Very close to metro station Abit small but comfortable Good service Coffee machine located next to reception was good

Its very good condition of the hotel, cleaning works also very good. only the location is far away the old city area, but is quite near the train station. It's only walk around few min to the hotel.

The staff were very good, I needed some help and Polina spoke good English and helped me out very much, Thank you.

Cheap hotel

Two twin beds put together in the room, kept on sliding aways constantly. Moving the beds back in to place was heard by two surrounding 2 floors. The entire time in this hotel you can hear people sliding their beds back together. Discrace, unacceptable!

Weekend in Palma

Staff were lovely - very helpful but in a relaxed way . Rooms are small but very well appointed , and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and varied each day .

FIFA stay

Close to Metro stop so convenience for visiting Center of town was good. Basic apartment hotel but our room in the 11th floor was hot and stuffy when we arrived. No “ breezer” or air conditioning in the room so luckily weather cool outside eventually cooled off the room after a day through the windows. Good restaurant around the corner called “The Kitchen “

Excellent

It’s my fovorite hotel in St. Petersburg. This time we stayed for 5 nights and everything were comfortable. I love the location which is located near by metro and easy access to restaurant and grocery story. You can find anything down there. And all the staffs are very nice and helpful with promptly responsive to all your requisition.

Very good for me

Just one remark ...the television is not easy to use. It is too complicated. Finally, I never get the full screen . The man cama twuce to help me but anything to do. Please, put a simple television.

Simple but good room for budget travelers.

We chose the hotel because of the price and location close to a Metro station. Metro in SPB s great, so traveling into the city everyday was easy and took about 10 minutes, it is so cheap too. We wanted a room with cooking facilities but because the food was so inexpensive in Russia we only had breakfast in our room for convenience and ate out for other meals. Staff were helpful and easy to communicate with.

When checking in, I was greeted with kindness and a smile. The apartment was well kept and spacious. The staff ensured that all documentation was taken care of, and that my stay was safe and pleasant))

Neighborhood Gem

Terrific little apart-hotel in St. Petersburg neighborhood just off the No.2 metro line. Clean, comfortable rooms. Several good restaurants within walking distance. Good wi-fi.

Good kitchen and large bathroom in room, cheap laundry, decent gym. Clean. Excellent wifi. Convenient location just a few metro stops from the main sights. Only issue is the loud traffic noise from the main road.

Great location, near metro and comfortable stay

We had 4 nights stay at the aparthotel. Staffs are good even some are not quite friendly or helpful. I would like to say special thanks to Nina who we had met since our arrival and gave us very warm welcome and help with all necessary questions we may required.

Good hotel for a quick stay.

Most of the listed items were correct expect the bed accomodations. There was no king bed in the room. There was a sofa bed smaller than queen and a ver small one person seat bed that was much smaller than twin.

The information about the room facility was incorrect. It stated 1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed, the room had a sofa bed for 2 person and a chair that could turn to a bed for one person. The quality of mattress was poor. There were also not mentioning that the room will not be cleaned during the stay so towels and shampoo etc should be used with care. Also they charged additionally for registration which I never got the copy due to printer mail function. The reception staff did not provide a kind and warmt service as it is usual in most of hotels

Great stay very accessible close to everything

I stayed in this apart-hotel for a short stay but would easily stay longer. Very close to the metro just a few minutes away from the main attractions in St Petersburg. easy to get to the airport no need for taxi even. This was my first time in St Petersburg and I found and moved around it with ease. I don't even speak Russian which the staff had enough knowledge to assist with what I needed. Safe area

Номер не соответствовал брони (ни по размеру, ни по наполнению). Обратившись на ресепшн, проблема не была устранена (сообщили, что руководство будет завтра, завтра и обращайтесь). Оформила письменную претензию, спустя несколько часов предложили поменять номер на соответствующий брони по размеру номера. Заявленной в брони кровати размера King Size в новом номере также не было. Решили остаться в старом номере. В номере проживания: плесень в ванной комнате, скрипучий, уставший ламинат, пастельное белье драное. Номер на 6 этаже, а куллер на 1!!!

