It is a very clean and sleek hotel. Plenty of shops and every site is walkable. The staff and cleaning staff are very friendly. I was not a fan of the hot food but the cold selection was very good. Overall very good and would come back.

Stylish, clean and chic. Nice roof terrace. Great location. Close to historic core and relatively quiet street for city centre location. Easy access to bus and train.

Smelly shower drains and building work

Shower drains smelt very bad and as the shower isn't separated from the room it made the whole room smell. Only one bottle of water is allowed to be filled up with water at a time, even with multiple people in one room. Very limited toiletries in room and some were empty and not refilled despite asking reception. There was building work going on in the hotel from 9am, which woke us up and continued throughout the day for 2 days

Super Unterkunft und perfekt gelegen für einen Städtetrip. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Bäcker direkt vor der Tür. Im Viertel sind überwiegend einheimische und daher ein tolles Urlaubsfeeling. Das Personal war klasse und hat uns zahlreiche Tipps gegeben. Wir werden sicherlich nochmal kommen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Whirlpool ist Mega. Preise für den Zimmerservice sind relativ günstig.

The staff was great. Very attentive and very friendly. The hotel and the rooms are nicely decorated and the beds are quite big, however I thought the mattress was on the soft side and the shower drains need to be addressed as the room smells like sewage. I understand this may be a problem everywhere in the island. Despite the above issues, the staff makes it worth the stay and would definitely come back!!!

Great hotel in a great location. Mattresses were so amazing, seriously need to know what they were. Staff were friendly, helpful and available. Rooms could benefit from ventilation in the bathrooms and some touch ups to finishes, but it did not affect our stay at all. Lovely staff, clean and once again, amazing mattresses.

Great place to relax and visit the beauty of Palma

To start the main reception staff, Carmina and Martina were exceptional. They were genuinely authentic in their interest in making your stay a pleasant one. Despite their long hours they were gracious and a great credit to this hotel. They noted it was my birthday and went above and beyond to make it a special stay. The room itself is compact but very functional. There’s some wear on the fixtures and fittings but overall it all worked. We had an actual double bed and not two singles pushed together which was important to us. It was comfortable too. We were in the back which helped with the street noise. However the walls are thin so you will hear other guests coming and going at all hours, more so when they aren’t quiet. The room was clean and had some complimentary toiletries. Our shower door didn’t seal well so it flooded the area outside the door, which the bath mat couldn’t cope with, we managed because they mats were changed daily, and we used a hand towel as a second mat. We recommend this gets looked into. We’d also suggest providing moisturiser with the toiletries and some way to dry wet swimsuits, maybe a line on the balcony? The dipping pool terrace area is small but again functional with seating in the shade or the sun. The sun umbrellas are cumbersome to manoeuvre but that’s a minor thing. We paid £165/night, which was the cheapest we could find for a 4 star in the area. We would return but later in the season when it’s hopefully at a lower rate.

Very clean modern boutique hotel in the city of Palma. Staff were very friendly and helpful and made us most welcome. My only small criticism is that it wasn’t very clear the property had its own underground car park so we used a public one near by, we were offered to use it but decided to leave the car where it was as we would already have incurred a charge but apart from that I would highly recommend this hotel. Our room was a good size with everything in it you would need, we had a large double bed and a sofa etc - a great stay

Having stayed in several hotels in and around Palma The Ars Magna is up there with the best of them. Great location near town centre and staff who deserve their own five stars. Nothing is too much trouble- exceptionally welcoming *****

Lovely small hotel

Great location, bright modern hotel with friendly staff . Would definitely return . The hotel is situated on a pedestrian only area at the front which is lined with coffee bars . It is quiet and the beds really comfy. The local bus stops are very nearby and the main shopping areas and train station are a short walk away .

Location was fantastic with restaurants on your doorstep and only 5 minutes into town. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was modern and well equipped. Bed very comfortable and shower had great pressure. Stayed in a Splendit Room with fantastic and spacious terrace. Rooftop pool an added bonus with lovely relaxing area. We will be back.

