This offers good value for money if the price is right. Clean, well equipped, good location. We were supposed to receive a free bottle of wine but we didn’t. Despite this I would stay again.

Very close to main city and train station

Apartaments are a bit used, it should be a bit renovated. It was mentioned that extra wine will be at room, but it was not given. Room could be cleaner. Breakfast is acceptable, but for this price offer is better im other hotels. Generally just ok. Too high price for offered value. Please not promise wine in reservation, when you are not giving it for guests.

Highly recommend apartment, few steps to bus and central station.

We were texted the codes beforehand, so we were able to enter the hotel when we arrived late at night. Hotel was immaculate, very clean and tidy. Staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast was really good. Ideally situated in the city centre, only an 18min walk to Old Town

Good communication from hotel staff. Beautiful modern, well equipped room. Everything you need including safe, fridge, coffee machine & kettle! Very clean and well kept. Short walk from restaurants and cafes. Lovely cosy breakfast room. Good selection of continental eats with quality produce. Staff very helpful and attentive. I recommend this property to anyone taking a break in Krakow.

We’ve arrived at the property around 5pm just to discover that the check in ends at 3pm and nobody was there. The reception was closed and after trying multiple times to call the hotel numbers (including emergency one) we gave up and were forced to look for another hotel in the area, even tho we are not familiar with the city at all we were fortunate to find one. There was no communication from the hotel prior or since, nobody tried to return my calls, and at the end I got charged full price for the night. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all, not worth to try especially if you’re taking a long trip like we did and don’t have a plan b for the night.

First class clean comfortable accommodation very nice buffet breakfast with a large good quality selection all well presented and nice relaxed atmosphere. Staff at breakfast where really nice and very helpful.

Really clean and spacious accommodation located just off Lubicsz and an easy straightforward 10 - 15 minute walk from Rynek Glowny, Glowny train station and Galleria Krakow. We finally got to stay here after originally booking for May 2020 and changing dates 3 times due to Covid and I am really pleased that we did. Friendly, helpful staff and an on site breakfast at 35PLN if you don't want to venture out - and great value with lots of local and International choices. Highly recommended staying here

Beautiful apartment within walking distance to the centre. Plenty of lovely eateries nearby, highly recommend Wesola cafe and Blossom for breakfast and Pizza Garden around the corner. Security entry doors and staff on call if required. We had a fabulous stay here and would highly recommend.

The room was largely comfortable, I think the carpet needs to be cleaned/replaced in the room we were in. The curtains were not fixed onto the rails properly, not a huge deal but would make the room look nicer if they were fixed.

New property in a fantastic location for the old Town. Walking distance to a good selection of restaurants. The staff are very efficient and will help organise excursions with hotel pick up and airport transfers as required. Gets 10/10 in my estimation. Don't hesitate to book in here. You won't regret it.

Amazing stay!

Our stay at this classy apartment was very enjoyable, the apartment was very spacious, modern and very clean. The staff was very friendly and the accommodation was is within walking distance to the shopping centre/old town centre/bus and train station.

We stayed in the Studio apartment which provided ample room for our 4 night stay. All staff were fantastic and most helpful throughout; particularly liked the small seasonal gift on leaving. Great location as one block from the main station, directly on a tram route, 3 min walk to the shopping centre snd a short distance further and you are in the main square. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting a great stay in Krakow 👍

Fully restored old building in a great area close to Galleria Shopping Centre, The decoration and finishes are superb, but with slightly quirky bathroom layout, the room was massive and gives some impression of the grandeur of the original building. Also excellent cafe just across the road. Highly recommend this apart-hotel for stays in Krakow.

Great property, modern, clean and had everything we needed. It was in a great location and if you have breakfast included then this is cooked freshly for you at a lovely restaurant just down the road

Fabulous location, a ten Minute walk from the station, ten minutes walk into the Old Town; on numerous tram routes. My room was better than most five star Hotels I’ve stayed in, modern bath room, free water and Nespresso coffee. A wonderful touch was the Fifty PLZ voucher to use in the Novum Brassiere nearby. Overall excellent excellent experience. Nope...can’t think of anything remotely disappointing.

