Convenient Underground Car Cark

Centrally located hotel at the heart of the town. Underground car park directly below the hotel was very convenient and easy to access. We had a rear facing room which avoided the street noise at the front. Would highly recommend.

Property was well placed with secure parking. Apartment was comfortable.

We were staying overnight, breaking up a long journey. Very pleased with the standard of the rooms and facilities. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful and there was a great choice for breakfast. Hotel is in a good central location and underground parking was convenient.

Nice place in Clermont-Ferrand

Very nice and modern room, although a little dark. Large bathroom. Great, friendly service and great location. However, there is neither a/c nor a mechanical fan and I was there during the heat wave. The room overlooked an interior courtyard so even opening the window did not help much. The bed had these weird wooden rails that made it awkward getting in and out of bed.

Comfortable and well-located apartment hotel

This is a modern apartment hotel in the city centre next to the Jaude shopping centre. You park in one of Jaude’s car parks (B), which is right under the hotel and if you park in the correct bit of the car park, the lift takes you to street level, a couple of doors away from the hotel. There’s a supermarket round the corner and a boulangerie opposite, and the hotel is well-placed for sightseeing in the city as well as the surrounding area. The room was quite small but generally well-utilised, though the bed frame was bulky and awkward at times. It was maintained to a high standard but the big bugbear for us was the lack of air-conditioning. There were instructions on opening the windows, etc but we really needed air conditioning in temperatures of c30-32°C. It would have also meant that we wouldn’t have been disturbed by the celebrations that went long into the night after the France semi-final. Still, it was generally very comfortable and a very convenient base for sightseeing and dining.

Beautiful Hotel

This was the best hotel that we had during our trip to Amsterdam, Paris, Switzerland and Germany. The room was spacious for two of us and breakfast was great too. The staff were friendly providing information about places of attractions. The location was great and many restaurants available and shopping center just below hotel.

Only stayed one night - wish it had been longer. Welcoming reception, great studio with excellent facilities. Brilliant location off the main square. Within easy walking distance of the shops, sights and restaurants.

Good location, small but I think typical of hotels in France. Kitchen area extremely small with large column in the way - think it could have been configured better. Housekeeping threw out our groceries that we left in shopping bags in the kitchen.

Watch out for the Phillips Senseo !!

Very nice at a great price. However WHAT hotel provides a Phillips Senseo coffee maker for making coffee. I honestly don't normally carry these pods around with me!!!!!!!! Easy parking and in centre with nice square and loads of restaurants nearby

Good choice for stop over

Good basic accommodation in a fantastic location smack in the center of town. Very friendly service at reception and efficient key system for entrance and rooms. Secure hotel.

Everything you need

We had a great stay (2 nights) at this hotel. The room had everything we could possibly need as it is really a small studio apartment. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. Most of the cool sights were located within a very reasonable walking distance of the hotel. There are also plenty of places to shop and eat just a few steps away.

A beautiful medieval historic downtown

Enjoyed everything. Better han what I expected. I wonder why there is not more informatio about Clermont-Ferrand. It looks like the 'real France.

Our 3 night stay was our first in an apart-hotel and was very impressive. Plenty of space in room, bathroom and lobby without needing to retract the bed.

Fold up bed

Street parking was available outside the hotel. We did not expect a fold up bed. I did not sleep well on it. We had to go to reception to get pillows. The mini kitchen was good and it was just across the street from a bakery. Hotel was ok, but after traveling all day, I could have used a better room for relaxing.

Bien situé à deux pas de la place Jaude, restaurant et commerce a proximité. Parking sous le bâtiment surveiller par un vigile la nuit pas mal, à prix hotel. La chambre correct avec les éléments nécessaire.

Bon hôtel, propreté parfaite mais le seul problème est que dans l annonce il n est pas indiqué que le parking été pour 1 entree et 1 sortie, il a fallu galerer avec les bagages pour les monter et les decendrent

À notre arrivée, la toilette n’était pas nettoyée avec une odeur nauséabonde et une tache blanche au sol de la salle de bain. La propreté laisse en tout cas à désirer. Il est regrettable d’avoir des rideaux de douche dans un apparthotel. Il faisait chaud et pas de climatisation comme annoncé mais des ventilateurs qui font un bruit infernal. Seul point positif : la chambre est confortable et appartement spacieux.

Notre séjour à l'Apparthotel Privilodges Carré de Jaude a été agréable. L'appartement était propre et bien situé près de la Grande Place à Clermont-Ferrand. Cependant, l'absence de parking et de petit déjeuner inclus est regrettable.

