A triathlete’s view.

We mistakenly thought this apartment block had a swimming pool. It does not. However a good place to stay close to the middle of a very beautiful town. Perfect for the World Cup triathlon weekend.

Excellent location, great facilities

I came for the 1/2 marathon and found the apartments were maybe 50m from the start finish, so excellent location. Lovely spacious, modern and comfortable apartment, quiet with good facilities. I found the bed a little solid, but otherwise almost perfect.

The apartment was spacious with excellent amenities. The location was very convenient and check in was fast and simple.

It was a great apartment. With everything we may need. very clean, very good condition, very spacious. Located in the main pedestrian street with many restaurants and shops nearby. Very well recommended for a long or short stay with family or friends.

Very spacious and well equipped apartment. Excellent if you’re planning to spend a couple of nights or more in Karlovy Vary.

The location is in the centre of the main street. Can be noisy in the evening as there is a bar next door. Also you cannot get your luggage anywhere near the apartment as there are no cars allowed where the apartment is situated.

Good apartments, bad person in charge.

Person in charge (whatever his title is, building manager or super), his name is David. This guy is the person who you can't depend on. He send me email 3 days before my trip from New York to Prague, where he asked me to give him exact date and time of my arrival to his apartment house in Karlovy Vary. I immediately answered: May 28, 2018 at 4:00 PM (16:00). When I arrived the door to the building was locked and nobody left any information for me. And because I am from USA, my cell phone didn't work in that european country. Actually he left me on the street and I had to take a room for one night at hotel in the neighbourhood. Of course I couldn't trust this kind of person and wanted to switch from his apartment house to hotel permanently, but next day when I came to him to ask for explanation, he apologized and sad it was his mistake. I decided to stay there because I new the money I paid already for whole term of staying there they not gonna return anyway. Later I found that cable TV they advertised on websites like ORBITZ and others didn't work at all, this problem David explained that cable box is suddenly broken. Then I realized they don't have a pool promised to me on the website and after that he gave me 4 tickets to the pool in the neighbourhood building. So it's obvious, if I never mentioned about it I would never get it. Couple of days I was not able to use induction stove, because he didn't even explain to me how to use it when I came. Never again will stay there.

Great value of money for families and friends

The Verona Apartments in Karlovy Vary were beyond expections in location, size and value for money. spacious rooms, spacious kitchen/new appliances and sitting room area, were grand for 4 family members. easy access to all the shops, dining and places to visit in this magical little town. the property does not have a a proper check in, but a lock box and contact number to assist, it threw us off at first but once we got the hang of it it work well, thank you David. parking was a challenge, as was having a handicapped senior with us, but once we got the parking sorted (3 blocks for covered/safe area) and we got the wheelchair out, all could enjoy this quaint getaway spot.

Verona Apartments = perfect!!

We had a perfect apartment in Karlovy Vary! It was so clean, actually spotless and new, and spacious. It had all the basics one would need as far as kitchen items/equipment, towels, bedding. Also ideally located and very easy to find on a wide pedestrian street. (Any noise outside from people talking was not a problem for us, and the windows are double-pane and very soundproof. It was just an easy 9 minute walk from the bus station and only a 5 minute walk to where the thermal spring fountains start in the older area near the river. Also there is a supermarket across the street. Our apartment was #32 on the 3rd floor - 4th for U.S. There is an elevator in the secure building. The key is an electric fob for the building's front door and unit. Very easy! The bed was very comfortable;the shower had superb water pressure, too. David was very charming and helpful, too. Our bus back to Prague was in the afternoon so since there was no one arriving into our apartment that morning, David let us keep our luggage in it until the early afternoon. Thank you again, David! We highly recommend this building for a stay in Karlovy Vary if you don't stay in one of the posh spa hotels. It is an excellent value for the price!