Комфорт, уют и черепашки на ресепшене :)

Великолепное расположение, всего 300 метров до метро «Фрунзенская». В номерах чисто, уютно, за окнами спокойно. Находится комфортно и приятно. Есть стиральные и сушильные машины (цена за пользование 50₽), к ним порошок и софтнер прилагаются, утюг, гладильная доска - всё в прачечной (9 этаж). На пятом этаже имеется простенький спортзал, не для занятий, скорее для разминки. Рядом с отелем (и имеет отдельный вход для постояльцев прям из отеля) расположен хороший сетевой ресторан бельгийского пива с очень вкусной едой. На ресепшене хорошо обученные, вежливые ребята и аквариум с черепахами для ожидающих :-)

Впечатления от отеля отличные, номер чистый, уютный, всё необходимое было в номере, минус отсутствие вытяжки в ванной комнате и последние сутки отсутствовала горячая вода ( после звонка в лобби сообщили об аварии на котельной )

Der Preis, die Lage des Hotels ist für Sankt Petersburg perfekt, U-Bahn Station entfernung-1 Min. Bank-1 Min, Lebensmittel- 2 Min. 3 U-Bahn Stationen zur Stadtmitte. Unterkunft und Stadt super. Empfehlenswert.

숙소 위치는 중심지에서 지하철로 15분 정도 걸리고, 천천히 걸어서 1시간 정도 거리입니다. 중심지에 아주 가까이에 있는 걸 크게 선호하지 않고 중요하게 생각하지 않아서 위치는 적당했습니다. 시설이나 청결도는 당연히 특급호텔급은 아니지만 양호하였습니다. 대신 녹물이 정말 너무 심해요ㅠㅠ꼭 녹물 필터 챙겨가셔야 합니다..

Шумный ночной сосед

Каждую ночь (3) в 2 часа приходил сосед, дышал Мебель, включал вытяжку, телевизор, чем-то грохотал, готовил еду, потом все утихало. Понятно, что у человека поздня работа или что-то ещё..Вывод - плохая шумоизоляция.

Всё необходимое в удобном районе

Уже не первый раз останавливаюсь в Вертикали и всегда остаюсь доволен. Есть всё необходимое. Аккуратно, красивые виды во все стороны. Всем рекомендую.

Very nice and comfortable hotel.. Only minus was no hot water for our first two nights because of some maintenance work on the street.. Close to metro and easy to use.

Close to metro station, with a 24-hour supermarket and couple eating outlet. Our room 906 is opposite to the laundry room,which is quite noisy around night times. A sofabed is provided instead of the standard bed,which is odd to us. Staff are very helpful nevertheless

快適に過ごせます

市内から離れていますが、地下鉄、バスは便利に使えます。 近所にスーパーもあります。部屋には収納スペースがあり、大きいスーツケースでも問題ない広さです。また中庭側の部屋で静かでした。 難点を言うならベッドマットが若干へたり気味だったこと、シャワーの排水があまりスムースでなかったことです。

Ihan kiva huoneistohotelli lähellä metroa. Hinta-laatusuhde kohdallaan. Mitä enemmän maksat, sen suuremman huoneiston saat.

메트로에서 가깝고, 슈퍼도 가까워요

지하철역에서 나와 조금만 걸으면 금방 보여서 쉽게 찾을 수 있어요. 몇정거장만 가면 넵스키대로도 금방이구요. 공항버스나 여름궁전 가는 버스 타는 지하철역도 같은 라인이라 위치면에선 오히려 넵스키 쪽보단 더 나은것 같아요. 직원들도 아주 친절했구요 룸 내에 전자레인지, 전기포트, 냉장고를 비롯 식기류도 잘 갖춰져 있었어요. 냉장고가 보통의 호텔에 구비된 미니사이즈보단 큰거던데 냉동도 되고, 냉장도 엄청 시원하게 잘 되더라구요. 저흰 2박만 해서 컵라면이나 과일만 억었지만 오래 계시는 분들은 맞은편 대각선쪽에 24시간 슈퍼마켓이 있어서 거기서 재료 사다 뭐 해먹어도 되겠더군요. 청소를 매일 해주는게 아니라서..오래 있으면 불편할 것 같긴 한데, 그래도 쓰레기통은 비워주더라구요. 참, 체크인 할 때 택스를 400루블 받길래, 작년엔 모스크바에 왔었다. 그땐 그런거 안냈다, 바뀐거냐, 아님 상트만 그런거냐 하니, 4성급 이상 호텔은 포함되어 있지만 3급 아래는 따로 받는다 하더라구요...참고하세요