Great location (it's has a small grocery shop around the corner and plenty of restaurants nearby), friendly and helpful staff - great communication, friendly and helpful, the room and clean and spacious I really enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend this place to anyone considering booking this place.

It was comfortable, the staff were fantastic and it was close to public transport. Just be aware the breakfast package is not available until 8.30am, so if you have a morning tour, it is too late.

Nice big room, No breakfast at the hotel no bar and none near by. Having to put clean my room card out or your room didn’t get cleaned.

First visit but not the last!

Our stay at Rakowicka Residence was excellent. The cleanliness and facilities of the apartment were good and the beds in particular were comfortable. The staff on reception were extremely helpful and responded promptly to questions and requests, either when asked in person or by email. The location of the apartments was also ideal, being relatively close to the Old Town and only a short walk to the bus and rail station. I am delighted to say that our first visit to Krakow was such a positive experience and our choice of accommodation was a major factor. I look forward to visiting again and will definitely book at Rakowicka Residence again if possible.

Great place to stay in the heart of Krakow

Just a couple of nights but the Radwicka Residence fitted the bill perfectly. Close to the train and bus stations and the efficient transport system, trams and buses, were just on the street - perfect. The staff there are very welcoming and the place is very clean. Can only give iRadwicka a high score and recommend it to all.

The room was very clean, modern and a quick walk to Old Town. Perfect location, with an excellent café just down the street. The staff were very professional and courteous, went above and beyond to ensure the experience was pleasant. Would 100% recommend, loved my stay!

Enjoyable 3 day stay in September

I stayed three nights at the Rakowicka Residence. The aparment I had was spacious, clean, modern and well equipped. It faced over the back courtyard and was very quiet. The bed was reasonably comfortable and large. Check in was easy and the staff very friendly and helpful. Although there is no restaurant on the premises I was given vouchers for breakfast at a near by cafe and the menu there was very varied. It was a pleasant walk in the morning for breakfast. All in all a very pleasant stay at the Rakowicka, which is a 10 min walk to the main train/bus station and about a 20min walk to the city centre.

The property is well design which is cosy and comfortable. It is well maintained. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful.There is an elevator which is a plus point. Last but not least, it is located near to the Central Railway Station.

Close to the train station and within easy walking distance to the centre. Spotlessly clean and fabulous shower. Very secure with touch pad entrance systems to both main entrance and room doors.

The apartments are modern and clean. They are ideally situated for main square approx 15 min walk. Many restaurants, bars, parks, tram stops close by. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The apartment was amazing, nice and new, great location. A mobile phone with wifi and concierge on it which was a great idea as it also gave you discounts at certain places. Disappointing bits were the room never got cleaned, no bins emptied even with leaving the card on the door it didn't get done. Water dripping from light fittings but was told they couldn't move us but electrician said it was ok ( I don't think so ). We got offered a pick up from the airport but it was twice the cost of a private taxi. So overall a great place to stay just need to sort out cleaning if there for more than a couple of days

Excellent location. Walking distance to the Old Town centre and a giant mall. Property is a brand new refurbishment. The 3 person (3xbed) room was a little smaller than I expected from the photos. However, the value for money is excellent such that I would stay at Rakowicka Residence again. Staff is also friendly and helpful about any aspect one might need.

The property is conveniently situated near to the train station, trams, buses and taxis are a plenty. The room was an absolute delight, spotless and ample storage for us. Bathroom facilities very good. The staff in charge could not have been more helpful. Confirming travel arrangements, organising taxis if needed, Providing extra tea and milk, recommendations for breakfast and other meals at local venues. All easy distance from our base. Their English is excellent. Excellent value all round. We would definitely return and have no hesitation in recommending them. A lovely stay for us.

