Reasonably priced for family in a safe part of the city... with good restaurants and businesses nearby. Efficient and friendly staff who were very helpful!.

Great service and accommodations!

It is in a great area with lots of restaurants and shops. Studio was clean but extremely small and there was only a curtain across the ensuite bathroom not a door. Just provided minimal toiletries and coffee pods. Friendly, helpful staff.

Great Apartment Hotel in the Heart of Boulogne

We really enjoyed our stay in the Appartements Boulogne It’s the second time we stay at the hotel, the location is great, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartments are great, each one is different, size and layout. The hotel itself is very basic and no thrills, but it’s a perfect place to stay and come back to. We will be back in a couple of months.

This is an amazing property and location. The rooms were very clean and everything was new. There were tv's in every room and Netflix was a bonus! There was air-conditioning and light breakfast was included. Laundry facilities were excellent downstairs along with an ironing option. There are a few restaurant options literally in a 2-3 min walk radius. There is a MonoP and a FranPrix supermarket 2 mins away. Great staff and very easy check in process. Will stay here next time for sure. Elevator in the building was a big help.

Wonderful clean 3-star apartment ..

We were a family of 2 adults and 3 kids 7, 11 and 17.We were looking close to Gare du More, but we're finding Junk for our dates (August peak time) and budget. This was about 14 stations (25 mins) away from GdN but with Paris's wonderful metro , it really doesn't matter as long hotel is close to some station. This one is 5 mins walk from Boulogne on M10 line. Very convenient. Anywhere you go in Paris you have to buy day pass anyways, what is another few station to find a real clean and sizeable apartment for the family. Plus GdN is not safe per what I read. Location : Great, Grocery store and at least five restaurants in walking distance. Amazing clean Very comfy bed Microwave, stove top, dishwasher, coffee machine in the room Good air conditioning New apartment, new furniture Nice elevator A room full of washer dryers (free) with detergent etc. Also iron and ironing board in the common laundry There were croissants and pastries for breakfast, but you have to be early. Great residence

We had a very nice stay at the Appartements Paris Boulogne. We have family in the neighborhood and this allowed us to stay close by. There were a few things that could be improved such as hooks to put the towels and a shelf in the shower for the soaps/shampoo on in the bathroom, there was a hole in the ceiling that needed to be patched (we were offered another room, but we were already unpacked and it was too much effort to move); Customer service was very good and attentive. They offer coffee and pastries in the morning and have a laundry room that was very convenient. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay in Boulogne

Stayed here with my wife and baby over New Year 2019. Even before our stay, we had been in touch to ensure items we needed for the baby would be available; all staff with whom we were in contact were very helpful and reassuring, particularly the lovely Véronique. Check-in was smooth; a car had been arranged to pick us up from the airport as we didn't want to risk public transport with a seven-week old. Our apartment was small but perfectly functional and spotlessly clean (at least when we arrived). Pastries and Nespresso pods were provided every morning and could be collected in a small lobby area. The area in which the apartments are located is very pleaseant with a wide variety of supermarkets, bars and restaurants and a lovely market a few blocks away. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Appartements Paris Boulogne and would stay here again next time we are in Paris.

From check in to check out great service. When checking in the person in the lobby was to friendly and helpful with local things to do and eat. The apartments are amazing, heated bathroom floors and Bluetooth morrors to listen to music while you shower. Beds where comfortable, TV in every rooms from when you return from your journeys... The kitchen area is so helpful, we bought veggies pastas and meats at the corner store and was able to make meals though out our week stay. The croissants they put out in the morning are so good with an espresso (that you can make down stairs also) 5 minute walk to the metro that connects you to everywhere... Nice and quiet place.

A five start apartment for the price

It is in a safe and convenient location - only 6 minute walk to the metro station and 5 minutes to the grocery store. You get a bedroom and a living room with a fully functioning kitchen. The bathroom is huge and modern (mirror can play music via your phone). The apartment has two smart TVs with Netflix, youtube, etc. Breakfast is included. Will certainly stay here again.

Ruined by sewage smell

Staff were friendly, things were generally clean, but there were two issues: 1) my room smelt like sewage. The smell when entering the room was really bad. I grew up on a dairy farm so I'm not afraid of bad smells, but when you're on a business trip and you need to sleep well, this was really bad. The smell came from the drain pipe in the shower. There were also unfinished fixtures around the ventilation pipes with just naked open holes in the wall as though things were not finished properly. 2) in the morning I needed to iron my shirts. There were no irons available and only after telling the staff I was in a hurry did they react and find another iron for me. Considering this was a business trip, and the price of the room, unfortunately I found this totally unacceptable. I asked for a discount but the staff only told me that only Hotel.com can work on that for me, so I left the next morning with no compensation.

Stayed with family

Don't be fooled by the pictures, tiny compared to what we expected, balcony was nice, staff though minimal was friendly, there are quite a few places to dine in the neighbourhood, subway was about 10 minute walk from the hotel, we felt safe even when we came back late to our hotel, there is a direct bus that will take to Eiffel tower close to the round about so that was nice

Gem in Paris

Excellent place for family trip. Extrem cleanlines, condition is almost new. We have spend almost a week there. Multiple bus, train and metro line is the neighbourhood. Safe area of Paris, many restaurants little shops around. Good choice.

