nicely designed and clean. What I thought was strange is that the room aircon was kind of warm despite I had it at 16c and high speed fan. I didn't quite enjoy the rather limited breakfast selection and it wasn't very clear when ordering. There's nothing much in the vicinity, have to take a cab out to shopping areas.

Luxurious Spacious Clever

This is a new hotel cleverly and creatively designed to provide wonderful spaces in which to sleep, eat, exercise and rest. Large very modern rooms with every conceivable feature. A fusion of art, Scandinavian design elements, the latest fittings and advanced technology. The staff are extremely pleasant and although some still struggle with English they make up for it with a dogged determination to make your stay memorable. They did it for me. They will do it for you. The staff are fantastic. The San restaurant produce food as good as the finest restaurants in the world

One of the best hotels I have stayed in Beijing

This is a relatively new property. The hotel is spotless with modern design. I have to say. It's one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in Beijing, even comparing to other five star hotels. There's no problem checking in and asking places to go in English at the front desk. Surprisingly, there's a microwave in the unit. There are also two washers and two driers in the basement next to the gym, which are free of charge. I reserved a king bed's unit, loved it, it reminds me of my aunt's house. I will come back to this hotel next time when I am in Beijing again.

Hotel feels brand new! Rooms were huge with beautiful decor and amenities. The Gym was also very big and well kept. The only downside is the location is not really walkable to many restaurants or shops so you must cab everywhere.

Very comfortable room and helpful staff

The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The staffs are wonderful, always ready to help. The only thing is no convenient store or good restaurants near by. Could be a challenge to call for a taxi, especially during the rush hour or rainy day. Overall it is a nice hotel. Highly recommend!

not Impressed

This is considered a five star hotel. But the design of the bathroom, closets were really bad. Very bad breakfast choices and set up. Pool not finished, and other amenities not great.

An excellent hotel in a good location.

The hotel has spacious rooms and is located a short walk from a major subway station. The weight room was excellent, and the free laundry facility was a nice touch.

5 star hotel with 5 star service !

after a long flight into Beijing, i knew i wanted to treat myself to a Five Star hotel. i was not disappointed. The staff was incredibly accommodating from front desk to sans restaurant to cafe downstairs. the room was big and incredibly comfortable. the bath amenities were white tea scent so it felt like a spa. i only stayed 2 nights but Maria and Elf at the front desk made me feel like aVIP guest. Elf worked hard to set up my last minute tour to the forbidden city last minute with a great tour guide as well as gave me tips to maximize my time! he even gave me more hand warmers so i could stay warm! maria noticed i was exhausted and sent me to my room to rest and told me she would send up my luggage shortly after! this hotel is new and the design is very modern and chic!

Nice hotel

Very stylish hotel, excellent service. Staff can speak English fluently. Location is a bit tricky, not that close to sanlitun center (need a quick taxi ride), and do not trust Google maps, a search for the hotel - or the hotel address - won't send you to the right place.

New & Clean Hotel but difficult to get food

The hotel is new and clean. But the second floor restaurant is closed on Monday and closed for lunch. There is only another restaurant at the nearby M Hotel. The first floor restaurant offers a limited choices of food.