Spacious apartments, very comfy. Quiet apartment block, literally everything you could want at a fantastic price. 10 minute walk from the old town. One minor drawback was that there was no air conditioning. But this was only an issue because it was 30degrees when we visited. Other than that, an excellent stay. Would highly recommend.

Great new property, super nice owner, reasonably priced. Extremely comfortable beds. Location is also great. I would subtract one star just for the fact that once the chambermaid didn't come when requested. Also, although it was nice and quiet to sleep at night, the walls are pretty thin and in the morning starting at 7am we would often hear alot of hammering and construction noises. Also, right before we left a family with children settled in next door and we could always hear them- very loud. Aside from those two issues, honestly it was fantastic!

Very good location with spacious room. We got a room with 2 beds and and attached room with another bed. The 2 rooms are separate but do not have doors in between. The windows are big and open for fresh air. The unit has a/c as well and a large TV with cable. The shower is small but has great pressure. The shower does not have a door which makes the bathroom a little wet, but this seems to be the case in every hotel we stayed in Poland. The people are very nice and very helpful. There is a grocery store about a block from the place and many places for breakfast.

Could not fault these apartments at all. They are clean and quiet and about ten minutes walk to the centre of Krakow. Housekeeping is on request, so if you require fresh towels, more tea/coffee or fresh linen the best way to do this is to email Adam the manager on the appartment website, who replies promptly to any queries as the reception is only manned occasionally. We have sold the appartments to friends who are that impressed they have booked a stay in November.

The apartments look newly renovated, they were clean, modern and very comfortable.The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional.All queries before and during our stay were dealt with promptly. It is about 10/15 minutes walking distance to the main square and the centre of old Krakow.The railway station is close by as are tram stops.Not very many restaurants nearby but the ones we found and used were good as are the numerous coffee shops and bakeries.They are also a few small convenience stores nearby and a large shopping mall about 5 minutes walk away. We would recommend this property.

1st time visiting Poland. We loved every minute of it. Hotel was beautiful and Adam was lovely he looked after us really well.

Excellent stay at Radowicka. Only 15 minutes walk from main square, apartment clean and stoked with water and coffee on arrival. Adam also arranged transport to and from the Airport and was more than happy to top up towels/water/coffee when asked. Great break.

A very Spacious and clean apartment. Less than 10 minutes walk to apartment from Krakow main train station. Not far from the old town(main square) either. Can easily walk to all major attractions. Will recommend to family and friends. Adam at the reception was very nice and helpful.

Lovely accommodation, clean and modern. Adam was in regular contact. Property suited us as we were only staying 2 days however, if we had been staying longer a microwave would have been very useful. Brilliant stay perfect location!

Just back from staying at the Rakowicka Apartments, a great place to stay, a short walk from the main square, the Apartment itself was lovely, so comfortable and spacious, would definitely stay there again and recommend it highly.

Excellent room and location

From start to finish Adam was very helpful and nothing was too much. Airport shuttle booked both ways for us @ £20 each way but well worth it to save any hassle waiting for public transport. Booked level 6 room in order to be quiet as am such a light sleeper. Unfortunately we had a very loud guest in room 603 beside us who had no consideration for other guests. From hearing her conversations + later speaking to Adam found out she was doing late calls (10pm to 11:30pm) to America. I did knock on the wall the 1st night as very tired, she wasn't happy at that! I complained to Adam on a few occassions who spoke to her. She was a tad quieter the last night. Trust me when you have been out walking all day, all you want is a bit of piece back in the apartment. I really did not want to add this negative bit to review as the apartments were fantastic and very clean, plus local to the main square and shopping mall. I would def recommend staying here, well done Adam.

We had a pleasant stay at Rakowicka Residence. Adam was very helpful and he was always willing to help especially when we had any queries. Transport was organised from and to the airport. Our room was amazing! All things needed to make us feel as home was provided. Cleaned whenever we requested! Our apartment was even upgraded to a Studio with a kitchenette which came in very handy as we did not always eat out. If ever we visit Krakow again, we will definetly stay here again. I would recommend Rakowicka Residence to everyone we know!

