The hotel is in a good position and the best thing is the bar/restaurant area . It is really lovely. Pool area could be bigger though if took away some outside tables. The main criticism is the family rooms with two beds are on the side of the hotel where you can hear music from a club until the early hours…not good.

Great location for a night out at affordable price per night. We managed to get adjoining roooms and breakfast was good. Coffee machine was terrible though. The customer service was ok. They appeared tired or hungover.

Overall the rooms are spacious and well appointed. Being a seasoned traveler would have been good to view the room from a higher floor - stayed in 4th floor so view of buildings out our window! Breakfast and bar area located on the first floor is fantastic.

Great hotel and location. The rooms were clean and comfortable for our 4 night stay. Walkable to different areas of the city and a car park conveniently located at the back for $25 a day through the hotel. However, the pool was very small

Seems like this property should have costed more than what I paid. The room was extremely clean, modern and made up everyday, the hotel restaurant was awesome, the staff were very helpful and reception staff member sienna even wrote me a personalised list of things to do in Perth. 10/10 would stay again.

Best day of my 17 day WA coast trip

This is a beautiful hotel and the best way to end a trip from Broome down. Pure luxury. I love Adnate (the artist) and generally love the idea of the 'Art series' hotels, that highlight the work of one artist in their hotels. Most of them are in Melbourne, where I live, and its hard to justify me staying in them at home. Two very near me. But now I might try. I'll definately stay in the Adelaide and Brisbane ones also. This was my best day of the entire 17 day trip. I didnt want to leave the hotel.

Lovely stay. Right in Central Business district of Perth. Easy access to shopping, Elizabeth Quay, Rail service.

Friendly staff 24 hours a day, lovely room and bathroom. Entrance to hotel is easy to miss. Great location. Enjoyed the first floor roof top outdoor pool.

Was a great place to stay

A tad out of the way but a small walk and sightseeing was wonderful. Staff were great, restaurant, bar and pool area together is a brilliant design.

This modern hotel has everything a traveller needs. Close to the CBD and entertainment with parking and public transport close by, the first floor bar with pool has happy hour specials on food and drinks. Breakfast is also served in this light and breezy area. Thoroughly enjoyed our two night midweek stay and hope to return soon.

I didnt like that we had to leave at 630am for a cricket match and didnt get to experence your breakfast. The best bed Ive ever slept in.

Lovely stay as always. I had to be there early due to an inbound flight and horrible weather conditions. My room wasn’t ready which of course I didn’t expect. I asked if there was somewhere I could work. I went to the restaurant where breakfast was just finishing up. I used a table to start working. Shortly after a staff member approached me and asked me to follow them. He moved a table and chair into position near a power outlet and help me set up my ‘office’ in a private room. I was really grateful and appreciative of his effort. Will I be back? Definitely as always.

I really like the hotel's cleanliness (looks new also), efficient and friendly staff, comfortable rooms and location (easy parking also). The only downside is that the room is lacked of shelves and cabinets to put items like backpacks, foodstuff, etc.. Hope the hotel management could look into this matter. The rest of the aspects are perfect. Thank you so much for the nice stay.

Location, Ambience,Breakfast excellent

Reception and room service rarely answer phone. I ordered a pie through room service app, after waiting an hour I called them and they said there are no pies left, next time perhaps they should call as soon as I order (and pay) so that I do not wait over an hour for an order that isn’t coming. The waygu burger was crap, undercooked meat. Overall customer service not great. Hopefully I will get a refund for my pie that didn’t come (as well as the room service fee)

Overall a good option for a stay in the city. Carpet and cushions need an update. Room was large, strange layout though. Gym quite small.

No water provided, very poor. Room cleaning was extremely slow.

Great location for RAC arena and shopping. Parking easy in Wilson carpark directly behind hotel. Very nice modern rooms and comfy beds. The hotel bar is not open every day though and on the days it is open it closes at 9pm, would be nice if it was open normal hours. But overall a great hotel.

Check in was quick, breakfast buffet was simple but it hit the spot. Room was lovely and new. Enjoyed the quick stay.

Very good location

Good buffet breakfast and room was clean. Could be improved by providing better pillows - far too large and shoved into a small pillowcase, so they were like lumpy sausages. I asked for some low profile pillows, only to be told there was none available. Also need to improve the bar. I asked for a gin and tonic on the first night and they said there was a problem with the gas and therefore no tonic water. That was an understandable response, however by the fourth night there was still no tonic water. Surely someone could have got some after four days!! Not only this but we were deliberately duped during happy hour. It says the tap beer was at a better price, but no one alerts you to the fact that it’s only for schooners, not pints. Pretty ordinary….