I like the friendly staff.. I didn't like paying 20 € for parking.. so forget this if you are renting a car

All the hotel staff were amazing, particularly Carmelina. Couldn't do enough to help. Property was very clean and rooms spacious. Bathroom needs some hooks for towels. Outdoor area near the pool, whilst compact, was also good. Could have done with a little music to give it more atmosphere. Hotel location was good. Close by many restaurants and a grocery store.

I loved that everything was new up to date and easy to use! They made our stay so easy and comfortable. The best hotel we’ve stayed in in Spain. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Palma!!

Excellent hotel. Brilliant service, good location loads of great restaurants on the doorstep (including the hotel itself). All the staff were amazing. The room lighting system was perplexing but not impossible and the fridge should have been colder but overall those are very small minuses. Very highly recommended.

Lovely modern refurb with pleasant Juliette balcony and lovely rooftop pool and terrace. The fridge in the room was a great touch to allow us to buy some of our own food and water.

Great modern central hotel, Newly refurbished with good breakfast (served) not buffet and nice pool area on top to chill at. Internet speeds were fantastic as well (140mbps).

Fab stay in a great area of Palma

Hotel is new and finished to an extremely high standard in a busy part of Palma with lots of restaurants on the doorstep. Room is extremely comfortable and particularly loved the rain shower.

Comfortable modern urban hotel with friendly staff

Spotless modern recently refurbished hotel with very friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent and served to our table. It is a good 20 minutes walk to the area around the Cathedral, however there are numerous nice restaurants within 5 mins walk of the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay there. Underground public parking at €5 per day just a few minutes walk away was very handy.

Great hotel, well located with very friendly helpful staff. Facilities in the hotel were good, great bed, great shower, nice shower products, free safe and room very quiet at night. Hotel was well located short walk to the historic centre and the area is full of quality restaurants. Delighted to recommend this hotel.

Friendly, but not always present staff. One time, the cleaning lady came into the room despite a clear digital 'do not enter' sign and did not even apologize (whether it was on purpose or she did not care). The room was also quite small with little room to move. For the price paid and overall rating, I would say it was a bad deal. On the upside, it was clean and quiet with a decent breakfast.

Zentral gelegen. Leider ein offenes Bad in einem kleinem Zimmer. Dadurch hat man ständig eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit im Zimmer. Sehr gewöhnungsbedürftiges Lichtschaltersystem. Zusätzlich auch noch seitenverkehrt angeschlossen. Gutes Frühstück. Freundliches Personal . Leider nur ein Bruchteil der angebotenen Weine verfügbar.

Het was een prettig verblijf in een drukke omgeving midden in de stad. De voordelen: alles op loopafstand overtrof het lawaai. Daarentegen sloten de ramen goed af tegen het geluid.Onze kamer lag aan de voorkant met balkon.

Tolles, modernes Hotel, mitten in Palma, fussläufig alles bestens zu erreichen. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich, am Empfang mehrsprachig und sehr hilfsbereit und rund um die Uhr da. Frühstück war gut, der kleine Pool auf dem Dach mit der Aussichtsterasse und Möglichkeit dort zu sitzen , lesen und auf Stadt zu schauen sind sehr schön und wurde von uns gut genutzt. Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und sauber, mit Klimaanlage , man fühlt sich wohl und wir hatten kleinen Balkon.

Vi var veldig fornøyd. Sentral beliggenhet med mange bra restauranter like ved. Hyggelige og serviceinnstilte ansatte. Fint lite svømmebasseng i øverste etasje.

Great hotel in Mallorca

Great hotel with beautiful spacious rooms and excellent service. The location is great as well. The hotel is spotless clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Some rooms have a large terrace and a hot tub, which is great if you want to sunbathe and have a fun evening. The rooftop is pleasant with a small pool to relax and a perfect space to get a tan.

Gran situacion, muy cerca de la estacion intermodal, y junto a muchos restaurantes. El servicio fue muy atento, en especial Carmina. Nada negativo en especial. Quizas, el desayuno podria tener algo mas de variedad.

Gutes Stadthotel im Stadtzentrum. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Bedienung im Hotelrestaurant lässt ein bisschen zu Wünschen übrig. Mir war vor allem Unverständlich wieso es bei Halbpension bei einigen Gerichten ein Aufpreis von 3€ notwendig wurden bei einem Übernachtungspreis von ca. 200CHF