Very nice, comfortable and clean. Right in the middle of where you want to be. The pictures matched the room. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent apartment in prime location

It is a beautiful little apartment in top notch condition. Very clean and comfortable. However, you practically need a Ph.D. in Engineering to operate the cooktop and, although they advertise an indoor pool there must be a secret treasure map identifying the location. Very odd. But it was a great value and I highly recommend it. Really nice.

Amazing city, very good location. Verona apartments is a very good choice for travellers who want to combine travel with wellness. The apartment is located in a short distance from tourists attractions of the city. Very quite and charming place. We would definitely come back to that place.

Apartment with great location

Verona apartment has a very good location with easy access to train station and sightseeing. Only problem was hard to meet manager/owner to discuss about noise from a gadget that looked like the fire detector. Quite disturbing as it sounded the whole day. Email to Manager received no response. Shower gel and shampoo only for two days. Admittedly it could be my mistake for booking the third day in a separate booking. Apart from that the apartment was great with full facility except for lack of a hair dryer.

Terrific Apartment

Very very good! The check-in & out process is very quick and convenient. The kitchen is well-equipped. Near the bus station as well.

nice place, poor service

We arrived at the apartments at 5pm after driving for 4hours, only to find no one at the reception desk. There was a sign written in Czech only that we figured said that reception desk is only open from 8am-4pm, so we called the phone number and the manager said that he would return in an hour! He did arrive at 6pm, and he told us to email him if we had further questions, so we did shortly thereafter, as the offer on Hotels.com said that there is a pool and steamroom, and we wanted to use them, but we did not get a response to our emails, neither that night nor the next morning, until just before the 11am checkout time. Furthermore, the reception desk was closed the next morning right until we left just before 11am. Very poor service and misleading advertising, but the apartment was very nice and clean.

Perfect Apartment!

The apartment was Perfect!!!! Best apartment I have stayed in. It has everything you need. Condition and interior design were excellent. Very good heating too. Location is perfect right in the centre of town. Supermarket is opposite. Restaurants 50 metres. Wi-Fi is good for emails and Ok for Skype video calls, 200kbs download speed. No pool, so that should be taken off the website. Pools, spas everywhere. Owner speaks ok English but the tourist centre is 100 metres away.

Live as a Local

I stayed with my wife for 14 nights mainly for visiting spas. We enjoyed our stay there, the place is very comfortable and spacious. House keeping is provided by weekly including laundry service. The Appartment was very clean offering nearly all your needs. The location falls in a pedestrian area, close to the city center and near most of the attractions and shopping areas. I would definitely come back again.

Excellent, but pool is not on hotel premises.

The apartment is immaculate! The place looks remodeled. The kitchen was spacious enough to cook meals and was fully equipped with cooking equipment. The bed was hard, but I'm finding that typical in European-owned hotels. Disappointed that "indoor pool" advertised was not on the hotel premises; rather a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The pool was really nice, but after you get a free admission pass from the hotel (for 90 minutes of use), you have to pay for subsequent visits. I don't recall any fine print about this fact in the Expedia listing.The apartment was on the pedestrian walk-through so you have easy access to restaurants and stores. Karlovy Vary is very beautiful. Was there a few days after Christmas and there were lots of people walking about. The Christmas lights made the place very pretty. I bet it's really nice during the warmer months.

Really comfortable and enjoyable

Nice and quiet, in the heart of all the shops and incredibly clean and modern. Wifi worked really well, as did the heating. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you needed. Nice big bathtub as well, we really enjoyed our stay in the apartment!

great place

Overall a very comfortable place to stay. Apartment is modern, has everything you would need and the location is good. There was a tv in both the bedrooms and also one in the loungue. The apartment didn't have a washing machine and also the Wi-Fi dropped out every now and then. There is a money exchange place underneath the apartment and a supermarket across the street. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby to eat. I think this is a great place to stay and was exceptional value for money.

Cleanlines, price and location, the best!!!

