Great stay only slight problem we had was getting into the parking our key didnt work but there was a button that called the front desk and they helped immediately so I would still give it a 5/5 :)

This hotel was great. The staff was so friendly and we loved they were all “real people” and weren’t in uniforms which made it feel way cooler. Better TV options would have been nice, smart TV or an option to watch a movie through a streaming device. Also, Expedia said there are microwaves in each room which there is not. Had to go to the lobby to heat up food. The coffee in the lobby was really good and a hot cocoa bar for the win!

The property is conveniently located within RTC and provided upscale and comfortable accommodation for the evening.

The rooms are beautiful and the property is very comfortable and accommodating. It is so close to Redmond Towne Center and shopping, restaurants. You really can't go wrong with this hotel.

Favorite place to stay in the neighborhood. They have amazing NW decor and amenities. Love how it’s next to the outdoor mall with numerous options.

The hotel is located in a quiet area of Redmond. It is walking distance to the Redmond Town Center which was nice. There were many dining options nearby. We received exceptional customer service at this hotel, too. The hotel staff went over and beyond our expectations. The original room we were placed in had a broken toilet seat and a loose toilet paper holder. We reported the issue and we were surprised that they offered to move us to a different room. We also could not use the EV charger adapter provided so one of the (hotel) engineers was kind enough to allow us to use the electrical outlet in the mechanical room. We brought our own charger from home and plugged it in using the outlet in the mechanical room. The housekeeping staff was prompt in providing us with items we needed replenished, too. Since we didn't use the other amenities and restaurant in the hotel, we can't comment on those services. Overall, we enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Archer Hotel in Redmond.

Great hotel in great location for our quick stay!

Very nice hotel next to Redmond Town Center. Comfortable bed. Only hiccup was room key didn’t work to access the parking garage; front desk person warned me the card key may not work and it didn’t.

The Archer is a lovely hotel. It’s next to a shopping center and multiple restaurants and the riverside walking trail. Parking is secure and reasonably priced. The staff is superior! Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We had a king suite which was comfortable and spacious with dishes and wine glasses! We will stay here on our next visit.

Comfy beds, pillows, clean clean! Fresh sheets everyday. Staff is so sweet and friendly and welcoming and polite. Bartenders are very nice and friendly and sweet. I loved my stay and will mos def recommend and would love to come back!!!!! Archer is the place my friends!!!

We had a really wonderful time unfortunately it was during Thanksgiving so a lot of things were closed, but it’s absolutely an adorable area. This hotel is absolutely adorable.

We were there during the power outage so did not get to experience many of the amenities that would require heat or electricity. The staff was very detailed and accommodating to ensure our stay was safe, secure and as comfortable as it could be. We also had the option to cancel without penalty, but decided to stick it out and experience this upscale boutique hotel. Management has done a great job with training staff and those that came in despite the total shutdown of Redmond were amazingly welcoming and helpful. Everyone seemed to love the work that they were doing which makes it easy to relax and enjoy.

Relaxing stay, comfy beds & bathroom. Great location. Good food, friendly service in the restaurant but slow, staff is needed perhaps. The key card situation is weird - the cards don’t work to get into the parking garage immediately after check in and you need one to get out so they can’t be reused. Strange system.

Our first choice hotel to stay on our regular road trips from Vancouver BC. The Redmond town center next door has great dining options and cool stores (especially for family with kids). Will be back!

Perfect Place for a Relaxing Weekend Getaway!

Archer hotel is such a lovely boutique hotel! Friendly staffs, a clean room with comfy beds, amenities including pool and gym, a beatiful lobby and convenient location as it is located right in front of a shopping mall.

Second time returning to this specific property. Easy quick check in, quiet and always a pleasant stay. Kids love the duck for some reason :)

I would rate this 5 out of 5. We got there and there was garage parking and outside parking. The biggest thing for us was tesla charger specifically. It is free of charge and isnt a 3rd party so that was huge for us. Then we go to our double KING SIZE BEDS. most hotels dont offer that option so that was superb! Complementary NESPRESSO, which was superb. Complementary fuji waters, and as well 2 sets of slippers. The only thing i would say was okay was the pool, not the best, water was salt water? But over all okay heat, and free to use toys for the kids. Bjs resturant right next to us, walking distance town center, and more things as well, so definetly recommend it, best hotel weve stayed at so far!

Everything was great until 9:30 am when a knock and rapping of a card on the door, as I got out of bed to go to the door-the maid opened the door and tried to enter as my wife was asleep! I had the DO NOT DISTURB Blue light on for Privacy, to no avail. If it wasn’t for the security locks to prevent the door from opening, she would have barged into our room!! Absolutely ridiculous that this was even happening! We haven’t stayed at this hotel for 3years or so and may not even go back. When I addressed the front desk in the phone they apologized and when checking out got the same Lame half assed apology. This used to be a well managed hotel- can’t say that from this experience on this visit.

