Nice stay

Property was really and our room was very nice and clean.

Overall, the staff were friendly. However, I accidentally left my adapter and iPhone charger in the room. When we called the hotel to ask if they had been found, the front desk simply said “no” and that “no one saw them.” We strongly believe the housekeeping staff may have taken them and failed to report it. This suggests the hotel still needs to improve training and oversight for its employees.

Lovely clean & spacious rooms, good food options & outside space. Kids loved the soft play! Walking distance from Tram & buses into Rome, hotel shuttle also great value.

11/10 would recommend before the tiktokers show up and invade it. Beautiful space very peaceful. Buffet was wild!

If you arrive with car, parking sometimes its a bit of a challenge. Other than that... Its the perfect hotel for us (Family of 4). Definitely be back!!

Hotel was great would definitely stay there again

It stays true to its description and photos. The spa access was much needed after a long travel day. Due to the spa being closed for one day for a private event, the reception was very accommodating in refunding a day that was paid for. Overall, it was a great experience.

Overall good property. It’s about 20 mins from central Rome. Need a cab to get to Rome central. Breakfast is decent. Hotel has a couple of restaurants And offers limited in room dining. We had trouble in our first room with the bathroom blinds. Staff was quick to move us to another room.

Good service

Great for relaxation and business

Excellent service, spacious and clean family room. Onsite spa is comprehensive - kids allowed in the pools for certain times of the day. Buffet breakfast and dinners had huge variety. Local area had some good eateries and central Rome a short taxi away.

The facilities are excellent and the room was exceptional. The staff were so very helpful and went 'over and above' to help.... totally memorable holiday

This property was recommended by a friend and it lived up to an expectation. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped us set up shuttles to go to town and we were able to get room service late at night, which was nice.

The hotel has a lovely pristine look about it. The staff are all very courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet choice is broad and caters for different dietary needs. The evening buffet is also very worth a visit at least on one evening. The choice is incredible and high quality for a buffet dinner. The rooms are large and spacious, very clean and the minibar is included and replenished. The transport into Rome needs to be factored in as takes around 45 mins by bus or 20 mins by taxi but with some olannng this hotel is well worth it

Restaurant not good! Food under average for this kind of property. Seems like convention/business meetings are targets. But a nice hotel.

Great and helpful. Food options are limited especially for young kids operating times are late. It was raining so was very disappointing we were not able to use the indoor pool with a baby.

The A/C didn’t work in my room.

Best hotel I have ever stayed at! Friendly staff with amazing free breakfast served daily. All you can eat buffet has great food and the spa is so relaxing. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Gorgeous hotel. Away from the hustle and bustle, but a taxi was always 4mins away. I’m vegetarian and evening food menu didn’t have much choice and the two we did pick was not the best. However breakfast was amazing. Salads offered at the pool bar. Pool was gorgeous. Drinks and food were priced super reasonable. Wouldn’t say they were any more expensive than at home (England) Would definitely visit again.

Excellent facilities, friendly staff, great value

Wonderful place to stay and a must have pool during the summer months. Very accommodating staff and all super friendly. We had a problem with our pre-booked shuttle when we were leaving, but they quickly resolved the situation and paid for a taxi to get us there. I will definitely stay there Gain and highly recommend it.

Dinner buffet was lovely, breakfast was a bit average. Good service from staff. Pool area was nice. Gave 15 euro credit if you don't get room cleaned so can use towards dining, spa or transport.

Beautiful quiet hotel. Pool closes too early during the summer and they should have more waitresses in the pool area. poor entertainment nothing at all. they should have a better food variety for kids and more fun activities.

After a long tour around Europe, this was our last night. We wanted a large family room in a quiet location with dining options on-site and a pool. This property delivered on all.

Nice hotel for a few days

Mix up with rooms that was only resolved 2nd day, nice hotel, gym and food but pool too small for number of guests. Fine for a few days

Lovely hotel on the outskirts of the city. Which is brilliant for the peace and tranquility away from the hot bustling city. The shuttle service is a brilliant concept and we totally admire the hotel’s efforts to be more sustainable with credits to use towards shuttle and meals. The free ice and water availability on all floors is great. We made the most of the free minibar treats and at breakfast there was some delicious choices.

A decent hotel in general. Staffs were very helpful and services were good and professional. Rooms are big, clean and condition is new compare to most hotels in Italy. The hotel serves excellent breakfast in which all kinds of bread, salad, coffee and hot dishes certainly makes good beginning of our day. My only negative comment about this hotel is it’s Ristorante Sapori dal mondo, as the food was really disappointing. We ordered five dishes and none of the dish were good in terms of cooking method and food quality. Anyway, I will still choose to stay at this hotel when visiting Rome again.