Front desk team was amazing and very accommodating my needs. Especially Rashna, Mahini, Addula and Siena were very helpful snd friendly to make me feel very welcomed and comfortable. Room is spacious with expresso machine. Resturant & bar food is good with a very bright vibe. I am coming baclk to this hotel again soon

Perfect location

The guy who checked in was rather stayed, if you use your American Express card for you deposit which the hotel requires on checkin they want $500 and it takes 5 weeks to have it returned to you account also over charged for drinks at the bar. They reimbursed me $50 due to overcharge after questioning the bill

We always stay at the Adnate when we travel to Perth. It is lovely, convenient, has everything you need. The art is amazing throughout the property and the staff are second to none. We choose the Adnate because it has interconnecting rooms, so I was a little disappointed that the toilet roll holder that was loose and constantly made the toilet paper fall on the ground in January was still the same in May. Step up now and take care of minor maintenance issues before they become major and damages your wonderful reputation.

Lovely hotel, but location is ok. I’d rather of stayed further out as was next to the shopping the area and didn’t feel that safe at night. Reception staff could be friendlier but the bar/restaurant staff lovely!

Loved everything about this hotel, from the spacious rooms to the sparkling pool and everything in between! Will definitely recommend to friends and others and will definitely stay here again!

I left my night clothes in the bed and reception have said that housekeeping have not found them, that’s rubbish the cleaner must have taken them, I am annoyed they are part of a set and expensive!

Liked - modern design and feel, staff very friendly, hotel restaurant is great Disliked - cleanliness of the hotel room, it just didn't feel like it was the cleanest it could be, also lamp was broken in room, seems that there aren't proper checks being done of the room before guest check-in. No water in room, like it's a nice hotel, at least put water in the room?

Brilliant location for me , close enough to centre, railway, bus etc to get around . Walked most places.

Great location and apart from needing to move rooms upon check-in (due to stale smell of cigarette smoke in room), was a great stay! Would have been nice to have some sun lounges around the pool, however understand that there is very limited space to work with.

The staff were amazing.., very efficient and friendly…loved the trainee. Though we have had to contact the hotel as money was taken from our deposit that has not been explained why. The pool water was cold during our stay but the Alfresco dining made up for it.

Handy Perth CBD hotel

The artworks of Adante that are throughout the property are amazing. The rooms are spacious, we stayed in a twin as I was travelling with my sister this was big enough for the two of us with good city views. Neat, clean rooms. The beds were comfy. The pool area was nice. Didn't eat there, however did have a few drinks in the restaurant/ pool area before heading out. Fairly central to CBD only a short walk to Northbridge. Public transport is pretty much straight out the door. I would stay here again.

Very well presented property. Very good experience. Though the only disappointment was there was no free water provided by the hotel each day. They just wanted you to fill the water from the bathroom tap. I think like tea & coffee (which is provided) a bottle of water should also be provided each day.

Good hotel in good location

Bad customer service but great hotel

The hotel on its own is great, comfortable and clean and good location. The customer service is non existent, the refrigerator in my room stopped working overnight which resulted in me losing all the groceries I put in there to cover me for Christmas and Boxing Day. Had to throw it all away as it was no longer safe to eat due to the refrigerator not working. They did replace the refrigerator, but zero reimbursement for the groceries I lost. Not even a complimentary bar drink voucher. When you book a hotel you expect the fridge to at least work. So zero stars for customer service.

The hotel was lovely, room was nice and large size. Parking super close and art work is amazing in and around the hotel. The housekeeping was a let down - no service one day as they did not come around until 2-3pm. This was the same the next day even when a request had been put in to service when the room was empty for 3 hours in the morning. Parking was not charged correctly but was refunded once reception was made aware. Resturant area is beautiful.

Great location, peaceful, great size rooms, excellent in room facilities, pool area is small and not much room for the busy hotel, no pool lounges which isn’t great however pool bar service and clean.

Friendly staff from the first interaction. Fresh room- not tired looking like some WA hotels. Great central location. Parking did not cost a fortune and was easy to find.

Hotel was clean and modern, however it was impossible to contact reception from inside or outside the hotel via phone. Continually rang out. Staff were very friendly at all times.

I love how quiet the hotel was. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and the robes were soft and luxurious. Well done. I will highly recommended this hotel to my Family and Friends.

Convenient to lots of shopping and dining options and all Perth transport options. The art and story behind it is amazing. Nice small pool. Breakfast buffet is in a cheerful quiet location and a good value. Loved this place and would definitely stay here again.

Very beautiful hotel and easy check in experience. Room was great , clean and well presented . Great location ,easy walking distance to shops pubs cafes etc would certainly stay again . The only down side we could find was it’s right next door to a pub called the stables and the music goes into the wee hours . Not loud like your there but def get a beat . Not enough to put us off but may if you have children

Great - put at level 23 as requested room with a good view. Needed water but no comp in rooms and restaurant wasn’t open after breakfast so couldn’t get drinks

Modern, Trendy & Convenient

Modern trendy hotel conveniently located for CBD meetings and evening recreation. Smart but casual bar/restaurant/pool area which is an oasis after work. Rooms only access free-to-air TV which is a bit limiting these days.

My wife and I booked this as an anniversary getaway from the kids. The room was great however unfortunately there was a loud domestic dispute outside our room that completely killed the relaxed mood. The staff were good about asking the guest to be quiet but they didn't stop fighting until around 11:30. Seemed like a great hotel, hope you have better luck than me!
