Disappointing stay!

Although my stay was only for one night, due to flying out early the following morning, I prefer to stay at an apartment due to the space it provides for families rather than a conventional hotel room. That being said, the one bedroom apartment was in a pretty poor condition, damaged kitchen worktop and drawers, a few of the walls had scuffed marks & overall looked fairly tired. The bathroom had only one hand towel between 2 bathrooms and I had to specifically request bath towels, which in my opinion is poor under any circumstances. I cannot fault any staff members, as they were accommodating with all my requests and responded appropriately. For the price paid, I didn’t think that adagio offered the level or standard required for an Accor hotel.

Really Quiet

We rent for 3 but they have bed for 2 person . No hair dryer.outlet is deferent you need to use adapter.but is really Quiet and good reception

Enjoyed my stay. Rooms were spacious and clean. Reception staff was very helpful. Breakfast was disappointing, limited choice if you are a vegetarian. Overall nice and i would recommend this hotel.

Very clean property

The rooms need to be renovated I came for a business trip and I had a leakage in the bathroom they took a lof of time to trust my words and decided to change the studio for me. They told me that They will give me the keys for another room in 10 min and it took almost an hour to change the room! I had to go to the lobby and shout so they could understand that I really needed to change that room and have a rest!

Reasonably priced

It was a good plcace to stay however customer service was poor. Other than that it was a great place with so many options around.

Old and dated.

Rude check in staff. Doesn’t understand ACCOR membership rules even if booking is made with 3rd party provided.

Its a residential location very calm and you can walk to mushrif mall for shopping lover..its in the middle of abudbai so good place to stay if you wanna explore abudabi. Aparthotels and everything u need you will find it!

I was very disappointed to find that there was no sofa bed in the property as I specifically booked for 5 people and only ended up with 2 double beds. I had to pay extra to get another bed.

Great surprise to find the property very spacious and it top condition. Well airconditioned and very neat.

The couches were dirty The standing shower wasnt proper when we take shower the water all comes out ! The kitchen wanst that great,the drawers and all were messed up

Smells as you get out of the elevator hall way carpet is stained an nasty Room was very limited on towels, pillows two bathrooms but only towels in one once you check out it’s hard to get to the parking garage

Spacious flat

The hotel is perfect for long stay. The 3 bedrooms apartment is really hugh, and kitchen is equipped, no carpets on all floors, no essintials in bathrooms.

Very large accommodation, comfortable beds. The furniture is comfortable but sparse. The pool area was clean and pretty.

Booked a 2 bedroom apartment for around the F1 weekend. The apartment offered all the amenities expected, was spacious and cleaned daily. Missing Iron was supplied by housekeeping promptly. In room dining options were good. Linked Novotel property (2nd floor internal bridge) provided link to the pool, gym and a sports bar from which we could watch the opening World Cup matches on several screens. A buffet breakfast with vast options was supplied at an additional AED 90 per person. Handy taxi rank outside the Novotel took us to the Yas Island based F1 events in 30 minutes at a cost of AED 60 each morning. Same distance and price to the airport. Taxi drivers seemed to know the property and area when used off the streets. In room TV offered an extensive international channel range. I would use again should I visit Abu Dhabi, and look at whether an Adagio property exists when I visit elsewhere. Very happy with the overall experience. Only issue I had was I could not get a constant temperature on the shower. As I did not report it, I did not give housekeeping a chance to resolve.

The property overall was nice, clean, and comfortable. Having a washer/dryer, two bathrooms, kitchen, and located near a small grocery store were all very convenient.Amenities available for use at Novotel were also very nice. The only Minor improvement would be in house keeping, despite having three people on our reservation the hotel would only ever leave us two towels. We had to call and request more everyday. We would definitely stay again.

the Hotel staffs are very professional and all are very cheerful and makes sure that you are well taken care of. the room is very spacious with all the amenities you can imagine in a house. everything inside the room is clean and well taken care of.