Me and my partner arrived to the local bus station (Tržnice) in Karlovy Vary. The Verona Apartments are literally 4 mins walk from there. At the reception we paid beforhand of our stay without any additional taxes or fees, got a chip (key) from the main entrance and the apartment. At our apartment we were instructed how to use the cooker, and 2 TVs (one in the kitchen, one in the bedroom). The rooms were SUPER clean, and the kitchen fully equiped like at your own home. Talking about the location, the Apartments are situated in the centre of the city, 3 mins walk from the historical town, 5 mins walk from the main bus stations and it's just few steps from the restaurants and pubs (Restaurace Tomáš, Restaurace Ventura pub - Evropák, Ristorante Pizzeria Venezia). This is the best place to stay in Karlovy Vary.

Superzentral. Topausstattung waren zufrieden und werden wieder kommen.

Das Beste an dem Apartment war die Zentrale Lage. Die Apartments liegen direkt in einer Fußgänger Zone und man ist sofort in der Innenstadt. Ein paar hundert Meter entfernt, hat man mehrere Restaurants, EInkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bars. Das Haus ist sehr schön gepflegt, es gibt einen Fahrstuhl und unser Apartment war schön eingerichtet. In der Küche hatte man alles was man braucht und auch das restliche Apartment ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis können wir nur empfehlen und würden wir wieder nehmen. Das einzige was etwas doof ist, sind die Parkplätze. Dafür muss man im 5 Minuten entfernten Hotelparkhaus parken, zahlt jedoch pro Tag 10 Euro, was in der Umgebung gesehen, jedoch noch das günstigste ist.

Zentrale Lage direkt in der Innenstadt. So kann man bequem zu Fuß alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Ein Parkplatz in der Nähe wäre von Vorteil. Man kann nur für 10€/Tag im Parkhaus eines anderen Hotels das Auto abstellen

alles war Super! nur Empfehlungswert. Kommen gerne wieder

Ein sehr freundlicher Empfang durch David, mit Englisch war die Verständigung gut. Das Zimmer war perfekt. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Karlsbad

für ein Treff mit Freunden war es dort prima, es war Platz für alle aber es konnte sich auch jeder zurückziehen. Die Unterkunft lag zentral und wer nicht auf sein Auto direkt am Hotel angewiesen ist, kommt sehr gut klar.

Es liegt zentral, gut ausgestattet. Sehr gute Preis-Leistung Verhältnis.

Sehr schönes sauberes und modernes Zimmer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Lage war wirklich super. Wir sind alles erlaufen und man hat alles in der Nähe. Leider hat der Ofen nach der Benutzung komische Geräusche gemacht, aber nach einiger Zeit gingen diese auch vorbei. Kann man wirklich weiter empfehlen. Echt ein sehr guter Preis für die Ausstattung.

das war nicht schön: Ausstattung Innenpool, Whirlpool und Dampfbad, sowie Parken ohne Service. Das haben wir leider nicht Nutzen können da uns keiner so richtig sagen konnte wo das ist. Der Mann in der Rezeption konnte so gut wie kein Deutsch und hat uns auch nicht verstanden. Wenn wir das vorher gewusst hätten dann wären wir nicht in diese Hotel gebucht, für den Preis gibt es dort Hotels mit Innenpool und Frühstück. .

Честно скажу, не ожидала такой удобный во всех отношениях апартамент. Все присутствует до каждой мелочи. Даже есть посудомойка, плита сенсорная. Все такое чистое, аккуратное. Находится просто удовольствие. Через дорогу магазин Вилла. Так что если и получится поехать ещё , то только в Верону!!

Ubytování super, čisto, klidné místo...vše co jsme potřebovali bylo na pokoji. Pan Matoušek má skvěle vyřešené předání klíčů. Absolutní soukromí.