Great hotel, wonderful pool and beautiful amenities. Easy to get into downtown Rome, the Vatican and Trastevere but you need to take a taxi.

I wish I could have gotten my money back for the last night I missed thete due to my flight being canceled.

My family and I had an average experience here. I disliked the dinner buffet. It was awful and expensive for the options that were available. Most of front desk ladies were rude and seemed bothered when I would come to ask for something. The carpet in our rooms was dirty. The hotel has a voucher system in place if you skip cleaning. I found out on our last night there that we were only to skip cleaning three nights but my rooms were never cleaned and we stayed there six nights. I was not able to use all of my earned vouchers since the hotel did not accept vouchers for room service and the airport shuttle. I did not appreciate this since my rooms were not cleaned at all while we stayed there and I had to literally beg the front desk almost on a daily basis for toilet paper. What I did like about the hotel was its breakfast buffet and location. My family and I appreciated the variety of the breakfast items. The hotel is conveniently located. We were able to access more dining options, stores and public transportation nearby.

Staff is not friendly, welcoming or Helpful. The shuttle service was not useful either.

Had a great stay here. We loved the pool and facilities. Good selection of food at breakfast. Friendly staff throughout. Located on the outskirts of the city centre. Easy to get a taxi or use the shuttle bus which was 5 Euro each

Cheap - you get what you pay for!

There are nowhere near enough sun beds even though there is plenty of space to put them so lots of people were laying on towels on the grass or sitting in chairs. The tiles around the pool were so scorching hot so not suitable for little ones to run around as it would blister their feet. The breakfast was poor, really fatty processed meat and the only fruit was melon. Croissant was like a bread roll. The staff were really friendly and helpful when you could find them but the hotel could do with making sure there is always someone at the pool bar or giving out the towels Hotel was a really cheap price though so this is a typical you get what you pay for

Lovely hotel an oasis in Rome

The hotel holds weddings and conferences, so the pool area can get too busy and very noisy . The waiters in the upstairs bar were not that friendly and helpful. The female staff on reception were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful property and wonderful staff. Nice and quiet away from the busy city center' but a short ride to all the major sites. The pool was heavenly during the heat wave. Breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. Convenient shuttle to city center, and ey give you a 15 euro voucher if you don't have your room cleaned that you can use for the shuttle or restaurants. Highly recommend this property!

Already our 2nd stay at this hotel. And every time we go to Rome we will choose it again and again. Great hotel, amazing food, big rooms, clean, friendly staff, shuttle service to the city and to Vatican. Amazing SPA. My favorite is bio sauna. The only thing i will not do next yime is to keep open balance in the room, better to pay for exteas each time you use it. Bank holds this charge too long while hotel also takes the charge.

Always a pleasure to stay at this hotel . Great for families great staff service and food . It’s like being at a resort yet close enough to the big city !

Beautiful

This is an excellent hotel to stay at, if you want to be close to the airport. I stayed here with my family of four, prior to leaving the country. The rooms are nice, very spacious and clean. There’s a nice pool. The best part about the hotel, was the dinner buffet. It’s very affordable, there are five different cuisines and it includes wine or beer. My only advice would be to book the airport shuttle in advance. The shuttle was Full when we checked in, but the staff was able to arrange a taxi for us the day of our flight. Highly recommend this place.

Great pool and far from the noise of Rome. The rooms are generous as are the amenities. Love the spa! However, meals are buffet (except bar snacks and room service which is the buffet food). We asked for ice twice and finally gave up. The a/c in our suite did not work in either the sitting room or bedroom. We called the desk, was told someone was coming, and no show. Too bad because the hotel itself is lovely.

Hotel was premium and love it. Didnt like the shuttle service they offered. During AM service, the shuttle had a broken AC unit and ride was uncomfortable. Pluse driver was rude when asked why it was so hot. The PM shuttle had AC however, the driver kept begging for tip money and making racial jokes callinge Appollo Creed ( an Afro American character fro Rocky movie) i DIDNT APPRECIATE IT.

Swimming pool and spa is amazing. Beautiful grounds and comfortable room.

Front desk service was excellent. Hotel is very clean and elegant. Not too far from city center by taxi. Average taxi cost to city center is $25-30 euros one way.