Adam Rojek, the Manager is very welcoming with his warm and friendly attitude. He is professional, very helpful and quick when you have any question. The manger and all the staff come to you with genuine smile. The hotel is brand new with high Tech. facilities. For example you only need a pin to enter the building, another pin to enter to room and last pin to open your safe. You have immediate access to high speed WIFI. You have very clean apartment with clean towels and shower. What else you could ask for. I would definitely like to book there again as it is very close to city centre and the old town. This is without doubt an exceptional Apartment Hotel. The quality of the apartment is of the highest standard as is the level of comfortable, the extras provided made it special. The welcome and service from the hotel manager was again exceptional. The location of the property could not be bettered, a short stroll to the heart of the old town. In short, everything was perfect.

Me hospedei na suite 202. As equipes de trabalho: limpeza, check in, café da manhã foram cordiais e atenciosos com todas minhas reivindicações. A localização do hotel é excelente. Infelizmente o hotel tem deficiências: apesar de ser uma suite, o quarto é minúsculo e não tem Tv, apenas na sala, que é grande; o banheiro exala um mau cheiro enorme por falta de sifão no box do banheiro; a programação de tv é restrita com poucos canais em Inglês; o café da manhã é muito simples, às 2 maquinas de café e leite estavam quebradas; para você acessar o imóvel é necessário um codigo que você só recebe após o check in, deveria ser enviado antecipadamente durante a reserva.

Kommunikant war sehr anstrengend. Habe über Hotels.com zuerst mit den Hotel kommuniziert, was aber nicht schwach war, weil nur sporadisch eine Antwort kam bis garnicht.. Dann über Telefon, was dann besser funktioniert hat. Die Zimmer waren groß aber nicht schön. Stark abgenutzte Teppiche, es richt staubig, das Sofer und die Vorhänge mit Flecken überseht. Das einzig gute war, dass nach etwas hin und her und Bitten, uns das Hotel eine Frühstück Box gemacht hat, da wir vor 7:00 wieder abreisen mussten. Besonders enttäuscht bin ich, da wir mit einen VIP Status und kostenfreien upgrade es gebucht hatten. Es sollte auch eine Weinflasche bereitstellen. Nichts davon war da.

Greit hotell

Grei beliggenhet i forhold til tog/buss og sentrum. Rommene var stor og sengene var gode, bortsett fra putene som var veldig "slapp". Dag 3 hang vi ut lappen som viste at vi ville ha rommet rengjort, vi trengte nye håndklær og mer toalettpapir. Når vi kom tilbake til hotellet om ettermiddagen, var ingenting gjort. Det var en stor nedtur, vi gikk tom for toalettpapir og hadde bare skitne håndklær. Det var heller ikke folk i resepsjonen som vi kunne spørre, det var litt tilfeldig når den var åpen.

Jesteśmy z mężem bardzo zadowoleni. Przede wszystkim bardzo życzliwa i miła obsługa otwarta na potrzeby gości. Już planujemy kolejny pobyt w tym hotelu, gdyż dość często bywamy w Krakowie.

Come utente silver avevo diritto ad una bottiglia di vino, mai vista. Pulizia scarsa... era tutto un pó impolverato. Si presenta come un 4 stelle ma non lo è. Di notte c'era un rumore di una ventola penso, molto molto fastidioso. Diciamo un normale 3 stelle. Poi gli standard di pulizia degli italiani sono più alti.

Bra läge centralt, 5 min till tågstation stort köpcentrum. 10 min till gamla delen av staden.

The hotel has no swimming pool. Picture on the website is from an aqua park 10 minutes away by car. Location is just outside the old city, walking distance from old city. Otherwise excellent room. Complementary parking across the street and complementary breakfast in a bistro 3 minutes away. Excellent breakfast.