Apartment is spacious with a well equipped kitchen. comfortable lounge area. good shop on the site well stocked. pool is a bit limited for the number of residents and sharing with novotel al bustan. noise from lift could be heard on one occasion very noisy so ask for a room away from lift. bathroom door handle kept falling off. footpath area at side of apartments is not well lit and a bit of a hazard.

Amazing hotel apartment

Amazing. This is our second time in the hotel apartment. There is nothing that didn’t meet our expectations!!! The staff were all friendly and helpful. The apartment comes with all appliances and furniture. Overall it was an excellent experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Nice place~

Good condition~ Quite big space for family~

The staff are great, the manager, front desk personnel, house keeping, etc. They went above and beyond to make our stay the most comfortable and memorable. The one bedroom apartment is very spacious and great place to stay. This is my second time staying at this hotel as returning customer and I do recommend this place very strongly. I do appreciate all the help we received and I truely thank everyone working hard to keep this place great.

Best studio in town

Modern fully furnished studio ,you will get all what you need ,cookery ,washing machine,microwave, oven all what you need is there,free basemnt parking ,mushref mall n ,carrefour ,coffee shops near by .

더블 베드룸 2라고 되어 있어서 더블 침대 2개가 있는줄 알았는데, 아니어서 말하니 그런 방은 없다고 함. 1층에서 숙박했는데 마지막 날은 정말정말 새벽내내 시끄러웠음. 위에 제외하고는 전반적으로 만족할만한 수준임.

Have been told by the receptionist that they are over booked and transferred me to another hotel. The new room was smaller and cheaper than my original booking. The check in process took around 30 minutes.

Good

The good thing in this hotel is they are not strict for family stay.. you can enjoy your family stay.. bad things are when you need something it tooks time before you get it, and you need to call 2-3 times to follow up.. and the refrigirator has like disinfectant smell. We stored our food there,the ice and fruits when we ate it taste like disinfectant.. low maintenance in lights, doors and cabinets. During your stay thats the time they will fix it.. The frontdesk staff billed higher amount than the booked amount.very disappointed for that.. And the tourism fee 15/room/day before its not like this. The late check out hard to request..

Overall a great place. My only issues are minor; I didn't care for the little square pillows on the bed, and only one big towel bet bath.

Difentlly will stay again

Location is good very near to the mall 5 mins walking. 15 MIN. MAX TO THE CITY CENTER, around 15 - 20 mins to yas and airport. Room is big, beds and pillow was comfortable, the kitchen have all the equipments. One bedroom have two toilets and that's rear. Car parking free

Super dirty sofa

Stayed in a one bedroom apartment with separate living room. Asked for a sleeper sofa, but instead got a separate roll away bed because it was a regular sofa. The gray cloth sofa was so dirty we refused to sit on it. It looked like engine parts had been sitting on it because there were large black greasy streaks on two of the cushions. There’s no excuse for a 4star hotel to be this dirty. Also, the tv in the bedroom didn’t work. It’s like we were given the worst room in the entire hotel.

Flat was like a freezer in the evenings

I booked a studio apartment which should have three beds months ago but upon checkin was told that my room only had 1 king bed and I needed to pay AED 50 for extra bed as I booked the wrong room. I showed them the actual booking which clearly listed 3 beds. No apology from hotel on their mistake and stressed caused by the hotel. They provided with a broken foldable bed in the end see picture attached. The flat temperature was OK during the day but in the evenings the flat was freezing. Aircon was off for the whole duration of our time there, but they had no heating available which was annoying as I became ill due to the coldness of the room. The flat felt like a freezer in the evenings bcos of hard tiled floors that had no rugs or coverings. We didn’t have breakfast there so can’t comment on that. The flat is large and had washing machine and dishwasher. Kitchen sink tap was broken.

Relaxing, friendly & accommodating Staff

I could not ask for any better hotel to stay. It was wonderful. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I stayed with my parents at Adagio hotel Al Bustan for 6 nights. The front desk people were very helpful as my parents arrived a day before me. They accommodated my parents in the best way possible and provided them with everything they needed. The house keeping staff were excellent especially Kumar, Miscline and Narayan. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything in the room and did an excellent job with keeping our room very neat and always clean. I would like also to send an special thanks to the girl at the front desk( unfortunately don’t know her name) who helped me with copying some documents in the last minute. I would not be able to make it without her help. Another person at the front desk helped up with late check-out. I would like to take this opportunity and thank everyone at Adagio hotel who helped us have a pleasant stay in Abu Dhabi. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and will come back to the same hotel for my next visit as I felt like being home :) this hotel and its staff deserve more than 5 stars.