Ещё до выбора о апартаментов, почитав и расспросив, решила, что в сторону гейзера хорошо гулять, а жить лучше на Масарика. Всё рядом транспорт, магазины , источники, 5 Лазне. В апартаментах есть всё, что нужно, всё качественно, основательно, тепло и идеальная чистота. Очень удобные кровати, при том, что муж любит низкие подушки, а я не могу спать на низкой, одна и та же подушка устроила обоих. Горячая вода была всегда с хорошим напором. Очень шустрый вайфай. Давид на связи и старается помочь с любыми вопросами. Если ещё раз в Карловы Вары, то только в Верону!

広いお部屋で 設備も整い、安全出て静かなロケーション。レストランも周辺にあり、駅にもバス停にも近く とても便利でした。

Ein Kurzurlaub in Karlovy Vary (Karlsbad)

Das Appartement war relativ klein jedoch sehr sauber. Unsere Tochter musste in der Küche schlafen. Da war das Zustellbett. Den Innenpool sowie das Dampfbad gab es nicht im Haus. Man bekam einen 90 Minuten Gutschein für ein Schwimmbad das ca. 750 Meter entfernt war und keine guten Öffnungszeiten hatte. Da wir sehr gerne früh schwimmen gehen, empfanden wir die Appartement Beschreibung nicht in Ordnung. Hätten wir es vorher gewusst, hätten wir es nicht gebucht. Der empfohlene Parkplatz war ca. 1 Kilometer entfernt. Wenn man Gepäck hat, sehr weit. Ansonsten war es ok und sehr zentral in einer Fußgängerpassage gelegen.

距離公車站很近，可以放完行李再出門。原本對公寓期待不大，但乾淨整潔空間大，天冷，浴室還有暖氣，cp值高！

バス停にも中心部にも近い

Student agencyのバスで到着。カルロヴィヴァリのひとつめの停留所で降りてください。駅から５分くらいのわかりやすい場所にあります。 オーナーさんは好感が持てます。 ランドリーはないですが小型の洗濯機を貸してくれました。部屋で十分乾きます。 プールは近くの国立スパ、ラーズニエ5のプール利用券９０分をもらえます。市民プールのようでタオルはないので持って行ってください。プールでデポジット取られますので100コルナあるいは5ユーロ必要(あとで返却) 温泉水利用だけあって癒されます。ジャグジーもあります。(水着着用) ホテルは清潔感がありキッチン、食器あり。セキュリティもいい。向かいのスパワッフル屋さんがおいしい。 Studentagencyのバスで帰る場合はバス停が異なるので注意です！

Отель шикарный!!! Нам есть с чем сравнить, летом каждый месяц. Именно апарт отель, а не просто квартира, которая именуется апартаментами. Такое впечатление, что ремонт был сделан вчера: все чистое, новое, красивое. Мы выбрали 100-метровые апартаменты и не пожалели. Во всем чувствуется рука хозяина-все придумано др мелочей. Прекрасная кухня со всей утварью, хорошая мебель, приятный дизайн. Отличное местоположение-центр, до всего близко. В следующий раз только в этот отель. Отдельное спасибо хозяину Давиду за шикарную неделю в Карловых Варах .

Ich war sehr Enttäuscht von diesen Appartment !!!!

Ich war sehr Enttäuscht über dieses Appartment, nicht nur weil es kein Fernseher im Schlafzimmer gab, sondern auch weil es kein deutsches Fernsehen gab. Der Herr an der Rezeption war aber wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit, allerdings konnte er auch nicht viel ausrichten. Das Appartment was wir bekommen hatten war das schlechteste was Sie zu Bieten hatten. In der Anzeige steht auch das es ein Indoorpool geben soll mit Sauna und Spa. Was sie allerdings verschweigen ist, dass man dafür in ein anderes Gebäude gehen muss, was mehrere 100 meter entfernt ist. Alle Massagen waren ausgebucht (wir hatten auch keine Information darüber das wir die massagen im voraus buchen sollten) und für den Pool muss man auch bezahlen. Die Küche allerdings war gut, ausreichend eingerichtet und auf den neuesten stand. Ich persönlich werde dort nie wieder Buchen.
