We got delayed 1 day due to flights, airport shutdown etc and I understand that's not hotels fault but when we got in i mentioned at the check in that we had 2 rooms we paid from the day before and if there is any way we can ger refund or any upgrades since we paid close to $400 dollars for nothing. The gentleman at the desk told me since we booked through 3rd party ( Expedia) there is nothing he can do but we get a bottle of wine in our rooms. Which i found out was done by Expedia due to our VIP program not the hotel. This was our 2nd stay at Aries but I'm guessing probably last one. I mentioned to the persons that was checking us on that we called them 6 times the day before and emailed to notify of the issues we're having with the flights but unfortunately nobody ever answer the phone or responded back to the email. Very disappointing.

The best premium hotel in Zakopane. Very cosy, clean and with great location to attractions in Zakopane. Very nice staff that was very pleasant and helpful.

The staff is accommodating and helps meet the needs of the customers. They are helping to organize trips to local attractions, (in the example Morskie Oko) including necessary transportation. The rooms are very comfortable. The hotel is located very close to the major Zakopane attractions such as the famous Krupowki Street and Gubalowka.

Aries hotel is a Hidden Gem in Zakopane! Wonderful hotel with beautiful mountains style rooms, it feels like sleeping in modern wooden cabin.Just few steps from famous Krupowki .Delicious buffet breakfast with so many choices, they even have honey directly from the bee keeper .Outstanding concierge service by pan Wawrzyniec who organized for us private trip to Morskie Oko with very knowledgeable driver pan Robert.Also concierge Mateusz very helpful .Excellent customer service ,great thanks for manager Kamil ,we got room upgrade and bottle of wine booking through Expedia.So many thanks for pan Artur who helped us a lot!The pool,saunas and jacuzzi were great way to relax after all day of side seeing. We could give this hotel 10 stars if we could!!!We couldn’t be more pleased with accommodations and hospitality !!!

We loved staying at the Aries hotel. Hotel was in a great place close to everything and the staff was amazing from the moment we walked in. We will definitely come back.

Great atmosphere and amazing service

As always wonderful experience. This is our 4th stay at Aries. Staff friendly and helpful, property is wonderful condition, kids play area amazing, pool and spa well kept. Breakfast buffet has many options for adults and kids. We can’t wait to stay here again. Close to main shopping and restaurant area.

I loved our stay atvthe Aries. The hotel is lovely and well appointed with comfortable rooms. Our room had a lovely view of the mountains. We very much enjoyed the pool and hit tubs.

Good location and free parking and delicious breakfast was a key. Customer service was excellent with advices and getting tickets.

Stylish, excellent facilities, delicious food with fantastic selection, friendly and helpful staff, couldn’t fault it. Would highly recommend it and will certainly stay there again.

Really loved the room very comfortable. Breakfast was beyond: endless everything including champagne if that’s your thing in the morning. Staff helped us with transportation and hiking advice. Can’t say enough about the pool and hot tub. Absolute must post hike!!

Beyond my expectations!! This place was super special and we loved the saunas and breakfast buffet. You have to stay here! Worth every penny!

Fabulous stay!

We had a fantastic week-long stay at Hotel Aries. Our room was nice and spacious with all the amenities one needs. The breakfast had a wide spread of choices and sometimes included Champaign. Mid-way through our stay, we came back to our room and found a complimentary bottle of white wine chilled in a bucket, the next day we were surprised again with a nice plate of fruit mid-afternoon. We had to check out early in the morning, so the front desk staff made sure to have a cab waiting for us right on time and prepared two lunch boxes for us along with water and coffee to go. Hotel Aries exceeded our expectations in so many ways, and we look forward to coming back again.

Good location, nice facilities and friendly stuff. On the cons side, it is time to update the outdated and very narrow shower cabins. A bit disappointed to see a 5-star hotel using such low class shower cabins that you find in the basement bathroom in the budget rental apartments.

Great location!

What a beautiful hotel and excellent location! All staff are extremely professional and friendly. Beds are nice and comfy, aircon in the room is a plus! Parking included in the room rate and lots of space available when we parked. Breakfast was lovely so much choice and a nice area to sit and eat. Housekeepers coming in to re stock mini fridge and make bed etc during the day which is nice so it’s all fresh! The pool and jacuzzi were a nice treat and it was really quiet we went at around 10am just after breakfast. We also booked in for couples retreat in the spa, and we really enjoyed this. We visit zakopane often and will definitely stay again!

The best 5 star hotel in Zakopane. Amazing stuff, out of this world breakfast, fantastic SPA, beautiful decor, very, very clean. WiFi works but it's a little sketchy. That was our second stay at Aries and we will be back fir sure.

It’s our 3rd time staying at Aries in the last 4 years and I would never look to stay anywhere else in Zakopane as the hotel is just fantastic. The staff are so friendly and always looking to help you to make your stay even better. The breakfast is truly amazing and sets you up for an entire day walking in the Tatra mountains. The Spa is chic and never really gets too busy, even at the weekend. We paid a little extra this time for a Suite and it was money well spent. I just can’t imagine anybody not loving their stay at Aries!