Nous avons eu 2 chambres au lieu d’un studio, donc très bien Malinois nous sommes rendus compte trop tard que nous avions qu’une serviette au lieu de 2 dans les chambres. Après c’était propre, spacieux et bien placé

Des employés fantastique

Je suis resté deux nuits, après la première nuit, j'ai été dérangé par un chien qui aboyait dans une autre chambre. Noémie à la reception s'est réellement pliée en quatre pour me trouver une chambre convenable, elle à été fantastique. C'est une jeune femme très sympathique et professionnelle qui reste le vrai bonus d'un établissement très agréable.

Très bon accueil. Le personnel est à l'écoute et réactif. L'apparthotel est bien équipé et est idéalement situé (accès directs aux commerces, animations, sites touristiques). Avons passé un très agréable séjour sur Clermont-Ferrand.

The room proposed by the kind receptionist at the checkin date was at the top floor and had a great view. Almost all the tour points were nearby at walking distance. It was also possible to access directly from underground parking to the room by elevator. The filtered portable water was convenient to prepare meals in the room.

Nous avons séjourné durant la période de canicule. Le lieu est proche toutes commodités et parfait pour un court séjour avec sortie en centre ville ! En revanche la literie mériterait d'être renouvelée (on s'enfonçait et glissait vers le centre du matelas), oreillers OK. Très propre, accueil pro. Parking à proximité à tarif préférentiel. La canicule nous a suivi de l'extérieur jusqu'à l'intérieur de la chambre, mais lorsque nous sommes rentrées, le ventilateur tournait et le volet était baissé. Merci 😊 Investir dans la clim serait une excellente idée pour les prochains été !

L'hôtel est propre et tres bien placé. En plein centre-ville. L'appartement est propre et la literie assez confortable cependant nous avions l'impression de dormir dans un four tellement il faisait chaud aucune climatisation n'est proposée les bébés ont en souffert et c'est pareil pour nous. Il faisait extrêmement chaud aucun courant d'air en ouvrant les fenêtres et le ventilateur dans la chambre n'a malheureusement pas été très utile ni efficace. Je ne recommande pas en période de forte chaleur sinon le reste était plutôt bien Petit déjeuner correct on y trouve l'essentiel

Problème de qualité d'accueil

Pas de communication avant l'arrivée sur où garer sa voiture. A l'entrée, il n'est pas précisé où se trouve l'accueil, même pas dans l'ascenseur : heureusement il y avait des locataires qui ont pu nous renseigner. Le personnel d'accueil prend une caution pour d'éventuels dégâts dans le logement sans que je puisse disposer d'un état des lieux d'entrée : pas vraiment conforme aux usages. Le personnel d'accueil ne nous a pas indiqué où se trouvait la salle du petit dejeuner. Nous l'avons pris à l'extérieur, ce qui n'était certainement pas plus mal

Nous sommes arriver dans la chambre derrière la porte de chambre à côté du lit nous avons trouver bcq de boules de poussière des poils de chiens blancs et croquettes, dans la salle de bain le sèche serviette était poussiéreux nous en avons fait part a la réception la personne nous a dit qu'il ferait intervenir une personne pour nettoyer la chambre hors quand nous sommes rentré le soir après le restaurant rien avait été fait le lendemain nous avons été voir la réception pour leur dire que personne était venu nous n'avons reçu aucune excuse rien on a demandé a avoir une remise sur la chambre on a du insister car le mr n'était pas vraiment d'accord

Zimmer mit kleiner Küchenzeile, Hotel und Zimmer waren sauber. Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Parkplätze gibt es in einem öffentlichen Parkhaus nebenan.

Bon emplacement et literie confortable mais personnel pas très agréable, insectes dans l’appartement, odeurs de poubelles à l’entrée.... et pour finir le paiement devait se faire sur place mais il a été prélevé le jour de l’arrivée sans nous prévenir et nous donner le choix du moyen de paiement

Séjour satisfaisant mais très chaud!!

Notre séjour s'est bien passé, cependant, étant donné qu'il n'y a pas de climatisation, avec les fortes chaleurs extérieures (plus de 33 degrés) impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre, et à notre disposition, un ventilateur défectueux, donc les nuits ont été compliquées niveau chaleur. A ce niveau, vu le standing de la résidence, ce point serait à revoir, pour l'été et les fortes chaleurs. A part cela, résidence superbe et ultra propre.