The Archer is an excellent value. Rooms are clean, the property is very quiet and is adjacent other Redmond Town center which has lots of shopping and dining options.

Hotel conveniently located right across Redmond Town Center. Lots of dining to choose from. Room had two king beds as very comfortable for our family of four. We will be back. Hotel nice and clean. Pool and fitness room are nice amenities to hotel.

One of the elevators was out while we where there which made it a bit cumbersome to get in and out. But overall a nice place and I would go back.

There is no wow factor with the hotel. The elevator was broken which meant we had to share the only other elevator with house keeping (tight squeeze) the beds were extremely comfortable but take up the whole room, side tables have 5cm of room, so all personal items have to go on the floor. The coffee machine was nice but it's in a cupboard with no light so it's difficult to see what you're doing. To top it off we were woken 3 times from 1000 to 1230am by noisy guests.. All in all bla.

The staff was genuine, helpful, and welcoming. Everything about our stay was easy and relaxing. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful, clean hotel. Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was large with two king beds that were extremely comfortable. Nice, roomy bathroom. Easy drive to Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery & Concert Venue. We were really impressed with The Archer Hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful hotel in the town center of Redmond. Super easy access to all the shopping and restaurants nearby.

Extremely clean and never heard any other guests while I was in my room. The hotel and bar are beautiful. I only had breakfast there but the food and service were amazing! Self serve coffee in the morning was easily accessible as was their “snack shop”. It’s located within Redmond Town Center which has a ton of shopping and dining options. Even if you walk a little further the dining options continue. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

Every time I visit the area, I consistently choose this hotel for my stay. I’ve never had a bad experience here. The rooms are always clean, quiet, and well-stocked with amenities.

We stayed here after a concert at the Chateau Ste Michelle Winery. It was an easy 12 minute drive. It’s on the edge of Redmond Town Square so we walked there for breakfast the next morning. Very nice!

This hotel was a breath of fresh air- literally! We found it at the last minute due to a change in plans and I wish my entire trip was based here. The lobby is welcoming. There is a comfortable bar with a variety of seating inside and out. They have a small market with everything you need- like wine at the end of a long day. Highly recommend you stay!

Most comfy beds!

Amazing ! We had a golf tournament and were flying straight to Hawaii the following day, this hotel was a great pregame to our trip!

This was the quietest place we have every stayed. Super clean, beautifully put together. Very accommoding staff. Looking forward to next time!

Of all the many hotels we have stayed in, this property was the best thus far. You cannot beat two king size beds. Family of four got great sleep and the rest that we needed in our travels. My kids loved the duck, they have not stopped talking about returning just for duck lol in the bathroom. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool, however, hotel is lovely. Will be returning.

The place was very nice. The restaurant and bar was short staffed (i think) on one night of our stay. As the service was terrible. We were looking to have dinner and drinks but were never approached by a server or bartender. We also overheard others questioning accuracy of orders and slow service so we just left after waiting for 10-15 min. But the hotel itself is in a nice location and very clean but for the room rate we would have expected better more consistent service in the bar/restaurant.

Archer Hotel Seattle/Redmond was an amazing property offering the best accommodations in the Seattle area. The hotel is easily accessible to all locations and adjacent to a local mall. Beyond thr great amenities, they also place a chocolate in your room every night. A sweet touch for a premium experience.

This is one of the best hotels. Everything was spot on and perfect. Great location with shopping, a car show, and close to everything. Extra clean!!

Unfortunately, the pool was extremely chlorinated that my child refused to swim. My kids swim in public pools often so they are used to chlorine, they said this pool was nasty just having the water touch your lips. My card key didn’t work the time I entered/exited the garage. There was a loud group somewhere on my floor that I could hear until 5:45am, yes am. I texted the hotel about it. I have kids and understand noise, this was well past that and definitely during quiet hours. To say the least, I didn’t get sleep. We chose this hotel for the pool and proximity to shopping. Would not recommend until pool is taken care of. Beds were cozy, loved Nespresso and water/caramels upon arrival (even though we registered as 3 guests we got 2 of each)

The surrounding area was GREAT!!!!! Restaurants , movie theatre, malls, parks. The hotel is very calm and quiet with dim lighting in the restaurant and lobby area. My room was extremely clean and comfortable.

Cozy

Good design choices with inexpensive but useful room features. Manual fan on thermostat doesn't stay on, so no good white noise source to drown out the area noise. Room can be very expensive, but was fortunately less expensive this time. Staff were pleasant. Parking cost extra, but there were free Tesla L2 destination chargers with 40A max, so it balanced out. The area is offices and mall, and you can't park out front because it's mall parking only. Lots of food options in the area, but almost nothing open late, becoming a ghost town after about 9pm.

Second stay at this hotel. It is one of the few hotels where you can get two king-size beds in a single room. Everything seems to be very well thought out. The person checking us in was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely return.