The staff was so responsive and went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. The facilities, restaurant and room were awesome.

This hotel is a true gem. The front desk area is beautiful and the whole building is breathtaking. Rooms are very cute and have everything you need. Breakfast is delicious - so much to choose from. Customer service is great! We will be back in the future!

Mountain retreat

Lovely hotel and great staff. The sauna was wonderful and the brunch was one of the best I have ever been to. Location was incredibly convenient for walk to dining. Would happily return.

Fabulous place! The saunas and hot-cold tubs were great. Our concierge was wonderful, helped with every question.

All staff members were great and room was very clean. The duf duf was amazing, with tons of babes I was chatting up all night.

Poor Service

Overall the hotel was as advertised and well located. The breakfast was cold and the hotel did not honour Expedia VIP status, the staff did not offer or acknowledge room upgrade, bottle of wine or late check out. In fact we weren’t even asked or informed that those services are not available. Given the exclusivity and star rating of the hotel we were expecting better service.

Super nice hotel, very well located. If I would come back to Zakopane I would choose the same hotel

Best family holiday so far

Everything was just fantastic - we had the Chalet Suite which I highly recommend to families travelling with children. The kids club is great - my children were so sad to leave on the last day and rushed to say their goodbyes to the team. The breakfast is a feast of everything you could possibly imagine - choice and quality. The hotel itself has a very relaxed, welcoming feel with a traditional yet luxurious decor. The staff are attentive and always happy to help. The swimming pool and spa facilities are great and open until 10pm which is ideal after a day of sightseeing. Aries is perfectly located just off Krupowki, in a quiet cul-del sac. Will definitely be back.

We have stayed at the Aries on six separate occasions as a couple and our more recent stays, with friends. Fabulous Hotel/Spa, which is well worth a visit. Lovely, accommodating staff. Breakfast selection is superb. Spa treatments are varied and very good. Location is excellent for main Zakopane and Skiing, if this your choice. Lots to do in the surrounding area.

The property was extremely nice and the room was spacious and comfortable Danny. Unfortunately the staff and service was very poor. The area around the hotel was incredible.

Everything was wonderful. Worth the price. Most amazing breakfast.

5* Stay at Aries Hotel & Spa

We spent 5 nights in the beautiful Aries Hotel to celebrate my girlfriends birthday. Upon arrival to the hotel, we received a very warm welcome and swift check-in. The hotel had kindly left a birthday balloon, teddy bear and edible treats for my girlfriend in our room. Our standard room (104) had a stunning view overlooking the Tatra mountains. The room was very clean, warm and comfortable. Olga from Concierge was absolutely wonderful and helped me organise a bottle of bubbles and a stunning birthday cake for my girlfriend. We made use of the Spa most days which was a lovely treat after a long days out in the wintry weather. My girlfriend had a spa treatment which she thoroughly enjoyed. One of our favourite meals was at the hotel restaurant (Halka) so would highly recommend. The buffet breakfast were also very nice. We organised our transfer back to the airport through the hotel, and were pleasantly surprised as Olga drove us. She was such great company, and is certainly a credit to Aries. All in all, a wonderful stay and will look forward to returning, hopefully next year.

Best value in Zakopane. We loved the decor and ambiance of the hotel. Professional and friendly staff, unparalleled breakfastt. I highly recommend Aries.

Went above and beyond all expectations, had amazing spa facilities and the breakfast buffet was very diverse in choice. We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Thank you to all the staff for our very warm welcome and stay!

I was here 4 ago. Things have changed. Did use the spa. Chi Chi (sp?) was fantastic! However noise above my room. Kids jumping off bed perhaps, people wearing cement boots. It was awful!! Complained stopped for an hour and back again! Spoke with manager in the morning, tried to make excuses, the noise bylaw is 10 pm !! He said. I about fell over. Yes. But not in my room. ! Just excuses!! I’m sorry…. Damage was done. Buffet has gone down hill. Plums oozing because they were overripe. Grapes with stems. Limited choice of fruit dessert only torte and cheesecake. Not the same quality as 4 years ago. Room was great.

The best hotel I have stayed at in a while. It has everything you could ask for and more. Amazing children’s play rooms, beautiful pool and saunas. The massage at the spa was great. The breakfast has such a selection that it’s hard to choose. We also received a beautiful room upgrade that exceeded my expectations. I am already booking my next stay there when I come back to Zakopane in January. It gets 6 stars from us.

5 stars Polish hotel, not 5 stars world hotel. But stuff was friendly and helpful. Always greeting you when they see you. Bit overpriced.

Fantastic Hotel

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just off the main street so it's quiet. The breakfast is the best variety I have ever had at a hotel, and delicious. Rooms are very nice, comfy bed, air conditioned, and my only complaint is they use the flat pillows instead of nice fluffy ones. The pool, sauna and cold plunge were all wonderful. The jacuzzi's however, were lukewarm and barely warmer than the pool. Overall, it's a great hotel and I only really had two things I wish they would do differently.