Booked a room for 3 people and they were very difficult and reluctant to give us bedding for our child! When they did eventually send it to the room (several hour later) it was damp and usable.

Large well kept building with spacious apartments. Great that it shares facilities such as pool and restaurants with the Novotel next door. Very quiet and peaceful.

the place was amazing, very clean and spacious room. very well Accommodated and Assisted by the Staff Receptionist named Darlene. Service was great and wonderful.

Apartment hotel attached to Novotel. Convenient location on Airport Rd near ADNEC, Zayed Sports City and government offices. Spartan accommodations with well equipped kitchen, but small bathroom. Check in was okay, but at check out (0655) front desk was inexplicably abandoned. Had to give room key cards to security guard. Room cleaning was hit or miss. Dirty foot prints on floor stayed there for a couple days before being cleaned up. Kitchen cleanup left to the guest. Key cards had to be used to get elevators up to room and even down to parking. Breakfast only at Novotel next door. Facility has potential, but did not live up to it on this stay. There are better choices in the area.

Best Aparthotel for the money

You get what you pay for. What is nice and great about Adagio is the feeling of being at home. The reception is somewhat OK, the location is a marvelous. The 1 bedroom apartment with balcony was very nice. My family and I enjoyed the stay for 4 nights. The living room, bedroom and and kitchen was spacious. Everything you need is available. Since it's Aparthotel, you can have room service etc. The security is tight you need to have your acess card where ever you go. The gym is located at Novotel Hotel which is connected to Adagio which is free. Plus the swimming pool and the outside terrace is amazing. One note is that you need to check the apartment before you stay the night for anything that is missing and report it to the reception and they will take care if it. Over all stay 8/10

The service was Fantastic!!! Hotel is a little older but it was clean and comfortable.

They accommodated our early arrival with access to pool with excellent facilities Also checked us into our room early and provided a complimentary upgrade The staff very pleasant and polite

Well located to exposition hall, 15 minutes to downtown & beach. Clean, comfortable, all that is needed, great service, great food, I would stay again.

In town for IDEX

I stayed at Aparthotel Adagio Abu Dhabi Al Bustan when in town for IDEX and I needed an extra night. Hotels right by the exhibition center were very expensive and I came across this hotel at a much more reasonable price. The hotel is within a 5-10m taxi ride to the exhibition center so it is quite convenient. I stayed in a two bedroom flat which was very new and both spacious and comfortable. A kitchen area was in the flat which opened up options for cooking or having breakfast. The staff was very courteous and helpful and I would consider staying here again the next time I am in town. The only downside was that there wasn't that much to do within walking distance of the location

I was disappointed on arrival. Front desk wasn't welcoming,eager to assist,or familiar with surrounding area,& how to get around.Nor were they eager to assist on helping me find out. The apartment was lacking in sweeping, vacuuming and dusting. Cabinets fell off hinges,some appliances lacking,missing,& not up to part. Ms Sabina went above & beyond to correct any mishaps & where others failed in customer service.She even hailed a cab for me, when her desk clerk held me up for 30 minutes, when I wanted a final receipt for my stay. For some reason she did not want to give me a receipt. Jay was another person who went above and beyond.He took me on a tour of the entire facility, and showed me all the amenities available during my 8 day stay. I was there for the Formula 1 Grand Prix. Security, Bell Attendees were friendly and helpful. I just wish the front desk agents were more welcoming,and educated & equipped with answers for their guests questions.Or more willing to assist. Disappointing when you feel you can't get basic assistance, directions or your concerns are not met.

Lovely apartments, good location

Very good friendly staff. The studio is a good size with new fixtures and fittings. A good location near to many key attractions and areas. I would totally recommend this to family and friends.
