The property is old and the surrounding area is rundown. The beds are great

Could not use the airconditioner in 41c temperatures. The filters and vents on the airconditioner were filthy. The bed was comfortable. Shower ok Property not maintained.

Air-conditioner in the room did not work properly even after they come and try to fix it. It was pretty cold room to sleeping.

Always very clean, comfortable and convenient for passing through! Great to have our dogs stay with us. An enclosed dog park just down the road in Wyalong.

Old school accommodation but great all the same

There was no one in reception and we had to ring a number to get our room number. After leaving 3 messages someone called back

We only stayed one night on our way home it was easy to get to and they are a great business

The room size was as expected , it was worthwhile to book the family size to gain extra floor space around beds etc. Air conditioner worked very well , for cooling and to buffer traffic noise. Bathroom was a good size. The full size table was welcome. Although comfortable, and we were staying after a 1200 km one day drive and our priority was sleep , the room was looking overdue for update. Curtains were not well kept and windows were overdue for cleaning. We had no face/face contact with staff other than the morning cleaner outside other rooms

The bed was hard up on the wall for one person to sleep against. We turned the bed 90 degrees to fix the problem. It made it easier to get into bed from both sides, with no-one facing the wall to sleep. The shower head was broken and squirted water everywhere. This included the powerpoint on the far wall, not very electrically safe. For a two person room, it only had one chair. The cleanliness of the room was absolutely top knot, couldn't ask for better.

Room was good, bed comfortable. Check in lacking. Had to phone, no answer then they called back after a couple of minutes.

Generally was very happy but room was far too small

It was a step back in time when run down facilities were considered the norm.

We felt the shower rose was in effective too fine a spray like a mist. After they had updated the bathroom.

Building old. Linen clean. Needs painting to be finished. Worth only $50 per nite.

Really basic motel.

Place was waaaay over priced for what you got. There was no service at check in - you rang a number and were told your room number and the key was in the door. Place was old and tired - they had tried to tart up the bathroom but it was still tired and drab. The rest of the unit was old and weary. The light in the bathroom worked 50% of the time and the pillows were like rocks. TV was smaller than my computer monitor. Curtains were disgusting and the walls paper thin as I had to contend with the bloke next door snoring like a train all night. You can’t make a silk purse out of a sows ear and that applies perfectly to this place.

Room was filthy, we had no toilet paper, soap ect. Mold in bathroom. Carpet was stained, burn marks on it. Do not recommend. Manager was happy to get us some loo paper on request.

No staff for check in or assistance, room was clean but only small bedroom size, door adjoining next room with a tissue stuck in the hole where the handle was removed, bathroom rail and toilet paper holder falling off the wall and near fisticuffs over lack of car parking.

This property had everything I needed for an overnight stay and the staff were extremely helpful

Toilet paper filling hole of missing adjoining door knob, double bed up against wall on one side, big gap between window blind & frame so zero privacy, missing grout in shower. The sheets were clean at least.

Clean and comfortable

We arrived after the office had close and the owner had made contact with us and told us where the key was etc. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size and clean.

A very nice stay for my mother and myself

budget accomodation reasonable price ,clean rooms and ideal for a stopover.

It was definitely budget accommodation but very clean and equipped. Could hear the neighbours bodily functions because we obviously had a room with a shared door to another room, luckily it was quiet enough.

Older but conformable good on the budget, off road parking

It was quite dated and old looking. The bathroom door didn't close and the room was really small. We did love that we could keep our dog in the room with us

Hitel was tired and stale however bed was very comfortable and the shower water was instantly hot.

Wonderful motel a rare find these days i travel with my dog and he can stay with me.

Pet friendly,clean,had everything I needed for overnight stay and very good price. Nothing negative at all. Thanks to the property owner.

Accomodation was clean, bed was comfortable, price was reasonable and we appreciated being able to bring our small dog.

The owner of this place should be ashamed of him or her self for letting there room get to the state of how disgusting it was.it shouldnt be allowed for people to pay or even stay in.there was Mold and Fungus under the couches.bugs insects and spiders keeped appearing through the night.

Good overnight stop

The property was good but have been in better.

We loved our stay with the cat and the dog. The room was exceptionally clean, all towels and bedding too. We recommend to everyone and will stay again.

Fine for overnight stay

Overnight stop to Bathurst. Overall room was fine for a night. Had family room for 1 night good separation between our bed and kids bathroom done up nicely but could do with a refresh. Ac in kids room noisy.

The facilities were ok

Booking in was easy and convenient.

Pet friendly but some other dogs not controlled adequately. Bathroom lighting not working. Manager provided a lamp but it also failed.

On the way to somewhere else

Stayed overnight here. Bed was comfy and the bathroom had been updated. Suited us and the price was right. Dinner at the RSL. Recommend both.

Pulling up to the property it had a lovely feel about it. The service was lovely, I even got recommended places for food delivery or if I wanted to eat out by the lovely receptionist. I felt safe staying here and the bed was very comfortable. I stayed for 1 night and would definitely stop in again.

Quality for your money

The beds were so comfortable. Although an older property it was clean and comfortable. All you really need for an overnight stay.

We got the pet-friendly budget room with parking right outside. The room was neat, clean and the bed was comfortable. The pets liked the room, too. I would highly recommend this place for people travelling with small pets.

one night stay.

Basic accommodation main road position but quiet. The town centre of West Wyalong is just down the road for somewhere to eat. The bed in our room was very comfortable after the long drive. We would stay here again when next in town.

Very pleased nice place to stay very comfortable great for our dog

The motel is clean and spacious. Staff is always ready to help. 2 things i want to feedback 1. Internet was not available during our stay. Surprising🙂🙂 2. Kitchen was basic and lacks space. May be just for a overnight stay it's good. But long staying is bit tough. Rest all good. Motel has a nice little pool where kids can enjoy.

I was surprised there was no heating or cooling in the room. Not even a fan.

Pet Friendly Motel

Finding pet friendly accommodation when travelling between Qld and Victoria with a dog is a challenge. This motel was very clean with basic facilities. Room was very small & the air conditioning barely managed to cool the room. Parking was a nightmare as there were no designated spots outside of rooms. Tariff was really cheap & location was convenient.

Great place for travelling with dogs. Easy host where we knew they would welcome our dogs so made our journey very easy.

Basic budget property but clean and good beds and linen and very nice soft fluffy white towels only negative is that you can easily hear people in next room

Budget accommodation West Wyalong

Room was a bit noisy to next door as walls are fibro but overall room very tidy, clean, renovated and great bang for buck. Street parking only sadly for my car as was full. No restaurant and town shuts down early so get some food before 8:30pm or you will miss out. :)

Accommodating

A lovely motel unit, very well maintained, comfortable and with a homely feel and little extras not found in others. Would highly recommend.

Easy to find and they don't mind our fur baby staying with us. Will be staying again next time we are in the neighbour hood.

I like the fact that they were keen in changing room when finding out all our requirements. And they were very friendly, as well.

No Booking Received!!

We were amazed they DIDNT have our booking until I showed them my paperwork... she said she hadnt heard of Hotels.com and only used bookings.com Her son took over n went onto Google to check out Hotels.com and then was happy re our booking... all in all they were very nice people to deal with after such a hiccough to start.... ???????😁😍😁