Pool & spa were wonderful!! The ac doesn’t get very cold. Beds were comfy but pillows were not. But we loved it and we would definitely go back. Such a nice place to relax while visiting Rome!

Amazing place, out of town but worth it

Wow what an amazing place! The front desk were very helpful and the room was something else! We had the family room which is huge (3 full bathrooms, small hallway, 2 dressing rooms and 2 large bedrooms) and in excellent condition. The 2 mini bars were complimentary, refilled each day and really helpful to fuel your sight-seeing. The 2 children received a nice metal bottle for water and the room had multiple glass bottles which can be refilled from water points in the corridors (a really good tactic to reduce plastic waste). They also run a scheme where if you choose to not have your room cleaned for a day, they give you a 15 euro voucher (up to 2 vouchers) for use for anything hotel related. Again, a good option to reduce your footprint. The pool is very nice but does have an erratic slopey edge so if you struggle to get in and out of a pool you need to be careful. Towels are free. The grounds are all nicely maintained and benefits from being out of town with the clearer air and greenery. Food is very good, very good buffet breakfast. I would highly recommend the evening buffet which is on Wednesday to Sunday. Its great value for money and has a good atmosphere, especially on nights they have music playing. The cost (€35 an adult and children are free) includes drinks making it cheaper than going elsewhere. Notably a lot of locals visited for it, seemingly for special occasions.

Such a lovely hotel. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The hotel was fantastic, it had everything we needed for a few days away in Rome. It was a little way out of Rome, but the hotel have a shuttle bus and you can get a taxi for €20. It was nice to be able to retreat back to the pool/spa after a day in the bustling city. The children really appreciated this. The rooms were spacious and very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was also great and so much to choose from.

Fantastic Value for money as the facilities are amazing at the hotel. Being able to spend a few peaceful hours by the pool and then head into the City for the evening is brilliant. A special mention for Elizabett at reception, so lovely and friendly and happy to help with any enquiry. We were given a room upgrade as it was our Anniversary and this was wonderful, so nice of the staff to recognise this and make the effort. We have stayed here before and will definitely be visiting again as soon as we can.

Very Nice Hotel in Rome

Fantastic hotel to stay. Brilliant facilities, spacious and clean rooms. Staff are helpful and professional. Do not miss the breakfast. Highly recommended.

We spent one night in Rome when headed back to the US from Sicily. It around a half an hour ride from FCO airport, half an hour to the Piazza Venezia in Rome. They offer a shuttle for 5 Euros per person, very convenient.

Couldn’t have picked a better hotel

Called the front desk staff every day to be able to lower the temprature. they said they would do it but never did. Couldn't sleep at night it was so hot. if you opened the window it was too loud, cars flying by road noise. The lunch and breakfast buffet menu never changed. it was the same every single day. the Lunch Buffet's were never replaced. if on a certain day the lunch was too busy you were SOL. Bar Staff was really good and friendly SPA staff was very good and facilities offered were very good.

The best hotel that we’ve stayed at in Italy

A TOTAL WASTE of my free night points.

I was extremely disappointed in this trip. I WASTED a free night from Hotels.com on this hotel. I specifically asked online AND on the telephone in advance about the shuttle from the airport. I was given erroneous information that cost me valuable time. DO NOT STAY at this hotel if you’re looking for a good place to sleep for a 13 hour layover. Find somewhere closer to the airport with better shuttle service and more accommodating and considerate staff.

I didnt like the bad view of old houses in my room close to my window.. the daily rate is very high relatively with the servics and rooms..rooms are old and not really luxurious comparing to almost 230 € per night in january .. if i come again, i would find another higher service and facilities hotel with the same rate ..room service is paid, spa services are paid , and i took a deluxe room which allow me to take better sevices.. Food choices in the buffet is limited .. naaa i wouldnt pay this amount again for the same facility.

The staff called the cabs for you. Restaurants on site, spa, fitness center and easy access to the Center of Rome. We will stay at thus property again

The hotel was very nice overall but the restaurant bar had horrible service as the waiter only brought us the first drinks and did not come back to take our order until we got up to order from the bar and then no one came back to give us the check so again we had to get up to ask for it. The shower was clogged and they offer a wonderful buffet for dinner unfortunately because kids are free, it is full of brats running around the dining room. I’d suggest charging for them and maybe it’d make for a more quieter and pleasant dinner. We also paid for shuttle service to the airport that was late and no bellhops available or ballet to assist with this matter.

Perfect all the way except for the restaurant à la carte very poor service not good food and very expensive and we got asked to pay the tip in cash 😞