Fantastic find. I stay in the Boulogne area frequently and have stayed in many of the local hotels. These apartments are the best and I wish I'd found them earlier! Nice staff, easy check in, clean modern room. The rooms are a nice big size with a round table and sofa - its nice to have more than just a bed, it feels more relaxing and home like. A small functional kitchen which I only used to make a cup of tea but still nice to have. My room also had a walk out balcony which was nice. AND it has free Netflix on the TV! After a year of frequently visiting Paris I am used to there being only CNN in English on the TV....so to have Netflix is a big deal! I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Great hotel. It is new, so everything is nice and they also used high quality equipment. Staff was helpful and also quick with check-in. Room good and in quiet neighbourhood. We were there for the tennis event Roland Garros. But with the metro you are in 20min at the main things of Paris, if you want. Neighbourhood is good, with nice options of restaurants.

Fräscht, trevligt hotell nära till stan

Extremt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. En ung kille tog emot oss, kunde prata bra engelska och var väldigt vänlig. Rummet var lite sent och medan vi väntade blev vi bjudna på dryck. Rummet var väldigt fint och modernt. Bra kyl och en liten frys. Dock lite missvisande att det skulle vara ett sovrum med stängd dörr samt att man inte fick schampo. Hotellet är väldigt centralt och tar mindre än 5 minuter att gå till 10:ans tunnelbana och ca 15-20 min in till stan. Det finns gott om restauranger och mataffärer i närområdet. Tyvärr fungerade inte vår AC så det var extremt varmt i rummet. I övrigt fanns Netflix, som barnen uppskattade. I det stora hela var det ett bra hotell, en aning litet för 4 personer, men vänlig personal och bra läge för priset!

모든것이 그저 완벽했습니다. 성수기 프랑스 여행이라 일찍이 예약을 해서 다행히 방을 잡을 수 있었네요. 숙소내 침구류나 조리기구들도 깔끔하고 새것이어서 너무 좋았습니다. 숙소측에서 제공한 사진들 믿고 가셔도될 정도 입니다. 사실 방 크기는 숙소에서 제공한 사진보다 더 컸네요. 마을 자체도 너무 평화롭고 근처에 크레페 맛집도 있고 괜찮은 식당들도 있습니다. 시내에서는 거리가 좀 있어서 우버나 지하철을 이용해서 관광다녔습니다. 사장님도 너무 좋고 직원들도 너무 친절합니다. 여기 때문에 다시 한번 프랑스 오고싶네요. 강추합니다 ㅎㅎ

One week family holiday

Good location, good wifi. Asketic mut modern room. Two tv and mirror with the Bluetooth speaker so you can listening music when you are in shower. Metro is nere but it was very easy to walk to The Eiffel Tower even with the small kids.

Wir hatten dort wegen der Kitchenet gebucht und alles vorgefunden, was wir brauchten. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich, alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Wir hatten damit gerechnet, Straßenlärm zu hören. Das Gegenteil war der Fall: Wir wurden vom Vogelgezwitscher geweckt. Wie überall in Paris ist es auch dort schwierig zu parken. Deswegen hatten wir im Voraus bei Q-Park einen Tiefgaragenstellpark gebucht, der innerhalb von 7 Minuten leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen war. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden die Unterkunft unbedingt weiterempfehlen.

한적한 곳에 위치한 조용해 보이기는 하나 새벽에는 청소차 때문에 잠을 설 칠 수도 있습니다. 아침이 제공 된다고 하지만 늦게 내려가면 빵이 없을 수도 있습니다. 과일은 첫날 가져다 놓더니 4일동안 보충을 해주지 않았습니다. 식당이 따로 없어 가져다가 방에서 먹는시스템입니다. 직원들은 친절했으며 로비에 전자레인지와 커피머신이 있어서 아무때고 사용이 가능합니다.

Noël à Paris

Parfait avec ces deux appartements réunis pour notre famille de 6 adultes pendant 2 jours pour Noël. Accueil, disponibilité, propreté, proximité du métro, très bonne literie (également pour le canapé lit). Merci aussi pour les viennoiseries et boisson offertes à l’accueil. Séjour d une nuit dans cet appart-hôtel aux grandes chambres très propres et situé à 5 minutes de la première portes parisiennes. Il manquait juste un kit « produits vaisselles » pour nettoyer la kitchinette ... prix beaucoup trop élevé mais paris oblige !!

Allez-y, c’est Super! La proximité de Paris, mais avec tranquillité en prime.

1 séjour d'une nuit pour un déplacement professionnel. Chambre au rdc donc un peu bruyant le soir et le matin. Chambre très propre, moderne, bien équipé. Je recommande.

Seguramente não é a melhor região de Paris para se hospedar, vocês terá 40 minutos de ida de metro até atrações turísticas e outros 40 minutos para voltar. Se você não se importar com isso, as acomodações são muito boas, o quarto é mais amplo que o normal de Paris, a cama é de colchão firme o banheiro é bem acima da média do que você encontra em Paris, tem todo o conforto como, maquina de lavar louça um pequeno fogão, micro ondas e maquinas de lavar roupa. A recepção é bem amigável.

deux nuits très confortables

Bon séjour de deux nuits essentiellement pour assister à une journée de Rock en Seine (à 15 minute à pied). Sinon, bien placé par rapport au terminus de la ligne 10 du métro. Bon accueil chaleureux, chambre spacieuse, bon lit, propre. Seul bémol, le petit déjeuner proposé est très sommaire.

Very clean and nice apartment hotel for family with super reasonable price. It would be not too much close to the city center, but it is still easily reachable by Metro, as the metro station is nearby.