Reasonable and clean

A bit far from the city central but only 3 mins walk to subway station. A few supermarkets are around the apartment. I stayed Comfort room and it has only 1 Dounle Bed (not 1 Double Bed and 1 Sofa Bed as it is informed).

주변 건물과 다르게 최신식. 2호선 블루라인이라 넵스키대로 , 공항 가기 편리. 내부는 20년전 오피스텔 7평형에 싸구려 가구 매트리스 수동금고인데 사용이 용이치 않음.(금고문짝에 안내문이 실제 적용할때 당황스러움. 사실 수동금고도 첨봄. 데스크에서 영어도 안통하는 기사님 보내주셔서 손짓발짓해서 알려주심. 암튼 사용. 정확한 인포메인션을 영어로 써놓든가 금고 바꾸라하고 싶음) 그래도 음식 없는 러시아서 전자렌지 전기렌지 남비 후라이팬 있어서 잘 씀. 안내문이 전혀없음. 쓰레기통 뚜껑도 깨짐 뷰는 옆집 뷰. 5분내에 작은 수퍼마켓 24시간 두개있음. 체크아웃후 캐리어도 보관해줌

Terrible service for a pricey hotel

The apart-hotel is not well maintained, it ´s older than in the pictures at least in 4th and 6th floor. We changed three times of room in five days which was quite annoying for us. The first time because of bad smell in the room, sewage smell in the toilet, and early in the morning we were awakened by a terrible odour of fried food coming from the extractor of the kitchen. The second day we were assigned a higher category room because there were not studios left and it smelled of tobacco...The third day we had to pack our luggage again to change room, we were given a studio with balcony but ironically, a message advises you to refrain from using it, by the way the toilet was newer but the cabin did not close properly so the water was going out from the shower.... This night we were awakened again by a fire alarm around 3 AM, and we were disturbed again at 4 by the cleaning service to have the room prepared.... In summary, terrible service: slow, unfriendly and disorganised. The only advantage is its location, very close to the metro station at only three stops of the city centre and on the way to the airport. I would never come here again since it is even expensive.

Good and bad

Close to subway station, nice room. The bad thing is the tap water in the room has a bad smell of iron and the hotel won't clean your room at all other then throwing the garbage for you.

Расположен в удобном месте - 100 м до метро. Чисто, уютно, приветливый персонал. В номере есть все необходимое, чтобы приготовить завтрак: микроволновка, электропечь, электрочайник, холодильник, посуда. бе латный доступ в фитнес-зал.

Hôtel très bien placé mais confort médiocre.

ous avons selectionné cette auberge car elle permettait d'avoir un logement bon marché en centre ville. En effet, nouspouvons facilement decouvrir la ville à pied de l'auberge. Par contte l'auberge en elle même ne merite pas qu'on s'y attarde. Il n'y a pas de pièce de vie commune. Les douches sont très petites. Les murs sont extremements fins, nous entendions absolument tout ce qu'il se passait dans les chambres voisines.

Все понравилось!))

Мы очень довольны))) останавливались на сутки, но выспалась отлично. Тихо и уютно. Номер - студия. 24 квадрата, но все так разумно сделано. Хорошая техника, отель не экономил, кастрюли и посуда. Отель внутри красивый. Не хватает только нормальных завтраков и ресторана. Лобби бар очень маленький . В целом - огромное спасибо .

시티와의 접근성이 매우 좋습니다 단 3 정거장만에 냅스키대로로 갈수 있습니다. 전자레인지 커피포트 식기류가 있어서 간단한 음식을 해먹을 수도 있습니다. 청소는 2일에 한번 해줍니다. 나쁘지 않습니다.
